I have been having an ongoing issue with my yahoo email account. Unfortunately, I have ATT, which is linked to yahoo email accounts. I called 10 different phone numbers, seveal of which are supposed to be the corporate office, but are just recordings that direct you to their online support, which, of course is not going to help me. Been there done that. The rest of the phone numbers are out of country tech support. I can't understand them and all they want to do is sell me a $199 product that is going to solve all my computer issues. I am coming to the conclusion that they want to install something to spy on me through my computer. I have done everything I can to resolve my issue, to no avail. I am now calling ATT to insist that they unlink my email accounts from Yahoo. I want nothing more to do with Yahoo. THEY SUCK BIG HARD ROCKS!

Here are all the bogus phone numbers for Yahoo. Don't expect to get ahold of anyone in this country because you will be sorely disappointed. You will never reach anyone in the corporate office. Most of these numbers say they are the corporate office,but they are just recordings. 866-562-7219, 408-349-1572, 888-582-5145, 855-478-2352, 855-999-9678, 800-514-7575, 408-349-3300, 888-989-0020, 408-731-3300, 877-722-3755. I will be filing a complaint with the FTC and the Attorney General.

My yahoo account has been locked for over two weeks; I have sent requests for help 3 times through the security center and had no response. I had and have avg free and Microsoft Security Essentials there has to be a way the hacker could be tracked and my account secured. If it can't, please, tell me how I can retrieve my contact list, family photos and some emails I need for my records. I can be reached at my home phone 706 857 6242. Please help me. I suppose the censors will eliminate this message also. I knew for months that Yahoo was censoring my comments. When a new CEO is picked I intend to contact him[her] in some manner maybe courier to let the CEO know that yahoo is about to get into severe legal issues over censorship. To my knowledge I have obeyed the terms of service and have also been awarded a 1 star commenter status. It seem that the afternoon shift of those who censor comments refuses to put up about half of my comments. The other work shifts do not seem to do this. If you have an open format for public comment and the terms of service are not violated--are you denying freedom of speech? Should this be handed over to the ACLU or some money hungry lawyer? Just wondering if Yahoo is doing anything about the bogus email that is being sent claming that it came from Yahoo corporate, when in fact it is bogus.

I wish that Yahoo would get someone to proofread their articles before they release them. I literally catch at least 30-40 spelling and grammatical errors every day. it is painful to my eyes, my mind, and my average intellect...

Has anyone else been given a run around when they could not access their yahoo email account? I have been trying sense Dec 10th to regain access to my yahoo account that I used every day before this happened. When I try to sign in I am told to contact customer care cause my pw can not be reset on line. I have done that. I filled out every form they told me to fill out, and still over a week later with many contacts to them I am yet to receive any real help with this issue. A friend of mine suggested maybe my id was put in a cracker because 3 different times this week it said it was locked for 12 hrs but all 3 12 hr times expired and still I can not access my account, nor have I received any responce from them on the alternative email I provided for this account. They have you put security questions on your id and then they never let me access mine. Anyone got a clue what I can do to get help?
