You have a booklet out showing a leather storage bench. I was told by different employees NOT AVAILABLE. Today I had a manager by the name of kim who tried so hard to find it for me as well as a young man by the name of Brian. They called on the black phone in the back. What a waste. That gentleman gave me such a run aroun story. I want to know why it doesn't even have a sku.It was in the all-day doorbusters book on page 48.I do alot of shopping in your Melville store but when it comes to ordering on the kiosk or the phone it stinks. Please reply to me as I really like this ottoman. Thank you-Roni 631 421 5106 or rsjela@optonline.net

Why doesn't Kohls offer scooters for the disabled??? I am a 39 year old who loves to shop. I always went to Kohls for there good sales in their stores. In 1997 I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and I can not walk around stores anymore. I enjoy Walmart and Meijers because I can get dropped off and shop for hours due to the fact that they offer electric scooters to their customers. Isn't there a disability act out there of some sort? I wish Kohls would also have these for their disabled customers or are their racks to full to allow access?

Hi. Im a 2-7 supervisor at kohls and from reading a lot of these it doesnt sound like my job i work at 1381 sun valley ca. And we have never ever ever had a customer complain as most of you guys im sorry for what other stores have done to you guys on behave of kohls. We have almost an 86% rating of highy satisfying customer service we try to make GREAT stand out G for greet. R for request of credit E for email A for ask about survey and T thank the customer we also have the yes we can policy which allows us to benifit the customer as to go as low as 50% the company lets us but some districts are snotty when it comes to that. I will re assure u if you look a kohls up with a better rating youll eat ur words. Not all kohls are bad atleast i know my work is not we have dm and had a vp i believe come to my work we are always #1 in credit we dnt bother customers if they dnt want a kc but we do let them know about the extra savings. Next time call help desk for issues much faster.

kohls you should pay your employees better instead of you all getting richer.poor associates working hard to make a dollar and pushing credits are so annoying i hate shopping there everytime i turn around someone is asking i would like to shop in peace, and when i need help in a deptment there is no one around how funny is that.

I shopped @ khols one time just to get two pair of shorts and I will never go there again @ the culpeper Location in Virginia! Somehow just my luck when I go to purchase my items something is wrong with the visa machines worldwide or something strange like that? So they told me my card was declined and 3 days later a purchase of 41.98 was posted to my account not pending posted from Khols. I sat on the phone back and fourt for 2.5 hours with my bank and Khols "management!" I didnt even want nothing anymore after that but just my money back! I was tired of the run around Khols told me I needed to get the money back from my bank and my bank told me to get it from Khols...?? Khols finally allowed me to get my refund and I got off work and went there just to find out that they couldn't anymore I had to wait 10 days to get a coorporate refund of a gift card for store merchandise! I DONT WANT NOTHING FROM KHOLS ANYMORE A WASTE OF 40.00 OF SOMETHING THAT I DO NOT WANT! I will never be going back to a Khols again! For some reason everyone acts like they have no knowledge of what they are doing giving people the run around! Never again Khols.

Well, I guess I'm another customer who is not satisfied with Kohl's. I deal with the Sarasota, Florida store at University Parkway. I first purchase a Bobby Flay dinnerware set only to find pieces broken. Brought it back and got another one, guess what more pieces broken. Another trip back to Kohl's. No more Bobby Flay dinnerware for me so instead I bought Fiesta dinnerware and serving pieces and flatware totaling close to five hundred dollars. My first purchase was 7 sets of Fiesta dinnerware and after arriving home and taking them out of the boxes we found 3 sets to have pieces broken or chipped. Back to Kohl's again. We bought another 5 sets to total 12 dinnerware sets and also came home with another 3 sets that we had brought back because of broken pieces totaling 8 sets. Again, unpacking all of them only to find more broken pieces. Went back to the store again. Came home again and found one more set to have a salad dish chipped. Called the store to see if they could send me another one instead of making a fifth trip to the store at an expense of $8+ dollars of gas each time-total of $40 in gas for returns. The supposedly supervisor of the home department (Mike) was very obnoxious, rude, and yelling at the top of his lungs at me calling me a liar. This guy seriously needs some counseling. Finally, after I had a chance to ask for a Manager he referred me to a Lucinda B who said they could not send me the piece I needed and I would have to make another trip to the store, but she would compensate me with coupons (who knows what kind of coupons) and if she wasn't there it would be at customer service waiting for me. I asked her if I needed to bring the box and receipt with me and she told me no only the plate that needed to be returned. I did so, and guess what, there was a set waiting for me but with a chipped plate. Why didn't she check this set out before I came. Also, there were no coupons waiting for me. Well, the associate talked to the Manager and she asked me where the receipt was and I told her that Lucinda said I didn't need it too just bring in the plate. It looked like she didn't believe me and finally said she would give me a $10 Kohl's cash for my disappointment. I believe they are screwing their customers. Five times going back and forth and I finally only get a $10 Kohl's cash. No real cash. I will be closing out my account as soon as I speak to a real supervisor or manager who can understand and have empathy for me.

