Worst experience ever! I tried going through the drive thru got told it was closed to come in. Okay fine I got my disabled crippled butt out in the rain to go in. Didn't get greeted for at least 5 mins until I said out loud wow I don't even get greeted! Wanna know why....... cause they were serving someone else through The drive thru .....I will NEVER go back

WENDYS ON PARK STREET IN SAINT PETERSBURG FLORIDA SUCKSSSSSS !!!!!!!!!!!! ALL THE MANAGERS THERE ARE HOT HEADS ! THEY TREAT ALL OF THERE EMPLOYEES WITH SOOO MUCH DISRESPECT ITS CRAZY !! I WATCH A MANAGER GET IN ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES FACES AND MADE THEM BALL THERE EYES OUT ! AND ON TOP OF THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG AND I DID NOT RECIEVE A RECIEPT ! I DONT MIND GETTING MY ORDER FIXED BUT THE RUDENESS COMMING OUT OF THERE KITCHEN WAS OUTRAGIOUS ! SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THAT STORE IMMEDITETLY ! THANK YOU . BY THE WAY , I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THAT WENDYS EVER !

I just left Wendy's on 12701 Bell Rd. Surprise, Az 85374. Phone #623-583-6271... I ordered 2 sandwiches and drinks. After the order, I watched the KIDS, I say kids, because they were young. There were several kids in the kitchen as the girl was making my sandwiches, talking and laughing and the girl making the sandwich, she had gloves on, ,but what good did the gloves do after handling the phone while making the sandwitches. While talking on her cell phone,she was slapping on the cheese, vegetables. (a cell phone is one of the dirtiest things around food) As they were all having fun,I looked around the kitchen, the kitchen was filthy...I ask for a refund and will never go back to a Wendy's again. I did express my concern to the manager, also very young.

WELL I TO GIVE WENDY'S ALOT OF BUSINESS AND ON 6/6/2011 I WENT TO THE DRIVE-THRU AT THE BELMONT STORE IN YOUNGSTOWN, OHIO AND I WAS MAD BECAUSE I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT WITH MY CHANGE TO SEE IF THE ORDER WAS CORRECT BUT THE LADY CLOSED THE WINDOW IN MY FACE SO, I GOT MY ORDER FROM THE SECOND WINDOW AND WENT ON MY WAY BUT AS WE GOT ON THE ROAD WE FIND OUT THAT OUR ORDER WAS NOT ALL THERE AND WE HAD MESSY SANDWICH'S AND THE FRIES WERE REALLY SALTY THAT WE COULD NOT EAT THEM, SO I CALLED THE HEAD OFFICE WE WILL SEE WHAT HAPPENS ,BECAUSE THE ARE TRYING TO SAY WE NEVER GOT A ORDER FROM THEM , (I WONDER WHY I DIDN'T GET A RECEIPT TO SHOW THAT I WAS THERE)!!!!! BUT I DID ASK...

My wife has been working at wendys for 4 years, and ever since she got pregnant her manager has been really mean to her and making her cry. she got most of her hours cut. She says it may be because her manager has never had a relationship and she can't have any kids. I seen my wife work and she is a great worker, the fastest nicest one there and yet shes always told she does a bad job by the manager, and her coworkers see this and tell her to ignore her because she is great. Over the years she has been treated like shit, and has not gotten pay holiday pays or gotten any vacation hours. This company sucks and i hope they get sued for what they do to their employees

