I visited a my local hooters at 720 N Central Expressway Plano, TX 75074. I had a decided to take my food to my home instead of eating it at the location. I wife saw something that was not right with one of my wings. With a closer inspection I noticed that there was still feathers on it. I called and spoke to a manager that told me that he was very sorry and that he would replace my order. I then called back and told them that I have decided to bring back the wings with the receipt and that I would like my money back. I then was told that I needed to talk to the GM Freddie, and that he was not in but would return my call. I waited several days but no call. I then called back and spoke to a female that claimed she was a manager. She then told me that Freddie was going to be in at 2:30 and he would return my call. I never received any call from Freddie. Then I waited a day hoping this could be resolved and Freddie would call me back but I never received a call. I then called back but at this point I wanted to corporate office to file a formal complaint. The female manager Yvette I spoke to gave me 800-220-4749, this is a number for a diet company. I then called back and spoke to Yvette, she denied ever giving me the 800-220-4749 for corporate and also said that she never said that Freddie would call me. I advised her that she did and she told me the have a NICE DAY!!!! Then hung the phone up. I guess managers get to do what they want at Hooters.

I had dinner at the Sanford Florida Hooters on 8/26/12 had son Five tear old son with me. We asked a manager if he could put a cartoon on a side TV and he said no. Thought this was a family oriented restaurant that would be flexible. I was wrong

Very upset with the treatment myself & staff members were treated,By the manager Justin Houtin at the Hooters restaurant in Rock Hill SC.Manager came over to our table told us if he gets one more complaint about our table telling the waitresses to get on a pole.He would ask us to leave.We tried to explain to the manager we were not making comments about or to the staff about doing anything on or with a pole. We had a staff member who was celebrating her birthday and one who is getting married. The one that is getting married was talking about a pole in her bedroom.He just ignored us and said well whatever. You will be asked to leave if I get one more complaint about this table. Very rude We all ordered drinks . Everyone received there drinks except me. When I inquired about my drink. The waitress said I'm sure she is making it with attitude. Everyone at the bar and my table had there drinks. I waited 20 minutes for a horrible lemon drop martini.I will never return to that hooters. service was terrible. No one deserve to be treated like that.

You may want to file a complaint with the local Police station but what good would it do for you since the clever GM already made all arrangements with the locals to scam all individuals with a bank account in excess of $2,000 or more with large assetts. Bob's primary targets are minorities, he only wants to promote the white community and will bring down any minority who will seek justice at any cost. Male Manager will force any customer to pay $150.00 and up for a girlfriend in union dues in order to get to know one of the teen. If this customer refuses to pay,he shall not get a date with beauty. A 6 months of FBI investigation led to rent my teen by the hour. Manager Carlie has lied on all counts for promoting the sale of all teens to make huge profits on food sale and to lure all minorities into a skim, this way, the male customer has to keep on coming back to get absolutely nothing!

My daughter has worked for Hooters in Southern CA for 2 years, has been a corporate Hooters Girl and was even encouraged to interview for a corporate position. While driving to work this last week, she experienced major car problems, her car would not go over 20 miles per hour, had to return home and had no way to get to her Hooters which is over 30 miles away. She emailed her "new manager" a woman who was brand new to Hooters that she had an amergency and was unable to get to work and called several of her other co-workers to see if anybody could cover her shift but nobody could. She was recently told that they were not to call the managers but to email them though "hot schedules." The next day her manager called and told her that she was suspended and she was being investigated by corporate. All of her shifts for the rest of the week were released for other waitresses to pick up. Later in the day she received a email from corporate saying she was being "released" from her position. Apparently she was responsbile for covering her shift in a non emergency situation. Isn't that what the managers are paid to do? They considered her call in a non-emergency circmstance. With the recent managment addition to her restaurant it seems like my daughter is being targeted and harrassed. I understand that Hooters is an at will employer but without any verbal or written warning for you to take such severe and drastic measures over a minor shift miss is clear to everyone to be a targeted attack which is prevented in employment and labor laws

