I worked at wendy's for 14 yrs, '87-'01, horrible place, 5 cent raises, mangers were very inmature, never again will I work for this company.

This is my frist time coming here from out of state the manger Selina Leonard she was very rude to me iam very dis pointed of her me as a manger of my own didn't take that highly of her... I'm very anger of how she treated me here I won't be back here again

Hi i worked at wendys on tylersvill in west chester ohio sence i was 16 and now i am 26 i reciently became a manager for the last passed 2 years.two about a month ago i gave them a two moths notice that i was leaveing around the 2nd or 3rd week of august because im going back to collage on august 27th but i told them i wanted to work untill august 13th. well i also had a 2 vacations planed sence january one was back in march witch i took and another one was sopose to be in july 20, so with out telling me that they werent giving me my vacation any more i go out and plan it. well the last day befor i went on vacation i worked 11 to 8 and when my shift was over crystol pulls me into the office to say " today is your last day" i asked her well do i still get paid for my vacation sence i had it planed sence january she said "no" so not only did they screw me on my vaca they would not even let me work my notice out till august 13th.. so they bacically fired me... i called brain and asked him why i could not work untill august he said they could not affored to pay me any more.. i do not think thats right i spent a lot of money paying for my vacation in new york and for them to tell me the day befor i went that they were not paying for it. i mean i would not be as angry if they told me befor i went on vacation but to lead me up to the day of my vacation was wrong.... i never called off sick the only time i called of was for 2 days and thats when my daughter had to have her apendx tooken out.... i have worked very hard the 11 years i have worked for them.

My daughter is a college student in Wilmington, NC. Last night she had a chicken sandwich at the Wendys location closest to the University of NC at Wilmington. In the night she being violently ill, throwing up from food poisoning. She is 5 hours away from me and all alone at college this sick! I have taken off work and am traveling to take care of her. The Wendy's in Ft. Oglethorpe Georgia on the corner of LaFayette Rd and Battlefield Parkway is a nightmare. Today was the last time I will EVER go to another Wendy's. The girl in the drive thru nearly threw our food at us and once again the order was wrong. I have called the manager Chris to resolve the problem and he is as rude as his employees. The orders are never right and customer service is just a myth here. I will go to nay other food chain before I will ever waste the time of going to one of your chains.

I went to my local Wendy's to pick up something to eat for my household. I ordered 2 son of a baconator combos' med size, a 5piece, 1 jr bacon and 2 value fries. Well I pay for my food, pull up wait patiently even though they weren't busy AT ALL. When I get my order I pulled up a little and checked my bag and thank goodness I did because there were no chicken nuggets or my 2 value fries. So I pull back around the drive thru, tell them my order was not completely there.I didn't get I'm sorry ma'am! Just some attitude, like I was causing them to do some work. My point in this complaint, I worked at Wendy's when I was in high school and worked in the food industry for some time and I would've never thought to treat a customer like that even if you're not having a good day, there's no excuse for such poor service. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I had today and it really makes me question wether or not to come back.

stopped at wendys after late shift at work,realized it was almost 1:00 am and hadn't eaten all day so when i saw the Wendy's sign i was relieved b/c they don't close until 1am.ordered my signiture jr.bacon delux no cheese and continued home. i could see the empyees cleaning up preparing to leave through the drive in window, and associated me having to wait a lil extra to them not expecting anymore customers that night since i pulled up at 12:54 am. got my food and ate it on the way home. around 5:30am i woke up thinking i was going to die! fastforward 2days of pain after the paramedics come, in the hospital hooked to iv's, pain worse than labor, i call health dept make a complaint, and wendy's headquarters b/c why should i hve to go throgh this pain AND pay the hospital bill??? but it looks like i will since they say its hard to prove their food did it. smh.... i used to eat out all the time, no more

me and my family was in one of your store and we got very bad service, i will not be returning to that store

The Wendy's in East Hartford CT. has the worst service and they just don't care.

This is for the Wendy's at 28 Airport Square Mall Montgomeryville, Pa. The GM Dawn abuses her employees like I've never seen or heard before OMG this woman has major issues and should be fired in times like these I wouldn't want that for anyone but she's incompetent . Number 2 the assistant manager Paige is the same way but worse she's a racist moron! I overheard her use the word nigger while on her cellphone! Wendy's why are these two idiots representing your company ! I'll never be back again !!!

National diaster in WV with heat above 100 degrees. No electicity or water. My 77 year old mother goes to eat at Wendys at 621 Washington Street,Charleston,WV and asks to use their outlet to charge her phone while dining. They told her NO..Unbelievable! SHAME ON YOU WENDYS..What happened to helping each other during times of need??

Two Wendy's in my area - one in Souderton PA and one in Quakertown PA - are both very dirty. Table and chairs are sticky, floor is dirty etc. Often seems like the people behind the counter are inefficient and customer service - smile, cordial, "can I help you?" are not part of their training. Cold fries recently served during the dinner hour were the last straw. Dirty, discourteous, and now cold fries. No more Wendy's for this 60 something and her husband.

i love wendy's, let us face it . it is the best burger out there for the money. and the excellent choices and good fast food. my concern is, today i had some fries., the manager of the place is allowing the cook to use old oil on those fries and it did give me an up set stomach., this was a location offten used and very busy. Wendy are you there? i am about your fathers age, and ate at the first wendys opening there in newark, ohio. in the sixties. yours is the only burger i can eat out there. what can we do? i want to keep coming.!!!

I worked at a local Wendy's for a total of: 1 month. Why did I work there for such a short time you might ask? Because Wendy's whole policy about protecting their workers and their rights is a load of bologna. Since day 1 I was mis-treated and verbally abused by an Assistant Manager. I frequently reported the incidents to my managers and other assistant managers, absolutely nothing was done. This assistant manager even encouraged other workers to harass me while working (and successfully got them to do so), and when I sustained an injury from an oven and ran my finger under some cold water for a couple minutes to minimize scarring, I was yelled at and told to suck it up and get back to work or I'd be docked pay. Wendy's needs to make stricter policies on worker abuse and make these incidents easier to report. This was my first job, and I am having a hard time even finding the will to get another job due to my experience at Wendy's. The fact that nothing is being done about this treatment is shameful, and shows that Wendy's doesn't deserve neither my employment, nor my business.

I love Wendy's Chili. It is so sad that you can never get a bowl/cup full. When I ask them to fill it up, the response is, we can only fill it to the line. There is no line. When I get a bowl of any thing elsewhere it is full. My mother gave me a bowl full.When I serve my famoly I give them a bowl full. Surely a cup or bowl full is not going to make or break Wendy's, so come on corporate tell your employees to FILL THE CUP UP, OR YOU WILL LOSE ME AS A CUSTOMER. forrestsealey@sbcglobal.net

I work at Wendys on republic rd in Springfield Mo and I don't like it. I love the customerl my managers except for 1. He is rude and always has an attitude. I will not work in place where i am yelled at for nothing. I really am not a complaining guy. But he is a mean person....n from wat i hear alota ppl plan to quit cuz of him. I adore my GM cuz he has a gud heart,but i hate that other manger. Be glad when he quits.

This is for the Wendy's in Ontario, California on Vineyard and G street. Not accepting a customer coupon is not cool. Throwing a reciept at a customer is not cool. Not giving your name and main office number is not cool. Having a name like REESHA and saying your the manager is not cool.
