it's sad to see that so many people can't even spell basic words.

I work for wendys in randleman ncbeen with wendys for a year in a half and iam treated like crap me and 2 other co workers one has been there for 8 years the other 15 years the mangment team shows no appreciation in what we do or shows any thanks.. no raises at all when the handbook says we will get a 6 month evaluation and a vaction after one year but nothing cause of are gm changeing the rules I smell lawsuit easy it hurts to see a business take advantage in what we all do when were crowed they walk away. Leaving it up to us we bust are butt yeah wee have some prroblems but no one is perfect. FIX IT.......

0 stars for the wendys at 701 SAGMORE WEST LAFAYETTE INDIANA. MY FAMILY WENT THERE TO EAT AT 9PM ON MAY 17, 2012. It was completely empty but no one was at the reister. I saw twwo of the workers at the fryer and asked if we could order. They laughed and started debating about who would take our order. I left. Horrible customer service.

I purchased a Grilled chicken pecan salad at the Wendy's on Ana street, Trinidad W.I. The salad was HORRIBLE. The blue cheese was spoilt, the apple pieces were rotten , the lettuce was brown and the chicken was smelly. I cannot believe that a company that promotes freshness would sell such a product . This is totally UNACCEPTABLE. Mind you this was 10:43 a.m. I asked the cashier if the salad was fresh and she assured me that it was prepared that morning 06/14/2012. However on reading the complains above made me realise that WENDY'S DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ITS COSTUMERS.This company should really review their costumer relations . I tried to email my complaint .. no luck . I called the Corporate office in Dublin. OHIO and they gave me a number to call in Miami that was NOT IN SERVICE . Passing the buck ...that's how it goes. Wendy's you suck .. NEVER TO BUY FROM YOU ALL AGAIN.

The Wendy's location in Commerce City, Co off of Hwy 85 and 60th is the WORST! Every time I been there since I moved here, I have had a problem with my order. And on top of that, today the lady "accidently" forgot to give us our $9 change! I mean come on, I worked as a cashier, the 1st thing you do is give customers there Change! And every time I call to talk to the manager (always someone new) they seem to get attitude. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

I have been an employee for Wendys for 9 months...and I just got wrongfuly terminated for calling in sick. There were no grounds for termination.... Ive never gotten a write up nor ever signed any written warnings nor termination papers ..just verbal warnings. this was the second time Ive ever missed , and I had called in sick...the Gm told me if I didnt show that I was gonna be taken off the schedule permanently...I JUST COULDNT MAKE IT !! NOW there was this guy working there and he was supplying cocaine to the GM ....and when she was broke she would take out money from the safe ....and the assistant manager had to cover her own skin so that she wouldnt come out short on the GMs account ....well anyways this guy walked out on his job three times and the GM got him back again and again and to top it off, HE STOLE 100 dollars and she did nothing about it ...another thing I wanna point out is that she mistreats her BEST employees.... not to say but I was the backbone closer for the store, and when the assistant manager found out that the GM let me go she even started crying telling me that she wanted SOOOOO BAD to get rid of her ....and MANY employees who have been working there for more than a year , have left wendys because theres is no advancement...alot of favoritism...and she thinks shes untouchable. she has fired mostly male employees because she doesnt like men ...meaning shes lesbian which i have nothing against ...but her bad experience with men makes her think that she can over power them. she has also been moved from store to store BECAUSE employees have tried to get her fired. but what does the district manager do ? He goes show her the petition all employees signed and told her , " theyre trying to get rid of you " and does nothing about it. Ive worked with bosses like her and Im tired of the abuse of power they bestow upon GOOD HEARTED employees that have a life...only to be destroyed by management of this kind or people like her. If nothing is done about this , Im not waiting for karma to F**K her over WENDYS EL PASO , TX. store # 1311

As I am not one to complain it angers me to have to submit this letter! Tonight my partner a friend and myself went to Wendys located 1090 South Big "A" Road Toccoa Georgia and the level of customer service and wait time was ridiculous! What makes this worse is that the store was not very busy however there was a lot of standing around. The manager Jason come to the counter and rang in a meal for an employee and never acknowledged my friends or myself! Our cashier Jon was polite but moved at turtle speed. We waited 35 minutes for our food, when the cashier brought it to the table it was hot however it was wrong! What completly blows my mind is that every car in the drive-thru was instructed to pull forward and wait even when there were no other cars in line! There was absolutly zero team work! I have to say I will not be visiting this location again! I am certian this will go completly unnoticed but it is my duty as a paying customer to be informative. Thank You Shaun Parker!

