I work for a Wendys in savannah ga ok there nasty they use old chilli meat from April 2011 they touch your cheese with no gloves I've even told them I would call the health department they can't run their store we finally go a raise from three years ago this month Wow our problem we tell them every store knows they that their issue out on our hours and when we call the main office we never hear from them customers have called and complainted, thr back talk the customers, send you home for being right the manger in crew you say I say and only time they clean good is when the head people coming so all this and they wonder why we don't care this is why WENDYS SUCKS thats why I go to school now tried of thr mess. Got robbed while i was there, and the manger had the nerve to ask do he want use to open back up.WOW very unsafe place,, you fall they don't even write the report up they need to change mangers just to of them an asst. I was going to tell of the terrible experience I had at Wendy's in Springfield Ohio but it seems I'm not alone. From the postings other people have written, my experience can't hold a candle to some of the experiences that others have had. The conclusion I've come to is McDonald's and Burger King will never have to worry about Wendy's taking away their business, Wendy's employees have done the job for them. And it's not just in one area, it seems to be all over America. Dave Thomas has probably turned over in his grave a few times after all the negativity I've read.

I use the drive-through service as a convenience at the Zebulon Rd. Macon, Georgia, Wendy's quite often. Tonight was no different! Around 7:30 I go and order a PLAIN hamburger for my son, and what happens? The usual,the hamburger is loaded with mayonaise, lettuce, tomato, AND onions!!!!! Why don't empolyees care about getting the order correct? Don't they care about their reputation and that of their employer? I could understand if this rarely happened, or if they were busy at the drive-through or the dining room. That was most certainly NOT the case. I would have taken the burger back, but I was on I-475 on my way home and did't have the time. I will take the burger back Friday afternoon after work. I work hard at my job and am not too surprised by the apathy by employees of fast food restaurants.

WENT TO WENDYS AT 1335 CENTRAL AVE IN ALBANY NY 518-459-4700 AND HAD ASKED THEM FOR NO CHEESE ON MY HAMBURG AND WHEN I GOT HOME AS ALWAYS THERE WAS CHEESE ON IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME SO I CALLED AND TALKED TO THE EMPLOYEE AND HE WAS NICE ABOUT IT UNTIL I HEARD THE MANAGER IN THE BACKGROUND SAY TO HIM TO HANG-UP ON ME THEN SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE AND SAID SHE WAS BUSY TO CALL BACK TOMORROW AND THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I TRYED CALLING THEM BACK AND THEY HAD THE PHONE OFF THE HOOK (WHAT A WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN.

my daughter works for the wendy's out of sterling, CO and i just have to say they are not just in pay raises or during holidays. MANY places i've worked for have given holiday gifts or some sort of thank you gift to show how they like thier employees, now i just don't get why a company like this can be so unthoughtful and the amount of money the company makes, that you won't do a little something for the employees! Now raises it seems to me are bad. An employee working for you for 4 years is only making 7.80 an hour thats pathic. How does this company think so little of their help? Maybe the corproate office needs to be more giving for all the hard work and quality service these employees give out for you and customers.

I had a very bad experience at the Lewis Center location on Owenfield Dr. First I couldn't understand the person working the drive thur. I had to ask 3 times what she said. After the 3rd time another person got on the intercom & yelled something at me. I advised her "wow, nevermind" and went to McDonalds. I called the Store location & advised the Manager Glen of what had happened. He must have heard the incident because he said I don't think she meant to yell at you. I'm not sure what has happened with customer service, but in my world you don't yell at a customer for any reason, meaning to or not. But, thanks to the additude of the Manager I will no longer visit that location.

This has nothing to do with food instead the manager at the only local Wendys here She makes and allows sick employees work in a food service enviroment. She also belittles and puts down the emploees. At this time i will be fileing a lawsuit against Wendys for her unacceptable behavior and remarks. I have also contacted the state health dept. as well as the locale health dept. to make them aware of this issue. At present one employee has scabees and is working pretty nasty in my book.

