Wendys Corporate Office & Headquarters

Stopped off at the Wendy's at Latrobe, PA. All I wanted was a burger and large fries to go. No drinks. It was $7.29. If I would have known this I would have gone down the road and had a large combo for 1/2 the price.Wendy's has seen the last of me.

I go to the wendy's in Decatur tx and they employ some of the rudest staff I have ever seen! I asked for extra ketchup in the drive thru once and the kid at the window rolled his eyes at me and yelled "I alread gave you ketchup". I have worked in fast food for years and I know it gets hard and its not an ideal job but there is no reason to treat customers so rudely. This was the second time an employee had rolled their eyes and been rude to me so I called and asked for the manager and he did not even ask for the employee's name, he didnt care at all. Almost every wendy's I have been to the staff is rude and I have heard the same from many others. Customer service is obviously not a key priority at wendy's and I'm sorrt but the food is not good enough to get treated that way. I will never ever go to another wendy's.

I posted our story and contacted the customer services. Still no word about this. Our local news agency has contacted us about an interview and will be doing an investigation so the public will know about this. It has been three days and still no contact from Wendy's. Nbc 5 news says to give them one more day. Supervisors in New Liskeard Ontario are bullies and call employees names if they don't fit their social acceptance. Tracy Robertson calling employees fat, whale, drama queens etc. District Supervisors approached with problem and they do nothing!!! This is pathetic and all employees who quit because of this poor behaviour in the work place should sue Wendy's maybe they will treat people better in the future this is totally unacceptable!!

My wife, kids, and I went to Wendy's in Greenville Texas at 10:45 am. we placed our order for chille cheese fries and other food. about 20mins down the road. My wife and i began to eat the fries. After consuming nearly half the order. We discovered A LARGE BLACK BEETLE was laying in our food. we pulled over and front of many people started puking on the ground. I am very discussed about this. We have taken pictures, posted it to facebook, and even contacted NBC 5 news in Dallas.

The Wendy's in Brentwood, TN off of Franklin pike is a direct reflection of the Manager. He provided great customer service with a smile and recommended my lunch which was also great! His leadership at this location has definitely impacted this location because this was absolutely the best service I ever received at Wendy's in my life. This staff here is great and very helpful and it was a pleasant and surprising experience. Thanks for taking care of your customers!

Your viral picture ( kid eating ice cream out of machine) tells us you need to get new management!! You and Taco Bell!!!! Hire for cheap and that's what you get!! I've been a food manager for 30 years and NEVER had any incident of any contamination in any restaurant I managed. I watched employes. Didn't sit around. Customer service was number 1 on the list! Well... now it's you and Taco Bell off my list of places to eat at!!

Went to Wendys in Indialantic Beach. Fl. Was very hungry, walked in and the smell was so bad I lost my appetite and walked out. It was not a food smell, it was like a dirty mop smell (or mildew rag). I will never go in there again

i worked for Wendys in Whitestone, NY location for two days, but unfortunately my mother had a relapse on her quadruple heart bypass surgery. I became the person responsible for taking care of her and had to quit my job. i worked in this location for two full days, and was looking for my pay, i have spoken to several managers in that location, but no one can give me an answer as to whether i should have gotten paid or not. it has been a very difficult time for me and my mother, and every little penny would help. but no one in that location can help.

This has got to be the worst Wendy's in Greensboro, NC. They consistently get your order wrong, will give you cold food. I purchased a salad there on 6/11/13 the one with strawberries and blueberries and grilled chicken. There were 4 blueberries and 7 strawberry shavens. I purchased the identical salad from the Wendy's on Randleman Rd. Greensboro, NC and there was a significant difference in quality and amount. The food at Randleman is always hot and most of the time the order is right. The Wendy's on Elmsley should close its doors. I will not donate my money to that store ever again

When I heared someone applyed to work here the one in woodstock ,GA 12085 hwy 92 the manager never called back and I feeled that the manager should call back and let the person know when his or her first day starts.

canfield ohio service was terrible wrong order missing food 2nd time our 5 hamburgers were raw im calling the health department needs an over haul starting with managers down

service was lously store was dirty at night they never get the food right the workers never where there hats there uniform are filthy when ya call back in and complain the manager does nothing about it we go thru there alot at night and go thru drive thru they never answer the drive thru so we just leave never can get order right this is the store in bethany mo

Went to the local Wendy's restaurant tonight 6/8 at 8:15 p.m. In Lake Hopatcong. Service in the drive thru was very slow. Was told to wait several times. I finally gave up and left.

Was told Wednesday to come back on Saturday because district manger was to busy to see me for interview on Wednesday so came back in store again on Saturday for interview an waited fifty minutes in lobby,this manger knew I was there waiting,when she told me to be there at ten thirty I was on time but again this district manger was to busy to see me again,what a wait of my time an effert,why be hiring if you can not be seen for interview,they should make time if they want more help in store...Store in Swansboro NC

I stopped in at the wndys at 312 Golf Mtn Rd Cross Lanes WV and had my free key chain Frosty card and the Manager would not honor it and argued with me about it also I ordered fresh hot fries and got cold ones and I seen them put the fries I just touched, back into the basket and re-heat them and gave them back to me. The manager was rude and apparently not concerened with cleanliness. I know if I owned a restaraunt, I would want to know. Also the frostys I bought were runny like chocolate milk. Thanks for listening.

Very dissapointed. I called wendys to check on my job application and a lady said she was in middle of lunch right now and hung up on me ...I called right back as asked her why she hung up and she screamed and said same thing again. very sad that you have those kind of employees working there. I never in my life would ever speak to anybody in that kind of way, no matter what.

I frequent the Wendy's that is only a short drive from my office. I go as much as once a week, sometimes twice, to get the Apple Pecan Chicken salad. My favorite part is the pecans. Today I went and made my same order, only to discover upon return to my office, that there were no pecans in my bag. I was so disappointed. I was not able to leave the office again, so I was not able to enjoy my salad the way I normally do when it includes the nuts. I will still visit Wendy's, but I will be double checking the bag from now on.

This is a complement for Hurgo Florvil, who is a manager at Wendy's. The location of the Wendy's is Boca Raton, Palmetto Park Rd & Judge Winikoff Rd. Hurgo has done some amazing things that needs to let the corporation know. It was a busy day with many consumers waiting, while two employees were out. He worked extremely hard, taking care of all the consumers, taking excellent care until empty, all with a big smile always. My wife and I were both very impressed.