I'm a regular costumer of Wendy's in flint Michigan corunna rd. Me and my husband love you dollar menu and combos. I'm not complaining about the food I'm complaining about two of your managers a Cathy and June. Me and my family have watch both Managers yell, harass, and all out bully employee's. I mean to correct an employee is one thing, but to point out a simple mistake in such a loud tone in front of everyone including customers is ridicules!!!! And for something as stupid as not taking a order and getting food for another cashier. This is what happened there was two cashier's both females the first one said hello the second one ask us if we would be dinning in today. Well my and my husband approached as a couple, but ended up ordering seperate for what ever reason. While my husband got his order and went to site down the one girl had already started taking mine in a matter of seconds. The girl behind her went about help getting my fries and drink (which I thought was nice and fast)well all of sudden the manager named cathy started yelling at the poor girl getting my food saying that the one girl needed to do it herself and how she should of taken my order instead how having the other girl do it. and she did all of this extremely loud and in a very harassing manner. The poor girl looked so embarassed I truly wanted to say something. I mean we we're the only ones in line, their was no one else even there but us. We came up as a couple and never gave any sign that we were ordering seperate. It was an honest mistake.....I' am shocked that that woman is doing that. We still got to the same wendy's and have observe the samething from another manager name June. Always harassing employee's out in the open, in a loud and angry voice.....in front of children. I really hope you do something about this...because honestly I'm about ready to just stop eat there period.....and the only reason is because of the unfair treatment of your employee's.

My daughter has worked for Wendys in Abilene,TX in the new store and now in the old store going on two years. The general manager ( a woman) she has been working under has been taking advantage of my daughter's willing to help when there is a shortage of people on a shift. There have been many weeks she has worked 70 or more hours. This general manager can't keep people working in the store because of how she treats her employees. My daughter has been called in many, many times on her day off,threaten with write ups, scream at. The owner of the two stores doesn't seem to care what this general manager does and how she treats employees. At this point in time my daughter is exhausted and I have told to find a different place to work.

I stopped for some dinner for the family after a long day. Gave the teenage drive thru girl my card and waited for about 15 minutes for my order, which was kind of big but was all from the .99c menu which should have been ready to begin with. They seemed like the order was a hassle for them and where all running around like headless chickens to make up this order of 10 burgers and 5 fries. After getting my food and leaving I arrived home to remember that she did not give me back my card. I immediately called them to ask if they still had my card, the lady on the phone seemed annoyed with me like I was the problem and acted like looking for my card was a big job that she just could not do. So I went to the store directly to look around the parking lot and ask the teenage girl if she found it, she told me that she gave me the card back and remembered doing so, which I knew was a lie. So 2 days later I get my bank statement and what do you know, there was another charge AFTER I left for almost $10 bux. Yet they said they gave me back my card and did not have it. Thankfully I reported the card lost as soon as I got home so they could not charge anything else. This is unacceptable and I will be contacting corporate directly about this. In my eyes this is theft!

I have worked at Wendys for the past three months and have already been written up for "voids". At Wendy's you must keeps your "voids" under 1.75% of your total sales. Working the register only a short time I didn't have enough practice to know where everything on the menu is located and ended my shift with 8% "voids". I got written up for the night and was told that I needed to work on things and that to take my time. No biggie. The real issue I have with working there is the Shift Manager I work with sometimes doesn't seem to like me too much. Last night I was working both front register and drive thru. Towards the end of the night the Shift Manager took my drawer before the store was closed, so I thought we were done taking orders for the night, then he decides that we arent and gets mad when I didnt take the next order right away. Well I didnt because I had no way of collecting money. I ask him why he took my drawer and he states that he wanted to verify it for me. At the end of the night I was $53 short until he went and "found" $40 in a dropbox. So i ended up being $13 short. I never once put money in a drop box nor did I steal $13. I am worried that I will be fired for a Managers irresponsibility.

the Wendy's you have in ft.worth, texas , address: 963 north beach street Phone: 817-838-3444 , really needs a fire party and a re-hire new people party. ok, i use to spend twenty dollars every day there, my husband likes a certain sandwich, well, the last visit was on may 15, 2011 which was my last time there. The mexican guy there won't hush long enough for you to make and order and he throws my food at me in the window, half the time you can't understand them, they are all mexicans and i have had to tell them to slow down and talk clear. I absolutley hate it there... I wont be going back.. Just thought i would bring it too your attention. Never telling me thankyou really makes me angry, im a paying customer that if there weren't any, there would not be a job to be had there.they should be told to be ALOT nicer.

