I found out my friend works at wendys and even the manager does cocaine thats y they never get orders right. I called my cousin she works there and she told me they all do drugs.

I went to a wendys in Dade city and They were very unprofessional , always running out of food and one of the managers was very loud and rude. This manager would have every body in each others business and she didn't keep anything confidential that was supposed to be kept confidential. She was always talking about crew to other crew members and she would do her best to sneak around and beat the system

I decided to hit wendeys up for a quick bite when I pulled up to the drive thru the young lady had a very strong oder of marijuana on her. Her eyes where as red as fire I couldn't enjoy my lunch the marijuana over powered the food they girl name was diashia dont really no how to pronounce it this is the wendeys in DECATUR GA ON COVINGTON HIGHWAY

I am writing to share my experience with the Wendy's located in Clementon, NJ - store #8187. I frequent this Wendy's at least three times a month for lunch. I usually enjoy the Spicy Chicken Caesar salad. On January 31, 2012, I went to the drive thru in which Rebecca C was the cashier. Rebecca is probably Muslim and of Middle Eastern origin. I also wouldn't be surprised if Rebecca and her family are the franchise owners. The problem with my service on this day was Rebecca's appearance. She had tattoos all over her hands and arms. (I'll call them tatoos but I'm not sure what they are called). My guess is the tattos were symbolic or her culture and background. But those tattoos appeared dirty and unsanitary. I could not get the thought of her handling me food out of my head. Those tattoos made me sick. I vomitted and was unable to eat the salad that I love. I threw my lunch away and I will never go back to that Wendy's again. You need to send someone out from the Corporate office to investigate this issue. If I felt that way, how many other patrons got sick after looking at those markings. What would Dave Thomas think if he visited this restaurant? Wendy's in mount pocono suck...everytime me and my family go there is nothing problems all the managers have attitude even when they're the ones who made the mistake. No apologies for when they're wrong. Food is Always cold and they never have milk for their coffee (McDonald,Burger king always have milk) their the only ones who don't. Never going back...

I ate at the wendys at 55th st and keystone ave in indianapolis, the worst food i have ever had, i thought wendys had a reputation of excellence, well gentlemen, i am sorry to tell you this but that wendys is the worst in you inventory, i spent $8.08 on a meal that was dry, the fries were soggy, the waite staff was not good or in a good mood, i will never go to another wendys and i will tell all of my friends. james powers 317 460 0353

Me, my daughter, and granddaughter was driving through Willard, Ohio Sunday the 29th about 2:22PM, we all were hungry so I said I would buy at Wendy's (Big Mistake), our order was: 2 singles w/ mustard, onion and pickel, small chicken nuggets and med FF, our bill was $9.86... (now mind you we were going through a small snow storm, during this time...We got 2 singles with cheese not plain...neither one of us like cheese, and the wrappers were wet inside as if they had been under heat lamps and hamburger was dried up, bun hard , FF were limp and everything was COLD... If we weren't going through such bad weather I would have turned around got my money back and taken them to Mc Donalds...Really that food was terrible I can't understand why they served it.

How is it that I go to the most expensive of the fast foodie restaurant chains and get treated like I am in kindergarten again? It was a cold blustery day at the end of January in N.W. Indiana,(Chesterton), 1 1/2 miles from Lake Michigan's southern shore.My Girlfriend and I were walking across the parking lot from our car to the entrance to the store (Wendy's), When I Almost slid an fell 3 times before I even got to the door. After we struggled to get inside we told the cashier and manager how slick it was outside. As we told them this I heard the manager say "hhhuhm we don't have enough salt to be taking care of all this!" she said it so loud I am sure everyone in the dining area heard it as well.So we order ,go sit down, start eating.As we are eating, she the manager comes to the table behind us with 3 people sitting there, and asks them if she did a good enough job salting the walkway, in her words,"just so I have a witness". What makes her think she has to be so antagonistic about the fact that it is ,was slick outside and just do her job and take care of it? I am not sure,but if this is what we can expect here too don't look for our repeat business at any of your stores!

