Bad business

So i have made several puchases with qvc. Recently ordered again and changed my ship to addess and since that address is affiliated with someone who owes them money my account gets closes so my girl friend orders she gets closed. My moms account gets closed everyone that pretty much is affiliated with me now is getting suspended accounts. Customer svc including corperate has been very rude about it even saying as much as we all are involved in ripping them off. All because of an address change. And then the customer svc lady named julie in corperate whent as far as to give private financial info out of the person that owes and said that all accounts will be suspended until this small amount of money is paid from four years ago. So with all the orders they are passing up from people who have absolutely nothing to do with the debter they are loosing far more. My mom is one of them affected and she is a regular buyer for as long as i can remember. But they dont care. All they can say is we dont know who is running those accounts. I would personally never buy from them again and neither should anyone else. You cant trust they will not share your personal info and they refuse to even let you talk to the ceo. Infact i was told i can not talk to him. So next is a law suit for sharing personal info and qvc you are not the only one that records phone calls. Wouldnt be so bad if they would admit to making a mistake and not make it out that everyone affiliated with an adress is not some part of a clan out to rip them off. Bad bad bad business and people

I have ordered from QVC 2 times, but I will never order from them again. When I called about a problem and they said, "that's something Corporate Headquarters would do," I said, "okay, please transfer me to Corporate Headquarters." The customer service person said, "Corporate Headquarters does not take phone calls." I immediately Googled QVC Corporate Headquarters and what did I see? A phone number for me to call. The customer service rep out right lied to me! Unacceptable!! They took two payments out of my account back to back and would not work with me to get the second charge reversed. The lady that I spoke to at Corp Headquarters was the sweetest lady that I had talked to. She was very helpful and did everything she could to help me. I commend her on her wonderful customer service. As for the the 1st customer service rep I spoke to - STOP LYING! Tell QVC customers the truth. Needless to say, because of the two back to back payments that QVC took out, I will in the future take all of my money out of my account and call them directly to make payments! For this, QVC does not even deserve a one-star rating but they are making me rate it in order for this to be posted!

i ordered an apple i pad on dec 11 as of yet they i pad has never shipped dont understand what is the problem qvc states oh its the vender i dont believe that i not one bit i firm beleive that this false advertisiment this company needs to be sued an class action lawsuite should be brought against them for messing with people hoildays

No Christmas for the kids

Found out today, which is 3 days before Christmas, that my boys will not receive their large items for Christmas. I ordered a tablet and laptop and neither will be here for Christmas. I'm extremely upset that these items will not be here and haven't even been shipped. I was suppose to receive them yesterday!!! QVC customer service is horrible and can't fix anything-useless. They offered me a $50 credit; I'm sure my kids would love to see that under the tree on Christmas morning. This is the first Christmas their Dad will not be involved with them and Christmas and now no gifts. All I get is, the other places haven't shipped them out; these items are coming from other warehouses and not QVC. I will never ever order from here again; HSN has received a new loyal customer.

Disappointed

I was trying to order a computer for my daughter for christmas and I first placed the order through customer service and then online. When I tried to find the status of my order my account was closed and when I called customer service they stated that my address was wrong and I had to many accounts. QVC stands for Quit Violating Customers and taking thier money. Never will I buy from them

false advetisement

I am very disappointed with QVC. I ordered 3 laptops which were to be christmas gifts. However they were never shipped. I was directed to call corporate but was never called back. I finally contacted a qvc rep. who helped reprocess my order. After waiting several days, my credit card was billed, my order was intercepted and returned to qvc, and my account suspended. What is the problem. No one seems to have an answer. If you didn't want to sell the items why advertise it. Too much hype. I am just over it now.

What they did to my family

There were some issues with an order of mine and they suspended my account, my sons account and my husbands account so they could bot order for christmas. Also, my brothers account they suspended and he ordered a tree which he paid for and it was scheduled for delivery on a monday it was out for delivery and they intercepted the delivery because he is my family, his daughter was expecting that tree that night. That was very cold to do whent he tree was paid for I have never in my life seen such a company do this to anyone. How could a company run a business like this. And than I emailed people faxedover paperwork about this and never got any response back from them they dont care about people I wonder if the CEO of the company knows this is going on???

