You idiots need to shut up, you have no idea how hard it is to work in fast food with all you customers always complaining being rude and trying rush us all at once. If you hate it soo bad go somewhere else we dont need your poor buisness, cuz at the end of the day you customers will continue to come and buy our so called bad food.

Went there today for lunch took them 37 minutes just for a chicken sandwitch , chili and fries mever again

Just bought flat bread chicken and received refund. Not worth money for quarter slice of chicken. Went to Arbys for full breast of chicken sandwich for same price.

Hi, I would like to know how a franchise store selects their employees based on the corporate nature of the stores existence. I know that a corporation is a public option of stock with A, B, & C shares. I can't see how a person applies for a temporary position over time but can never be allowed the position of placement or acceptance at some point. I myself live in Nashville, TN. General Delivery 37202 and I have applied to your 2603 West End Ave. stores and have never been given the opportunity to work. How is this E.E.O.C possible or is it? I would appreciate a copy of any information you could supply explaining my ability to improve my hiring chances. What if I was a medical student?

This place is really ghetto and horrible! Ordered on drive thru had to come back because they forgot my chilli which they charged me for. I asked them for chilli sauce twice and they couldn't even give me that. Very unorganized and unprofessional atmosphere.

I stopped at Wendys in Houma LA. 1378 Tunnel BLVD Store #2605,and ill tell you what the service was "O" and the food was horrible , my wife and i saw an add on TV about your flat bread grilled chicken sandwich and wanted to try it, never again will i eat there again the add shows 3 chicken strips on a flat bread with tomato , lettuce etc. we got 1 thin little strip of chicken with brown lettuce, tomato which was almost rotten , we through both sandwiches in the garbage and walked out that was $12.00 wasted , also the place stunk and the floors were so slippery that several people walked in and almost fell, i wouldn't bring an animal to eat there it was sorry,my next complaint is to the BBB

I went to a Wendy's this morning and know why I will return to McDonalds. The service was non-existent. No one even acknowledged my being there. Apparently the customers in front of me had it no better. I heard them asking for a district manager contact. I walked out and told those coming in how band it was and they left too. I don't care if the food is good - customer service is what brings people back or keeps them away.

I just want to commend one of your employees at the Store in Chino Hills on Peyton. His name is George. My granddaughter became very sick and thru up inside of your restaurant. He was so attentive and did not want me to clean the mess up which I did and he did come over and assist after he finished with his customer. Most people would not want to deal with such a mess, but he was willing and very helpful. Just want to say Thank You for a caring, concerned employee

I bought this sandwich today and, for the price, it is a very big disappointment. I paid $4.49 for the sandwich and the chicken was tough, there was one slice of lettuce and one thin slice of tomato. Not worth the money at all.

Always went to Wendy's for years as I'm on the road until today. I found a fly in my Spicy Chicken Ceasar Salad. Unfortunately, I ate all the way through and found it at the bottom. Who knows if I ate other ones or what that fly did in the salad before I discovered it. This is my second complaint to Wendy's Corporate concerning Heath issues. I'm forced to call the health department because someone is going to get really sick. Today, I hope it's not me.

I was in Wendys in Monroe,Ga.30655,on 4/19 at 1;15.The store was VERY clean,the food was VERY good,tasted fresh!The service was second to none,the cashier had a nice bright smile,as did the rest of the staff that I saw.I spoke with the manager,Melissa,and told her how pleased I was.This is an excellent resturant.It was in tip top shape!Dave would have been very pleased.

I work at the store on elizabeth lake road and there is one manager who is not only rude to customers but yells at his employees in front of customers . I have had customers mock his rudeness . I have had customers tell me that he is mean and treats his employees like dirt.

I frequently go to the wendys closet to me where I live. I have no complaints regarding the food but as far as management goes.....that's another story. I recently stood in line with a manager speaking to someone at the register. There were no other workers at other registers and the minutes ticked by without so much as an acknowledgement from the manager that someone would be right with us. This manager continued his chat. And never looked up. By now many people were in line and angry. A woman and myself spoke up and he actually got short with us!! Are you joking?

I worked at the Wendy's in Aldie, Virginia for about four months. It's a great place to work however, Can't say the same about the manager Mohammed. As the season change and business slow down my hours began to get cut without permission from me. I decided to take a break until business pick up. I discussed with my manager that I will come back when business speeds back up. We agreed and upon returning I discuss with Mohammed on returning but he was very unprofessional about it. I was first told he was going to look at the schedule which he never did.....Three weeks later I discussed with him again about returning his response is never got to look at the schedule. So all in a nutshell I was promised a job which was never the case. The manager Mohammed is very unprofessional discriminating and a horrible manager. This wendys needs a lot of help from a PROFESSIONALLLLL manager!!!!

We have a new Wendys at Altavista, Va 24517 and I love Wendys don't call and offer me specials like they do when I call to complain. This Wendys needs help! One of thier employees actually scolded me because I ask for ketchup at the pick-up window she said when you place your order your also ask for catsup at the same time do you understand! I looked at my sister and I said "and I am paying her salary did she actually call me down?" I went two days later to buy one of your new flat bread sandwiches. The picture shows four pieces of chicken lettuce tomato and bacon well guess what I got for my money, on my sandwich I got two little pieces of chicken dead lettuce tomato and a piece of bacon an inch long! That is not a cheap sandwich I will never buy it again. I also see that thier parking lot is empty everytime I visit could it be we are not getting our moneys worth or maybe we are tired of being told off by the employees.

This wendys in Memphis, tn on Winchester next door to the shells. I will never return their again the was very rogue hung the phone up in my face just because I ask her why they want take my coupons cause I have 3 , but you closed on the inside so theirs no way of me go inside to use them. I as a conbsumer was basically turn down service because of my coupons. I never heard if you don't wanted to work in the fast food dont do it then I will my money else where thanks a lot..

We've been to plenty of Wendy's before and have never encountered such bad food and service. This particular Wendy's is in Bartlesville OK. The chicken sandwich looked undercooked and the bacon was raw. The first time we went there, they totally screwed up my order and gave me a spicy sandwich (I can't eat anything spicy at ALL). We gave this place a second chance and they totally screwed up! Fast Food restaurant = undercooked/uncooked food. I will NEVER eat at Wendy's anymore. one star only b/c I have to.

I think it is ashame that because the min wage went up, the kids that are suppose to get raises are being told that because you got a increase due to the goverment you are not getting a raise after you have worked for 6 or seven months. That is not right.

The wendys in cashiers nc is the most ridiculous place in the world... It is the slowest and most disgusting, they serve raw burgers and is always out of items, something needs to be done

I've been waiting in line in the drive thru for 30 minutes on a fast food restaurant so called. This is ridiculous. I can see someone cleaning the lobby instead of helping to take care of the customers. Customers should be priority and then your duties.