Do NOT ever get a Kohl's card!! I have used Kohl's for 8 years, always paid my bill on time (in full and sometimes with a credit), went out of the country and missed a payment. Paid it in full and they ruined my credit rating and now have an ding on my credit rating for six years. It has prevented me from refinancing my home at a reasonable rate. My mortgage broker tells me they are notorious for this!! BEWARE!!!! Complained and complained but never received a letter back after sending my letter return receipt. I tore up my card and sent it to the CEO. I encourage everyone else to do this. Shame on them and it seems funny that I have never had this happen with any other department store credit card!

This is not a question...it is a complaint. On 3/15/12, I ordered 3 items from Kohls.com.All 3 items were women's sleepwear, and were for a vacation I am taking on 3/29. I received my order and to my surprise I received 2 toddler lime green poco-dotted jackets. I called 1-866-887-8884 & was on the phone with Carlos for 37 minutes of which I was on hold for over 15 minutes waiting on his supervisor. Called again with a 27 minute phone call with Rommel and then to Posco only to be told that they could reorder the items I originally ordered but could not credit my account for the items I originally ordered but did not receive. In other words, Kohl's was going to charge my account twice for the items I ordered until they got their $25 3T & 4T jackets returned to their warehouse. Why should I have to pay $160 for $80 worth of merchandise that I have not received? Kohl's made the error and I shouldn't have to pay for your mistake. I want my account credited back for the 3 items I did not receive immediately, and I want a call from someone regarding this issue. I want someone to call me that has the authority to fix this problem. I love Kohl's & shop in-store and on-line frequently but if this is the way you operate when YOU make a huge mistake, you've received my business for the last time.

I have worked for Kohl's for 5 years now. I work very hard at what I do and can work at just about every department in the store, from unloading the truck to POS to merchandising and yet the management of our store only uses me one or two days a week, for only 4-5 hours a day.....I CAN'T live on 5 hours a week. Hoping the corporate office reads this and does something about this ( check out store 636 ) This store keep hiring more people, but doesn't use the employees they already have????? There are several of us here in the same boat and want something done about it!!! One girl has only worked a total of 3 days, this whole year....WHY????? Lay off the new one and give the hours to the ones who have been there for years. I love my job and want to keep working for this company, but I/we NEED more hour. How would you in the office or in management like it if you had to try to make it on less then a week wage for a month????? Employees of need of more hours....please help us!!!

This past march 14 2012 the manager Mike Robson at Kohl's #0642 in texas made a false accusation about me to the police and requested that the police issue me a tresspassing warning. He said that i was causing disturbance demanding for an apology after i found out that they had fail to remove the sucurity tags. He reported that he had escorted me out the store and that i continued to creat disturbance in the parking lot. I would like to have legal representation because the video footage will prove that he falselly acused me. For now all i can do is make people aware of Mr. Mike Robson and how far away he gets when he gets mad at a customer. this manager is at Kohl's on agora parkway on the forum in selma tx neer converse tx. i have called twice to report his criminal actions and till this day im still waiting for the distric manager to get back with me :(

I do hope someone from the so called head office reads this because I am fed up with this store. What I want to know is if my daughter has done such a bad job why does Kohls cut her hours but does not fire her. Why because they lied. Look out Kohls because I am about to contact a lawyer and reporters and anyone else I can. This company wants to be cut throats liers and not have the guts to treat the employees like humans, then so we can be the same way. You want trouble good you can have it. I am so fed up with the lies this company puts out now I am going to fight back.