I visit a Hooters in West End Dallas, Texas on August 2nd 2012 at about 3:40 pm. I sit down in a view of 3 t.v.'s...There were no service for about 5 mins but not a big deal...I'm approached by a male manager and he asked if I had been waited on? I respond No sir...he informed me this is a closed section and I should sit where I can be waited on...so I move and then a Hooters waitress asks me if I would like something to drink and I respond I would like a sweet tea...I get my tea and she then asks if I would like something to eat...I respond I don't know, I have not looked at the menu yet....she leaves and comes back to me about two mins later and asked if I made a decision yet....I respond I don't know yet, I'm going to drink my ice tea for a moment...about two minutes pass and the same male manager approaches me and asks if I'm ordering any food today ...I respond saying I haven't made a decision yet, I'm not sure what...he then says that this is a restaurant and that I need to order food or leave...I am looking at him like are you serious? I said nothing and got up and walked out as he followed me to the front door... This was a experience that blew me out of the water! How did he not know that I tip well...which I do...my friends and some family members are in the industry and I respect that's what they live off of....but my argument is that this male manager was a duche bag...he was rude and gave me no room to feel like a welcomed customer...I promise that I will not be in this Hooters again...as much as I love Hooters...been to many and have had great respect and great service from employees of the restaurants I've visited as a customer whether I've ordered a drink and didn't make a mind up on a food item to order! Hooters of West End Dallas is rude and ill take my tips elsewhere! Oh not to mention its 105 degrees outside...I don't eat right away in the heat...I wind Joan and get comfortable and ill eventually in a timely manner be ready to eat...first Can I Drink My Ice Tea!?!

I used to go to the Hooters in the Fort Lauderdale area many years ago.. wings were good and had plenty of meat on them.. Eating at a Hooters restaurant especially in Daytona FL can be a difficult situation should you return after tipping too well, I think they have a head shot of every good tipper on their breakroom wall! They all make it a point to make you feel bad if you should not choose to sit at their table! Quite honestly I can not have a good time when 5 girls hover around me telling me how bad their day is or how they can't afford their rent or car payment! It bums me out & spoils my good time! So my advise is tip poorly but have a better time!

You guys have a long ways to go...You corporate heads need to get of your behinds travel the country and make unannounced visit to all your stores...and don't do it in the morning or at lunchtime .. but at night .. sometimes late..and really get a good picture of your problem .. don't tell you area managers or anyone .. just show up..

Hooter's watiress' do not like to serve women-- usually you are there to check out why your husband comes there-- your tips usually suck and even if you are just along with your man-- the tips will be horrific comapared to when a man is alone or with other men. It's not racial its not personal its that you are a woman. And please know it is not a family dining place so no one wants your fussing kids there. and as for you waitresses- you are just a step away from being a stripper-- its just slightly more socially acceptable and they are probably treated better because a man gets more of what he wants there. And men- its about the money- most 18-25 hot girls do not have any interest in dating their grandfathers buddies so be sure they want your money-- give them more money -leave your woman and kids at home don't worry with the quality of food -its an excuse and just enjoy the scenery

Since when are NO breaks allowed at any corporation. Workers at Hooters Oak Lawn illinois locations working 6 to 8 hour shifts and NOW the general manager is NOT allowing any breaks or lunches. I wonder if he would treat his own family members this way. I believe it is unethical for anyone to be treated like this and be tolerated. Anyone wanting to visit the Oak Lawn Illinois location should think again and find another location. Maybe this way HE can pay for his BAD judgement.

Watch it...Hooter's will hire girl's with criminal backgrounds. I have legitimate proof on this and filed a complaint 6/21/2012. This place is as trashy as it sound's and anyone who dines at Hooter's can be just as trashy as they are.

Unfortunately i chose to go to a hooters with my family. There the bouncer assaulted me, specifically punching me in the face not once but twice. I promise i will never step foot in another hooters again. Should actually take it to court.

Maybe it's the rotten economy in this country or maybe they are suffering from liberal feminist brain disease in the USA that must be treated in Cure Theater for the liberals, because here they act very strange in this city. I think it's time for a mental institution for the insane for these people around here until they learn how to treat men right or learn a sense of humor. Maybe that would help - but I think they are a lost cause around here. I've been to other Hooters restaurants in this state and they were fine. I was ordering a beer and was trying to have fun with the girls. So I simply tried to make conversation by making a brief compliment to the waitresses. There is a male manager working there that told me I had to leave the restaurant after that !! Imagine that situation !! Who do these people think they are and why do they still have a license to operate ??? I should have called the cops on him. They were lucky I was not a mad Hells Angel or a biker. Is this part of the radical feminist BS that has ravaged and destroyed this stupid nation since the radical left took over in the early 90's ??? I watch this kind of stuff all the time. He had NO business telling me to leave in the first place just because of a little compliment. He should be fired at once and I will make sure that he does get fired from his job. And with this horrible economy run by the left, he will regret it being WITHOUT A JOB !! This week they will hear from me, including, but not limited to, the Better Business Bureau, about their horrible attitudes. They can go straight to hell in this place until they straighten out immediately. I suggest NOT to EVER go there for a good time. Some of them have a serious attitude problem.
