id was at Wendy's today at whie oak shopping center, garner, NC. It was approx 4:30. I ordered a jr cheeseburger deluxe and 99cent fries. they handed me the bag and the smell was AWFUL. IT SMELLED SOURED. I unwrapped the sandwich and the smell was still there, I smelled the FF and they had the same smell. smelled sour, bad meat, dirty feet smell.

I'm disgusted at the Wendy's at 1018 Grand Calliou Rd., Houma, La. I go there every Wednesday and Friday for breakfat before I go to the gym and 95 percent of the time the doors are locked. They are supposed to open at 7:00 am. I've gone as late as 7:45 am and the doors are locked. They need a visit from a undercover boss.

I was inside of the Wendy's in Walker, Louisiana on walker south road. I heard the manager cursing at her employees. She told one young male employee when he asked to use the restroom she fussed at him and wouldn't let him go at first. then she let him go. She then looked at me and said "He Better Be Lucky I'm letting him use MY restroom!" the boy was working the front counter and i over heard her say it was his first day on front counter. Other Customers and Employees were also disgusted by the managers actions.

Wendys location -7724 Crestwood Blvd, Irondale - Birmingham Al has the most horrible customer service in the world, very unfriendly clerks. I have 30 minutes for lunch and I spent at least 20 minutes in the drive thru line two cars in front of me. Food was decent. Dave Thomas would be very unhappy with Wendys

I'm very disgusted with the Wendy's in Willis Tx. On Longstreet. I went to the drive thru and asked for a minute to think. The next think I know, the night shift manager told me to get out of the line because I was taking to long. The real reason was because one of his employees didn't like me? I've never seen any kind of customer service like this. And people talk about how bad McDonald's customer service is? I will go thier before I ever go back to a Wendy's in my life. It disgust me that Wendy's would even hire people who have these kinds of personalities.

I really like the Wendy's Baja salad....I have had twio this week....however for the 2nd time in the last several months, I have gotten home to my house in the country only to find out that I do not have the order I placed....this last time I had no receipt either to prove that I had indeed ordered from there the night before....this ias not the kind of service I think you want for your restaurants. I will think twice before I go to Wendy's again.

The Wendys in Stillwater, MN is probably the worst restaurant ever. The service is horrible and the food is even worse. Today I bought spicy nuggets from them off of the dollar menu and they were cold and hard I wouldn't even feed that to my dog. I go back and talk to the manager and he tries to argue with me about when I bought them. He swore when I got them they were fresh. I am very disappointed with how I was treated and by the service. I would not recommend going to the Wendys in Stillwater,MN.

o.k. I know your fast food is hamburgers, so that kind of leaves me out , as far as wendys go's on the food chain. however i have recently found a foundness for the blt cobb and have been many times for this item. the last time i visit wendys (and make no mistake it was the last time) . I was a little to hungary for just a salad,so i found on your menu a fish sandwich, yea!, well no ,,,,, that is the worst fish i have ever had. please what is it and dont say fish. by the way for the amount i payed you could do better, much much better. sadly i talked another person into trying one .Please people respect your company, the least you could do is respect you custermers and not serve such a lousey product.

I was at the wendys in collierville, TN. We arent from that area so we didnt know what time they opened. Me and my mom asked my little brother to go ask if they were open and the man behind the counter said "the door is open isnt it?" When we came in we ordered our food and when our food was sitting there on the counter we noticed we were missing a drink. When we told him he looked at us like we were dumb and gave us our drink. Then i asked if i could have a pack of ranch and again he looked at me like i was an idiot. We sat down at our table and began talking about how rude he was. My brother needed a refill so my mom went up there and askd for a refill and a girl that worked there gave her the refill. My mom asked for the managers name.....which was the guy that was so rude... and then that girl told him we asked his name. But doesnt bother me. He doesnt need a managers position. Im sure there is someone that could help the wendys business grow in collierville instead of losing business. After all hat is the goal to hlp the businesw grow...Right?

I was at wendys trout river It has good service. It wasone worker that stand out to me her name is chane i believe she had a smile on her face she help me take my food to the car because i had to many bags. I feel like we should have no workers like her. She very friendly know how to ralk to people .!

I love wendys food! However, the wendys in my town, moore ok. Is awful. I never eat there. I was in the city and had lunch at wendys oon 39th and may. It was soooo good! This particular wendys always is.