Observations

I have noticed that some of these reviews seem to confuse QVC with HSN, The most extreme example is that QVC does not offer Flexpay, that is offered by HSN. Several of the other reviews seem to refer to HSN policies as well. They are two different companies, despite some of the net rumors to the contrary.

After shopping with QVC.s for many years and being aloyal customer, I ran into some moeny problems and my credit was cut off, no problem. I did pay offf my QVC card in full and was still paying on it while making purchases using an altenerative methos to pay for the new purchases. QVC then refused to let me purchase anything more until my card was paid in full. Ok so I paid it in full several years ago. Now when I would like to purchase from them again using a reliable payment source they refuse to let me buy anything from them. This is not good customer service or salemanship. After all if all companies in the business of making money through selling were to practice this sort of customer service and especially after having gotten all the money they are owed, refuse service to customers they would eventually be out of business.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a laptop for my husband for Christmas, they charged my credit card to use up all the available balance on it but then closed my account because they said the contact info was wrong, even though i had ordered things with the credit card with them before. When trying to call corporate i had go leave a message and they did not call me back. Please do not shop with QVC, you will be highly disappointed and frustrated if you ever have an issue with an order.

I have been a long time customer. I have paid my bill on time. Sometimes before the due date and gave more than the minimum due. Just today I tried to order something and my account was closed according to them for excessive returns. I must be keeping somethings...my 2 TVs,laptops heaters, many large ticket items. I'm thinking of filing suit...An unjustice is being done to good customers. We need to band together and sue qvc.

I TRADED WITH QVC FOR SEVERAL YEARS ALWAYS PAID MY BILL ON TIME AND USUALLY SENT MORE THEN THE MONTHLY AMOUNT DUE. IN AUGUST 2011 I RETURNED A BROKEN NECKLACE, I WAS TOLD AT THE UPS STORE QVC WAS PAYING THE POSTAGE. I SAID, "OH, THEY NEVER DID THAT BEFORE," BUT I THOUGHT, WELL SOME COMPANIES DO THAT SO I THOUGHT QVC WAS CHANGING THEIR WAYS. IN ABOUT 2 WEEKS I GOT A BILL FOR $6.95. I IGNORED IT BECAUSE I THOUGHT MY NECKLACE AND WHAT THE UPS LADY SAID CROSSED IN THE MAIL. THE NEXT MONTH I GOT A BILL FOR $16.95, A $10.00 LATE CHARGE WAS ATTACHED TO THE $6.95.UNBELIEVABLE !!!!!!!! I PAID THE $6.95, BUT NOT THE LATE CHARGE OVER A SIMPLE MISUNDERSTANDING. QVC CONTINUED TO ADD LATE CHARGES AND INTEREST CHARGES TO THAT $10.00, IT GREW OUT OF CONTROL, I WROTE LETTERS TWICE IN RESPONSE TO THE THE LETTERS I RECIEVED TO NO AVAIL. I WAS HARRASSED ON THE PHONE RECEIVING 5-6 CALLS A DAY. NOW I HAVE TRIED TO APPLY FOR A SMALL PERSONAL LOAN AND QVC HAS RUINED MY CREDIT SCORE. I AM A SENIOR CITIZEN ON A FIXED INCOME AND WILL LOOK FURTHER INTO THIS SITUATION, THIS IS DEPOVATION OF CHARACTER QVC HAS NOT HEARD THE END OF THIS.

Upon receiving my latest billing, I called the customer service to inquire whether I recieved my refund regarding an item I returned due to faulty workmanship, I then also inquired as to the meaning of a financial adjustment they had made. The rep I spoke to was rude and uncooperative. This is the first time this has ever happened to me when I have called the customer service department. This rep should not be allowed to work in this department as she has absolutely NO PEOPLE SKILLS! Through out the the years I have spent a tremendous amount of money with QVC, however this as of today has come to an end.