Wow, and I thought I was the only one disappointed in the Wendys chain. Apparently not. Our store isn't too bad but it isn't the greatest. Full of (young) people grab-assin' around and telling lewd jokes. And occasionally working by taking an order or two and actually serving it. My first job was being a bus-boy at a Bonanza. I can assure you that these kinds of activities would not have been tolerated back then. I have seen a terrible decline in service with all of these restaurants. McDs, The Bell and Hardees to name a few. I think it is an unfortunate Barometer of the attitudinal climate of America. People have quit caring. Except for me and mine.

We used to have 2 Wendy's in town, 1 on the west side and one on the other side of town. The one near us closed because of poor service and no one would go, no one ever addressed the issues. Since it closed I have not been back to a Wendy's. I decided today to go across town to try the new chicken ranch sandwich with homestyle chicken. Upon arrival, the drive through was backed up and that should have been a red flag. We went in and there was 1 girl taking orders and people were complaining about not getting their food. We literally waited 30 minutes to get our food order taken. Then the girl taking orders literally walked out of the store. Never saw a manager, the rest of the employees were young and all speaking spanish to each other.Such nasty attitudes to boot, seriously? 1 girl would come out and take an order and go back to back. We finally got our food and the fries were old and dried out and cold and the chicken sandwich would have been good but it came with spicy chicken. Could not eat it, it was hot.Ordered the homestyle, specifically said DO NOT WANT SPICY CHICKEN. Tried to go back and get money back but that was impossible. This could very easily been good food, but no management, poor service and they did not care, period. It took a lot to try Wendy's again and 1 store has already been closed here for bad service, you would think this could not happen again. This is a the 4th largest city in OK and a military town, no reason for this what so ever. I do not appreciate the employees speaking spanish to each other complaining about the customers, they have the job because of us. What business can afford to do business like this, with the economy the way it is today? All the places we passed that have great service to go there and be treated like you are inconveniencing them? Store # 102, Lawton, OK. Called the # to tell them about concerns and got a machine. I just want my money back. Do you even care?

Hello, I was at your location at 2123 Broadhollow rd in Farmingdale Ny and used the drive through at approximately 345 pm on November 2nd 2012 and ordered a half size spicy chicken salad. When I got back to work to enjou lunch unfortunately there was a long black hair in my salad. I went back to the store to merely acquire a refund and to my amazement not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience or offer any way to remedy the situation. I realize that sometimes situations arise but as a customer who frequents this location two to three times a week I am appalled. There are plenty of other locations to buy lunch and all I was looking for was concern, instead I was treated as though it was my fault. Unacceptable!. This may be my ilast time eating at Wendy's. I just wanted to say that the restaurant in Riverview Florida on Gibsonton Drive is by far the best Wendy's my family has been to.....we now go there often. They are always very helpful and friendly......the counter workers even come out to your table to give refill and take your tray.....WOW....at at fast food place! They are always very busy and sometimes the wait is a little long but it is worth it....even when they are packed they treat you like you are the most important part of their job.....anybody in that area needs to stop by ..they will make your day

I was in a wendys resterant that was filthy and I HAVE A PICTURE TO PROVE IT located on 64 in Langley B,C. When I told the manager he aske me to meet him and he did not show up and when I phoned him to see where he was he said he get lost so I offered to give him directions he said he didn't have time to deal with this so here I sit woundering who would like to see the picture I have? Wendy's in Granite Falls,N.C.28630 is one of the worst drive-thru locations in North Carolina that I've experienced. If you want your order wrong please shop at this location. However be aware that they are always right if you try to tell them they got your order wrong. After reading my order from an order list that consisted of 5 different meals they left out 1 chicken sandwich and 1 medium frosty. This was my latest experience; however this is not the only time they have left some of the order out that I either did not go back and get or two I have to drive back for the remainder of the order. This is MY LAST TRIP TO THIS LOCATION> I will be shopping in Hickory, N. C. POOR!!!!!!!POOR!!!POOR!!!! service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ORDER at your own risk!!

