I have eaten at most of your locations from South of the Border SC down the coast and west to norhh ga. The service in most was great food also.Latley ive had to cut my pork intake and thus The Flying biscuit has been my destination.If you only served turkey bacon and sausage.....loyal customers deserve this. Make more money waffle house thanks.

The other day was the first time i took my son to your new waffle house in lkw sc store #1957 and got poor service from a waitress that was talking on the phone and smelled like pure smoke. and took my order and seem to mess it up . so after checking the wrong topping on my hashbrowns the cook made it right .Then i tryed to get the young lady to pour me some more tea.And she started complaining about twelve hour shift she had to work and didnt pour my tea because some other guess got her intenshed. I visited Waffle House in Eastern New Orleans on Read Blvd I was patient with this place because I know a job can be hard at times but this service I experienced was just pitiful I waited 45min for a hamburger just to have it prepared wrong. When I acknowledged it was wrong because I am allergic to cheese the manager on duty told the cook do not throw the patties away from the original order and throw them back on the grill which the patties still have cheese on them I asked for my money back. The manager on duty just told the waitress on duty just give him his f***ing money back let him roll YES in those exact words. I have been to some bad restaraunts but this was the first one where I was straight treated like trash because I was spending my money and better take whatever they give me this bottom of the barrel service. If this is the type of service Waffle House is bringimg to New Orleans East it can just pull out because this is the type of business that brings the community down and bringing your family to this location is a joke because management doesnt even know how to conduct their self in a professional manner.

Just left a wafflehouse in colonial heights, va.... Place used to lack customer service... Has gotten better I was going to eat steak and eggs, and drink 2 cups of coffee and double hash brown, s,c,p... Run up a nice tab, leave a nice cash tip so waitress beats the IRS...4:30am just got off work, been going their for at least 5 years, with my wife also on long weekends off with my daughter...Sometimes better than others, but I worked as a salary restaurant manager for a decade, I understood, especially under the labor model those units are run... But this mourning I am told it was a corporate or maybe a unit policy no carry handguns???? Well that's funny cause for the last 5 years of watching the ups and downs of this unit, my handgun has been in there too many times to count, my favorite spot... Your policy has achieved 2 things going forward, lost sales, and a even more unsafe place than it already is... Congrats... The server and mod let me know I was ok, but to know some idiot installed that policy, makes me take the stance" think you for informing me of your policy, I was unaware... Due to it I will be leaving today and not coming back until it is gone"... I was a 22-24dollar ticket every time, double when with my wife, and 15 month old.... To be accurate nobody had ever or did press the policy on me, and even tonight didn't want me to leave, your policy is why I left and won't be back

To all of ya'll that are complaining about Waffle House, it wasn,t that bad/dirty if you stayed there to eat. When you walk in there you notice if its clean or dirty. So those who stayed and it was dirty is NASTY!!!!! Waffle House is great. I'm picky and i Do NOT eat at unsanitized places, and i haven't found any that were. Great Job

Went to 1053 waffle house in ft oglethorpe ga. We went in sat down and watched the cook a lady with gray hair and red shirt maybe in her 50s cook with no gloves. She pulled the bacon out of the fridge and put it in the pan then wiped her hands on her dirty shirt walked over to were the waffles were cooking and pulled the waffle off the iron with her bare hands that she just wiped on her shirt and touched raw meat put it on the plate and served it to a customer. Then she went back to cooking half way through she wiped her nose and contiued to cook wiping the hair from her face. Never once washing her hands or putting on gloves. We waited for about 10 mins after we go our order wrong for it to be corrected. After finally decided to go ahead and eat since it was our lunch break and didn't have time to go anywere else. We waited for our checks that our waitres a lady maybe 30 with long brown hair..she never brought it so we went to the register to pay she ignored us for about 5 mins talking to people walking back in forth in front of us we told her we had to get back to clock in and she told us we could wait a minute.after about a total of 10 mins she finally got an attitude and slammed our checkes down and asked which one was ours we paid and were finally able to leave. The service and health consern is high in this building and something need to be done. This was at 230 in the am.

My husband worked for Waffle House for two to three years going through their managment training. We were excited to have an opportinity to grow with Waffle House. Family orientation was their motto. We needed some guidance into the direction we wanted to go and after thinking this over very carefully we chose Waffle House. My husband is very honest and the corruption we stepped into was unbelievable. The managment teams , and the districts was something you could not compete with. We had a rude awaking of how Waffle House does things behind the scenes. We stepped out of that thank goodness before waisting our valuable career time.