I really only have one complaint about Kohl's, the pushing of their credit card. 9 out of 10 times when I check out I am down right borderline harassed about opening a Kohl's charge. Infact there is one particular cashier that I have seen at our Kohl's for several years and I REFUSE to get in her line. I don't care if I have to wait twice as long to check out. She repeatedly tries to get you to open a Kohl's charge, then starts shaking her head and heavy sighing when you don't, acting like your stupid for not getting one. The last time she waited on me she started asking me what my interest rates were on my other credit cards! Totally inappropriate! It is my understanding that Kohl's employees will be terminated if they do not get xx amount of people to open up charge accounts. You should be ashamed of yourselves. You have created rude and unprofessional employees. I was even approached recently in the middle of the store about opening a charge account. Really? Now your customers can't even shop without being harrassed! JcPenney's is right across the street, and their prices are lower now, is all I gotta say.

Kohls sucks. I will never spend money at their store again. I will however tell everone who will listen why Kohls does not deserve their business. Apparently kohls has a a new "system" that discourages the use of personal checks. They don't post this policy anywhere in the store or on the front door. They wait until you have shopped, selected your items, waited in line and try to give them your hard earned money to embaress you and treat you like you are a criminal because you want to pay by check. Then they ask you for a credit card in addition to your local check, drawn on a local bank and submitted with a driver's license with a local address. This was for a total amount of $170 of items. When the manager finally responded I told her that i wanted to pay by check. If i wanted to use my credit card I would have done that already. Her response was to say that she was sorry but that was the way it was. My answer to her was that I am not sorry, I will just give my money to another business. I have never bounced a check, have near perfect credit and everyone else in town will bend over backwards to accept any type of payment. That is why Kohls sucks.

As of today i am done shopping at Kohls. This is the LAST time i will walk in that dept store, and be treated so horribly in a place i spend MY HARD EARNED MONEY. They have the WORST customer service i have ever seen. I am not fond of going to the mall, but will do so now, before walking into another Kohls. And that goes for anyone i can convince not to also, and if ask'd will tell them, go to Penny's, macys, belks, ANYWHERE, but Kohls. I work in the medical field and have all my life and if i we're to treat people as rudely and unprofessinal as this chain store i would not have a job. With the econmy as bad as it is and only getting worse, you would thing they would think of ways to keep customers, not run them off, ruining a day off from their very RUDE personnel. I can find any store to take my money and smile while doing so.