For many years Wendy's had the best cheeseburger in America because Wendy's had the best onions in America. But things change. The cheeseburger is still good, but the new red onions are awful. Bring back the old white onions or give me a choice or I will eat my cheeseburgers elsewhere.

i recently worked for the wendys on stateline doar in southaven mississippi... the worst fast food resturaunt i have ever worked for... the gm was not a good man.. the crew he has working there are all crap except for a handfull of people... the store is not ran the way it should be....... i am not a disgruntled former employee, i resigned from this location because of the bull crap that went on daily.. it has drained all the life out of me...

the service was awful and didnt get my order got a refund .and now i got told 24 now 48 and now 72 and now it been over a week still dont have my money in my bank . want ever be back there again

hello i am sending this post of hopes that some one will listen, i am a costumer of wendy's in groves texas twin city highway .There use to be this manager that use to work there always happy and smiling. well on friday night i over heard some of the workers having a conversation about ths manager and that she got fired i always wanted to know what happened to her ..well i am typing this that i wish i had the money to help this young lady outto get a lawyer. To what i understand that she got fired for reasons that were personal and that why she was fired was just to get rid of her now i do not know if it it's true or not but some one needs to look into ...One more thing these young girls were also taking about she had a son working there too what i find odd is that he was fired too do you think that is kind of odd too but the real reason he was fired the young girls go on with there talk was that he was a good worker but he got fired becuase he was gay...wooow if you tell me something is going on at the store some thing is very fishy if you ask me . i will keep checking this site for a messgae if not i guess will have to take my story to some who will listen... thank you for your time. I go to the Wendy's in Fort Worth Texas at 2420 Westport Parkway and always have good service and everyone is very nice but today I went with my husband and the young man at the register taking orders his name was Enrike had this huge cut on his knuckle with dried blood even on it now that is just "WRONG" in every way. He was getting drink orders and even putting food on the tray. I hope that someone in the Corporate office reads this and does something about it. Other than that it has always been a pleasure but after today its making my stomach turn on what kind of people the mgmt would let work with that kind of issue...thanks

I work at wendy's in cabot arkansas where if you have aergies to fish yu may not want to eat there snce the crispy chicken and chicke nugges are cooked in the fish grease an where managerersgiveemployees wedies ripping there clothes this is the worste store i have ever seen

I live in Richardson Texas. The Store at 1345 E. Beltline Road Richardson, Texas 75081. There is a manager there by the name of Katy. I know for a fact that she has changed the schedule of several employees to write them up are either fire them (2-3) employees. Katy does this behind the head Manager and General Manager backs. She will fire the African American people. She goes out of her way to give the Hispanic employees all the hours they ask for are time off. One of my coworkers will jump behind the drive thru when the Green's come in (neighborhood parents) to keep from serving them. They are one of the best neighborhood families and support you in any school function for as education goes. I feel that all of the problems happening at this restaurant is due to the Head Manager not recognizing the problems within. She is blindfolded due to the workers being Hispanic. Where in America does it say that all the Wendy's stores should be lead by a Hispanic . This should be looked into by higher VP Level from the Corporate Office. This message will also be sent over to the EEOC office as well as the BBB. This type of practices needs to be stop. Tired and Frustrated Customer. To whom this may concern, I worked for wendys(lafayette ,Indiana) for at least 6 months , My job was maintence , and grill, My mangaer at that time wouldn't move me to any other position.The only way i learned things there was by the other managers that would come in .In my life time i never seen favoritism in a work place as i do this one.pardon the expresstion its not who you know its who you blow type of situation. If you dont go out and party with the managers you dont belong in there little circle. meaning you get treated like a slave while they slack off, being on cell phones while prepping salads, cutting lettuce , going on break before anything is done , they leave it up to me to do , If i was to say something they would tell me its my job . i know better. to me i think its all on the managers part to keep things in order, but if you say something about anyone who hangs with the bosses they say oh well. we have an emplyee who comes in with slippers on and no one says anything to here , there scared to , she will tell you to F off loud enough that the customers could hear it .i was told if i didnt sign a right up for something i didnt even do my job was threatened. i really think someone needs to see whats going on in this store andrew