The Waffle House Corporation could save a great deal of money by making the employees leave the temperature along. I know people who have walked out of your places beacuse it was to cold. They get busy cooking and run the temp down and everyone freezes. You are throwing away money! Does anyone care. If I walk up to a Waffle House and it is cold inside - I also will leave. It makes good business sense to correct this problem.

Have always been a big fan of Waffle House, but our visit on Aug. 20th at the 513 Jonestown Road, Winston Salem 27103 was the WORST! There were 3 female employess on site, one who was eating her meal, so 2 were on duty. Time was about 6pm and there were 2 other customers who had already finished their meal. Our server was surly, extremely slow about service, and had an attitude. WHERE do you get these slackers ?? There are plenty of people who want to work looking for jobs!!! Very disappointed!!

Went in the Wafflehouse on CLAIRMONT ROAD yesterday morning to use my free waffle coupon. The one waitress Patrice was really rude. She kept saying she wasnt having today..and im thinking can i just get my waffle. The other young lady can asked her to fix it my waffle. She said would wasnt going to rush bexause they dont pay her enough to cook.. finally i got the Wafflehouse after about 15mins.. WORST SERVICE EVER

I work for Waffle House and I have tried to get an investigation going for a little over a month now. No one has called me back or even e-mailed me. I had another employee harssassing me, belittling and makeing crude and degrading remarks about me. He did all this and my district or unit manager never did anything to him. So I called coperate. And nothing has been done to this day. He brings beer to the store and hides it outside. And I sit down for five minutes and I am getting yelled at and told I will have to do better. Really, I work my butt of, I don't smoke so I don't go outside. I stay on the floor all ten hours. Maybe if I did drugs and drank on the job I would not get into trouble. Really tired of all the bs at my store. People need to do it right or they need to be let go.

Went to the Waffle House @ 5011 Cottage Hill Rd Mobile, Al. 36609 and my two sons went inside to place a takeout order. I sent my oldest with a hundred dollar bill an one of the waitresses commented and said that if she didn't work there she would rob him and take that hundred dollars. Both of my sons heard it and also said that everyone that worked there laughed out loud about her statement. My oldest said he looked at their name tags to see if any of the people were the manager and he didn't see one. This is unacceptable and immoral for your employees to speak about robbing a person and that person being a child especially. I'm disgusted and will not be back to that Waffle House location.

My husband and I love waffle house. We are use to the cool temps in the places because of the grill.BUT.....we visited the Waffle House on Stringtown Rd, Columbus, Ohio this past weekend and FROZE! We asked if they could turn just the fan down...it was blowing so hard, napkins were moving off the tables. There was nowhere to get away from the cold. The waitress said they weren't going to do anything because the cooks were hot. Our food was cold b4 it hit the table! When we left to pay, we complained to the cashier and she got short with my husband and just said sorry..What happened to customer satisfaction.?! We have been in there b4 many times, but the work force was different....they were very nice, but this bunch were very rude! I think Waffle House Corp needs to start looking at the customer service on some of their establishments! 1 star is tooo high for this place, but lowest it would go!

I travel for business a lot. Waffle House is always a personal favorite as price & food are consistently good no matter where I go. After years of waiting they finaly built one three miles from my home. I was enjoying that until they hired Sharon T. She seems to read the menu diffrently than all the other waffle houses that I stop at. Isn't that the most ironic. I can buy my regular breakfast everywere except the one waffle house I can go to regularly. I think it the part where she is so selfrighteous Thtat makes it so hard to go back to waffle house anymore. Crying shame I really liked waffle house.

City of EastPoint Waffle house on Washington Rd. in Georgia, Has the worse Rude Disrespectful staff!!! I've tried calling the Manager to multiple times and haven't been able to speak to him or her. I now understand why it is always empty I'd rather drive the extra mile then to walk to my neighborhood restaurant. Worse staff is in the evening the waitress are "GHETTO" had kids running in the cooking area, I'm assuming that the children belonged to the waitress. Disrespectful to a Long Time Customer Senior Citizen refused to show the ticket to customer when asked to provide one after being over charged... time to change staff, extremely upset with that kind of customer service. Our store is full of nothing but lyers, drama, and thief's. They pick favorites with their employees. Iv been accused of faulse accusations and was set up by someone who was cought on camera doing the. Same thing I was accused of and she is still working and I am suspended. I have Been given the chance to prove that I have not done these things but why am I out of work till then and on the cameras it shows that she has forsure done these things an she is still working. I and a few others of the employees do not feel this is fare. There has been waitresses report that they have seen other girls stealing and sleeping wile on the clock, and nothing was even said to the people being accused, not wrote up or nothing.