I ORDERED A LAPTOP, FIRST TIME CUSTOMER, GOT IT ON FLEX PAY BECAUSE MY SISTER HAD JUST ORDERED FOR THE FIRST TIME AS WELL AND LIKED THE COMPUTER SO...I GOT A CALL TWO DAYS AFTER THE ORDER WAS PLACED STATING I COULD NOT USE FLEX PAY AS I HAD NO ACCOUNT HISTORY (NEITHER DID MY SISTER)BUT COULD PAY IN FULL FOR WHICH I DID NOT HAVE THE AMOUNT TO DO SO SO ASKED THEM TO CANCEL THE ORDER AND SEND THE MONEY BACK TO MY CARD...STILL DONT HAVE MY 136 DOLLARS, COUNTLESS CALLS AND EMAILS TO THEM, KEEP SAYING IT WILL BE PLACED BACK ON MY DEBIT CARD, BUT NO MONEY HAS BEEN GIVEN BACK NOW THEY CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT, I CANNOT EVEN GET IN THERE TO GET PROOF OF THE ORDER AND NOW HAVE CALLED THEIR CORPORATE OFFICES, GOT A DAMN VOICEMAIL, LEFT A MESSAGE, STILL NO CALL BACK. THEY BASICALLY ARE STEALING MY MONEY, CAUSE THEY REFUSE TO SEND ME THE MERCHANDISE SO WHAT THE HELL??????????????? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WERE MEAN AND RUDE TO ME AT THEIR SO CALLED "CUSTOMER SERVICE" NUMBER (THATS A LAUGH, THEY WOULDNT RECOGNIZE CUSTOMER SERVICE IF IT BIT THEM ON THE BACKSIDE)KEEP HANGING UP ON ME AND STILL NO MONEY RETURNED...HOW THE HELL CAN THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS?????

I have been a good loyal customer. Order 2 pair of shoes. The shoes were $24.94 QVC charge me $49.50. called your customer service number 4 times and all they gave me was a address to write and tell you about how they over charge me. Please credit my account with $49.12. This is what you over charge me. will send your Corporate office copy of the add i saw on the internet. Thank you .

I have shopped with QVC since it was CVN, and just like other big companies they have their problems, usually you can get it fixed over the phone. I had one big problem with a computer at the beginning of the year and believe me it was a dilly, kept me guessing on whether I could turn it on the next time or not. I finally got mad a wrote a letter to the president of the company, I got a response back from a very lovely person, she worked with me, and it was sorted out in a caring way, could not have asked for better service, or kinder people than the people at the corporate office. QVC, you have some wonderfully kind people at your corporate office, and you should be very proud of them, I wish I could say the same about some of your products, they leave a lot to be desired especially the computers, and the one that was the best in the world at one time is now the lousiest of all.

I ordered a camera with an extra lens. I received the camera it minus the extra lens. When I looked at my confirm email and compared to the website.. I found that there were 2 exact offers for 649.94 one with extra lens one without and a different item numbers. I am a new customber. I only checked the price and not the item numbers so aparantly this is a way to GET you. When I called asking for my extra lens and telling them about the same price and the 2 items numbers... well withing the day the item numer sent to me was off their site. I was told to sent the camera back but with no offer to sent be the offer I wanted. of course the onus may have been on ME to check items numbers.. HOWEVER>.. the staff knows the products and the person SHOULD have told me " we have two offers for that camera with the same price". in closing to be clear: I was CERTAIN I was aking for a cannon rebel T3 with an extra lens for 649.00 How could I know they had one for the same price with no extra lens....does it even make sense to make that offer??? it MAY mae sense if it is a bate a swicth.

I have been a loyal Q customer for many years and its been great because I am disabled and homebound. but in recent times QVC has taken the 'C' out of QVC for me. Years ago my account was coded that all deliveries to my home from the Q would arrive by the UPS brown truck and the driver always sits the packages inside the threshold of my door for me. but now Q has went and uncoded my account and most of my orders now come UPS basic which means the UPS truck passes right by my home and delivers the package to the rural post office and gets delivered to me by the post office several days later! well the post office will not bring it to my door like UPS does the ruarl letter carrie sits at the end of my driveway and blows the horn until I can make it to her car using my cane then I have to bring the package back to my home using my can which is really hard sometimes! thanks for uncoding my account and putting this hardship on me I am thinking very seriously of leaving you as a loyal customer after all these years! ~Will

Qvc are the DEVIL! Took 1900 dollars out of my account vs. 43 dollars- had to call 13 times talk to 5 supervisors and still waiting for it to " fall" off!!! Beware!
