I ordered a 52 inch sharp 3D LED tv and am thoroughly disgusted with customer service of QVC. I took off of work per the delivery date of 9/23/11 which was provided by QVC and received no tv. I had called twice that week to ensure delivery was on schedule. QVC said i was shipped by vendor via UPS but they did not have a tracking number, I just needed to wait. I am disappointed, actually disgusted that QVC does not hold their vendors accountable. If the vendor does not provide basic shipping info for customers, then QVC should not allow them to sell their merchandise. My TV was delivered until 6 days later. When I opened the box and set it up the left corner of the screen was shattered from the inside and the crack continued on the center of the screen. Customer service essentially said there is nothing they could do to compensate me for any of these mishaps. However I should feel free to use the protection plan I purchased. By the way the TV is out of stock and it will be shipped directly from the vendor when available. I say shame on you QVC for allowing the vendor to send a large screen TV via ground UPS. ShopNBC shipped my 47 inch via local carrier to insure safe delivery. Shame on you for not being accommodating to a customer spending $200 or $2,000. I am sending this TV back to you and Sharp. You have proven not to be a reliable source for large ticket items.

Dan McDermott is a poor excuse for a Vice-President. He is rude and lacking forethought.The whole organization is poor at best.

I have been a very happy customer of QVC for 20 to 25 years and have ordered $1,000 of dollars worth of merchandice. Due to the econmy I have to start traveling with my main home still in Colorado. The first 4 months of this year I worked in Alaska and now currently am working in New Mexico. I ordered and received items here in New Mexico where I currently reside. Apparently QVC needed a new expiration date for my debit account which states they called my home in Denver, but got no answers. My husband is currently there and he travels a great deal also. I ordered items 2 weeks ago and instead of anyone telling me their was a problem, they stated they would arrive today. When they did not arrive, I called and was told my account was closed and sent to a collection agency. I asked for a supervisor and they told me they did not have one. That was the first call. The second one was more fruitful, they stated I had been sent to a collection agency and my QVC account closed by the corporate office. I was given the number for the collection agency and called them, they did not have me in their system. Unfortunately, you have lost a customer over a few hundred dollars which I have probably ordered close to $100,000 from you since being a customer. Your order takers should have told me the issue instead of telling me my items would arrive. I had no way to contact anyone so I am writing this note to you. Very unfortunate that my account was closed over probably very little. They most of been able to get payment for some of the items I received without the expiration date. Just really not sure what the issue is, but it was poor customer service not to tell me when I called in so I could have made corrections without being sent to a collection agency. i ordered a cell phone on the first on this month 09/01/11 shipped on the second label made but it was not picked till the eight 09/08/11. when i bought the cell phone i had a delivery date of the ninth but now it will not be at my address till the 12 09/12/11 by the end of the day. but i am not sure if it will be here that date either and i already have had a payment to my credit card. I am not happy because i need the phone today for the weekend.

I've read several reviews where customers state their accounts have been closed; I've had the same problem. Ten years ago I had emergency surgery and had no insurance. Due to my recovery (and the financial burden I experienced) and not being able to work at the time, my account with QVC went to collections and my account was closed; however, I did manage to pay the account in full within the next year. As I no longer had a QVC card I paid with my debit card and have made purchases over the past 10 years. Several weeks ago I applied for a new QVC card and GE bank approved my request and sent me a card with an $800.00 limit. As soon as I tried to use my card, QVC cancelled my online account. The finally put two and two together and realized that I had been shopping with them ever since my account was closed! Customer service stated their records showed I'd never paid off my old account. I assured them I had and they said they'd contact corporate. Apparently the collection agency did not notify QVC that I had paid my account. I set up a new account (different email address) and, sure enough, within a few days that account was also cancelled. Several more calls to customer service have not helped and I'm going to call corporate to help untangle this mess. However, I'm not so sure I want to shop QVC any longer. They can see my history of 10 years shopping and paying for every item, rarely returning anything and yet they refuse to open my account. I now have an excellent rating and have been approved by HSN andother companies for credit. I'm very disappointed with QVC and I find it most interesting to see that I'm not the only one!!

Good show QVC for cancelling the program that would have given that worthless traitor Jane Fonda an avenue to make money. Hopefully she will be forced to eat her book to stay alive but then she probably got alot of money form that other radical Ted Turner. Fonda, may you be treated the same as those captured military men were during the war. Fonda, you suck.

QVC has the worst customer service I had ever seen! The reps are useless! I have been a customer for many years, account closed due excessive shopping (My credit card no thiers)....What the heck? What company does this. Called CS and the rep said corporate did, no explanation needed...QVC is already excessive in shipping charges, HSN does not treat customers this way...Going back to HSN.

QVC is awful. After years of being a loyal customer, my account was cancelled. I was told I had too many returns. No specific guidelines for return amounts were ever discussed or given to me. I believe their shipping is outrageous and the do not stand behind their 30 day return policy. NEVER giving them a penny of my hard earned money!