I’m an employee of Kohl’s and I’ve been there for six months so far and while I like it, there are a few things I don‘t favor. I work at a great store in central Florida that places first and second in many categories such as customer service, credit, loss prevention ,and cleanliness in our district. We work hard to keep it that way, and it’s nice to see it pays off in the end. Now I know every store isn’t like ours, and it’s a shame so many of you (customers and employees alike) are having such poor experiences at your Kohls. I may not get paid much, but as a 21 year old, 7.75 an hour is perfectly fine for me right now, as I’m just starting out. As a part time associate, I get pretty decent hours. Sometimes I do feel a bit over-worked at times, but for the most part I feel I’m appreciated all around the store for always doing things quickly and efficiently. My managers are awesome, I have a few favorites I enjoy working with. There are only two that I feel I can never quite please though. See, if you’re an associate, you’ll know what I’m talking about with the Yes You Did notes. The YYDs are notes of appreciation from co-workers or managers and we have this thing that if you collect enough of ‘em in a category (ie customer service), you get neat little bronze, silver or gold pins to show off on your lanyard around your neck. I like getting things that show my hard work, especially because it shows appreciation in this case, but the two managers I mentioned earlier…We’ll call ’em A and M, I can NEVER seem to work hard enough to receive a YYD from them. They can assign me six things at once to do, and I’ll get it done, they’ll like what they see, and I feel good about myself. They’ll thank me verbally (which you would think would be enough; it’s not to me), yet they won’t show it on paper toward me. The thing I don’t understand is A and M write these YYDs for other employees consistently (who do maybe one thing) and they praise ’em for it. I’m lost at what I need to do to get a thank you on paper! It may not seem like a big deal to you, but to me, I really wish it’d happen. I just keep working hard though and do my best. At times, my managers can get on us for getting people to sign up for a Kohl’s Charge (which I hate asking people to do, but oh well, it takes two seconds to ask and if you say no, I won’t pester you any further like I‘ve seen some other department store employees do.) My managers don’t mind if a few of us aren’t successful in getting credit or email, but at the end of the day, we generally meet our quota, so they never get their panties in a bundle, lol, which is nice. They also don’t treat us differently or cut our hours if we never get credit (which I think is terrible some stores are doing!) They only cut our hours if we slack in our department (not putting things back, keeping it clean) which is a good way to get the slacker to realize they need to up their game. Another thing that bugs me a bit are our products. Not the clothing, but our bedding and bath and house-wares (the departments I work). As a customer, I wouldn’t shop in those departments, lol, just because I find their products are either cheaply made and over priced or awesomely made and TOO overpriced. Most of the time when a customer calls me to find a product in bedding, we won’t have it. Those few things are really my only gripe with working there. Other than that, we get food catered into us, have little get-togethers, do our charity events, and it’s great. I like what I do, and I don’t see myself leaving anytime soon. J

Horrible- they put our check through the bank twice for payment for our charge account. The bank stopped one payment, now they are harrassing us for the money that we already paid them. They will not let you talk to anyone on the phone when you call. I am told to fax the cancelled check and bank statements and they will get back to me. Since the end of October, not one person has called us back. Everytime I call I have to go through it again. They claim to never have gotten our faxes. About 2 weeks ago they admitted they received them and are reviewing them. We got a letter yesterday that they found we still owe them $32.69, plus interest charges. I spent half the day on the phone with them, and the Finance department does not accept phone calls. The person I spoke to said he would send them an email. We have been a loyal customer for 8 years. We have never paid our bill late in 8 years- they can't even give us the decency to return a phone call? This is the worst company I have ever dealt with.

I have been buying mens suits, shirts etc. from Kohl's for the past 7 years. I am 68 years old and for some reason my body doesn't fit the 90%+ of the SLIM styles offered by Kohl's. Kohl's had made a policy change of focusing on the younger generation who, for now, can ware these SLIM suits etc. I hate to say good bye to Kohl's but I am now buying suits and men's ware from Macy's, Men's Warehouse, and Jos A.Bank's. As for your coupons and your pricing in general, anyone who thinks they are getting a deal from 30% of or Kohl's cash needs to take Econ 201...this is a marketing ploy. Pick an item you can purchase from another store and compare prices. The item that comes to mind for me is LEVI jeans...their 30% off brings it down to the everyday price of local merchants. I no longer shop at Kohl's and no longer wish to be associated with them. Michael E. Nealon Frisco, TX

Hourly associates are overworked and underpaid. Company preaches work, life balance, but they don’t walk the talk. I would never recommend anyone to join this team. This company has grown too fast, that it has lost there human touch for their employees. Too many new chiefs with new ideas are destroying this family business. If you are an exempt associate think twice before selling your soul for money. Beware!!!

do not shop at the kohls in wadsworth ohio. i was told tonight that i am not allowed to ever use a coupon in there again. yes you read that right. i receive their emails with the $5 or $10 off coupon attached to them. i use 1 per day, and when my husband, son & i went in tonight the manager stated that i was not allowed to use anymore coupons in his store. now the coupon states "one per customer". not one per day. my 2 girlfriends and i were told that we were only allowed to use 1 coupon per day. every day you go in to their stores you are a customer so i should be allowed to use a coupon. i feel sorry for all the people that get treated like shit when they go to try to use their coupons. good luck y'all

I was charged twice on my bank account and cannot seem to get a quick response from anybody. I will not be shopping an kohls anymore. The managers just give you the run around becuase they have no idea what to do. This is not how a business should be ran!
