Jiffy Lube is a complete joke, in Maryalnd, and probably all over, with a bunch of worthless flunkies who are ngligent and ignorant when it comes to there continous mistakes.....you all ought to be ashamed to even advertise yourselves...all we do it laugh when we hear commericals....a bunch of lies told to everyone with your bullshit claims of your work......a sham and a pitiful place to take your car, truck, bike, anything...grade F!!!!!

I have gone to a Jiffy Lube in Independence, MO for many years. They insisted my car needed the fuel line cleaned out. My mechanic later said that was not necessary, so I went back and talked to the manager. He said if I did not notice at least 2-3 mpg improvement after one tank of gas, he would refund my $60. After TWO tanks of gas, I have had ZERO improvement. I went back to get my refund and the same manager told the worker on the phone that said he never said that, even though I tracked the time/date of our conversation. I also developed an oil leak and they checked it out and said I had one but they didn't cause it. How ironic it started exactly after I got my oil changed there. Some undercover reporter should do a story on Jiffy Lube.

I'm wondering why Jiffy Lube employees call customers by their first names? I am a white-haired grandmother and would appreciate the twenty-something JL dudes showing more respect for their elders. Would cost the company nothing to at least ask if they should use first name or if they prefer to be called Mrs or Mr. A little civility, please.

took my car to the jiffy lube in north hampton, nh and upset the guy who was trying to upsell me . 3 days later my car overheated due to a hole in the radiator. cost me $ 400- i make sure to bring it up all over town just to let everyone know what a great job they did on my car!!!!! reading these reviews it will only be a matter of time before you hear bout jiffy lube filing bankrupcy.

went to jiffy lube to get my car service was told I need air filter me so stupid told them to put it in..that shit nearly cost my life,about 5mins after leavin the shop my car shut down in the middle of the high way cars an trucks behind me honkin their horns an acting crazy anyways I got it to start again an after more stops an shuts off manage to get the car back to the shop an had one of the guys to look at it only to find out the filter they just con me into buyin was not installed properly thus causin the car to lose pressure an to my dismay the manager Lana) was so rude she acted as if she didn't see me an left the shop without even apologizing for her staff mistake...jiffy lube 2800 okeechobe blvd w.p.b fl ...I wouldn't send my worst enemy there..

Let's just put it this way...Not only will I never return to jiffy lube, I will be suing them. Its an outrage that you take a car in for a simple oil change, trusting the peple your paying to do it right, and they cant even remember to put oil in. Yeah, how bad is it to drive a car without oil???? can you say NEW ENGINE needed! Lame. Luckily the car went to a mechanic and I have the proof they didnt do it. I feel sorry for people trying to deal with location managers. Take my word, go straight to the top of corporate because all they will do is defend themselves to the end that they did their job. i certainly wish that everyone would read these comments they are all bad What has happened to Jiffy L>ube over the years they were always on the expensive side but their service wasn't as bad as it is now My car failed an inspection for a leaky powersteering pump i went to a mechanic and got it fixed, even new hoses replaced. they put new fluid in and I drove directly back to the store on Walzem in San Antonio, tx The guy's name is Wayne something, He said it is still leaking, I explained that I got it fixed 15 minutes ago and it was probably ( definitely ) some spillage from adding the new fluid, I even showed him the receipt from the mechanic,,, he just walked away I wonder if I will get my money back as I had to go to another inspection staion around the corner absoltely no problem In fact I wonder if this will be shown Let's see just how much class this billion dollar company has May God bless all who read this and even the jiffvy lube employees\

I went on June 30th to the Jiffy Lube in Yorkville, Illinois because I heard that they were offering vouchers to Six Flags Great America in Gurnee, Illinois and I had planned to take my family. I went and had the oil changed and all was good until I received the bill. The cost for an oil change was $55.00. How can you charge this amount for an oil change when other places in the area are $15-20 cheaper and provide better service. I only went to this store for the 1/2 price vouchers the shop was to have. I asked the manager for a voucher and was told they had run out and I was to come back in a few days. I came back 2 days later and again was told the vouchers were not "shipped" and to come back over the weekend. I went back today (7/7/12) and still no vouchers. The only reason I came here was for the vouchers. I believe this is a scam and I will also be reporting this to the BBB. I am sure many others feel this way but rarely do anything about it. Well, I am not one of those people and I feel that being treated fairly and professionally still stands for something. Believe me I will never step foot in anotehr Jiffy Lube nor will I recommend your company to anyone. After reviewing the numerous other complaints listed here, I am not surprised as apparently customer service is not a high priority for your company.

There should be a 0 rating! Jiffy Lube is a shit hole! I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Well, my car is now in the garage because they put my directional tires on wrong and my transmission is shot! And of course I call them and they make me out to be an idiot and tell me that it isnt there fault and there is nothing they can do about it. Well they can go suck a donkeys dick!

I bought a groupon for a $15 oil change, which ended up being $45 after it was all said and done with. My mother came to pick me up so I didnt have to wait. Before I had gone to jiffy lube, I went to the bank to withdrawal $160. As we were pulling out of the Jiffy Lube parking lot, I realized I had forgot o grab my money out of the car. When I got it out, there was only $100. So they stole $60 from me and charge me $30 extra dollars for my oil change. As I was leaving the manager told me he would have stolen all of my money of it was him. My $15 oil change cost me $105. Norman, Oklahoma.

