i have to say after reading all the negative post about dell..i am sorry i purchased a laptop for 1600.00 with a warranty i keep getting the run around also with people who keep saying they are sorry....why they sorry i just want my computer fixed..and whats with all the trouble shooting...just come out and fix the computer or let me take it to a service dealer....igive them a poor rating, will never buy a dell again..!!!!

What you are doing is not write, you will probably just say your doing what you are told, well shame on you, get a job where you can hold your head up, i bet if someone who is having a dell computer problem tells you about it you are too ashamed to tell them that you work for dell.Lets be honest, in this country a good company stands behind thier products, after all it`s cheaper for a company to take care of thier customers and make good on a defective product then to lose so many customers by ripping them of.I have never had any trouble with my hp computers.When my mother wanted a dell i should have told her she was nuts. I agree with everything John Pulliam says DELL sucks I have had nothing but hell for the last year on my laptop which cost me $1000. dollars piece of crap!!! and I have spent hours on it trying to get it to work and hours on hold with India and they do nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi mr. michael s. dell,are the fish biting, read my previest reviews and you will understand.I was a victim of dell, i saw the smile and the quarantee and the nice looking computer on the shelf at wallmart.I bit the hook and then it was too late, hook line and sinker.I purchased a new dell for my mother, i should have bought an hp like mine.The dell computer i bought was a dud, and they could not fix it, so they sent a replacement and it was a dud also, but now there is no more warrantee even though i purchased a extended warrantee dell denies it, so i purchased my mother an hp like i should have done to start with, and now i am at war with dell,because i refuse to be a fish, i refuse to be a victim.Mr. dell caught me on his line but he has not eaten me yet. I emailed mr. dell at(michael@dell.com)and a man call me on the phone because i added my dell case no. 864040019 which had my phone no., he basically told me to go away, i will not go away until dell make good. Any dell employee with the guts to do the right thing call me to resolve this issue.Death before dishonor.

I'm very upset with Dell at this moment. They have people answering their phones who are very difficult to understand and who blatently ignore my requests. I just bought a $239.00 service contract and It's not being fulfilled. I"m embarrassed to say how may Dell computers I own....... I will never buy another one!!!! If they can forward all their calls to India and not give a damn about me, They have lost my biz forever.