Wendy's at westwoods are a joke I called and complain bout a worker there by Jackie how she rude gives me dirty looks. The manages there don't care they let them do what ever. I told all my family and friends not to go there. I used to go there all the time but never again unless she's removed

After 2 different visits to the Wendy's on Hwy 11 in Slidell, LA, I have decided to stay out of that store because of the sour carpet or wet mop smell!!! It is hard to enjoy your food when you are overcome with horrible smells!!!!!

I've gone to the resturant some times and this time was different I watched your manager as I was ordering be very rude to what looked like some one who had quite and was asking for a pay check but was rude about it mostly was as the girl left the manager took it upon herself to tell all the other empolyees that were work the girl busy about y she quit and yell out to the girl that was leaving told her she better bring back her uniform or no pay . What else was not right about are visit this same manager I watch as we were eating be very rude to three more guess that had come in I am not sure y she was so upset this day but she was very unfriend to almost every one that had come in after us to order. Then to make it worse my dad was coming back in from out side and had fallen on to ur side walk and was blooding pretty bad from his knee and went to tell them about and of course he would have to talk to the same lady that had been very mean to every one and then to my dad there is notthing she can do for him so y is he telling her about his problem the least she could have said was I am sorry that happen sir would u like me to at least replace ur drink no she began tell all the other employees about it and pretty much just has no care for others feelings are privacy. So cut and bleeding we helped him to the car and left now I don't know how much u will care about this matter as much as the manager that is employed by u but I hope some one has a heart to even say I am sorry to my father

About two weeks ago or so my boyfriend and I were getting something to eat through your drive-thru in Arizona (on Arizona Ave and Ocotillo across from Hamilton high school.) It was about 9:30 PM or so when we went through the drive-thru and the employee taking our order on the other end gave us nothing but attitude the whole time. My boyfriend had let him know one of the signs were backwards to his sarcastic respond "Cool, thanks." He was very short with us when we were telling him what we wanted. We understood it was about 2 hrs before closing and sometimes certain employees will get impatient after a long shift, but that is no right to take it out on the customers at all. So my boyfriend and I get to the window to recieve our food and our order was completely wrong. Not just wrong, but so wrong that it was shocking. Both my boyfriend and my spicy chicken sandwiches were completely flip-flopped. They had put the top buns upside down, with lettuce and ranch on that end and the spicy chicken and bottom bun upright. The packaging was completely screwed up as well. I had noticed the manager was right next to the man taking our order at the window doing nothing but standing around with her head up in the clouds too. My boyfriend had then called the number on the bag that says "tell us how we're doing" about an hour later and told him about this experience. The lady on the other end assured us that specific Wendy's location would call us within 1-2 days. He had never received a call. So he contacted the district. To their response they assured us the same exact thing. That the location would "get back to us in 1-2 days." It's been two weeks since our incident and we have gotten absolutely no response. It is ridiculous nobody is getting reprimanded for being such a crappy employee and/or the manager.

Tonight my family and I went to the drive thru at Wendy's in Kimball to get dinner we left assuming everything was in the bags we drove all the way home which is in jasper Tennessee (15 mins away) to find a spicy chicken sandwich wasn't there we called said we were on the way back to retrieve it and when we got there they gave me the sandwich but nothing else for the gas I wasted coming back and was rude wouldn't offer anything free or an apology. Leaving upset I didn't even eat the sandwich. thanks a lot I will NOT be coming back I'll go to McDonald's.

As a employee, I was getting harassed by a manager and her daughter. This has gone on for over 2 months. When I talked to my GM he laughed at me. Since then, he has talked to these people and not to me. He took their side and made it clear I was not believed. He told me that nothing happened. How fair is it that a manager harass a employee over a personally owned item? Being a manager does not give someone the right to intimidate you in the hopes that they can try to get items that they want and feel entitled to. Yorktown Mall

What happen to good customer service as we pulled up to the drive thru to receive cold food after waiting 5 minutes being the only car at the window and not even the complete order had to turn around and come back. Just to receive the rest of the cold food. Also when you ask for something not to be on your food you figure you should get it the way you ask but no did not happen. Sioux Falls SD South Minnesota location.

I was very displeased to go to Wendy's today and discover my favorite meal was taken away it was the it was the W burger meal in my opinion it was the best burger on the menu and so I went for my second option the big bacon classic although it is no longer on the menu I have still been able to order it however I was very displeased when I went to to Wendy's and they told me they did not have it and could not make it for me however I went to my third Wendy's I was informed that although it was no longer on the menu they could just bring me up for single add bacon but I don't understand why the other to Wendy's before that couldn't do that I feel like that is in proper training
