I dont believe it was a mistake or a lie. Obzma is BLACK and a Democrat and he is not listening to then if this was tweet it was meant to be said I will be switching for kitchenaid to a company that is not so bias against someone black.

My 4 yr old KITCHENAID refrigerator was one of the highest priced, freezer on the bottom (drawer) The ice machine broke 2 yrs ago and now the metal inside the freezer is rusting and the seal around the drawer has split opened. EXTREMELY disappointing and certainly not a name to trust unless you like RUST. How do they remain in business?

I HAVE A 3 YEAR OLD KITCHENAID DISHWASHER THAT THE DOOR CABLES AND PULLEYS HAD TO BE REPLACED BECAUSE OF POOR DESIGN. IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON KITCHENAIDS NICKEL CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT PAY FOR THE MFG MISTAKES.THIS PRACTICE NEEDS TO STOP AND I SUGGEST NO ONE BUY A KITCHENAID DISHWASHER THE CABLES ARE APPROX $150 AND THE SERVICE CALL IS $80 WHAT A CRUMMY OUTFIT

i purchased a new dishwasher . had seals rerplaced ,new pump motor ,new drain pump motor sounds like a truck running in my kitchen .poor service ,poor products .I WILL NEVERRR BUY A KITCHEN AID PRODUCT IF I LIVE TO BE 100 YEARS OLD

Brand new dishwasher from Kitchen Aid and it has been repaired 6 times tine 6 months. Four times for the same problem. They even shipped and installed a part that was labeled not for commercial use. I have contacted care multiple times and although nice they are not helpful. They refused an extended warranty. They said there is no lemon law even though they are now replacing the control panel for the dishwasher after six months. DO NOT PAY EXTRA FOR KITCHENAID. They are no better than any other brand in fact they are worse since you are paying for more quality which you are not getting.

I have to say that I was VERY VERY disapointed in in KitchenAid 's service and customer responce. My frig is 7 years old and cost $4500.00 and that was OK untill I needed it serviced. Tech came found that the control PC board was bad and that it would take maby 1 month to get because it was on back order "COME ON". After many phone calls to KitchenAid all I got was "I'm sorry your having this trouble" That with the last few calls I started off by saying don't give me the I'm sorry speech. Later I found out from the service company parts dept. that the board is no longer made ,and that now that they would have to come back and remove the board and send it out for repair and that it could take 3 weeks or more before it came back. I am now saying WHAT THE _ _ _ _ ! I hope more people find these reveiws and are saved from KitchenAid HELL, this is a damn shame there should be some type of recorse for these _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.

Kitchen Flat out Sucks ! Never buy any of their products !

Have two Kitchen Aid mixers. My 6 Qt 2005 unit has had gears replaced, but I noticed that the good qulaity gears are held in place with a plastic bushing and housing. I have had problems again with gears slipping, then I saw the following notice on-line, but when I called Kitchen Aid, they refused to admit there was an issue nor offer any solution. I bought a Waring Unit this week to replace the Kithcen Aid. Due to the very high number of complaints about the problems people were having with heavy duty tasks (which is what the mixer should have been made for!) due to cheap plastic housing holding the heavy duty metal gears, I contact KitchenAid to find out if this design flaw has been fixed. It has been and here is their response (note that they are saying that if you receive one of the models with the plastic housing they will replace it under warranty with the new metal housing. It is also important to note that the people who've had the problem have almost all stated that KitchenAid had great customer service and replaced their mixers with no ones with no problems. RESPONSE FROM KITCHENAID: Thank you for visiting the KitchenAid website! I would like to reassure you that our engineering and product teams have addressed the gear box issue. In fact, we have already implemented a change in the manufacturing of the Pro 600 Stand Mixers to a metal gear box. Although these will be changed out on additional 5 qt bowl-lift models that include all metal gearing, the time line on that is not known at this time. Although a transparent change, this will insure the long-term durability we expect. I would like to emphasize to you that should you purchase a Stand Mixer (with all metal gearing) which has not been assembled with the upgraded metal gear box, and you should have a problem with your mixer (as a result of the plastic gear box (failure), we will most certainly extend your warranty to resolve the issue properly and effectively. Spent $12000 on your products for our brand new kitchen...$8000 on the range alone and have had nothing but trouble with EVERY product. You've sent out technicians to work on our range more than 6 times within a month of it being installed and it's still not fixed. When we went further to try to get some satisfaction we were told it was our fault that this BRAND NEW range wasn't working! Unbelievable that you call your customer service excellent! We will never buy or recommend your products to anyone!

