after spending 14.26,the burgers were cold,buns hard,cheese not melted,fries were like cardboard.tried to contact the manager at the store at 2oo s.clayton st lawrenceville,ga.The phone rang and rang and then sounded like it went to a fax machine.not surprising,since this is not the 1st time that i have had terrible food from this location.never again,work too hard for my money to waste on 3 burgers and 1 large fry

Wow.. these are some harsh and unfair comments.. Wendy's restaurants are the cleanest and employ the most polite people around! I believe in general frustrated people need a place to complain, while those satsified move on. If you need to bash a company try filthy Friendlys or some other disappointing restaurant.. Keep up the good work Wendy's!!

Pretend I did not use the Start rating at all because this is not a complaint about service or product. Today, Tuesday, Sept. 2012. I was taking my Husband home after he had minor surgery and Wendy's was the closest place. We do not usually eat fast food and he only wanted a little something to settle his stomach. We ordered two small, regular cheeseburgers and a medium soft drink and the total came to $9.17. This seems very high priced to us. Is this normal? It seems we would have payed less if we ordered a meal with fries and 2 drinks. It does not quite add up.

I saw the commercial for the new Wendy's fries and I was a litlte surprised. Usually the fast food industry is known for their own restaurant's specific fries. Everyone knows McDonald's, Burger King, and Wendy's have their own unique french fry so I was a litlte intrigued to find out Wendy's is changing it up. I'm not gonna lie I'm interested to try their new fries and I'll probably try them next time I go

The Wendys here in Odessa Tx is anything but fresh.... yuck. I was appalled at the burgers that came out of this dive. my wife went through the drive thru brought the food home and the burgers were at least 6 hrs old. Hard as rocks the fries were soggy also old. Well I walked in the place witch by the way smelled like sewer,and demanded my money back told them that this food was not fit to feed to my dog!, they should be ashamed at the filth of this joint trash everywhere old food out burgers sitting on the counter waiting for the first sucker to come along. this place is NASTY!!!!!! I will be reporting them to our local health department,and they will fail. I used to love Wendys now I nor my family will never set foot in another EVER

Honestly, I'm not too surprised this is haippneng. Actually, just a couple of days ago I was on Facebook, yes, Facebook, and I saw a friend's status update that read: Oh my God. I have to go to Wendy's tomorrow. I had no idea what he was talking about, but now it all makes sense. This just reminds me of all the chapters we read on advertising and the food industry with their tricky marketing ploys and it looks like it's working if my friend is any representation of the fast food loving public, which I believe he is. The commercial still frame on this article's site is a pretty good marketing ploy, too, if a bit corny. A line of people, starting with the Wendy's worker, waiting for the new and improved French fries on a beach in La La Land. Great job, Wendy's. You've done it again.

Wendys, 8/30/2012, @ 5011 Rt. 130 S., Delran,nj. I asked for a # 1, only with raw onion & mustard. Hold the rest. It came with lettuce,tomato, mayo, etc. I get tired of returning my order and getting in line again. My wife asked for a .99 cent crispy chicken, plain, which she usually gets.It also came with the works. It gets messy scraping all that junk off. The salad and baked potatoes were the only things that she didnt scr5ew up on. Good bye.

Wendy's on Christopher Columbus, blvd. in Philadelphia has poor customer service, and the Managers are the worst of them all. My brother was interviewed last monday, he was called to come in to work monday 8/27. when he got there he was greated very rudly by a manager who seemed to have an issue with why he was there. She spoke to him in a very nrgative tone, asked him why was he there, he told her he was called back to start employment, she then said well I'm not hirirng you, I have the last say and walked away. I don't know the basis for why she didn't want to go through with hirirng him, but she was very rude about it. I called headquarters and the rep that I spoke with was very rude as well. She said there is no hiring policy that governs Wendy's, each manager has there own process. Should I look into this matter? I feel there may have been some form of discrimination involved.

