Wendys Corporate Office & Headquarters

I visited the Wendys in New Braunfels, TX this evening and the manager was very disrespectful to the customers in front of me then proceeded to talk very crudely about them in spanish when they walked away. VERY unprofessional in my eyes.

Wendy's kisses customers tail when people are not on work time they have the right to listen to any music they want to. But that's ok ill be at more Wendy's playing music. And ill run into these 2 people again and ill let them know what i think about them and it want be over. So keep kissing asses up at the main office.

I will never go back to wendys ever again I found a lid to a water bottle or some kind of lid in my salad tonight thats nasty I got my money back but something needs to be done who knows what the heck is on that lid

I workes at wendys in summerville one month exact and my manager was very rude and disrespectful I see the rude things she did after the customer would leave she was nasty and I never recieved my safety shoes yet but I paid for them.... just sad

Work close to the Wendys in Peachtreen GA. Have gone for lunch 4 times in the past 3 months. I will not go back after today. Went in to order a #1 at 1:15, walked out with my order at 1:40. I was second in line and there was one person already waiting on his order when I walked up. The employees dont work together, they are slow and lazy. They need to realize the customer can see them and what they are doing, espically when they are ill and throwing food around. Someone needs to get control of this. Dont forget , Chick-fila is next door. For now on they get my business, even if I have to eat there on back to back days.

French fries were cold and soggy. 1st time ever my husband did not eat all his burger. Very disappointed.

Went by Wendys and ordered a simplle 4 piece chicken nugget . Got home and had 3 . They had one simple job put 4 nuggets in a box and could not carry out this task . Come on man get somebody that can count .

I work at wendys. My managers are rude. And I've worked there for about four months and I have asked and asked for a shirt and name tag. But still haven't got one. I work everyday. I would like to have another shirt atleast.

My wife and I stopped today at the Manning, S. C. Wendy's. The restrooms were dirty, unkept, paper strewn about and trash overflowing. The restroom is generally our first stop before ordering a meal. We decided, if the restrooms were any indication of the cleanliness, or lack thereof, of the rest of the restaurant, that we would opt to not order a meal there. We promptly left. Hopefully, this will be passed on to the responsible party. We stop at different Wendy's in our travels and the conditions at these other locations are generally quite acceptable.

I was refused use of a coupon for small chili how cheap can you get This was at Wendy's in W.Hazleton,penna route 93

Was in line at the Middlesboro Ky 40965 for over 15 min, the only people in line was the couple in front of my wife and I,between several mins. of small talk about how her(cashier) ex-husband broke out the windows to car, and the couple tring to place their order, I walked out. We really enjoy the food its the best hope that cashier didn't cause anyone else to loose out on the best meal in town.

Wendys on kirkwood hiway in newark de. Has best chilli and workers are always polite and helpful. Just need to remodel restaurant. It is always clean tho been going there for years. Friendly workers especialy a lady nama E carmon

Management in the Wendy's on Madison Avenue in Mankato, Minnesota are rude. Their employees go to work high and get high at work. They have several employees that brag about being allowed to go to work high and allowed to get high while on the clock

I had went in to dine for Lunch on a sat, and Must say the manager team in the Panorma City location, are so rude. I witnessed a manger talking down to a young man, Whos name I did not get. I wish I had I would of offered him my husbands Services. the Young man had seem to be bothered But contiuned to smile and do his job. I will make sure to offer him my husbands services next time, I witness what seems to be emotional abuse. If any one see such thing, please Report .

After driving 15 miles just to get a great cod sandwich , was a waste of time, gas and money.. At 6 pm The sandwich was cold and seemed to be left over from lunch and not to mention it didn't even resemble COD...tasted like it had been cooked in rancid oil ...the french fries were also cold and chewy...not fresh... The Wendy's location, Altavista( fairly new) also, the resteraunt was not clean....

I went to the Wendy's @ Bear Creek in Medford Oregon Went thur the drive thur and had the worst service. Not only was the cashier rude but also they messed up my order again. My meal was not cheap and this was not the first time this happened. I love their food but the service is something else. Wish someone would do something about it.

I went to Wendy's the other day checked out the dollar menu and there were just two items on there that actually was a dollar!! The next day I went to Mcdonalds and check their dollar menu and everything on it was actually a dollar!! I'm on a budget so sorry Wendy's until this problem is addressed I will take my business to Mcdonalds and a lot of other people feel the same way!!

Store#00002191-N.Kansas City,MO. This store have the worst food ever served. Grilled chicken was very bad, no flavor, soggy, chicken was not grilled, not temp hot, fries were cold and tasteless. For $7.00 i got nothing but bad food. Wendys braggs about their freshness and good quality food but i have yet to have good quality food at a Wendys. I will share this experiences w/all my co-workers, family & friends.

I use to go there. Never again. 35 years. Now after overpricing and taking away several Items. Then messing up my order, several times. I wont ever go there again. I might buy them out. Then fire from top to bottom. I can do this. Be very afraid Wendys be very afraid.

I live in Kalamazoo, mi. I visit the Wendy's on portage road near cork road once a week. There are no lights on the 'Wendy's' sign, in the parking lot, or at the order menu outside. Not a very good representation of most of the Wendy's I've been to. Very disappointing!!!