A few weeks ago I went to the Wendy's on Battlefield Parkway in Fort Oglethorpe, GA. Ordered several items but when I got home several items were missing and the ones I had were prepared wrong. I called back and spoke to the manager who was very rude and said there was nothing she could do about it and hung up. I contacted your area supervisor who said she was going to send me some gift cards in the mail. I guess they got lost. After reading the other reviews I see that Wendy's apparently has untrained and uncaring management in their stores. Years ago I went to Shoneys and was overcharged for a breakfast buffet - I have not been back since. There are plenty of restaurants in the Fort Oglethorpe area that has managers who care about their customers so I will spend my money with them. Twenty plus years ago I worked at McDonald's as an assistant manager. We were trained to take care of our employees and our customers. If we had happy employees they would take care of the customers. The behavior of your manager indicates that they as managers are not being taken care therefore they don't really care about the employees or the customers as long as they get a pay check. Wendy's has good food but the behavior of your staff will keep me from stopping at any of your stores. I know I am only one unhappy customer but as they say word of mouth advertising is the best form of advertising. I can't even tell you how many people I have already told about the service at your restaurant. I drive by their everyday on my way home from work and as I drive by I think of the rude manager that you have working for you and that motivates me to tell more people. If you just take the sales that you would have gotten from me over a ten year period can you guess how much that would have been? No, you can't but I can tell you that in the past I have had business meetings at that store, met friends there, ate lunch and dinner there, stopped by for a late night snack, and went there after class. In all I would say I was in your store 3 maybe 4 times a week. But since this experience I have not been to your store for any reason. There is no need for you to contact me as I have already decided to never set foot in one of your stores again. One more thing, you spend millions a year on advertising trying to get customers to come to your stores and purchase your food. Just tonight alone I have seen 6 ads for Wendy's on one tv station in less than 4 hours. How much did that cost you? Who cares its a tax write off right? Why spend all that money on advertising when you untrained and uncaring mangers who cannot take care of their customers? Is the cost of replacing a hamburger more important than keeping a customer? Apparently It is!

Wendy's Restaurant or TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Today after seeing those great commercials about Dave's Burgers I went to a Wendy's in Missouri and I received the worst service in my life from this restaurant and the manager who said his name is "Bud", but did not have on any name tag and was extremely rude to me when I requested help. I guess the number one thing was that I stood there in line for over 13-minutes and no one would assist me or take my order and that got even mader when I asked for Corporate's phone number and address. Bud, the supposed MGR was very unprofessional and rude. I even tried to call Wendy's HQ but they wldn't give me the correct phone number after kindly requesting it several times and when I called the Int phone Number the girl who answered was more rude and hung-up on me the 1st time. When I called back she stated very rudely, "I don't have time for this and I don't have Corporate's phone Number or know of anyone that can help you!" I was floored I've never complained about Wendy's before and now this first time they are extremely rude and could care less, I mean I could see if I complained to them or filed complaints at all but I haven't. Wow, I mean wow. I never got food or any service but they did assist 2 other people of a different nationality? Wow." and, Didn't have time for me a used to be customer after this event. I went to wendys in grandview mo and my wife and got an baconator from this wendys my wife is 9months pregnate and she takes 3bites into the sandwich and finds out that the sandwich isn't done at all the burger looks like its been just cooked on top that's all upon calljng the store where no one speaks English the so called manager said that she couldn't do anything about it. im going to turn this store in j want it completely down !!!!!

I do not get to eat out very often because of money and I would like to get what I pay for. I told the lady at the drive through about three times what I wanted and they still did not give me my complete order. I didn't realize this until I got home. I tried for several hours to reach Wendy's by telephone and no one answered. Finally when I reached someone I explained to her that I was missing a sandwich. I told her this had happened before and she said I had the option of checking the bag before I leave. I told her I probably would not be back and thanked her and hung up. I don't think it is up to the customer to make sure the order is right. I worked in customer service for over 30 years and good customer service is very important where I shop.

Hi I work at Wendys in Tucson Az On Irvington and Palo Verde. i been there for a month but i have not received a single pay check i have not gotten paid i have talked to the managers and they have not helped me out to get paid.
