I shopped at the kohls in torrance a few days ago and had such a horrible experience. I have to say i have never been so humilated and treated so bad by anyone. The store manager named diana had such a bad attitude and didnt even try to help me. She had another employee help instead. Ill never shop there again very poor customer service!!!

As the lucky recipient of the I-Pad, I thank you for this most unexpected windfall! This is one more reason that Kohls in Wallingford,CT, is a GREAT place to work, even for part-timers like me! Do NOT GET A KOHL'S CHARGE!!! I was unable to pay my bill online because their system is awful and they didn't email me my password right away. I forgot to go back and pay on time. I receive a statement charging me an extra $15.00, more then half of what I owed, 10 days past due. I called and they refused to remove the $15.00 so I cancelled and will NEVER shop their again. The customer service lady was condisending, acting like I was some sort of dirtbag who couldn't afford a $26.00 bill. Most credit card companies will remove the late fee, 1 time. Not Kohls!!! Come to think of it, I emailed them a complaint, over a year ago and never receive a reply. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE means they don't care about their customers. DO NOT SHOP AT KOHL"S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I have had a terrible experiance at the Longmont Colorado Kohls store. I have been inquiring about a refund that should have been credited back to my account. I have spoken with three different manager all of whom were no help. One told me to call the 1 800 number and the other two referred me to two different people all of whom were no help what so ever. The managers are so incompotent then who else am I supposed to speak with about this? This is crazy! Terrible customer service!

I returned a vacuum cleaner to Kohl's in Lakeland, Fl. I was given a reciept for the return for over $600.00. On the reciept it stated that if I had not gotten my refund from the corporate office in 7 to 10 business days, to call the number provided on the reciept. It has been sixteen business days and I have tried to call the number given, but nobody ever answers and after waiting several times up to 22 minutes. I also have left my telephone number for a return call. I expected to get a return call, but that never happened either. I called the store manager at the Kohl's store I purchased the vacuum, but the manager would not come to the phone and told the person who answered, to tell me it is out of their hands and in Corporate hands.I asked for the Corporate telephone number and was answered by more computer messages. I left a message and never heard back from them. I am really worried that I won't get my $600.00 + due to me. I will not do business with Kohl's again.

Since when should a cashier's hours be based upon how many "credits" we get? I thought the whole point was to be helpful to the customer, not nag them into debt!! It's not my fault if customers don't want a Kohls charge or already have one, yet, I don't get hours (4 hours in TWO WEEKS)if I don't get credits. No one told me that when I was hired. No one even mentioned anything about asking customers about Kohls charges. PLUS, the training was basically, "Here's the register, now do it, and don't mess up."

The is this supervisor name irma juarez that is trying to get employees fired. She works in torrance ca. so be careful with her. Also the store manager diana distrubutes coupons basically makes copies of the coupons and hands them out to employees. I think that store should go under investigation! Its so sad to see employees scared to put a stop to this mistreatment.

Women love to shop, men just follow. If Kohls had a place for the men to sit and complain while waiting, our shopping experience would be a great. If seats were available when we enter to store, they would find us at the check out when ready to pay. Also, seats for children in their dept.area would help. Men who do not bring their spouses during sporting events on TV might come if there was a place to watch them while they spend their money.

That star rating is for the treatment of employees.I agree with the poster named 'Fed up with Kohl's'.It makes no difference if you never call out sick,always show for your shift no matter how you feel that day,show courtesy to and help customers,help other associates or volunteer for charity events,none of that matters to Kohl's.........if you don't get them credit,you get no work......How unfair is that? The employees that work a second job get the hours as well,again how fair is that? It is kind of hard to go to work the few days your scheduled and be cheery and 'smile and say hi' when you don't feel as good about your job anymore.I feel so unappreciated and feel like I am being punished....We won't go into the lack of total,overall moral since Management has been changed....You just wanna go,if your lucky to have hours,get your job done and make no extra effort anymore.

I work for Kohl's. They use US Bank's Skylight card for our payroll. For the last 3 weeks in a row someone has stolen every dollar off my payroll card. I have reported this to HR but they say there is nothingthey can do. I KNOW THIS IS A LIE. MY FATHER WORKS IN HEALTHCARE FOR AN AGENCY AND IT HAPPENED TO HIM. HIS COMPANY CALLED SKYLIGHT AND HAD A NEW CARD AND PASSWORD PUT IN THE SYSTEM THAT DAY HE TECEIVED A TEMPORARY CARD ON THE SPOT FROM HIS EMPLOYER AND HIS PERMANENT ONE CAME IN THE MAIL IN A WEEK. KOHL'S had better fix this issue this week 2/ 5/2012 or I AM SEEKING LEGAL ASSISTANCE AGAINST THE LOCATION IN OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS AND THE CORPORATE OFFICE IF I GET NO SATISFACTION. I WILL NEVER WORK OR SHOP AT ANY OF THEIR STORES AGAIN. I AM CURREMTLY EMPLOYED BY THEM BUT I AM LOOKING FOR A LEGITIMATE COMPANY TO WORK FOR.