The Wendy's in Cambridge, Minnesota is really disgusting - I saw the commercial on t.v. for their dollar menu and it looked pretty good. Well needless to say it is a huge joke and they have a good artist to make their food look tempting. The hamburgers were smashed, the lettuce was not even under the buns, the meat was dry and cold and the french fries were hard as nails - the food was disgusting - couldn't even eat it wasn's sure how long it had been sitting around and if we were going to get food poisoning - went around the drive in 3 times and no one would come to the window to wait on me so I finally had to go inside - big mistake there -Guess I'll have to stick to McDonalds -

Just for the record I love Wendys food but i'm sick and tired of rhe employee incompotence. They can't even get the order right and they;re giving Wendys a bad reputation. Every time you have to cneck and see what they have omitted or changed. I'm referring to the Rootstown, Ohio Franchise. Do you think Wendy can come and knock some heads, persay, and train them or fire them.

Went back to Wendy's in (708) 596-3318 - 170 W 162nd St, South Holland IL.. Ordered the classic double, with very light mayo. The first experience through the drive through was in December 22, 2011 was terrible, the burge had globs of mayo, greasy, drive through people were not friendly, etc. But, this time I gave it another chance, I dined in. I went there again I think it was 01/17/12, Marsha the manager attended me. She was very nice, very helpful, I told her about my last experience, she said sorry. I ordered the same meal, the #2 with light mayo and a drink. The burger was very good, tasty, Marsha checked on me a couple of times, very professional. I will definately go back, and recommend this Wendy's to other people, thanks Marsha!

I use to work for the Wendys in Loganville ga. I was there almost a year. A month before my year I was fired. It was a Monday night and it went smoothly as normal. I worked for the rest of the week and then when I went back to work the next week on that Wednesday I was fired. I had never gotten a write up. Never had complants I was always polite to customers. The day I was fired it felt like my heart was taken. It caught me by surprise. The manager said that a week before on a Monday I threw frosty at a customer through the drive through window. This customer waits aweek and calls to complain. The manager says she tried to call the customer back but she never answered. Then the manager didn't want to tell me if I was on break or not at that time. For 3 months I got the run around and even from corporate. I couldn't even get unemployment. Do not work for Wendys..

On Jan. 23, 2012 at 6:57pm my wife went thru drive thru at Wendy's # 25 on 816 High Street Hamilton, Ohio 45011. Order taken by James K, Reg 3, order #338586. My wife said she ordered a hamburger with lettuce and tomato only, the employee said you want cheese on that? My wife thought it was stupid to ask that since she ordered a Hamburger, she said no but they put cheese on it any way. When my wife got home started to hand out food she found they put cheese on the hamburger. She was upset. I called Wendy's some girl answered and said her name only she said it to fast so I did not know who I was talking to so I asked her name again and she would not tell me. Then she started to play games, she said I can't hear you, I can't hear you and told someone there why does he need my name and hung up. I called back another person answered I asked for manager she said, I can't hear you and laughed, then hung up. I again called back someone picked up phone ans asid, recording. I called again and said if we can not solve this over the phone I am coming up there. When I got there I asked for the manager, the girl said which manager and I said the one in charge. She said wa have several, I said just give the the main one. A girl came over and I explained I was calling and someone was playing games. She said will you called like ten times, I said I only called 4. I asked why they thought it funny to treat a customer like this. She said, we could not hear you. I said, then why did she say he wants my name if she could not hear me? Why was it nesassary to answer by saying, recording? And why was it necassary to laugh at each call? There were about 8 employees there and most was laughing. I was not happy to have to get dressed and go there because I am a disabled Marine. I did not like to waste my time and my gas to try to correct an order that could have been done over the phone. The girl that sais she was the manager accused me of calling ten times or more, and said they thought someone was playing with them. I said, that is a lie because I asked to talk to the manager. I could tell nothing was going to be done so I asked for the district manager's name and number. She wrote the number to the store, and I said this is not what I want. She said, call here sometimes he is here. I asked for his name she would not tell me. I know I was loud and not happy to be treated like this. She just walked away, I said you people don't know how to handle a job with people. They should be fired and given customer service classes. I said they were just dumb girls, and left. I try to be good and attend my local church regular and help other people. But sometimes the marine comes out of me. I hate to be lied to and treated like I don't matter. As a Viet Nam vet I have had enough of that. I am going to spread the word how Wend'y treated me and how they think it is funny to treat disabled people this way. When I attend the VA at Hamilton I will tell the vets. When I go to Cincinnati VA I will also let the vets know how Wendy's treated me. I am going to see if I can get a few vets to park in front of Wendy's with some signs. THE WENDYS IN LANSING MICHIGAN ON MLK JR. BLVD IS SO DISGUSTING! EVERYBODY WHO WORKS THERE IS SO GHETTO AND RUDE.I KNOW DAVE WOULD NOT APPROVE OF THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DISRESPECT THAT HAPPENS IN THAT RESTRAUNT. I WAS IN THERE ONE DAY AND A GIRL IN THE DRIVE THRU PULLED UP AND THE PURPOSELY HELD HER FOOD AS THE "MANAGER" CALLED THE CREW OVER TO POINT AND LAUGH AT "THIS UGLY GIRL" I WAS OUTRAGED AND LEFT A COMMENT CARD APPARENTLY NO ACTION WAS TAKEN BECAUSE THE SAME MANAGER AND CREW PEOPLE WITH THEIR FAKE EYE LASHES FALLING OFF WERE THERE THE NEXT TIME I WENT. PLUS THEY ALL SMELL LIKE WEED AND LOOK LIKE THEY ARE ON DRUGS.