I am a DAILY customer at the Wendy's located on Sheridan Rd in Zion. I am over 60, white and work full time employed by the government and not normally a "complaining" kind of person. However, today's visit at Wendy's concerned me a great deal. At approximately 2:10pm a young African American male customer approached the counter with a complaint of finding a dead ant in his food; showed it to the manager (at that time an older Italian gentleman (Gionovelli?) that does not even seem to even NORMALLY possess acceptable customer service skills, but today exibited extremely UNacceptable behavior based on this customer's complaint. After "very rudely" asking this man if he wanted a different meal (with much sarcasm in his voice) he then started whatever the cash register refund procedure is. During this 5 minute procedure he was pushing quite a few buttons on the register during which time he continually used profanity. (son of a *, fu*k, sh*t, all repeatedly without a sentence to go with them), I understand the frustration of having to return a customer's money due to an unavoidable problem, however the manner in which he conducted himself was totally unacceptable. The customer was quiet, non-threatening, and did not speak to the manager in a manner that would excuse your manager's behavior and attitude. This particular manager has not been at this location very long and perhaps being spoken to will correct his customer service skills, but having been in management over 30 years, I doubt it. I suggest his behavior be addressed as there are several fast food restaurants in the area and I feel losing customers will be the result if this isn't addressed. Sincerely, Linda Guptill

I went through Wendy's drive thru last night to order a cheesy cheeder burger. Ok people, this may sound gross but, I order it with ketcup on it. The woman over the intercom says," gross" really loud. My boyfriend and I pull up to the window and I told her nicely that there is no reason to say that because it's what I want. She looked at me with attitude and gave us our food. Driving down the road. SURPRISE! No ketchup. I wouldn't be making this such a big deal right now but the fact that the employee thought it was ok to say that to a costumer. I will NOT go back to that same Wendy's.

I have worked and a franchise for 9 years started as crew and worked quiclky to a GM title.. ran alot of our stores and expanded by going to work for other sucessful franchises.. along they way ive learned alot and corperate has lost site of what dave stood for and risked everything for. They forgot that with the penny there only 99 cents. I tried to go to the ower but my dm who was once corperate inspector shut me down and refused me the right to talk to the owner and other dms. The last 4 years i have worked n the work store our company had and i beileved i could change that. I did i saw the problem and recognized it. Stood up and made everyone remeber what was drilled n our heads 0 years ago. The basics. How to succede. To start at one and it will grow. I was refused the right to say my peace and my plan of where our francise could go. Y? Corporate. It took one of them to destroy our foundation and loose sight of daves way. I still believed. Refused to do the unnecessay things and focused on my team and customers. After my stand unexpectly i was fired for no grounds of termination. Refused the right of the chain of command for our company policy... Still i am terminated not allowed to contact anyone... So whats really happening? I changed a store noone believed in and as soon as we were about to see the profit. Fired... 9 years for what... But still i believe in daves way and ones that re left need to stand up for whats right. You take care of us well take care of u.

this is completely the nastiest store ever built in fayetteville nc ramsey st. everytime i eat there i order a number 1. with a vanilla shake and its always something in it.do they clean the machines? never again!

I'm very disappointed at the Wendy's on Hwy 80 in Phenix City, AL. I have frequented this restaurant many times, and they never, I mean never have baked potatoes. I've asked the employees and even spoke with the managers, about this and I get the same response. It's either "I don't know" or "We are only allowed to cook 4 at a time, and when we run out, it takes 45 more minutes to cook them". Really, sounds like a pretty crappy excuse to me and piss poor managing. So, I've marked Wendy's off my list. My family will never visit them again.

Marathon fl wendy's! Food not cooked, had fish sand cold in middle and the fries chilly! Sad dave would be shocked, wendy must not care! But the tv commercials make the food look great!