Yesterday I was at a Kohls and there was a customer ahead of me who had a leather coat on with the tags still attached to it. I told the manager of the store and he watched her walk out of the store and did nothing at all about it. Why?? anyone know why the manager would not have done nothing.

Hi there my name is Mr Villa Customer whit you guys since 2010 unfortunate I was force to close my account whit you company on February 2/2012 after an issue over the phone whit one of yours customer service representative ,he accuse me basically of irresponsible for not being on time on my payments,which if you look closely to my account and review closely that was not the case, Well I fell attacked for this gentlemen (victor)over the phone I try to explain that the page was not let it me access to my account , Seem like you guys page delays a lot Sending the email verification ,and got tired of waiting Just wanted to pay over the phone. Which I did I made a payment of 75.00 dlls thru automated payment that Went Ok . Well just to make Sure I decide to spoke to a representative To corroborate I was not gona be charged for a late fee or anything ,than that. Was wen I got attack by hem I try to explain to hem on repetitive number times,what my problem. Than I got tired of being accuse of irresponsible ,I ask for a supervisor after along journey on hold Cain lost my patient,than I tough for a minute that way I was treated than just come to the conclusion of Closing my account ,I think we are on country where no one is above anybody we are equal right ? The super visor mr Andrew try to convene me to not make that decision, I defiantly make clear to hem that I'm not longer interested on making business whit your company . It's sad because buying on that store was always a pleasure, but just to think that for whatever reason I need to make a call. To a customer representative that will ruin my day from my previous experience on those type of calls. Anyways just. Wanted to share that to however its on charge of that One of my recommendations will be just to advice your people to take a look on that account before even talk to a customer . Since when does anyone get transfer from one store to the next without there knowledge or even spoken to you as to why,as far as i know you are asked or you yourself will ask for a transfer. Not one time yet has LPM or LPDM has spoken to me about this transfer. All i was told that it was what LPDM wanted and if I don't like it I can go work elsewhere,I was never taught to speak that way to anyone nor did I ever so as for a LPDM you should learn how to speak to others with respect. And for the record I was on the top performance and was switched with someone at the bottom of the list..KINDNESS AND RESPECT IS ALWAYS THE BEST POLICY JUST LIKE YES WE CAN OR IS THAT YES WE CAN DO WHAT WE WANT TO DO WITH OUR EMPLOYEES!! PS don't get me wrong I do love kohl's..

Wow. Obviously I have a different opinion from you people :/ I love Kohl's. I don't know why you guys aren't getting a lot of hours but mine are fine... I do kind of wish I had more free time though; weekends off would be nice. I've only been working at Kohl's for a bit over 2 months but I really like it :) we get ice cream parties, catering, flat screen TV and massage chair for the break room, ect. ps- I work at the Kohl's in EC, MD

I am so fed up with corporate America I would not be able to put it in words. If you are an employee and do not make enough credit sales you get no work. It does not matter that people who work there are on SS or trying to go to school. Not to mention that people get angry because employees hound the customer to take out a credit card. How stupid is the corporate world? Pretty stupid. Because of Kohl.s way of doing things, I have made it my mission to hurt them the only way it matters to them. Money!!!! From now on I am going to do all I can to get people not to shop there. Congrats Kohl.s

Kohls at Westgate, Ohio is just awful-the staff are mean and arrogant-today as I tried to purchase two gifts from my daughters wedding registery-i was told i could not use two coupons-these were two different transactions-two seperate gifts from registry-one from me and one from my mother-Trust me, after this experience we are finished at Kohl's! Lots of store's want our business!

Think the Company is great and the sales staff except for one is awesome..Alex The manager. in the apple valley plaza in smithfield RI..She is very rude when being spoke to.. Find it non-friendly and think The store manager is not that far away of being just like her..I think a company should all work together..Like the store but seems like walmart is the place to shop..Everyone there including the managers are wonderful.. sorry to say this but customers/sales help should not began at all be spoking to that way of what i have seen more than a dozen of times shopping with my Mom..

Kohls Wedding registry procedure is awful and the website lies. I was told guest could ship things from my registry to themselves or ship it to me. That is not true, the guest dont have the option to ship gifts to themselves, so they are not wanting to buy things at all from their because the only option is to have the gift shipped directly to me. Noone wants to show up to a bridal shower empty handed and have me get their gift just shipped to me in a kohls box for me to open and figure out who it is from. That is not right and the website says they will have the option, I spent hours on the phone with customer service in INDIA who were rude and wouldnt help told me I didnt understand how registries work. I went to the store and all they did was call the same number I called and said the same, I submitted several emails and keep getting scripted responses.

I personally think that all you complainers out there want something for free. I worked for Kohls for 10 years and it was the BEST company ever to work for. They are fair and consistent with their employees and their customers. The problem is times are hard for everyone.. Yes sometimes the coupons are a little much with all the discounts, and the Kohls cash ..10 off coupons etc... But they are VERY clear if you take the time to read them...so all you COMPLAINERS out there that don't always get your way...quit being so rude to other people and you might actually get more out of people than ruffling their feathers which...obviously gets you nothing..I love kohls and will always be a faithful shopper !!!
