I don't know what all this griping is about! OK if there is a refund available, I will get it BUT actually these are the best walking shoes that I have ever had. They last longer and are actually more comfortable that any other brand; and I've tried them all. So from this 65 year od woman...keep making them and I will continue to buy them!

i bought my Skechers Shape Up Junkie 2009 online for $100 when it first came out. I have loved this brand so much that I still have my old one until now though can't wear it anymore coz it was size 8 and my feet now are 9's, I love it until now, although I would admit that I already sprained my ankle twice. Once in Florida and once here in PA where I reside. I have discomfort lately and hoping it will go away but it didn't. Somebody told me that Skechers is facing a lawsuit against false advertisements of their toning shoes and suggested that I file my complaints against them since I have one of their shoes. But I'm not even gonna go there. If you can replace my shoes with another one, I will be happy. I don't need refund. I am not filing complaints or whatsoever. All I need is a replacement for the SHape up I am using now for more comfortable one. I saw the ad for your GoRun shoes and it looks flat and comfortable and lightweight. I would like to have one of those as a replacement if I can. I am happy with Skechers even before and I rather have a pair of shoes than not to have feet to walk and go wherever I want to be. I am not gonna whine, because I know in my heart that nobody is perfect and everybody make mistakes. I hope some of us will find the reason to be thankful to have feet than to complain about things each day that can have solutions and won't result to anger, misunderstanding and misgivings. Whatever happens, there should always be room for understanding and peaceful communication to settle everything. I did call you personally on the phone this morning. (5/15/12) Since I purchased 4 pairs of the Scetchers Spape-ups Hyperactive,I am a new person!At first it was a little hard to get used to walking in them,but this only lasted a short time. My walk is now fast, firm and strong! Everyone is amazed, since I was always tired and slow. I saw the Chiropractor 3 times a week, do to back and hip problems. Now I can go a couple of weeks at a time, without hurting. Shapers are the only shoes I wear, since the style (2 small straps across to hold them, make them look dressy. I purched them in black and brown, as well as in puter. To bad you did not make any in spring and summer collors of the same style. I will be 72 in June and thank you for these wonderful shoes. My husband also wears and owns a pair. He will be 80 years old this fall.

How do I go about getting a refund on my Skechers shape up shoes?

I bought 3 pairs of shape ups, I worked worked at wal- Mart. I thought they were the most comphy shoe on earth,until I had severe foot problems,connected with the sneakers. Also have a pair of sketchers sandels,also worthless ! Now I have more than $380.00 in yuckey shoes. not a happy camper !!!

I am writing to you AGAIN about the shoe you sell called Shape Ups...I am a Pharmacy Technician and i worked for 7 years at a local hospital..these shoes have ruined my right foot....I would like to speak to someone in your headquarters about this problem. I have NOT been able to work in the last year because of these shoes and I am on long term disability..please contact me as soon as possible. I am seeking a lawyer to help me with this case. I have seen bunches of doctors regarding this and there is nothing they can do to reverse the effects that these shoes had on my right foot, my left one is fine.. i am writeing in regards to a pair of boots i brought my daughter they were a pair of size 8uk skecher boots she has only worn them a few time and the heels have gone so badly down at the back i can not let her were them as there is no surport in the heels they are very badly made and they were not cheap i paid 55 pounds in barretts shoe shop

The last 2 pairs of skechers have fallen apart at the seams. These shoes are not used to work outside as work shoes, but as every day shoes. The quality control is terrible. I have bought Skechers for years and they would finally just wear out on the soles, or just look too scuffed to wear out as regular shoes. That is when they would last several years as work shoes around the house. Not so anymore, they won't last long enough to use as work shoes. Very disappointed!!

i love skechers thats the only shoe i will wear i have a problem i have a pair of skechers and they came apart at the seam on one shoe there is nothing wrong with the rest of the shoe i am upset i have had skechers last more then ten years not this pair they didnt last one year they are skecher sports ive been wearing skechers for over 20 years im not saying anything bad about the shoes love them

Super Bowl commercial BAD TASTE BAD TASTE do you know why there are so many greyhound dog rescues? I think whoever did your commercial using greyhound dogs racing needs to be set straight and they need to do some research. All that money spent for a tasteless commercial.

