Worst company my voice mail wad shut down for 5 days i went without being able to use my application that require internet access ..... for almost a month. Now its April and again this month no service wth kind company is this i pay my bill on time each month look at the shit they do

i just try to talk to your customer service department about my broad band mobel sevice. it don't work like you said and i'm taking it back to the store i got it from, but the problems is i payed for a $40 dollar card for a service i can't use and i want a refund on it instead of throughing $40 dollars down the drown. and i keep getting we don't do refunds from your service department and that not right.the first four hours i used it it was fine but after that it's the slowest thing i've ever used. i even tryed your tech department two days in a row to fix this, but i get it's my anit-vrus or it's my firewall when i'm home on my wireless connection with two computer going at once it works just fine so what the gimmit here your product don't work and yet you want people to just forget about the money they've paid for it thats not right at all. i all i would like to have my $40 dollars back that i paid for a service that don't work, in this day and age people just don't through money way. so step up and be a company with a product that don't work and pay back the money you got from a person who wants it back for not getting what they paid for. thank you p.s. i really think you need to do some looking into your service department and tech support that work as well as your product.

NO sars! This is the worst customer service experience I have had with any company. I tried changing my number on my "My Cricket" page. Upon pushing ok, my phone became innactive to make calls or txt at all. I have called 1800 Cricket and they will not connect me to a Customer Service representative without an "AID" number, which I cannot access without using my now not functional phone. I have tried calling local stores, and searched for numbers online, and even called the number for corporate headquarters and still have not been able to speak to a person on the phone. I am deeply unsatisfies, and all I want is my phone ,which I payed for service on, to be able to make phone calls and send txt messages!!!! F-

All my friends were telling me to get rid of sprint go to cricket. I finally agreed but did some homework calling and going into the store. MY first concern was keeping my number... "OH NO PROBLEM SIR AS SOON AS YOU BUY THE PHONE I WILL GIVE YOU THE NUMBER TO CALL" so i buy the damn phone and cancel sprint... I then call the 866 number only to be told they CANNOT PORT MY NUMBER BECAUSE I AM NOT IN THAT COUNTY???? Whos stupid idea was this??? I spend $200 to save money and I am UNEMPLOYED!! SO NOW TO GET MY NUMBER IVE HAD FOR 6 YEARS I HAVE TO DRIVE 4 HOURS AND SPEND $175.00 ON GAS to have my phone ported!!! I know you probably dont give a crap about me but i'll be damn if i am letting this go!!! I was going to save $75 a month using your service but because of you not properly training your "help" I have to spend money to use your phone service???? It is going to cost me $375 to use your service WHAT FOR???? Sure write me back when you have the chance let's see how your going to handle one disgruntled customer. I bet you sweep me under the rug!!

WORST, WORST, WORST company I have ever dealt with. Horrible customer service, can never get a hold of someone to help and now won't give me money back for a phone they sold me because NOW suddenly we don't have service in this area, but when we bought it we HAD SERVICE!!! Amazing how we lost service as soon as we got the phone. HORRIBLE company and anyone who works for them should be ashamed of themselves!!! WORST, WORST WORST, HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. I hope someone sues them and puts them out of business!!!!

two stars is all I can give at this time. I paid my bill on the fifth and got and email on the 10th saying they didn't get my payment. I called 1800cricket and the damn answering service they have was programed by an idiot. I ask you for your number, well bad enough in this day with caller id that you would have to answer a question like that. Then I had to look up my number, I mean how many people call themselves???? then after about 10 minutes of enduring the stupid voice on the line I tried to put in my choices by pushing the corresponding number the voice said. I would push it 3-4 times then the damn thing would cut me off and hang up. I mean what does that say about your service when your own damn bill paying and customer service system can't even recognize there own phones. As of right now, my first month maybe my last. I drove myself nearly insane dealing with the phone system. Why don't you do the right, smart, and maybe not the most cost efficient way, but put a live person on the line. It would cause a lot less problems and perhaps if people knew they where being taken care of, an appreciated a bit more for sending you a lot of money every month, you wouldn't have so many complaints. Yes you are cheaper than Verizon but they are the worst bunch of money grubers that live, good coverage but that's all.

Cricket is the worse. I had phone for 2 months and had auto top up. I received a text saying my auto top up would be canceled if I did not accept terms and conditions. It gave a number to call within the next 30 minutes. It was not the correct number. I called several different numbers and was getting the run around. The only reason I'm keeping them is because my cell phone number is on all my resumes and I am looking for work. I'm afraid if I cancel cricket I would not be able to keep the same cell number. Finally, after several weeks, I called the corporate headquarters in San Diego and was able to enroll in top up. However, the corporate office person could only enroll me, but no activate the top up account. I had to call a different number to activate. I also have problems with my phone. My voice mail message being cut off, my friend getting a busy signal or voice coming on saying I'm not available, phone not alerting me when I have a voice mail message. I called cricket and I can mail my phone in, wait 7 to 10 business days for a new phone. How can I be 7 to 10 days without my cell phone when I am using this number for employers to call me regarding jobs?

