Brentwood kohls 0-1 is very rude and unappreciative he thinks nothing of his employees or how they feel and is very disrespectful. He doesn't even know how to close jewlery down and he is a total and complete asshole

The ONLY thing I am angry about is the damn website!!! I can never get to My Kohl's Charge! EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to put in my user name and password, the screen takes a crap on me and the box goes blank! Wth!?!? I can't even log in!! I have a balance to pay off and I'd like it to be convenient.

The worst company I've ever worked for. I worked at Northborough MA Kohl's. The managers are a joke. No respect for employees. Swearing in front of employees, harrasing us over the stupid radios. Megan put up a stupid rule, if you don't say hi to a customer you're going to walk around the store and say hi to people. That is most the stupid thing I've ever heard and illegal to make them do it. No wonder why everybody keeps leaving from there. And Therese Sloane is a joke. Dating one of her employees?, Jennifer, yes everybody knows about it, it's disgusting how they are together all the time, it's really unproffesional. Who ever quits at Kohl's in Northborough it's because of Therese, she is a joke. I don't know how that store is still open. She treats people like crap, she has her favorites, and she retaliates against her employees. If they talk back to her she cuts her hours. I'm surprised she hasn't been sued yet. THE WORST PLACE TO WORK. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE.

I used to work at the Clive store in Des Moines Ia. (My husband got a different job out of state so I left on good terms.) What I was told by store management plus a few of the other associates that worked there for a long time was try not to hand out the customer surveys. What they like to do is to fill some out by themself to make the store look good. How is Kohl's suppose to know how they are doing as a store when we they the give them self highly satisfied markings on the survey. I did enjoy working with the younger people in the store. It seemed like some of the older employees were just plain rude.

i hate this place, ive been working there for close to 5 years and its been horrible. The managers are never on the same page and each of them have a different set of rules and get mad at the employees when they follow another managers directions. they never put enough people on the floor. the return center is a dirty mess and a hazard, several times the fire extiguisher has been covered by clothes. the doors have been jammed shut by the amount of clothing that has fallen on it. The managers put interns in charge and the interns forget to give the employees breaks or they dont know how to manage breaks. i hate that place and it is a disgusting uncaring place to work.

Kohl's used to be a good place to work but not anymore...

Called corporate regarding Kohl's cash policy. Placed on hold transferred and then disconnected 3 times before getting assistance. When making apurchase and using Kohls cash to pay for this order , if you need to return anything on that prucahse you will lose your Kohls Cash. Make sure what you buy with Kohls cash is somehting you will not need to return because if you return you will lost the kohls cash you earned. What a pity as that will prevent me from shopping anywhere near as much as used to at Kohls. From a business perspective no good for customers and many unhappy customers mean less busines not more and that means lost revenue. A real negative. Would give them a negative 10 if i could, 1 star too gracious

MY DAUGHTER AND I SHOP KOHLS AT LEAST TWICE A MONTH. WE ONLY SHOP THE CLEARANCE SECTIONS, THEIR REGULAR PRICES ARE WAY TO HIGH BUT YOU CAN GET DECENT DEALS ON THE CLEARANCE UP TO 90% OFF. WE THEN WATCH FOR THE SAVINGS PASSES WHICH CAN GIVE ANOTHER 20@ OFF OF THE CLEARANCE PRICE AND IF WE FIND ALOT OF GOOD BARGAINS YOU CAN EVEN FIND KOHLS CASH OF $10 OFF $50 AND USE THAT WITH CLEARANCE AND A PERCENTAGE OFF COUPON. YES THERE ARE TIMES WE FIND THE STORE A MESS BUT THAT IS USUALLY DURING ONE OF THEIR BIG SALES. THEY SEEM TO CLEAN UP EACH NIGHT. BY SHOPPING CLEARANCE I CAN BUY BETTER QUALITY CLOTHES AT A WALMART PRICE...