Wow now i can see just how bad wendys is, it is so nasty. I worked at the wendys in coralville,ia and they fired me after i had only worked there 3 weeks,they said i was stealing money out of there draws. When the manager called me into the office and told me that i was a stealing money and i looked at her and i said how could u pinpoint me when you guys have 7-8 people using the same draw. I told her that this was BULLSHIT and she new it too, i told her i really do not want to work there anyway it is so nasty they have this female manager that has long hair and she NEVER wears a hair net i had to many people bring food back with hair in it and i pulled the hair out of the sandwich and it was hers, she was making sandwiches that night and i had told her about the food with hair and her hair was over her shoulder and in the sandwichs her hair even had some ketchup on her hair at the ends HOW GROSS IS THAT UUUKKK. The sad part is that the main manager said she didnt have to wear a hair net and people there do not like to shower. So they wrongfully accused me of stealing and fired me wendys can never keep people working there they go through so many people and the people are so RUDE to the customers. I WILL NEVER EAT OR GO TO A WENDYS EVER AGAIN THEY SUCK AND THERE FOOD SUCKS, thanks for taking time to read this post.

I love Wendy's, but I had a bad experience on December 15th, 2011 at the Wendy's on: (708) 596-3318 - 170 W 162nd St, South Holland, IL. I usually like to order the classic double meal, once every 2-3 weeks I'll stop by and eat something at a different Wendy's. I went through the drive tru, it was not busy that day at all that evening. It was around 5:30pm. I ordered the classic double meal and I told the person very very light mayo. When I parked the car and opened my hamburger it was very greasy! and it had globbs of mayo! I was very upset. I went to a different Wendy's just over the border in Indiana, around December 26th, 2011. Ordered the same thing, and the burger was just how I liked it, with light mayo and not greasy. I will never go to the Wendy's on: (708) 596-3318 - 170 W 162nd St, South Holland, IL. again, in addition a couple of the kids on drive thru were smerking as if something was funny when they handed me the bag.

Wendys on Sandy Ridge road in Hickory Nc is not up to par.. I have been a fan of wendys for years and something needs to be done for this resturant to live up to the expectations... Every time my family goes the orders come out wrong!!! Something missing or over or under cooked!!! the staff is awfull just tonight o was given 2 warm milkshakes that might as well just have been milk and yoohoo. Im pissed.. They need a new general manager.. This place sucks im never goin back!!!

i like to no why the one on 3646 thompson brige rd in gainsville ga 30506 i see people smokying dope out in there cars and up there nose i dont no what they b doing with my food my kids see it and now they r not going there no more i call and the ower are manger said we ant got the money to pay for drug test the worker hair is dirt looking so if there not going to be any thing done just close them down ty u the bos ack like he dont care he mite be doing it his sefe mty u some one sick of eating raw meat and god know what else

my brother worked for wendys for ten years 5 in md than transfered to 1101 queen street martins burg westvergina work there for five years till december 22 when he was fired by a manger named akeem who keeped hitting him in his stomac and gron and thought it was funny he called there 1800 number and reported him but the guy threten to file a race discrimnation suit so thay did nothing he thin told my brother he was going to make his life a liveing hell for reporting him he fired him a day later he came out to the dineing roon while he was eating his dinner rip his sandwith apart said oh you have 2 pices of meet on here annly put one on the food chart so im going to fire you for stealing a pice of meat this guy is a jerk and abuses every empolye in the place he needs to be fired imeadly
