Not only RUDE, but also useless, describes the customer service rep with whom I spoke today. She was an automaton who couldn't (or wouldn't) answer simple questions, repeating the exact same response to different questions. I will try to find another avenue to get the information I need/want.

The customer service is very poor. The employees are very RUDE and will say anything just to have customers stop complaining. One of the customer representative did say "Did you not hear me I am going to to connect you the Credit Manager that can help with that situation." In my opinion that is not how you should speak or treat a customer.

All I needed was a demand for payoff on our Capital One Credit Card, and I get bounced around and left on hold before being disconnected. Since I can't get a lower interest rate, we want to pay and cancel.
