Attempted to have breakfast at the Duluth, Ga Satellite Blvd. Waffle House on New Year's Day until I discovered a HAIR in my omelet. Believe it or not but the DISTRICT MANAGER (Hany) was cooking at the grill WITHOUT a cap or visor. BTW he was the only person who wasn't wearing a cap or visor. I asked the waitress why he was allowed to be around food without wearing hair protection to prevent his hair from falling in my food!!! She didn't know so I contacted corporate office and the phone just kept ringing (no answer).....Waffle House you have some major issues I hope you address or there won't be a need to open those 50 other restaurants you're planning.

I pulled up outside 1 of your waffle houses located at 1148 Highway 2081 McDonough Georgia. I was fixing to enter the establishment when I noticed too young ladies walking from the back, obviously not working giving ugly looks in my direction. Normally I frequent this establishment. However these 2 young ladies were not warm and welcoming. The scowles on their face let me know they did not want my business. This was about 9:45 pm. 1 of the girls was tall and light skinned and the other girl was shorter with braids. I am in the restaurant business. I am actually the general manager. I would like. We are in the customer business someone to let me know if I had someone like these young ladies working for me. We are both in the customer service business. As we both know without customers we have no business. I chose to leave without eating. Tonight business was loss due to employees not valuing the customer before even entering. I beleive these two will effect others with the same effect. T his I s not my usual response however to this location. It is a usual dpot for us. I think these girls need to be trained on how to greet and take care of customers. Just wanted to let you know who is representing your brand. Thank you. Today is 12/29/12. I hope you will evaluate your staff.

The Williamsport MD location bothers me a lot. I am the parent of a waffle house employee, and so I know the staff as well as the management pretty well. For one, I noticed recently that the manager parks his silver Chrysler 300 in the handicap parking space a lot. I did not see a handicap sticker or tags on his car. That alone is not proper, because it could be a big inconvenience to those who may actually need that space. I was also informed by my child, that the manager at this waffle house refused to pay a few people because they just didn't have the money. This is not exscusable. If they are supposed to be paid every Friday, then the management t must take the responsibility of making sure payment is given out to the employees every Friday. There are a few other issues, but I will cut this short, and just say that the Williamsport MD Waffle House is very poorly managed.

I have been coming into Waffle Houses for years and this store in Crossville, Tn is the filthiest store I have ever seen. The floors have not been swept or mopped and my feet stuck to the floor. I have very high standards for where I eat and I would never eat here. This place is gross.

My wife and I have been eating at the Waffle House in Fort Worth on 820 at Randol Mill rd for many years. The service was generally good. We are not hard to please. But Saturday Dec, 1st we went in for breakfast , one waitress refused to wait on us so another one took our order. When our food came back it was burnt , we were in a hurry so we did not say anything at the time we tried to eat what we could than left. Then on MondayDec. 3rd. We go back into the same Waffle House ,sat down in a booth the girl came up and took our drink order, we were ready to give her our food order but she started to clean up the table behind us . We waited but she sat a couple down and proceeded to take there order. when I realized she was going to take care of the other people first I told my wife let go.I did not pay for the coffee, the next day I go back in to pay and speak to the manager. I told him what happened ,he said the waitress said we needed a minute,but this was not true for I know what I want to eat when I go in there. He took the money for the coffee put it in the register and didn't even try to make it right. We will not go back there again unless they get a new manager and remove some of the new people they have hired.

We sat at the Waffle House in Suwannee Ga tonight on each tree industrial with two other people. It took 15 min to get anyone to say anything to us and after ordering 20on layer we left without eating. Numerous other customers left without eating The com was cooking one order at a time and the wait staff was rude Absolutely horrible!

I used to eat at waffle house fairly often. This past Sunday changed my mind. I went to the Waffle House on Piney Grove rd, in Columbia, SC. Our waitress was rude, disorganized, and took two fairly long smoke breaks in the 30 min time frame that I was there. My food was not prepared correctly, runny whites when ordered over medium, etc... When paying, i left a $4 cash tip ( not quite 20% due to poor service and attitude, but not under 15%), and wrote "left cash" on the tip line, and the total on the total line. Noticed today that the waitress thought she deserved my money more than I did, and charged my card an additional $30. I called the customer service hotline today, and was assured i would be getting a call from a manager shortly, I will give it until tomorrow, then i will get other parties involved. Your employee needs to realize that he/she is not entitled to my money, even if it is only $30, its theft, and i have the records showing the original debited amount. Not very happy.

My husband and I went to eat dinner a the Waffle House in Thomaston GA. They had the air turned on with it being 50 degree and we had to wear our coats. Before we were able to complete our meal it was cold due to the freezing wind that was constantly blowing over our table. It wa very uncomfortable trying to eat while shaking. If I were eating outside, I would expect to be cold but not while sitting indoors. My advice check the thermostat!

