Me and my friends ate at the waffle house on Beach Blvd in Ohio over the weekend after partying. It was pretty late and we were hungry. It was pretty busy. Our waitresses name was Andie, the food looked absolutly Great is why i gave 2 stars but the waitresses teeth were so rotted and nasty we lost our appetite=(

We were at waffle house (1315) in dalton ga and we went in to sit down she was telling my baby stop don't quit and well just to be honest with you I can do that and that is my child she or no one else will tell my child what to do and then she ask about the order I told her I dont know about the food yet then she walked away before I could tell her what we was wanting to drink and when she came back I was trying to tell her what my babys want an she kept telling me we do not have biscuit and gravy and we do not sub and food for any thing and I told my husband let's just go and then she said o we can do this for a dollar more and I just don't think that's how it should he ran and they were a Hugh water mess in the floor while they stood around and talked and the mess was in the lobby HOW NASTY And then as we was leaveing she was ok with that because she wanted to smoke..,,,

I always sit at the high counter and I notice that most of the employees including the District Manager do not wash their hands properly. They rarely use soap and they never wash their hands for longer then 5 seconds. They handle money and then pick up food. I use to be regular at the Highway 58 Waffle House but no longer. Its just plain nasty

Waffle house in Wildwood ,Florida zip 34785 next to interstate 75 . Very unhappy about the service the waitress name Sandra was very rude and did not perform her job well . We ordered our meal to go and she charged us extra for items that we didn't order . We requested a ticket to see what we were charged for and thats for us only to see . So I asked for refund and see said sorry to late your food is been cooked no refund , her making a comment " Who gives refunds" in front of other customers . so I asked for corprates number and she said "call them I dont care" .So I call 911 to have a officer to come out and deligate the problem . but Sandra said we dont have that number officer . So NO REFUND, NO NUMBER, and Sandra was not customer friendly at all ? store #547 ticket #855901 total $18.65 at 10:12 pm

i just had the worst experience at a waffle house. this waitress just cursed me out infornt customers. she touched all over her private areas and she told me to eat her. never again and i will tell all of my friends and family never to go to another waffle house in beaumont texas

The store y'all un gadsden al megain blv 35901 is horrible there was hair in the Drinks food was over cook and the service Sucked our waiter had pour attitude When i said something. About the hair In the drinks she should be fired

the waffle house on the south side of interstate 10 in mosspoins ms need to be closed service not good, food not cooked water coming a/c vents on table and food open trash can drity floors

We stopped in@ waffle house in wadesboro,nc @2:15am on sat nite/sun morning from a rodeo. We came in & about 12 ppl in place. We had a party of 7 & they told us it would be a 45 min wait. No tables were cleaned off so I came in & helped clean tables took our drink order sat us. There were 5 cops that came up & girl went out & told them they couldn't come in til some of left. They were upset& hungry. They came in& I took their order for drinks as well. I asked about more help & they said they called manager & he was tired & didn't want to come in. Well now there is a total of 30 ppl in here & only 1 table has their food. I got refills for our tables & cops. This is crazy & money that waffle house is loosing. 5 ppl came up & left d/t such a long wait. I expect a call from someone @ corporate office on monday 7/11/11. 7042216278.

I came to the Waffle house in Cocoa, Fl and had the WORST service by a girl named Scarlett and the manager sucked..she was very mouthy and even ran at me to get physical..I have never had such aggressive and attitude with a server before!! The place itself was ghetto and it's sad cause I like those restaurants.. Don't go there or if u have to go there then stay away from Scarlett. She even ran out back when we were leaving to yell at us.. There was cussing and ridiculous behavior. DONT GO THERE

Went to Waffle House today in Foley AL on mckenzie rd.while eating lunch i asked about the game card i read about to be given out on july 9-10 after 11am. i was told they didn't know any thing about the cards and didn't have any. how do you advertise games when employees dont know about them.