My Mama bought 3 of your Technique cooking sets,The first one she kept for her self and the second one she gave me for Christmas the third she split between my sister in laws.I didn't know what to do about mine,it has been sticking everything that I cook in it.I was happy with it at first,but now I am not.It is suppose to be great cookware and guaranteed for life.Sure wish it was.The set Mama gave me was about 200.00.You are suppose to be able to wipe them out and that is all.But I have not been able to do that with mine,any comments would be appreciated on what to do. Worst Customer Service Experience Ever! No sence of Urgency! Total disregard to cleam up after their mess! I ordered a Flat Screen TV for our Wedding Anniversary, so it would be here on time. instead, QVC shipped the product to the wrong Zip Code, 4th time doing this, and to many numbered complaints to correct behavior, and they still have not correct. I Contacted QVC after the order was placed, and advised then that they had done it again, and told them the steps to fix with UPS, they refused, and infact one Manager told me, it would cost too much to correct, I would just have to wait two more weeks to get, that is Bull @@@@! They need to own up to their mistakes, and take responsibilty for their actions and lack there of. I have spent way to much money preparing for this event tonight, and now will not be able to enjoy it with my wife. Thanks QVC for nothing!

Qvc stole my money. They took 2 payments and then canceled my order saying becuz I was a new customer that they can't sell me a high priced item!!! The reps were very rude to me and hung up on me. Its been 2 months and still no money back! :'(

Qvc cancelled my order. When I called to see when my funds will be released, I was told up to 72 hours. this was on a saturdat ehen I placed the order. Well, its wednesday, and still no credit on my debit card! Do not buy from this company. Their c/s is horrible.

My problem is the order was cancelled, because for some reason! UNTIL TODAY, I HAD BEEN A CUSTOMER OF QVC SINCE THE FIRST SHOW. MY FIRST PURCHASE WAS FOR A RING BY A HOSTS NAMED JEFF AND KATHY LEVIN..SO THAT SHOWS HOW LONG AGO I BEGAN AS A CUSTOMER. QVC USED TO CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS AND IF I HAD A PROBLEM, I KNEW THAT IT WOULD BE SOLVED IN A CARING MANNER BY THE QVC CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I PROBABLY HAVE TURNED ABOUT 100 PEOPLE INTO QVC CUSTOMERS, JUST BY SHOWING THEM ALL MY PURCHASES OF CLOTHES, JEWELRY, HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND GIFTS. RECENTLY I HAVE HAD TROUBLE WITH LATE CHARGES ON MY QVC ACCOUNT BECAUSE OF A MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT RETURNED MERCHANDISE. I HAVE TRIED TO WORK OUT MY PROBLEMS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND, ALSO, WITH THE BANK THAT HANDLES THE BILLING. I HAVE EXPLAINED THAT I FEEL I AM A VALUED CUSTOMER AND THAT MY PROBLEMS WERE ABOUT MULTIPLYING LATE FEES I HAD NO INTENTION OF PAYING. QVC FROZE MY ACCOUNT AND SAID THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO FOR ME UNTIL I PAID THE CHARGES AND THREATEND TO TURN ME OVER TO A COLLECTION COMPANY. I TOLD THEM THAT I WOULD NO LONGER PURCHASE FROM QVC AFTER DECADES OF BEING A VERY ACTIVE CUSTOMER. NO ONE CARED. I AM HURT AND ANGRY AND ALTHOUGH I KNOW QVC DOESN'T NEED MY BUSINESS AS AN INDIVIDUAL, WHEN I GET THROUGH TELLING MY STORY TO EVERYONE I KNOW, IT COULD MEAN A CONSIDERABLE LOSS OF PURCHASING FOR THE COMPANY. SINCE THEY DO NOT SEEM TO CARE, IT'S JUST TO MAKE ME FEEL BETTER.

ORDERED A SONY 55" 3D TV BUNDLE WITH A PS3. HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING YET, NO PHONE CALL FROM SHIPPER NO NOTHING. QVC REALLY SUCKS! I WILL NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. I USUALLY BUY FROM HSN.COM AND THEY SHIP REALLY FAST AND I ALWAYS GET MY ITEMS BEFORE THE PROMISED DATE! TODAY IS APRIL 7. CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS GIVE ME THE RUN AROUND ALWAYS WITH THE SAME ANSWERS.

Received a letter today from "Mr. McDermott" telling me "HE" closed my account because of high return percentages. Explain to me, Mr. McDermott, why we are encouraged to return items if they're not what we expect and why we have a cancellation option on our account. Letter also said other customers on waitlist are inconvenienced by my cancellations -- the order department can't figure out how to send the item to the next person on waitlist???? Come on. Clean up your act. You truly need NEW hosts who don't keep watching themselves in the monitor and are truly becoming obnoxious. Get over yourselves, really!!

I have had a membership for over 20 years with QVC and ordered regularly I had just ordered a couple items and went to check on my account online over weekend and it said it could not access my account. I called customer service and was told my account had been closed and I would get a letter. She stated it was from too many returns or cancellations. They never hesitated to take my money but no longer wants it. The quality of their merchandise is so bad lately that I will not refer them to anyone again. The customer service is far from customer friendly.

I placed an order for a laptop. Paid in full and for rush shipping because I was going out of town. I was told would be receiving today but nothing. I called and they said "oh we have to verify your credit card info" I said you have already taken it out of my bank! They said it can take up to 5 business days because they actually call my bank to verify the money is there even though they have approval and it shows on my statement. I tried to cancel the order and go to HSN and their response is you will have to wait til you receive it and refuse it. This process can take several WEEKS. Please rethink doing business with QVC.

Update on my situation: QVC returned the uncashed money orders to my mom, but they wrote all over them so they're not cashable. We contacted the money order company, and my mom will be charged $30.00 to get back almost $90.00 for a situation that isn't even her fault. We will definitely never be doing business with them again!! They claim that customer service is their priority. Their priority is money, and now they've prevented my mom from getting ALL of her money back.