I went to Jiffy Lube for a standard oil change less than two months my oil light indicator came on three times within a week I havent even driven the car 1,000 miles I decided to check the oil level. What did I find the dip stick dry as if no oil was placed in the vehicle during the oil change, when I called and spoke to management his reply was it could mean serveral things wrong. No my vehcile do not have a oil leak, he also stated it depends on how I drive, no not true each time the light came on I was sitting at a light, he never attempt to offer anything to resolve the issue just kept stating his employees did there job, he could have offered a free oil change wihtin the year and be a little more understanding that would have been more accomodating to me as a customer I have refered others to this establishment but never again. Very Poor Service Management also

I TOOK MY CAR TO JIFFY LUBE IN SOUTHAVEN, MS AND GOT MY OIL CHANGED. WHEN I TOOK MY CAR BACK TO GET MY FLUIDS FILLED, THEY DIDN'T PUT THE OIL CAP BACK ON, AND NOW MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON, AND MY CAR WAS SMOKING WHEN I OPENED THE HOOD, I NOTICED MY OIL CAP WASN'T ON, AND OIL WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED THE STORE, AND THE GUY THERE WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I ASKED HIM TO BRING ME MY OIL CAP AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE COULDN'T BECAUSE IT WAS ONLY TWO WORKERS AT THE STORE, AND THEY WERE BUSY. I ASKED HIM WHAT DID HE MEAN HE COULDN'T LEAVE AND THERE WAS NOTHING THAT HE COULD DO BECAUSE THEY WERE BUSY. WHAT HAPPEN TO CUSTOMER SATISFACTION? I ASKED HIM FOR CORPORATE NUMBER, AND HE TOLD ME THAT HE COULDN'T GIVE IT TO ME RIGHT THEN BECAUSE HE WAS BUSY. (REALLY) I CALLED ANOTHER JIFFY LUBE IN MEMPHIS, TN, AND GOT SOME RESULTS FROM ONE OF THE WORKER'S THERE NAME CONNIE. SHE IS MAKING IT RIGHT FOR ME.SHE APOLOGIZED, AND ORDERED ME ANOTHER OIL CAP, AND BRINGING ME SOME OIL. I THANK HER SO MUCH BECAUSE I WAS SO UPSET AND WAS STRESSING ABOUT MY CAR AND ABOUT HOW I WAS GONNA GET TO WORK. I STILL FEEL LIKE I NEED TO BE COMPENSATED BECAUSE NOW MY ENGINE LIGHT IS ON. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO BBB, AND CORPORATE. THEY HAVEN'T HEARD THE LAST OF THIS.

Jiffy Lube 151 Charlottesville Va Changed oil and checked fluid level. Showed brake fluid full. After leaving the BRAKE warning light on dash began to flash and chime intermitantly until after a few days the light and chimes got more freqent until on all the time. Took to mechanic who diagnosed and found almost out of brake fluid. Filled with fluid and light has gone out and stayed out. Jiffy Lube employee did not even look or if he did did not notice or record low brake fluid condition.

Liars and thieves don't even try and speak with a customer rip off artist. They blame Mary of Mother of God for their f-ups. Watch out for the scam! I was in the Jiffy Lube to get a quick oil change. Not only was it anything other than quick, I was a part of a scam. The service guy came to show me that my air filter needed to be changed. I said go ahead and then I watched them put the old one back in. When it was time to pay I saw the guy charged me for it, when I asked about it the service guy said "oh, we didn't have your filter in stock". I said "then you should have told me that and you need to take it off my bill" He took it off but I was still upset. I wrote the company about the ordeal and never heard back from them! Jiffy Lube sucks & I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I wouldn't even let them put air in my tires. My girlfriend was charged 140.00 dollars to have oil changed, engine air filter changed & tires rotated, & using synthetic oil is no excuse, any buisness that would charge that much for this service is a damn crook. For those of you who do not know an engine air filter can usually be purchased at your local auto parts store for around 8 to 12 dollars & in most cases takes less 1 min. to install. Jiffy Lube charged my girlfriend 25.00 dollars. I understand that they need to make a profit but that is ridiculous & they will not make any profit if they don't have customers. It will be my personal mission to tell every person I ever speak to about what a crooked & terrible buisness Jiffy Lube is.

I have been a customer of Jiffy Lube in different areas of the US and usually had good service. However today I went in for an oil change and was advised by the manager to have additional services for which I was not prepared. I stated that I would be make plans to take care of them. I paid my bill and expected to be given the same RED Carpet service that that three white women had received while I was there. I brought it to the managers attention and he stated that I should have received similar service. I am surprised that Jiffy Lube is engaging in racist, prejuducial behavior and will certainly not return to any Jiffy Lube in the future and will let other women know about this. Went to Jiffy Lube in Wentzville Missouri a month ago. When they vacuumed, they sucked up my spare keys, put air in the tires and left the caps off 2 tires. I called and at first they said the vacuum could not have picked up the keys, but they would "work with me". I called back today and all of a sudden they can't help me. They also charge over $60 for high mileage oil change?? Why?

Jiffy Lube, Please tell Pennzoil their promotion to send me a $15 "check" payable to Jiffy Lube for next oil change was worthless and even annoying. The terms of the check stated the next oil change had to be within 180 days at the same location as the last service. Hopefully the Pennzoil synthetic oil (expensive) will last longer than 180 days and we don't plan on being back in Florida until next winter at the earliest. In short, this promotion has absolutely no value to me the customer.