A friend died and left me his Kitchen Aid mixer. But there is no manual with it to show me how to use it and all the parts he had to go with it. Would you please send me a manual. It is a Kitchen Aid Classic. Model K45SS My address is: Avon White 89 Santistaban Way Hot Springs Village, Ar. 71909 Thank You

I got big outdoor gas grill. A sear burner disintegrated in less than two years. Poorly designed and assembled. Customer service is not existent. I just spent one hour on a phone to no avail. Taking them to the Small Claim Court.

KitchenAid does not stand by its products. The warranty is laughable at best on the food processors. The motor seized on my 12-cup processor and the shaft quit spinning. It has been about 6 months since purchase. Do NOT process anything but the approved cheese and occasional produce or they will claim the warranty is voided. Horrible. Will never, NEVER, use this company for anything ever again.

I will NEVER buy another Kitchen Aid our fridge(KSC24C8EYYOO) is less than 8 month old compresser out twice both door seals replaced twice we were given the run around.... a certified service tech. came to fix the seal with caulking and duck tape untill a new seal could be ordered!!!!!

I bought two kitchen aid products because I just love my mixer from years ago. But I am very disappointed in the two products I bought in the past year. One is the food processor. The plastic part on top broke off. I am making it work but it I not safe. The motor is good but not the plastic pieces. The other Product is a coffee maker. Just bought it in June. When I pushed the button to start it, it slipped inside the slot and now I can,t get it to pop out, and the unit will not work. So very disappointed in this product. I will buy cheaper brands in the future, I don,t trust Kitchen aid any more.

The knobs on my kitchen aid propane grill become very hot. They are dangerous. Is this normal?

For years I dreamed of having a Kitchen Aid Dishwasher and finally, in December 2010 that happened. Since then that dishwasher has been a constant nightmare. I have had the service technician here over and over and over. In Dec. 2011 Kitchen Aid extended the warrenty 6 months. In August 2012 it would not clean, left soap residue everywhere. I contacted the repairman who came once more and told me he has now replaced every possible part, there is nothing more he can do but charge me $60 for the service call. I asked his office to give me a list of what they have replaced and I am now going to contact Kitchen Aid and ask them what they intend to do about the LEMON they sold me. I have never in my life been so upset about an appliance and to think, Kitchen Aid was my dream for 55 years. Big joke!

My brand new Kitchen Aid Mocrowve just stopped running...I hardly used it and today i decided to cook a potatoe...heard a loud noise then it with black, now light nothing. We had a person check the power and it was find...the microwave just stopped working...and yes i paid $800 for it.. The last mircrowave we owned i had purchase from Target for around $100 and it lasted 8 years. And of course no one from kitchen aid returns ours calls.

Brand new (April 2012) french door refrigerator already giving me trouble. The refrigerator suddenly went up to 61 degrees and when I called warranty service I was told they couldn't come out to fix it for a week. When I spoke to the supervisor he advised me to "buy an alternate small refrigerator to keep the food cold". How's that for "Chutzpah'?

I had an expensive custom built home built 2 years ago & put in all KitchenAid appliances except the gas range which was a Wolf which I love & have had no problems with. I upgraded with the cabinet fronts on the dishwasher & refig. The refrigerator ice maker container broke within the first couple of months because of bad design & the mirco wave light went out a couple of months ago & you have to pay a service rep $80.00 to change the $2.00 light bulb, again, bad design. The dishwasher doesn't clean well & you can't tell what cycle it's on. I thought KitchenAid was suppose to be at the top, well now I know it's at the bottom in my book!

Dishwasher..KUDC10IXWH I have never had a worse experience with an appliance and so called support of same. This dishwasher does not clean the dishes..in addition...there has been an ongoing problem of suds left after the cycle. I have had repair people out 5 times and they are insisting it is because I'm using Cascade soap..really? There is no concern that I have had to stay home 5 times because of their flawed product. The design is also very poor. The top shelf is low and not adjustable so any plate larger than a dinner plate will not fit. My experience with customer service matches the lack of professionalism and concern for customer satisfaction that others have mentioned. I had been a loyal Whirlpool customer. KitchenAid has ruined what was once a quality American product.
