Disrespectful unacceptable service

30 year Wendy's customer. I have eaten Wendy's all over the United States and love the food and service. Today I visted the Wendy's here in Cotulla, Texas and couldn't believe my eyes. I stood patiently in line for 30 minutes, there were 4 customers ahead of me. From 2:00pm until 2:30pm central standard time. I left at 2:30 pm and there were still 2 people ahead of me and of the 20 to 25 customers behind me, half left with me. Before I left 1 of the 2 customers that was served had ordered a salad. When he sat down to eat he noticed there was no fork. He came back to the cashier and asked for a fork. The cashier nicely said," sorry, we're out of forks". The customer then asked the manager if they could get him a fork because he would like to eat his salad. The manager with an attitude said," we don't have any forks, go to subway and get a fork". The customer requested his money back. The manager took the money out of the still and laid it on the counter and said here is your money and left. The problem was he was at the opposite end of the counter where you wait for your food not where you pay." She slammed the money on the counter and didn't try to work with the customer or apologize or anything. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful. After seeing this and watching only 2 people get served at the front cashier I promise you I will never eat at that Wendy's again.

Drugs At Wendys

I called & reported last week that the Wendys on 950 S. Orange Blossom Trail in Orlando,Florida . Has Manger's and crew men outside smoking ( Weed ) while working standing in front of the door where you enter the drive way !!! I had my baby in the car while the window was down . I never thought that i would see this at Wendys !!! UnHappy Customer

Was at wendys at 13 and dequinder in Madison heights mi and I payed my tab of 13$ with a 50 dollar bill and the cashier stold my change. I have been following up with management and cooperate with no resolve so far. Watch where you eat these people cannot be trusted.

11/2/12 I have been a customer of the Wendy's on 88th Ave & Washington St. in Thornton for many years. But in the last 2-3 years in the hiring of mexicans I have seen the service at this store go down. I would say at least in the past 2 years Wendy's people here have messed up my ordered at least 9 times - THAT ENOUGH. My order is generally the same everytime and not at all complicated. My order is - #1 with just lettuce and tomato topping ONLY - no cheese or sauces and I repeat it twice if the person is in front of me and sometimes a third time if I at the drive thru. But for some stupid reason at times they can't get it right. IF my memory is correct Wendy's use to have regular hamburgers and/or cheese burgers but now they have changed their main menu to all cheeseburgers and I think that is were the problem IS. Anything outside of the normal routine they at times can't get an right even after you repeat it 2-3 times. I guess you wouldn't if you can't understand the language. I will give that store one bright spot and that is to one young white man with glasseswho knows how to correct a problem and correct quickly - my hat go off to him. A woman who was in front of me got inpatient and left because of the slow service. My final remarks is that I will not go to any Wendy's again for the comments I have read on this website concucr to my problem. Sorry Wendy's you just LOST A GOOD CUSTOMER.

Management

The management at Wendy's in Sacramento on meadowview is horrible. Everytime I go there I witness the general manager yelling at all the co workers. She makes all of the short Asian workers run around and do all the hard work. If something goes wrong she would blame them when she is the one managing them. She's not a good G.M.

dont go to wendys in johnstown ny the food was nasty and when u call the people dont wanna help so i def give wendys a 1 star and i will NEVER eat there again!!!!!!!!!!!!

I thought the Wendys in Gulfport MS was an isolated case but after reading several reviews I conclude that Wendys does not care about customer service. The employees could not care less about customer service. After our latest experience we are swearing off going to Wendys. After wating 40 minutes for a salad, chicken sandwich (that turned out to be a double hamburger) and soggy fries I could not believe they are still open. The workers sit around doing nothing while someone must be attempting to make an effort to prepare food even if it is not what you ordered. There was one couple in the dining room and about 5 cars in the drive-thru that did not appear to move. It was taking so long that the drive-thru customers came into the dining area to find out what the holdup was. Customers were coming into the dining area only to get frustrated and leave because of the non existent service. How does Wendys survive when you read all of these complaints that are throughout the U.S? This was not an isolated case for us at this restaurant but by far the worse. You have been warned.....stay away from Wendys unless you want to be totally frustrated.

the food is great but honestly in conway, s.c. on church st. DO NOT GO HERE it is the worst costumer service ever there was a line of cars at the drive thur and 2 cars in front of me and a car cuts everyone and goes right to the front and they still served the people who cut everyone and it took 27mins to get my order and there was only 2 in front of me when i got to the window i asked what the problem was and why they didnt answer the entercom they said the speaker was messed up but the lady at the window took and order right in front of me with no problem and everytime i go to this resturant it takes a really long time and everytime they say there was a big order but i watch and i dont see that to be the probl;em the people at the window talk to everyone to long very bad place to go this is the worst wendys and everyone says it around town they need to be investagated by the head office and see what i mean and they honestly take to long to push out the orders and i worked for wendys in Rhode Island when i was 18 now im 33 and we had a tim limit of 1min or 1 1/2 mins something like that to get the order to the custumer what happen to that dave thomas

I sent my boyfriend to wendys on aramingo ave in Philadelphia pa and when he got there they were just closing the dining area, he just missed it so he tried drive thru and because he was on a bicycle he was politely denied service by the cashier. my boyfriend proceded to ask if it was company policy to turn away customers because of their form of transportstion. my boyfriend then asked for a manager to see if it was company policy. manager came to the window very hostile and immature and rudly said "NO, NO WERE NOT GONNA SERVE YOU". I then asked why? is that company policy? she said yes. although im very disappointed in the way wendys staff members treat the public. Im very pleased to say thank you to mcdonalds because i was really craving a burger and their dinning area was also closed but allowed him to order our dinner in drive thru. How is it wendys being a competitor to mcdonalds can not satify customers needs? the manager on staff at wendys on aramingo and venago i beleave her name to be christine. if anyone stops through this wendys and sees her please try to cheer her up...

