i have been wearing the tone up sneakers for just alittle under a year when they were recommended to me for my heel spurs! best thing i ever did! i could barely walk before and i put them on and within a day or two you wouldnt even know i ever had heel spurs! i dont know what i would do now without them! thats all i ever buy and wear now! i have been telling everyone i can!

I bought my sketchers shape up last year from DSW i wore the shoes for a month and i sprained my right knee because of those shoes i paid 99 dollars for the shoes and it was not worth it because now i am seeing a physical therapist who told me that everything that looks good isnt good and i have told everyone not to get the sketchers shape up its not worth the money, and the sad thing is ive kept the shoes in my trunk and i could kick myself because i was one of the fools that felt for the crap how can i get my money back.

I am dissapointed on my recent purchase of Sketchers Hot-lights street racer: my son loves these shows, previously he had the police shoes, no problem, he out grew them, these new shoes, they are not even a month old, the lights stayed on, they do not turn off! He used them only for school, and has used them for normal use, they have not gotten wet or anything like that....Dissapointed because my son really likes them. :-(

terrible shoes and service they charged me 150 bucks for a 72 dollar shoe i left my change behind and she had kept it hahahaha. so yes they feel nice but even on the shelfs they were falling apart.i returned them asap

I AM REALLY UPSET I BUY AT LEAST 2 PAIR OF ENERGY SKETCHER EVERY YEAR, AND THE LAST TIME I BOUGHT A PAIR THE TOE CAME UNGLUED, AND THE STITCHING WAS LOOSE AFTER ONLY WEARING THEM ONE TIME AND I TRIED TO TAKE THEM BACK AND THEY WOULD NOT EXCHANGE THEM OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. My mother-in-law bought my 5 yr old daughter a pair of Skechers/Twinkle Toes about a month ago. I am very unhappy with them. The side has started coming off, some of the lights has quit blinking. Unhappy customer. I can be reached at paulettemdaniel@yahoo.com

My kids shoes stop lighting not long after we bought them. I will NEVER buy another pair. Shame on me tho I bought them and they stopped working. I replaced and those stopped as well..... Will not attempt to go to strike 3!

Bought a new pair of sketchers from sketchers.com which I ordered from prior to this purchase. I purchased the shoes at the end of April for the start of the new school year. He wore the sneakers for 1 week and then the strap broke. Unable to fix the Z strap I have a completely useless pair of shoes now. Not fair to the single working mom trying to buy on a budget :(

The white “Fireflies” that I purchased at Sketchers appeared sturdy and durable. I purchased the Sketchers shoes for $65.00 plus taxes. For that price, I expected a quality shoe that would last until my daughter outgrew them. Instead I got inferior quality shoe with a very high price tag! You can imagine my shock when the soles of the shoes *disintegrated* with two weeks of my purchase. The rubber soles of the shoe actually fell off; there were holes were the soles should have been. The website says that Sketchers is “an award-winning global leader in the lifestyle footwear industry, designs, develops and markets lifestyle footwear that appeals to trend-savvy men, women and children.” Well, if that is the case, you should be ashamed of selling such a product.

I bought my little girl the sketchers light ups and she only put them on four times in 3this months now the right shoe will not light up!!! Sorry I ever wasted my money on these shoes from now on I will let everybody that I can to save there money and buy there kids some real shoes like NIKE!!!!

I am appaled because of the use of a certain young lady being a Skechers spokes person. How could you use someone who has had nude photos of her plastered all over the internet not to mention a very questionable video too.I am sorry to say that I will not be purchasing any products from you as a result of your choice of such people as a spokesperson.

Well I am a long standing supporter of Skeechers. I liked the shoes so much I decided they were good enough for my daughter to wear. So i started to buy them for her two years ago But seens have now stopped. I bought her fancy feet and the lights stopped working, I got her twinkle toes and again no lights. I took booth pair back a few times and had them replaced. The last time I took the pair back the manager said there was nothing they could do becuse It was his believe we were wearing them in the water. NOT TRUE. Anyone who wears shoes knows that tennis shoes are not water shoes. So be dedicated to my Skeetchers I got Shape ups now I am unable to walk much less stand and unable to exercise. So with thAT I have put on 45 Lbs. And there is nothing The corporate can do. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY THEY ARE NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY TOTAL RIP OFFS!

I bout the shape ups at DSW and only wore the a couple of times and the soles split on the sides. Its obviously a defect. I'm waiting for a reply from skechers.

BUYERS REMORSE TO SAY THE LEAST . I ACTUALLY BOUGHT A PAIR OF GLIDES ON A SALES RACK , I'M A MARATHONER TURNED IRONMAN DISTANCE TRIATHLETE . AND I'VE RUN IN EVERY SHOE YOU CAN NAME , AND THESE GLIDES ARE ACTUALLY FOR CROSS TRAINING BUT I'VE GOTTEN 300 MILES OUT OF EM AND I'M GOING TO BUY A PAIR OF THERE RUNNING SHOES . SIMPLY PUT I BELIEVE THAT SKECHERS HAS THE BEST SHOES ON THE MARKET , BUT YOU HAVE TO UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE A TOOL JUST LIKE ANY OTHER PART OF YOUR WORKOUT REGIM . HAPPY TRAINING OR WHATEVER YOU DO .

I bought their resistance running shoes and kinextic response shoes. After a month and a half of normal wear I had sudden foot pain. I have never had foot problems. My feet were also very swollen at the arches and hurt very bad in the morning and at night. I soaked them, bandaged them and my doc gave me pain medication. My right arch is collasped and my left one is too, just not as bad. I also am recovering from planter facitius which is a slow painful process. Took me nearly half an hour to get someone at customer service and they refused to refund me for the shoes despite my claims and only directed me to their legal dept. Never buying skechers again!

I bought sketchers work in SM CEBU last august 2010 amounting to 4,800 pesos ,now the rubber is disintegrating. This is manufacturing defect. Sketchers used substandard rubber that does not last unlike other brand. Hoping that my pair of shoes will be replaced. I have tried on sketchers tone ups for 3 days,and they are really uncomfortable and after 2-3 hours you just wish to take them off.Because they really make my feet and legs hurt.I went to return them and they didn't give me my refund.They say that they were to worn out.And so I have thrown away $45.Theyre truly pretty but I can't even wear them. P.S.Could it be that the shoes that don't sell go to ROSS???

i bought my skechers in dec 2010. today was only the 2nd time i wore them, because of the kind of work i do. both times my toe nails turned black. i wear a size 7 and purchased a size 7 1/2. it has to be the skechers, and my other sneakers do not have the same affect.