I was very disappointed with the service I received today. The store manager made me feel like I was trying to rip her off. She actually told me she wasnt goint to loose her job over my transaction.......really!!!!! I was only trying to use a 30% off coupon they mailed me and merchandise credit cards from money I had already spent there. You would think I was asking the woman to rob store and split the money .......oh well khols you are not the only place to shop I can go else where and will !!!!!!!! Hello Macy's, JC Penny, Target, Nordstrom ....I think you get my drift =]

I am very upset with Kohl's. Today I had to return a Shark Steam Mop that I had purchased there. I was told that if you used your Kohl's buck to purchase anything that is non-refunable and you loose the bucks. I went around and around with the supervisor tonight in the Port Orange Fl store about this. Those are our bucks, we purchased things to get those bucks and that is like our money. These bucks should not be taken from us. I was told this is something new from corporate. So if they start to do that what good are these bucks?????????? I am not saying to give them back as money , but as bucks or gift card. Hope this situation get cleared up. I just spent over $300.00 on rugs and got several bucks from this. I spent thousands of dollars at this store. This needs to change. thanks, Sue

Today,deb a manager at eagle ru Omaha ne embarrassed me for the fifth time, she is a racist, already reported her with Kohls corporate and they will be contacting her regarding this issue, hope she gets fired.

Well.. I've been with Kohl's for 2 years.. and I feel like somebody else said in here you only have a chance to move up with kohl's if the manager likes you... and if they don't like you, they give you shitty hours.. like 8 or 4 hours a week. I always got a little more hours because I get credit.. but I notice the weeks I don't do very well with credit, they give me less hours the following week. It's ridiculous.. Now my store had 2 new positions available, and they already knew who was going to get it before other people even applies for it. Then they didn't post a 27 position, but all of the sudden they got a new 27. I personally don't think that's right giving that we had other people well qualified to be a 27 and those people didn't get a chance to apply. Then they did that again with a shoes supervisor position... and now again with a 12 position. So I don't feel like they are treating everybody as equals... plus they do push credit and we got nothing back.. they give us $1 dollar per credit application that we get.. which is nothing compared to what their managers probably get. When I worked at Sears (which is a worse store than Kohl's) they gave u $5 dollars if you open a credit card.. and if you made your goal they gave u a bigger reward like $50 dollars or something..! I got over 100 credits for the year and all I get is "you have to push harder". It's never good enough for them... they treat their associates like crap sometimes... but we have to put up with it, bc there are no other jobs out there. I hope somebody from corporate is reading all those posts and try to do something to make it better. I called the hotline once and nothing happened from it. Because they don't give a shit.. they do whatever they want and they obviously have their favorites and don't give people equal chances like they say they do!

I bought my father a watch at kohl's in Fresh Meadows for father's day early on Monday. He wanted the watch resized but went to kohl's with my brother without a receipt. At first they refused to resize his watch because he did not have his receipt. That was totally understandable but mind you, when i went to get my watch resized the day before he went, they never asked for a receipt. But I'm not complaining about that. However, when he asked the employee (same employee that sized my watch) in the jewelry section, whose name was Audriana, if she can take the other side off instead of two on one side because it was off balance on this wrist, she replied with "I know how to do my job. If you don't like it, go somewhere else." She did not listen to him and did whatever she wanted. My father is limited in his English and so she took advantage of it and belittled my brother and my father. My brother did most of the talking and translating. However, they let this slide. When my father went home, the watch kept sliding slide because she took two off on one side when she could have balanced by taking one from each side. He went back with my brother the next day WITH a receipt and she REFUSED to resize it and telling her manager she fixed it once, she won't fix it again. The jewelry manager asked her to do it. Not being too happy about this, she puts his watch aside and attends to another customer making my family wait more than they had to. Eventually, her stuck up, nasty, rude attitude led to bigger problems and arguments that the store manager came and told her to just resize it. She resized it with of course the WORST attitude and when she was done, she bangs the watch on top of the box and replying with a "you're welcome," which caused a dent on the watch. That wasn't the end. Her and the jewelry manager were both friends and Spanish. They started laughing and talking in Spanish about the situation and my family. My family and I have never felt so belittled and disrespected in our entire lives. I thought retail service was all about customer service. Apparently it is not like that in Kohl's. Most of the employees curse in front of customers, cashiers shoving clothes and items in bags with attitudes, and etc.. The list can go on. People go to Kohl's for the cheap prices. But it is DEFINITELY not worth this kind of service. KOHL'S NEEDS to fix their employees especially AUDRIANA. This kind of service is DISGUSTING. Do not risk yourself of such dirty service from such lowly people. It is not worth it. Trust me.