wendys in phenix city alabama off of hwy 80 w the owner of this establishment kicked me off the property while i was a customer expresing my first amendment rigts the manager veronica belomy who has pulled out box cutters on other employes and still has a job she call people cracers and is as racist as i am she gets affended at what im whereing and made the comment that i need 2 caps put to the back of my head ialso had a problem with her berating my son becouse he didnt want to get an employee discount i had a meeting with mike verlardo who is byisti let him know drugs were being sold out of the store by veronica and others they smoke maryjane on premisis and on there breaks i have proff of this mike the owner who employes my wife at this poticular store has been informed of all the illegal acts done on his property and had cortland send me a genaric letter banning me and my 14 year old son from the store becouse he does not want me to obtain more proff that his no drug policies are a farce sory in advance for all the poorly spelled words but what do you expect for an 8th grade education i hope wendy thomas does something about this this is not what dave thomas had in mind when he started a family oreented establishment

I am very unhappy that Wendys is letting Coke run their business. Maybe in Ohio you sell more Coke than Pepsi, but not so out west! I worked for 5 yrs. in a convenience store. We sold Pepsi 2 to 1 over Coke. You have made us choose to take your stinking Coke or go else where. I loved Wendys food and went there often but when I went to your drive-up went and they said you no longer have Pepsi, I left without purchasing anything and have not returned. I am sure I am not the only customer who stop using you due to no choice on fountain drinks. Do not tell me Coke out sell, the real reason is Coke refuses to put their drinks in business if you have Pepsi. I know I am only one person and we will never hear from you but just know I am not a customer of Wendys

Unfortunately, 1 star is too high for the service received at Wendy's this evening. After asking if Wendy's had root beer 3 times (couldn't find it easily on the menu), our question was answered by " medium or large" A single was ordered with lettuce and mayo which was repeated by the cashier lettuce and tomatoe. Next a chili and a potatoe was ordered. When this part was read back to us,we asked about the single which envoked a visit from the manager. He asked if we had trouble hearing and to pull forward. At the window we were handed a slip of paper. No explanantion just the paper (I guess they thought we could read even if we couldn't hear)and of course the total price. We hadn't finished giving the whole order but the cashier was busy taking the next order and the manager was standing behind her staring at me. I couldn't tell if he was perfecting his stare down or what. When told that wasn't our whole order, the cashier said "Oh! Well what do you want?" When asked for the manager's name the response was "which one, we have several". (How about the one that was standing behind you) Needless to say, this is the LAST time we'll ever go to that Wendy's and after reading some of the other comments it may be the last visit to Wendy's period. Perhaps the chain should spend more on proper training of staff and managers and less on advertising. Advertising may get someone to try Wendy's but customer service at this level will not bring repeat business. And for the record, we went to another chain to purchase food for the rest of our party.

I have always enjoyed my family visits to Wendy's over the years. Now that I am a grandma - I bring my two grandchildren. They enjoy the kids meals and of course the best part - the prize/toy included. Over the last two months, we have gotten several Waldo prizes - all which were not approriate for young children (3 yrs). They were complicated to put together and to be honest - not very much fun. It seems to me that when deciding to market a toy w/your meal your best bet would be something that didn't need "parent partticipation" (in my case - "grandma participation") Small pieces and complicated instructions just leads to fustration on the part of these young kids. How about some prize that's "ready to go" with very few pieces. I am disappointed with your choices and lack of concern for the happiness of the little ones you are selling to.(I doubt you intention is to just throw these prizes out at the end of the meal).

Rude McDonald service is better they make there burgers and chicken and it sits there untill you order thats how its so fast never had real hot food from wendys

I paid a visit to the Wendy's on Covington hwy. In Decatur Ga. I order a Cesar Chicken Wrap, I received my chicken wrap after biting into my wrap 3-4 times, I discovered a roach in my wrap. I was disgusted upset furious in total disbelief. I will be reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau

I went to the Wendy's a few days ago in Gadsden Alabama and the where the food was excellent, the service lacked. I went to the drive-thru and 2 workers were laughing when I pulled up. When the cashier went to hand me my food, one of the workers behind her threw ice at me. Then both workers just sat there laughing and smiling and never apologized when the ice hit me. The continued by closing the drive-thru window on me while I was still sitting there. There have been alot of complaints about this store from my family and friends and something needs to be done about it. The disrespect for customers coming from that store is sinful to say the least.

This is for the location on northgate in sacramento. Why dont you try not powerwashing every day for 3 hours making the lot a mess and try cleaning the tables once in a while. There is no possible way this location needs to be powerwashed every day rediculous. The tables are nasty sticky and you got a guy out there playing with the hose every day. Priority to customer is clean restaurant where i eat my food. Always like 4 employees gossiping and generally not working while the place is filthy, sidewalk is clean though....stupid.

The Wendy's in grand blanc Michigan is loosing business from the rudeness of the employees the owners must not care because they have done it in front of the whole staff I will never go back to another wendya til they handle they rude employees an they give you all tour food an respect the customers because we go for food not disrespectful services

Wendys location in Las Vegas NV had poor service. Once a big fan of Wendys, i will never go to any Wendys location ever again. I will post on the internet what Wendys has done over the weekend and will recommend that people stop going to Wendys. I will be calling the corporate office to file out a complaint.
