the wendys in temple hills needs a lot of improvement and wrk this is coming from a 12 year old having my own wendys experince Service was bad and slow no aircondition took 25minutes just for my dad to get a baconator there service needs to be improved or either relocated because people r there messing up. And they need health inspections. My visit to Wendys was terrible! When i got off work at 10:00pm I decided to go to Wendys to pick up something for my daughter and I to eat. We drove 3 miles, and when we got there the sign lights were off and inside the lights were dimmed. There were still people inside though. As I pulled up to the speaker at the drive through, noone answered me so I decide to pull up to the window. There were three people in there and they said they were close, but whatever happened to the slogon, "Eat Great Even Late"?? So i asked for the coroporate number and the three workers had no idea..Finally one of them replied saying "Its 1800-WENDYS". I decided Id call the next morning. When I called the number they had given me i hadnt heard a thing. Turns out they gave us a fake number. So I went online and tried several different numbers and none of them worked. Theyre customer service is HORRIBLE!! My family and I will never eat from Wendys again!!!
Then have to wait to have something posted and okayed by the corporate, talk about only wanting the reviews they want posted.. I hope a third party reviews these and not an one sided opinions, we'll publish what we think is only good for our image, that's all right her at my corporate world, word of mouth speaks volumes.
What is wrong in this world and the world of fast food. Today at lunch I had requested a bake patoto from the Wendy's in St Paul MN, University Ave. 651-647-0751. I had asked for two extra sour creams, low and behold no frickn sour cream. When I got back to work I called the Wendy's and spoke to a manager named Wendy. I ask her what the hell is going on with the fast food and people not getting orders done correctly. She said, how can I help you, you can't I already ate lunch, your service was terrible and I used the shit word, and she had the nerve to say, she didn't have to take my call anymore do to the profanity, I said, you call that profanity, she's lucky I didn't use more harsh words, then she would have had a complaint. And then she giggles, I giggled right back at her and said goodbye, your attitude is just as pathetic as your clerks getting orders done correctly.
Took my family out to monticello,arkansas's. Wendys,the experince was sorry, the order was wrong! Gave a hundred dollar bill to pay the lady running the back said I would have to wait, the. Employees were so. Busy playing- they gave cold fries. - my granddaughter's. Order totally wrong! The lady slammed my change down on the counter! I will never go to a wendys again!
Puyallup,WA. Worst customer service we have ever seen. Our order took half an hour and was wrong. People were coming in from the drive up because their order was wrong. People standing in line inside for half an hour while the staff played grabass in the back. We finally ask for a refund just so we could leave. The cashier went to the manager and they laughed about it and sent us to the end of the line. That's when I gave them back the tray with uneaten food and told them to keep the money and the food. As I was turning to leave the cashier yells out "You want to talk to the manager!?" So I says "OK, send 'em up here" The manager comes to the counter ,looks at me and says"WHAT?". I explained the problem and she says"What do you want me to do about it?", I said,"Just give me you name so I can call Wendy's customer service." She replied" Go ahead ! I don't care!" At that point I really had to leave before it got ugly. I'm going to call right now. Never eat there again.
The Wendy's in Norton Ohio is horrible! I don't know whats worse, the white trash workers, or the manager that has no control over them.
Your chain now gets only the poorest rating from myself and my family. After your NASTY NEGATIVE REACTION to one of your franchise owner's support for Chick-Fil-A, hope you're ready for some BACKLASH! Obviously your corporation is not in tune with what the American public is thinking or feeling. The outpouring of support for Chick-Fil-A should have given you a clue! Unless and until you publicly apologize to the franchise owner, Jim Furmen, WE WILL NEVER AGAIN DARKEN THE DOOR OF ANY WENDY'S ANYWHERE! When I have finished this e-mail, I intend to write everyone in my address book and illuminate them as to 'Wendy's Corp.' stance on Chick-Fil-A. Make your apology loudly and IMMEDIATELY ... or kiss your 'family centered', 'good, old-fashioned' burger image good-bye. The American public will be watching to see how you react. I sincerly hope that you are not yet another sleazy corp. slinking up to the politically correct response... Do you have one ounce of integrity? NOW would be a very good time to stand for FREE SPEECH and APOLOGIZE!
I have enjoyed Wendy's products for years. However, in view of your intolerance of free speech, I will switch my family's fast food to your competition (ie Burger King and Chic-Fil-A). It is inconceivable, in this age, that a gay person can say what he/she wants but a straight person has no rights-espesially in your oganization. I will pass your intolerate views on to my friends.
This has nothing to do w/the food. I like Wendy's but your corporate reaction to the franchisee in NC to his standing w/Chic-fil-a owner, Bob Cathy, is very disappointing. Regardless of how one feels about gay marriage, your wimpy integrity is showing here. It's all about profit, no? Too bad that's your stand when you face a larger and more important issue. You have lost several customers from within our family and friends. Lots of other burger choices out there.... Our wallets will do the walking from this point on....love that chicken

Dave Thomas would have supported Chik-Fil-A yesterday - he was a prolife believer. Wendy's corporate offices dissed a franchise owner of 85 Wendys because that owner supported Chik-Fil-A with a sign saying so. Corporate offices - give it up - you are NOT carrying on what Dave Thomas started! Your intolerance will come back on you.
Just got back from getting lunch at Wendy's in Elizabeth City, NC on North Road Street. The salad that I purchased was horrible. The lettuce was actually brown and rotten and the chicken was slimy. I threw it away. Did not take the time to take it back because most people only have an hour for lunch. I WILL NOT visit this Wendy's again. This is the sort of thing that makes people very sick...!!!!
Just wanted to advise Wendy's Corp., as well as anyone interested. My credit card number was stolen during a drive thru transaction in Columbus, Ohio at the Morse road location directly in front of Wal-Mart. The individual was a white male, low hair cut, and tattoos. Normally I do not jump to conclusions on appearance, but he took a while with my credit card, then my bank called me and told me that there was a large purchase attempt at Wal-Mart. Never ever going to a Wendy's again in my entire life, good riddens, and do a background check on your people handling money and put self service credit card machines like Sonic, either way I wont be back. Good Day.
I occassionally visit the Wendy's in Delray Beach, FL just past SW 10th Street and Military Road, by the Pollo Tropical. Today I went there to grab some food because I was in a rush and had not eaten yet. Normally I go inside because I believe it to be true that no matter where you go the quality of the food will be better inside rather than the drive thru. This time I drove through and ordered a 15 piece nugget and medium fries with a bottle of water, a total of $8.90 rounded up. After I got my food I went to work which was just on the other side of the intersection. At a light, I noticed something move out of the corner of my eye. I looked over and there it was, a roach about an in long climbing out of my Wendy's bag in a frightened fashion. I don't know how it got there, and I suppose I should've checked my bag before pulling off but WOW. A roach in my bag? Really? That's pretty gross. Needless to say I am completely turned off from Fast Food of any sort. Will not be returning to this Wendy's location ever.
I had a horrible experience at the wendy's in westmont illinois. I went through the drive thru and when I asked for a large bag to carry the drinks in, the kid at the window said that wendys doesn't do that, you have to do it yourself! when I asked him why he stated if it's no I'm not clean your car! he said it with quite an attitude too! I told him that I did not appreciate his attitude and ask to speak to the manager. he said I am the manager. I told him well you are not a very good manager. I ask for the corporate number and he said it was on the receipt. I got home and called the number and it was a fake number! will never go there again!
