Delivery is a nightmare.....They treat their customers as if they don't matter. I will be cancelling my order. Everyone on this site has had delivery problems.

Buying is easy BUT they have the worse delivery service. Pay a tad more n buy from someone else. Been on hold over 20 minutes trying to talk to customer service.

Two rescheduled deliveries ...still yet no success in receiving the furniture

Got my couch order wrong twice. TWICE. Every time i Call it's two to six weeks. Been 2.5 months already. Seriously...you have one job. How hard is it?

Iwill never purchase anything from Ashley. Their furniture is veyy poor inquality.They will not stand behind their product and their customer service is the worst.My advice to everyone is avoid Ashley furniture.

The delivery date on contract is a lie...they never called or came.

I purchased furniture from Ashley in August 2015. They delivered 4 damaged dresser. After the 4th attempt i told them i no longer wanted the item. The furniture is not inspected prior to delivery and their customer service was the worst. All the days off wasted and headaches going back and forth with customer service i am without a dresser and a very dissatisfied customer. I would not recommend anyone to buy Ashley furniture.

If you want any thing from Ashley Furniture do not shop there unless you want to be lied too. This is not what you think they are. I brought a mattress on Sept 3rd and got it delivered on the 23 and it was the wrong one. They told me that since I signed off on it that they will not take it back. But on the ticket I had a kitchen set delivered at the same time and it was all right. When I called the store Mike was the sales person told me that I should not have signed and made a big deal of it. Well then I get the manager on the line and told her and she also said that they would not change it To make the long story short they agreed to exchange for me. Now the manager told me that she would call me back that day and never did. So at this time I still do not know that is going on and I am sleeping on a futon. It is now the 29th of Sept and I do not have a mattress. Be where that when you by anything from Ashley they are right and you are wrong. Mike also made me by a mattress pad from him he told me that they would not warranty the mattress unless there pad was on it and with the kitchen set he made me by a warranty for it even though I did not need one for it. Beware you have been for warned not to shop Ashley.

The Interest is very high than the payment, if so I well let the military Fort Riley to be Careful try purchase other place.

Bad customer service

Delivery guy damaged the ceiling fan while putting up the bunk bed... Had it replaced by paying out of my pocket. Still waiting for ashley for my reimbursement. It's been 5 weeks and I still haven't received the check. So frustrating having to keep calling to follow up and it's such a hassle... Never gonna offer from ashley again!

Purchased a bed and it had scratches and pieces missing sent them pics and they still haven't got back with me.

Received half of furniture been 2 months still.

just plan bad service and damage goods never deliver proper bed approaching 6 months now.

It has been a total nightmare won't be on my list of returning to them

my son is in the military in Melbourne,Florida and we got him furniture for his apartment off base,the delivery guys stole his wallet with his military badge and bank card.this will be the last time i purchase anything from.Ashley furniture store again,this shows they cant be.trusted customers homes...