Im trying to get in contact with wendys corporate office about the restaurant located in ahoskie nc about their treatment of their male employees. Recently at the Greenfield, Indiana location, I took my wife and kids with me to have dinner at the Wendys and we went inside. Big mistake!!!! The restaurant is one of the only stores in Greenfield that has not updated their store. But on top of this, the crew seemed more interested in talking. We ordered, they somehow confused our order with someone elses order. Which apparently had been going on for sometime ( judgeing from the drive thru customers coming in ) when they sorted out the misshap, we go to sit down, and not one, not even one table was clean. The floor was nasty, it was obvious noone had been cleaning. And this is not just from one busy day. It was just nasty. I cleaned off a table, and I have seen cleaner places at the state fair cattle barn, and found our order wasn't even correct. I then ask to speak with a manager, and I waited for about five minutes to do that. The manager looked like she lived in her car, unkept hair, FILTHY uniform. What was I thinking? I chewed her ass, she sat there and just stared stupidly at me. I thought I would email the company, but as of yet, still not heard a word from Wendys. I will not return to a Wendys untill I recieve an apology. I will tell EVERYONE I know not to go to any Wendys. They must not care too much about customers. I can fire them ALL, from the CEO to the lazy people working in their stores simply by spreading the word, and spending my money elsewhere.

just left wendys in vernal utah and as i was finishing my drink i got a mouth full of white chunky things! I wiped it on my pants and it left white mark on them! This is the 2nd time ive had a problem! The first time is when the rootbeer float first started being sold by them my friend and i both got on and when we pulled out the straws and there was dirt all over them! So much for quality being their recipe! NEVER AGAIN!

I have been traveling in the state of Utah back and forth to take care of a sick aunt. I stop in Nephi, Utah as it seems to be the middle point in where I am going. I was in shock the first time I stopped. So I stopped again hoping that it had just been a bad night. To my dismay I was wrong and learned that this was acceptable behavior for this location. I have worked in the fast food industry for many years and every position from the lowest to management. I can tell you that if I was the management for this location half the staff would have been fired or written up that night. By my third visit the same employees were doing the same thing. They all would have been gone. I witnessed was first a young man, maybe 16 or 17, He said vulgar things in regards to what he liked to do to himself, then he asked this lady if she wanted to do something to him of a sexual nature and then went on to talk about his girlfriend and what she was going to do for him that night and all this was said to an older lady employee, I would say she was about 50. She seemed very sweet, and very polite. She was so embarrassed by what he said. I was the standing near by waiting for my food and over heard it all. The older lady looked at me and seemed to be tearing up. I came back again another night and walked up to get another dressing for my salad. This was about the 5 or 6th time I had been there and it seemed he had taken her glasses this time and she asked him for them and again he answered her with vulgar remarks and profanity. I also have witnessed the managers (again at night) and I know who they are, because I asked, completely be-little their employees with the "F" word, names such as stupid and idiot, ect. It also seemed like the managers did nothing to the kid with the vulgar mouth other than laugh with him. I know the law and I can tell you that we all deserve a proper work place, not a hostile one. I get that there is one way you act with your friends outside of work but when you come in to work there is a proper behavior that should be in place. I was so horrified at the filth coming out of these employees mouths, especially the managers. I pray and hope for the few employees their that were good. I hope that they fight for their rights and get the respect they deserve. I hope that someone in upper management reads this and lets whom ever know and to urge them to investigate this and fire those people. I would never have allowed this in my kitchen when I was manager. I did go to the day shift a few times and I saw a bit of the same but not as bad for sure. It is just handful of employees that are repeat offenders, on whatever shift they are working. I did notice an employee one morning who came from the back and she seemed to know what she was doing and was very kind, I am not sure if she was a manager. But she should be if she was not one. It was a morning shift and she was making sandwiches or salads. She was so nice and polite to that one lady who was so disrespected on the night shift. My Aunt passed away last week so so I will be returning and I wanted to do something. I hope somebody does something. Also If I was not clear anytime I heard any of this, I could here it while I stood up front, ordering, waiting for my to go food and or filing my cup. I tried to locate a number for the manger above the General manager for that location but was not successful. I know as a manager, sometimes bad behavior is hidden from us, who ever you are, I hope you get this. I will try other ways to get this message to you.

I wouldn't even give Wendy's 1 star. On Friday May 11, 2012 at 9:50pm I ordered a single burger through the drive thur, when I got home the burger was not cooked I about threw up because I took a big bite of it...took my bag back down to the store the manager could not speack english very well and wanted to argue with me about them being cooked on a timer....wtf I don't care about a timer my cheeseburger was not cooked. DOES ANYONE FROM CORPORATE EVEN READ THESEE REVIEWS???? DAVE WOULD ROLL OVER IN HIS GRAVE IF HE READ SOME OF THESE....WENDY'S HAS REALLY WENT DOWN HILL...WON'T EVER GO BACK I DON'T WANT FOOD POISION...