My husband and I go to the waffle house in Florence, Ms a lot. I've noticed that the service is getting so poor!! Last night ( November 11,2012) we went in to eat dinner but instead of being greeted by an alluring smell. We were overwhelmed by an awful smell of spray paint. The manager was in the store spray painting the chairs while customers were inside trying to enjoy their meal. Not to mention the district manager was there also spray painting some outside the front door as we were trying to leave. Making it very difficult to exit the door. My husband was coughing something horrible. I was appalled by this and I believe that actions should be taken!!

The Waffle House at State Rte 79 in Panama City Beach, FL is WONDERFUL!! While vacationing we went there for breakfast and entered the building to see a huge crowd with a waiting line of about 15-20 people. We almost walked out the door to go somewhere else and was encouraged to stay by the Waffle House greeter, Preston. He was sooo personable and convinced us that it would be worth the wait and... it was!! Great place, great staff, great food!

Having served 20 years in the military throughout the south and mid-west I have visited hundreds of Waffle House restaurants. On 11/13/12 I visited the Allentown PA store and enjoyed breakfast. While there I observed the store and marveled at how clean the cooking area was and how professional the young cook was. Her name was Tammy, and let me tell you she's a keeper. My local Waffle house could use her help, its dirty, the employess are less than professional. I'm talking about the Cocoa Beach Fl location. They need Tammy

The Coffee Shop Waffle House in my home town was not a very pleasant place to eat when it first came to town. It stayed clean for a while, but the waitresses didn't help any, they were never neatley dressed, but looked like they slept in there clothes, hadn't bathed in a while, and hair never combed. They seemed to always have a bad attitude any time of day or night. The manager at the time never did anything to help the girls at all. She would sit and drink coffee, talk and cutup very loudly with some of the customers. If you had a complaint it was never talken care of. Finally the company brought in a new manager who absoultely cleaned house. All new wait staff were brought in, they were all very clean and pleasant to be around. The store was remodled the food improved greatly, and the business was booming. Something was finally on tract. The new manager would go out on the floor and actually work and was very friendly and sociable to the customers. She always made sure everybody was happy with everything. She was the best thing to happen to this resturant. But then because she was a stern person and yet leinet at the same time, people started talking adavantage of her kindness to them.( speaking of staff) Finally she complained to management but instead of helping her with the situation they fired her. Thats where the management made a big mistake. The resturant was flourshing, but now will flourish no more. The management was wrong not to get to the bottom of the problem. Management lost a good manager and it will show in this store. Everybody liked her and are very unhappy that she is no longer there. Pay attention to the good people and listen to what they have to say.

My wife and I have been WH patrons for over 7 years here in Laplace, La. We have seen a few managers come and go as with all business'. But, this manager Christian is by far the most horrible manager as we have ever seen in a food business. As he sweats constantly, and has a bad habit of wipping the sweat with his arm across his forhead. When you combine this with the fact that he does not wear gloves while cooking, the sweat runs down on his hands. This is unclean ! The parking lot is always dirty, the waitress' are very slow and lazy. We sat for a total of 23 minutes before we asked for a cup of coffee each. Then after another 31 minutes were never even asked if we would like a refill. Now, we spend around $280.00 per month at this WH. But, we will be taken our business else wheres from now on. They really need to do whatever it takes to get their old manager Amanda back. That is for sure!

My family and I just ate at the new waffle house in Avon Indiana. I am in complete shock at how the manager there treated his employees! Constantly yelling at them about everything in front of all of us customers and degrading them. We almost left out of disgust because we felt so bad for our waitress and couldnt even enjoy our food. Our waitress was superb but that manager, his name is Joe, needs to be replaced. I will NEVER go back there as long as he works there. No wonder the staff seem flustered!! Someone needs to report him!

I think that it would be great to have a waffle house in reidsville and Eden North Carolina.i miss the waffle house and enjoy working and eatting there.plus it would bring more jobs to reidsville..we could really use it..

I called the waffle house on hwy 19 aiken south carolina and the cook terri anwserd the phone and was very rude to me that is not good employe manors I will never go there again

should be -5 WH on west ave conyers ga week of 10-22 330am kids in back play with boy over table one girl cook breakfast to go got to work 10 min later all of it was over cooked also some health issues need to be made aware of

Just visited Store 1400 across from Mall of Ga. Ordered a Fiesta omelet that looked disgusting. Overheard one cook say not to serve it. The cook standing next to him said serve it. After watching him put his hands all over it I walked out.

I JUST VISITED STORW NUNER 607 in cocoa Florida and waiters Somna and cool spencer refused to take my order neither of then wore name tags and refused to serve me this do rodiculous