Whoever gave more then one star didn't eat at the same restaurant as me ive been here for an hour and have not only sobered up but havent smelt food! I have served over 40 people at one time at my resturant at one time by myself and there are 5 employees here and they can't hamdle 20 people. Walmart has less retarded employees

we eat at waffle houses a lot and have always enjoyed. we were traveling and stopped at 2455 north frontage road in vicksburg ms. i counted 6 roaches very much alive and running around all over. the floor was filthy. the kitchen help did have on gloves but were doing everything in them from checking the trash to cooking. needless to say when my food came, there was no way I could eat it. sorry i had this experience i will check out the next place i eat before ordering

I went to the waffle house in Walton Kentucky there was a server named Cassandra, she was a poor server very rood to me and my two children. the messed up part about this whole thing i seen her and some other workers passing drugs (pills.etc) around with other workers. She was so nice to some people but i don't know what her problem was with my family. She had a nasty attitude and was the most disrespected waiter i have ever meet. That lady don't deserve a job like that i came in there to have a good time with my family and got so disrespected. The messed up part i went to complain to a manager and they said there was not one on call at the time. who the hell runs a buisness like that......... Some one really need to look into this with drugs going around a store like that and the same lady being rude she don't deserve that kind of job.. I am a waiter I be damn if I act like that my job would be tooken from me. People and the family's with kids come in there what happens if they dropped a pill or some thing else and a child got ahold of it and died from it what would happen then... I live in Walton Kentucky and I promise I will never go back to that store again and wouldn't tell any one to either.....I wish i could give them a lower star cause they don't even deserve one.. I get drug tested at my job why don't they...

Im a truck driver on a tight budget. I decided to eat my one meal at waffle house main street summerville sc.big mistake. Take my advice never eat at any waffle house. The foods not that great to begin with. This particular day i was one of two customers.i sat at the counter. Very dirty...ordererd my food and sat there the female cook and female waitress started to argue about the waitreses shoes. It got louder and louder. I thought it was going to come to blows when the cook stepped on the waitreses shoes. After only a couple of bites of my meal i couldnt take it any more payed the check and left.please join me and pledge never to eat at waffle house. Lets see how long it takes them to mend there ways and offer a public apology to all the people who have ever been brave enough or stupid enough to go inside.

Waffle house will never get another dime from me. Just got hit twice on my bank account for horrible service, and bad food. My bill was 5.91, gave the waitress a 5.00 tip. Got hit for 10.91, then again two days later for the original 5.91. Called corporate office, and was first hung up on by a very rude woman, then, upon giving my debit card number, was told to contact my bank because THEY made an error. Ha! Keep your 5.91 and horrible food/service Waffle House. I'm done with you forever.

Usually the Waffle house and Staff at the one on old pineville/matthews road (hwy 51) Charlotte NC is pleasant if not enjoyable visit. Today was not the case. I have visited several Waffle houses in varies locations. But I have never been to one where you order your food receive your drink and wait, wait... then informed that oh by the way there is no waffle batter.... lol NO waffle batter (are you kidding me???) at the "Waffle House" come on this is a joke!! by the way I did overhear the waitress ask the cook if there was more batter, her reply "I need to make more but not now, it will be a while, a looooong while!! Was not even that busy. around 2pm..

I rated store 1875 (Hammond La.) a three because of the dirty condition of the restaurant in and out. The food is pretty good always, but the restaurant inside and outside need plenty of work.

Please investigate the Waffle House at 13091 Brown Bridge Rd, Covington, GA. Last evening 6/19/11, a client and myself were driving through and decided to stop for breakfast food. It was around 9:45pm. Upon parking, we both noticed a Waffle House employee smoking outside. Not at the side of the building or out back, but right in front of the entrance to the establishment. Needless to say, we had to walk through a thick cloud of smoke in order to enter. Once inside, we noticed there were only two other customers eating. We had to walk around, looking for a clean table/booth in which to sit. Finally, the waitress come over and I asked if we could get the table wiped off, for there were crumbs and sticky syrup all over the place. While we were waiting for our drinks, we noticed the employee (male) that was outside smoking was actually the cook and had walked in and was leaning up against the grill area talking to a waitress. All of a sudden, while he was standing there, he rears back, hacks his throat and spits a wad across the isle into either a sink, trash can or the floor.... I was so embarrassed and disgusted, I apologized to my company and we both stood up and left. We both were so sickened, didn't have a late dinner at all. This store is not old. I think it has been open for maybe 3 years. I could not believe the filth of the place nor the filth of the cook. Waffle House should be ashamed for hiring such a crude, piece of trash..... I know this complaint will do nothing, but at least I feel like I tried to make a difference. If anyone is reading this and lives or is visiting the Conyers/Covington Area, DO NOT stop at this Waffle House (Brown Bridge RD, in front of the Publix shopping center). RUN, RUN, RUN!!! Find somewhere else to eat....The place and staff are disgusting.

I was sending this to see if it's possible for the Waffle House to put one or two Waffle House in Killeen, Tx. I am in the military and is currently stationed here in Killeen, Tx. I think if someone at coporate does the math and the calculation of what it would cost. I am sure the company would make there money back in about a year or so.