I have been a Veterinary Technician for 20 years and I have witnessed first hand what dog racing does to those poor Greyhounds. I am appaled that you used Greyhound racing for a commercial. You and Nike should combine that way Mike Vick can electrocute the dogs at the end of the race. No more Skechers for me. Poor judgement was made here shame on you.

I am writing to give your brown and pink lil sparkler shoe a 5 star rating and to ask you to bring it back. It is THE tennis shoe/sneaker that has worked for my daughter the best to go with all outfits when athletic shoes are required to be worn to school for PE. She needs the next size up and i now cannot find it anywhere. I hope you will see this review and reconsider that shoe being discontinued. Thanks.

GREYHOUND RACING IS NOT ONLY CRUEL BUT EXPLOITS AN ANIMAL THAT WILL BE ABUSED AND IF THE OWNER HAS NO USE FOR THE DOG BECAUSE THE DOG IS NOT A WINNER, THE DOG WILL BE PUT TO DEATH OR EVEN WORSE. I have MULTIPLE pair of Skechers... and LOVE THEM! They are comfortable, wear well, provide good traction, and longevity. I have existing foot problems, having broke my heels about 30 years ago, and the Skecher's do not aggravate the pre-existing issues any... and like some of my custom boots, feel as if they were made for me. I've been taking the Arthrosamine, and using skechers for many years now, and have got at least 15 to 20 years back in the feet, knees, hips, and other joints! I have 3 teenagers - and my joints can easily out last my lungs! And we are very active! (though I do NOT recommend learning to ride a Rip-Stick with the 'Step-ups' - regular Skecher's work better. LOL However, at 51, I can work a Rip Stick, still ski, snow board, skate, hike, backpack, play basket ball, and soccer with my kids & their friends).

This is to inform the management of Skechers that you have an employee by the name of Tara Eberling at store #29 located at the Bridgewater Commons mall, that definitely needs to be brought to your attention. When the sneakers were not available at Bridgewater, the store called the Springfield store to send them out. A mistake or two was made by the Springfield store leaving me without a Christmas gift the day before Christmas Eve. When I notified Tara of the problem she drove through rush hour traffic to the Springfield store and met me at my local post office, which is practically in my back yard. She was as nice as she could be and I had my gift. She definitely deserves a large raise and/or a promotion. If all sales personnel were like Tara I would shop a great deal more. I did very little shopping at Skechers in the past but, because of Tara, I will be buying all my sneakers at Skechers.

It seems like everytime I wear my shape ups, I get horrible nausea and abdominal pain. Im pretty sure it's from the sketchers. Cause it only happens when I wear them. Anyone else have this happen with the shape ups? It sucks, cause I really like the shoes and everything else they do! But it's not worth feeling horrible over..

I bought my Sketcher Shape Ups about four months ago and paid $76.50 (sticker price is still on the box). Since then I have had increasingly worse low back pain with pain going down into both of my lower legs. The back and leg pain was worse at night when lying down to go to sleep. I have chronic low back pain but at that time I did not associate the Sketcher Shape Up shoes with my low back pain. I also have had dizzy spells and I have fallen down several times. I wore my Sketcher Shape Ups daily since purchasing them. No one told me or warned me that I should not wear the Shape Up shoes daily. My wife also purchased two pair of Sketcher Shape Up shoes. My wife also has chronic low back pain and when she started wearing the Sketcher Shape up shoes daily, she noticed increased low back pain, bil-lateral Sciatica and pain going down both her legs. I told my wife I was having similar symptoms and I finally took my wife’s shoes back to the “Lackland Air Force Exchange” for a store refund. The lady at the return counter told me that a lot of people had returned their Sketcher Shape Up shoes because of low back pain or similar medical symptoms associated with wearing Shape up Shoes. My wife had paid $89.00, but my wife could not find the receipt. There is a class action lawsuit against Sketcher Shape up shoe Corp. and the settlement states that Sketcher is to give full refunds to all those who can be identified. my shoes are falling apart i have not had them for 6 months i need to know how i con send them back to you and get a new pair. leather is coming off shoe and i can put my finger through the bottom of the shoe between the sole and bottom. jernejec@gmail.com please help
