I am 46 almost 47 and I think you should do a commercial with someone my age wearing the shoes, because I love the shoes and would wear them. We just purchased two pairs of sketchers 5 weeks ago. One pair for my daughter and one for my son. We are extremely displeased with these. We paid over $100 for these two pair of shoes and already have to buy new shoes because of how cheaply these are made. The store would not take them back because it was over a week. So now we are out the money due to how poor your shoes are made. We do not have money to throw away like this and are trying to figure out shoes for our kids to wear because these cannot be worn any more. I do not plan to buy any Sketchers again if this is how your shoes are made. They are cute but I need them to last too.

I purchased a pair of Skechers approx one year ago and have not worn them very much. After discovering my feet were wet, I discovered the heal separating from the sole that tore from the shoe. What a disappointment and waste of money.

Paid $80.00 On sale for these comfortable shoes, unfortunately I was only able to wear them once due to the fact that my feet stunk so bad after having them on I can never nor would I ever wear them again. I never have smelling feet, but my feet smelt so bad that even after washing my feet the smell was still there. I would never buy a skecher product again because even though these were comfortable to wear the smell coming from my feet and the shoe afterwards was unbearable. This is the second pair I have owned. The first was 10 years ago. The soles of the soes fell apart in 6 weeks. i tried for a refund and was laughed at. I decided to give them a second chance in September 2012. a nice looking pair of hiking shoes. the front of the sole on the right shoe is coming apart and some stiching on the left shoe is torn and falling apart. 2 months of easy use, thats all they lasted. Never, Ever again. I should have never strayed from New Balance. Lesson learned. BE WARNED!!! Stay away from Skechers!!!

I purchased a pair of walking shoes for my mother in Aug 2012. I specifically told the sales person that I needed the best walking shoes they had. My mother walks alot at work and I wanted to buy her a good pair of shoes. I paid $100 for a pair of shoes that lasted for 1 month. They tore up along the side and at the bottom of the shoes. I dont care how much a person walks there is no way possible a walking shoe should tear in a month. I am so very dissapponinted and angry that the shoes didnt last. I bought a pair of gym shoes for my 3 year old grandchild in July of this year. My store experience was not a good one because after purchasing the shoe and was half way out the door the salesperson loudly called us back to the register to inform us that some kind of mistake had been made in the pricing of the shoe. upon giving the bag to him he retransacted the purchase and we were charged more. Today (Sunday) September 23 between 3 and 3:15 P.M. I went to the Tyson’s corner mall sketchers store (store number 104) with my family to buy and exchange some shoes, let me just get this clear we have always gone to this store and have never had a bad experience up until now. When I went to the counter we spoke to a lady (I think it was the manager) about returning a pair of shoes that were purchased recently and had broken. She had a attitude and she stated that "with a receipt she could not do anything" she asked me to contact the store manager on Monday. When we were shopping in the mall we met a friend who had recently had the same problem as us(need to return a broken shoe but had no receipt)but she was able to exchange shoes with no problem, note that this is the same store. I went back to the store and explained the situation to the lady and she got irked she started yelling abuse at me in front of my son and the whole store. it was really embarrassing the whole store was staring at me it was really humiliating and i asked her "Why are you disrespecting me, I am your customer" she replied by shouting " I AM VERY BUSY ON SUNDAYS AND I DONT HAVE ANY TIME TO DO THESE THINGS, I WILL CALL YOU WHEN I HAVE TIME TO FIND IT!!!" I respond calmly by saying "but why are you disrespecting me?" she then yelled at me again. I then said " okay I will call your store manager tomorrow what is your name", she snootily responded "I’m not going to give you my name" for many years my whole family has been going to this store and I feel bad because I will never see this store in the same way and we will no longer be their customers. I was humiliated and disrespected in front of my family and the store. We go to name brand stores like this to be valued customers not to be publicly humiliated.

I along with my husband and daughter visited a skechers store in Spingfield NJ. there was know one to help us so I went over to the cashier because I needed someone to get the sneakers for my daughter because they were up very high. I went to the Skechers store at the Tanger Outlets in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Looking for a pair of shoes like the ones I have (Tone Ups Sport), I like them alot and they are comfortable. I could not find any, where I live. A sales person named Preston Morton ask if he could help me find a shoe, I showed him the shoe that I had on and ask if they had any. They did not but, he was nice enough to look in the computer to see if any other store had that shoe in my size, he found the shoe in Wrenthan, MA and Gurnee, IL. He then ask the Manager Sean McQueen to help and they ordered the shoes for me, I got a black pair and a silver and pink pair. They ordered them on the 13th and I received them on the 15th, delivered to my home. I just want to say that my shopping experience was very pleasant and I thank everyone for all of their help. I purchased a pair of these shoes for my husband. He is a police officer full time, so he uses these shoes only three times per week for his other job in construction. It has been months and I even talked to someone at your headquarters and was informed I would get it if there were not too many people asking for it. Everyone who bought your shoes in good faith should get this refund! I posssess one pair of shoes I love them.They are waterproof.I wore them in the sea water and everywhere.they are damn comfortable and I loved the design,the strength,the quality.I hope you people soon open your own outlets in India.The best shoes ever..... I have been using these shoes almost daily still in very nice condition and same comfort till now...:)