Like everyone else on this site I wish I could give 0 stars. I went to a kohl's in Ahwatukee, AZ and the manager took my coupon out of my hand and said they don't take the $10 off coupons anymore. Then she said where did you get this and ripped it up. She said they were fraudulent. That's bullshit that she tore my coupon up and I will never shop there again. It is a legitimate coupon and they didn't want to scan it. She should be fired.

I have been working for kohls for two weeks!!!! They are the most unprofessional company I have ever worked for!!!!!!! I am not on any of the schedules, so I have to call up every week to get a schedule, I am not on the walk sheet, so every time I go to work, I have to locate a manager to find out where I'm suppose to be, ANNNND I HAVE GONE TWO WEEKS WITHOUT A PAYCHECK!!!!! they lost my routing number, thank goodness they didn't loose my social security or account number. So I gave them my account number AGAIN! and STILL NO PAYCHECK!!!! Told me I have to wait seven to ten business days to get a paycheck, My phone has already been shut off and trust me the bills don't just magically go away. The manager told me, well we couldn't get a hold of you, thats because my phone was shut off because I DIDN'T GET A PAYCHECK!!! And I've been to work everyday, why couldn't they talk to me then! I am quitting Kohls Immediately, worst company I've ever worked for, I recommend you stay away, far far away!!!

I bought a Pandigital Digital Photo Frame from Kohl's on Black Friday 2011. There was a $30.00 Mail-in rebate offer. I am still waiting for that rebate check. The store is no help. Corporate Kohl's is impossible to reach -- before they hear anything they will xfer you in a loop!!!! I am thinking about going to public through facebook. If Kohl's does not have any control over rebate why should you advertise? I like to shop @ Kohl's. Definitely I will not purchase anything where the mail-in string will be attached. I will wait couple of more days then I will returned the photo frame to the store. I have a friend who lives in Roswell too, experiencing the same issue.

I love shopping at Kohls and spend hundreds of dollars a year there. I just had the worst shopping experience! A young rude associate named Jessica would not accept my friends and family shopping pass. This is a pass that is sent to me on a monthly basis along with a discount pass requiring the use of a charge card. The discount was not the issue. She wanted to argue with me about using the pass and threw a necklace that I was purchasing into my bag. When I was speaking to a manager named Matt about the incident, she proceeded to make fun of me with another customer who was checking out. Kohls needs a better training process for their sales associates. I won't be back in that store ever again.

I usually enjoy shopping at Kohl's. But the last few times I went in the music was too loud for me. I had to leave because I can't enjoy shopping with loud music. I can understand employees may like it while they are working, but not a customer. It will be a long time before I go back because I will think the music is still loud. Sorry.

I purchased over 400.00 worth of clothing during Kohls cash time. I was handed all these 10.00 Kohls cash and told to come back and use it like cash. When I came back to use my Kohls cash, it was only worth 7.00 as I had a coupon for 30% off. That is not what I would consider as a coupon that can be used like cash. If Kohls is going to offer things like Kohls cash, they need to make sure they are not permanently losing customers because of the way these discounts are handled. It will be a long time, if ever, I go back to Kohls. It's the principal of the idea. Not a great way to keep customers Kohls. Bad press passes faster than good press. I will let everyone know how I feel about the way the company is handling their customers. When I complained, the gal said it was the most common complaint of the day. Not a good sign.

Today I went to Kohls to purchase a vacume, They had sent me a 20% off coupon and a 5 dollar coupon in the mail... I went to use it and they said the coupons weren't good yet..that i had two more days to wait. So I immediately returned the vacume, and then cut up my card and through it at their manager! Kohls can kiss my a__ and I will never shop their again. Like I told the manager.. I could easily purchase the item today and then two days from now return the item then repurchase it and use my coupons... so why make me have to do that when they could easily honor them now. Well they lost two accounts and I'll shop elsewhere!
