Waffle House Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

In July 2010 I ate at Waffle House #1296 on Highway 19 N outside Zebulon, Georgia twice. The service was good both times but the second time, I saw a roach crawling across a cloth, used to wipe the tables clean, located next to the silver ware holders. As I didn't want to see anyone lose their breakfast because I said anything, I looked for a rating by the Health Department but didn't see one. As I was riding with someone else, I though I would write a letter to the Health Department. Where is the nearest Waffle House to Zebulon GA?

Holy cow, I'm not sure who trained the staff at the Hamilton Mill Waffle House in Buford Ga, but they are probably the most unorganized group of people, not only did it take nearly an hour to get a paddy melt, but I also asked for no onions and it was piled high with them, the server told me sorry the cook was flustered. I'm now have decided that I will never return. Last time I sat down in there for 15 minutes and left because nobody even said a word to me. You might wanna consider watching the video for training purposes as posted on the wall. Time 6:00 to 7:00 pm 7/10/10. I think the trainer might wanna stop back by and get this place fixed up. Worst service ever.

We had breakfast at a Waffle House on Blue Mound Rd in Fort Worth, Texas recently. The food was wonderful and the service was even better. The staff was polite, friendly and definitely customer oriented. The food was some of the best I have ever eaten and worth every penny we spent there. I hope this feed back gets back to this restaurant because they clearly deserve all five stars. The next time I travel I will be looking for a Waffle House to eat at. Thanks for the great experience.

You need to check the staff at the Alabaster, AL location. Depending which waitress is on duty (especially between 4am-5am) the prices are always different. When did you institute a 35% gratutity on take out orders????? I waould very much appreciate a phone call or an answer to this email.
