yall have a manager in Kroger in savannah ga. on 311 east gwinnette calling a young man and telling him he look like he has down syndrome and I think that was very inapp. for him to use that word on this young man.i will be calling some groups to let them know that mr. woods would say that word unless he know what it stands for.he needs to be educated and go and spend some time with people that has this disease.jadiva126
Exemplary Employee
I have been buying flowers from Kroger’s for years due to an unpleasant situation with a local floral shop. You have an exemplary employee, Amanda, working in your Wheeling, WV floral department. She has never disappointed, but gone up and beyond the call of duty. She greets with a smile and is always polite and courteous, which by today’s standards is a rarity. She is a gem of an employee and you are very lucky to have such a dedicated and loyal employee. I hope that you appreciate her.
Chanda
I was attempting to get gas at your Kroger store at corner of Lost Mountain Rd and Macland Road in Powder Springs Ga. on April 1st. My new car would not crank due to a battery problem.Your gas station employee Chanda, was extremely kind and professional, helping me to push car forward and locate another customer who was kind enough to jump my car off. Chanda acted in a way that makes me proud to be a Kroger customer and I will continue to do business with you!! Please forward my heartfelt thanks to her!!! Cindy Holbrook
Pot Head employee's
Was in the Greenville, Ms store on Hwy 1 South with my wife and we walked by an employee that reeked of marijuana. This person was working in the fruits and vegetable section. I can't speak for anyone else but I refuse to shop at a store that allows employee's to handle the food I eat when their allowed to come to work high. If this keeps happening there will be an notice put in the local news paper letting shoppers know that this is going on. Correct the problem now so that you don't lose customers in the near future.
Employee's on drugs
My wife and I were in Krogers, Greenville Ms. Store on HWY 1 South shopping. When we got to the produce section we noticed the smell of marijuana on one of the employee's. Now I can not speak for every one but I don't care to shop in a store where employee's are allowed to get away with doing drugs. I don't want pot heads handling food that I like eating. If this continues we will find somewhere else to shop and there will be an article posted in the local news paper letting people know whats happening in their grocery stores.
customer service
I just want someone to reconize your employee. I just visited the store by the mall in Hot Springs,AR. It was about 6am/. Not being from here, I didn't know your store. I asked her where some items were, she was quick to take me to them. After finding the items she made sure there was nothing else she could help me with.. She provided the best customer service.Susan, When I come back to this city, I will visit this store. Your store deserves a 10 for cleaniness, customer service .
Drunks and Convicted Felon Employee
I recently visited the Kroger on Flat shoals pkwy in decatur ga. As I was in the produce isle. I notcied and employee who I forwarded my question to and when he answered he reeked of booz so I saw his name and inquired at chk out his last name I did the research on him to find out he is a multiple convicted felon. His name is Urangi Small feel free to google him. Is this what Kroger hires? Smh
Worst pharmacy ever
Your Eastgate pharmacy has become the absolute worst I have ever dealt with. I have been a customer for over 20 years at that store. I waited in line inside the store for 30 minutes. They finally found medication, but the problem is. The medication they tried to give me was for another customer. They took it back, and spent another 15 minutes searching for my two prescriptions. They never could find my medication. I went to a new pharmacy and in less then 10 minutes. I had the two prescriptions. I have pulled all of my prescriptions out of the Eastgate store. Furthermore Krogers is losing plenty of customers due to the service the pharmacy offers. I am willingly spreading the word on this new pharmacy in regards to service, and promptness. Wake up Krogers the pharmacy will cost you plenty of business in the future.
Honest Employee
I recently went to the south end Kroger store in Port Huron. While there apparently I left my paycheck in my shopping cart. A wonderful employee, Terry, found it and went a step above by returning to my place of employment! There are still some wonderful people in this world.

This Gentleman works at the Kroger Store at MacArrthur and 6th street in Irving, Texas 75060. He is over the Meat Dept. His assistance and friendly service makes him an outstanding employee. Hopefully, you will give him recognition.

Voicemail
Why does your corporate office not have a voicemail? I called after hours and instead of getting a "leave your name and number and someone will get back to you as soon as possible", I had the robot voice hang up on me! What kind of sorry company are you running?
patron

The manager at the Kroger Market Place told me on Salem Rd, Conway Arkansas 72032 told that if a coupon does not scan you will not accept it. This is the policy and there will be no exceptions. In other words you will not enter the coupon in manually which you have done in the past on coupons that would not scan. On 1/22/13 I had coupons for Colgate which you had on sale for 10/$10The coupons would not scan and was told they are not acceptable so I ended up not buying anything. I also asked what if the Internet coupons do not scan and was the manager told me his wife prints these and had no problem. I am happy for her. If I had to guess being the wife of the Mgr that if there is a problem her coupons get manually put in. Just what do you do with Internet printed coupons if for some reason they don't scan. I have even had coupons clipped out of the paper will not scan. I guess these are no good either? What about the coupons printed off the Kroger site that will not scan? According to the manager these coupons will also be no good. In other word cut out and printed/copied coupons are completely unless if they do not scan In the past when any coupon would not scan the checker would manually enter the number. If it did not take doing this I agree the coupon was not any good. To say that if any coupon does not scan it is no good is a bad policy. Even Walmart changed and will try to manually enter the coupon if it will not scan. I changed to Kroger because of the service and friendly atmosphere. It seems though that you are getting as bad as Walmart. To say I am unhappy with Kroger and the store on Salem rd Conway, Arkansas 72032 would be an understatement. Never have money to cash checks
Regarding the Kroger in Redford, mi on telegraph and Chicago So everyday I'm at home watching tv I see a Kroger commercial advertising that they cash checks for $1 up to $2,000 .... So on last Friday I decided to go... I get there she tells me I have no money I been cashing checks all day but its was only 12:45pm so I'm like ok and I left. I go this Friday the same lady just helped a lady with western union the lady paid $220 so I'm thinking they gone have money because this lady just gave her $220. It's my turn she looks at my check and says oh I don't have that much money my check was only $360 I'm like y'all never have money what they just have enough to cash their employees checks because that's what it seems I'm never going back its pointless
Complaint on Steve Vanmeter
I recently went into a Kroger in Rome Ga, Turner McCall. I stood in a short line for a while at customer service as I couldn't find an item. The sweet, hard working senior asked if she could help me when it became my turn. She looked for the item and asked several employees if they knew where the item was located. None of them knew as it had been moved. She finally asked the rude, arrogant, mental abuser if he knew where she could find it. He tore her apart with a lot of customers watching on. I'm 54 yrs. old, and never in my life have witnessed anything like this. I asked him how I could contact his superiors in which he refused to answer. He called her a moran quite loudly. And that's the mildest choice of words that he said to her. All along he had planted a super fiscal smile on his face. She held it together, but had we'd been somewhere else I would've slapped him because of his degrading this little old lady who was doing nothing except tr
I shop at the Kroger on Rockbridge Rd in Stone Mtn GA, I pass a Walmart on the way to Kroger. It seems this Kroger has hired all the Walmart rejects. The cashiers are rude and the lines are long. They should rename themselves KrogerMart.