My dell case no. is 864040019 please call so we may end this war.You sold me a defective product and then turned around and replaced it with another defective product,so i went and bought an hp for my mother like mine, which was what i should have done to start with.Someone from dell customer support, excuse me again while i laugh,anyway i said it was not right for a company to sell someone a dud computer and then replace it with another dud so i want a refund for the dud i bought my mother, bye the way i own an hp.He said if the warranty runs out even hp will not help you isn`t that right, i said i don`t know, i have had my hp for four years and it has never broken down. Why when getting customer support you get the ruddest supervisors. I have a bone to pick with Alienware/Dell Managment! I think you need to fire a few folks and think of what you guys are doing for tech support.... I have had a computer since 2009 that tech support just keeps putting referb parts into my computer and seem never to get it right! I just purchase another year tech support to have my computer repaired. The Rep with Dell/alienware tech support say that Alienware/Dell if the computer can't be fixed then they will replace the computers with a referb or a newer model... OK I just found this out and in this case why the hell hasn't Alienware/Dell done this...??!! I use to love dell and really like Alienware but since my last conversation last night with the supervisor Fabriclo. He is a complete jerk. Bully when it comes to customer service. Doesn't provide it he tells you what he is going to do with a tone to push you. I freaking paying you guys to repair my computer. Not to be bullied. This supervisor has said that my computer was stolen, Stacey Hollis & I purchase my computer back in 2009 and since a month ago we could not get my computer worked on because the supervisor miss understood stacey which she said"the computer isn't in her possession." That is correct it is in mine since the purchase was made by her and I paid her for it. I drove a semi truck at that time and was on the road not being home for up to either 2 weeks through a month. We did the online transfer and had not heard anything for almost 30days. So we called in 9/19/12 to have the computer trasferred off her account to me. I was told by the Dell/Alienware rep said I wouldn't have any problems to get my computer fixed. I then had my aunt help me out to get my computer repaired. she help to get tech support added to my account for 2 year service. I was told by supervisors and reps that I would not have any problems. When I placed the phone call last night I was asked for my info that they verifiy then we go throught the whole task of what they have done and what needs to be done to find out that After my computer was trasferred to me. that the account is flagged as my computer is stolen and is under investigation. I spoke to fabriaco the supervisor "ASSHOLE" "BULLY" as before I laughed and said hope you don't hang up on me this time. He quated Stacey Hollis saying she said that the computer was stolen. She told me that wasn't true and that wasn't what she said to this guy! he was miss understood. She said "the computer wasn't in her possession & just didn't want her account charged or Credit card to her as long as I paid for my things then it would be fine." So we trasfered the computer to me to make sure this issue would be done. Fabrico told me he would not work on my computer and would need to call her tomorrow. I then said she is a dispatcher with KCMO police Department to please call her now not tomorrow. He told me no that he would not. I said come on you have her phone number I need my computer fixed after paying for new tech support. How is this Customer service. I was told by him last month he would call me back which he never did. I don't like bullies and I don't like assholes. I told him if he could not provide customer service I would be contacting you guys through here, I will contact my local new company. I will contact a attorney, I will not stop with this. Why you ask because since 2009 my computer has not been fixed right. I think Alienware/Dell computers want to take my money and not fix or replace my computer. For god sakes I want great customer service and a computer that works right. It wasn't like when I was driving on the road I could have tech support meet me on the road anywhere. If I do not hear anything back and if my computer isn't fixed right. I will be contacting anyone and posting my copies of my transcripts with your reps and supervisors names my print outs of my copies of my purchase and bring out the lies that dell/Alienware promise but do not keep. Hi, me again, dell still has not contacted me to end this war.I ,the lone soldier fighting the enemy dell, has planned my next move. I am going to my hometown newspaper to continue in my battle against dell.I am going to tell them what a bad company dell really is and how bad they treat thier customers.They come at you with smiles and guarantees,kind of like fishing, you put some tasty bait on a hook and the fish bites, then it`s too late.I purchased a new dell computer for my mother, i own a real computer, i own an hp, anyway, the dell was a dud so they came to her home and fixed it, it broke again, they came and fixed it again, it broke again all within a year.Then they sent a replacement computer, we decided not to take a chance and bought a three year warranty, in about 12 months that computer broke and dell denies the warranty exists, at that point i purchased my mother a real computer, an hp.I told dell i will never buy another dell, in fact i will not even let them give me another dell, but they will give me a refund on the piece of junk i bought,thats what a good company does when they sell you a defective product, but not dell. Remember the hook with the tasty bait, dell customers are fish, once you bite, it`s too late. Dell sucks, from day one, slow, install problems................. Warrantee not enought, neeeeeeed more warranty. bought, printer 948 sll in onr trash and expensive cartridges. Half of key do not work on computer of course 1900.00 special order computer and warranty. whoops that not cover. Hours on phone with foriengner. opps more $$ and warrantee. Oppppppps still not covered more dollars. Do not let them remote access your computer because that is just asking for more problems. DELL computers are trash. Total waste of money and time.

Hi, me again , I know i said i would only write one of these a day from now on but listen to this.I just called dell again and talked to a superviser in costomer support, thats an oxymorron by the way,i told him that i wanted a refund for the piece of junk they call a computer, he offered me $100 dollars to go away, i told him that was an insult the dell insperon i bought costs over $700 dollars, then he said this is the end of this we can not help you, i told him that i would call back tomarrow and that i would continue writing reviews. I wrote a review for hp also and told them thanks for making great computers.I wrote that the ceo of hp should call the ceo of dell and tell the ceo of dell to do the honorable thing and close the company and stop robbing people, or the ceo of dell should ask the ceo of hp what makes hp so good while his company dell is so bad.