Ive have always liked you food and Give you a four star rateing on that. But the experience I had a your sturevant wisc site was a minus five. Pulling up to your building, I noticed a american flag with just the stars and a few torn red and white stripes left on it. When I went in and purchased my food, I ask to see the manager and when he came out I was assured there would be a new one up right away. That was weds and today is Sunday and nothing has been done. Many people have die for that flag, and it should be be flown the right way. They share a lot with walmart and menards and a new one would be about $4.95. Shame on you store manager and wendys. I hope in the very near future I see a proper one up there. If you cannot afford one, maybe I can get one of the gold star mothers to give the one that was draped over there son or daughter casket.

My son and myself was @ your location in Charlotte NC he was hurt by window ledge. Had to take him to ER to glue wound together. He will have premanent scarring. I was told by Insurance Company that their is nothing they will be able to do. No fault of Wendy's per Steven Brock. I think that location need to be remodeled and update to be child proof.

Just wondering as I watch a Wendy's commercial, why is it my sandwich Doesn't look like that thick burger topped with crispy lettuce, Tomato and fresh fluffy bun? Really gives new meaning to false advertising. You started out great way back when, but have definitely lost meaning of customer satisfaction. Never eat at Wendy's anymore.

Tonight, I was informed by the supervisor that the manager Mr. Waleed no longer accepts orders for free refills on what she called "registered" drinks, that is Lipton Ice Tea. This Wendy's is located on Queens Blvd. and Broadway, Queens, New York. I am a customer of Wendy's for more than 20 years. If that's the policy, then I think that it should be posted on every Wendy's to let the customers know. This may be a mismanagement on the part of Mr. Waleed or the supervisor. You be the judge. Please investigate, as they have lost one good customer.

your restaurant in LOGAN OHIO is the worst place i have ever went to in my entire life! this place is ridiculous i will never again return there and will tell everyone about my bad expierience i went there two nights in a row now and each time ordered the son of a baconater meal and a double cheeseburger meal the fries were cold and hard and the bacon was burnt and they were so sloppy i threw them away this is horrible wendys. i seen the double dip fries and nuggets when someone asks for FRESH fries. is this your definition of fresh?? horrible place!

My son has worked for this company for 2 months in Fort Erie Ontario Canada and has recieved one paycheck since he has been there. What kind of company doesn't know how to do payroll and lied about sending it in the mail the mail doesn't take 9 days to mail a simple letter. I will be calling the labour board and BBC to make a complaint about this company!!! And far as the service and food goes they suck in both areas. I rather eat McDonalds seven days a week than ever go to Wendys I'm surpise you have lasted this long!

The Wendy's in Franklin, KY needs to be shut down. They have a person by the name of Jackie Hardin that I know for a fact has a history of stealing and they still let him work there as assistant general manager. I know he steals from his parents. and has stolen from Petro's recently. He has even stated that the registers are coming up short of cash. Whose to say he isn't taking the cash and blaming the workers? He uses drugs and has stolen from me since he was 12. He recently stole something of 1000 dollars value last month from me also. I just don't want this store getting robbed from him. His wife is also GM so how easy would this be for him to steal from this store. Just start watching the Wendy's in Franklin Ky.If you want this store to work you should fire him before he puts you all under. The food is nasty, and the drive through is really slow(12 min)wait and they have this theif as assistant GM. He has a record of stealing and has done jail time in Nelson county KY. This really makes this store look bad. Thanks just something you all should know. what kind of resturant is Wendy's when they hire people that went to jail for stealing as an assistant GM.

My children and I went to the Wendy's restaurant located on Wurzbach Road in San Antonio, Texas. This one is close to the medical center area which means it's accessible to doctors, nurses, hospital administrators, and other medical staff. On the way home, we went through the drive through for quick service. Not only did the young lady at the register not know what we ordered, but she felt the need to tell us that she had just come back from the bathroom. In addition, a supervisor walked up (who also did not know what we ordered), and yelled at the employee about not telling her when she was leaving the window. The final straw was observing yet another employee bang the silver pan from the kitchen out of the Drive thru window onto the ground. We quickly cancelled our order, drove away, and located a McDonald's down the street. By the way, they provided exceptional service. Oh, did I mention that I will not be back. Customer service and cleanliness is definitely an issue for this location. Thanks!