I have purchased 2 cricket phones thru HSN in Dec.2011. It has been a horror. Right now for the last 2 months cannot use phones in the state of SC "CAUSE THERE ARE NO VERIZON TOWERS AROUND". Checked before leaving NEW YORK there was coverage on their site. Going to pay until getting back. Also they charge different from $55.00 to $59.88 for GOVERNMENT FEES. Any other company just charge flat $50.00. CRICKET is HORRIBLE leave them alone!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'M PISSED OFF I BROUGHT A PHONE FROM THE CRICKET STORE AT FIESTA ON JENSEN IN HOUSTON TEXAS. I HAD THE PHONE A MONTH AND ONE DAY.THE SCREEN WENT OUT ON THE PHONE.I CALLED ALL SORTS OF NUMBERS AND RECIEVED ALITUDE VERY RUDE RESPONSES.I WAS TOLD BY THE CORP OFFICE MY PHONE WAS OFF.I WENT TO THE OTHER PHONE AND DAILED MY NUMBER ANSWEREING MICHANE PICKED UP.I PAID MY BILL ON 02.24.12/MY PHONE BROKE ON 02.25.12.CRICKET STATED I COULDN'T GET A REPLACEMENT PHONE NOR MY MONEY BACK FOR THE BILL OK NOW I'M PAYING FOR A PHONE BILL I CAN'T EVEN used the phone.i was told by the corp that my name is not on the account.(bullshit)i was told they never recieved a pymt dull i have a bank statement.it was story after story..........im pissed.

i got charged way to much for my account i only have 2 phones n both different plans ones a $55 plan the other a $45 plan and they shut off my service n told me i had to pay $166 to activate it again its not right at all i should only be paying $100 even a mnth and the worst part is i shouldnt have to pay but $55 for one phone cuz the other phone would get the first mnth free n the mnth isnt up til april 14th hows that possible? cricket is trying to charge me up the butt then the supervisers wont even answer there phones ive been on hold for an hour n they hung up on me 2 times already they know there wrong they need to get better more qualified supervisers

Cricket customer service is the worst I have ever seen. The employees in the corporate store in Albuquerque, New Mexico are crude and rude, with lies and outragous behavior among themselves. On the first day I was in the store, 2 weeks ago, a male employee would not keep his hand off one of the employees. She told him to stay away from her and he continually came over and touched her. It then took more than 3 days for the phone number to be activated and Cricket informed me this was MY error and not theirs. Today, when I was in the store to attempt to return my phone and receive a replacement, as the phone is not holding a charge, the male employee informed me I needed the box. I returned home, picked up the box and returned to the store. He then told me the box was not in good enough condition, and they would not replace the phone, without a better box. He then told me he was the assistant manager. I asked for the phone number for the corporate offices and he informed me this would not be provided to me, and I would have to deal directly with this store. As an organization, they are the worse I have ever been around. The lowest rating available on this site is 1, but they do not even deserve that. Perhaps a -10 would be a better choice.

Glenwood Headquarters (location Broad & Glenwood, Phila, Pa) Customer Service is truly a Bad Word. If you misplace your phone before telling you your options they immediately cancel your phone. Once your phone is cancel and locate your phone the ver same day it does not matter you must pay the reactivation fee and the first month bill. Your options is to suspend your servce and if you find your phone you just have to pay the reactivation fee. Unfortunately, this information is not shared with you first. Be very careful, getting more money from the customers is first not retaining loyal customer.

i have spoken to your idiot peons that are supposed to be csreps and again, for the 3rd month in a row i8 have received a paper statement with attached fees, I work a commission sales job and make in excess of $400.00 per hour. Your incompetent staff refused to give me the phone number/address of the ceo Stewart Hutcheson and kept trying me to a corporate STORE near me. Now why would i want to waste my time going to see more idiot sales people. I spend over $150 per month and i guess you dont want the income generated by my piddely payment i faithfully make each month. Now, because of your failure to hire and train literate and educated phone operators, the dent in my pocketbook due to your stupid staff is approximately $1200.00( dollars, just in case you dont understand). I will be looking for another carrier, Ive had over 4 years of rudeness, stupidity, ignorance, and i am done, You want to know how to provide really capable customer service, contact me so i can tell you personally how you can keep my business, I have also, left a message for Angela Nelson,Director of Information Technology Program Management, #303-734-7726, i realize that she is not the person i need to direct my issues, but it is at least a start.

On Sunday March 11, 2012 I had to go back to the Cricket retail store on 12346 Woodside Ave. in Lakeside Ca. to try and get some help in how to use some of the features of a cell phone I had purchased there. Two weeks prior to this visit, I had returned a lemon of a cell phone, the new Huawei, which had too many problems. I wanted to file a complaint about the clerk named Miguel,(not the owner) who was working at the Cricket Mobilewire Inc, store there in Lakeside, CA. He was beyond rude!! Causing me to leave in tears, and not at all helped. Before I could even finish my sentence about needing help with how this phone and how to save the photos I had taken of my granddaughter's birthday party, he rudely snapped at me "YOU COME BACK EVERYDAY ASKING STUPID QUESTIONS!!!" I replied that I hadn't been in there for several weeks. I then added that some people have problems that do not show up on the outside...to which he replied "WELL YOU BETTER FIX YOUR PROBLEMS!!" I replied that I couldn't fix my problems. I tried to ask him about help with the exchanged phone I had purchased, and worked very differently from the Huawei cell phone, to which he replied "My job isn't to help, it's to sell phones!!" He also rudely told me "I can kick you out of here and you can never come back again!!" I was so appalled at his "customer service" treatment I received, especially being an older handicapped woman, that I could not let this rude worker get by with this type of behavior! Shame on him. He has no right working with the public, and certainly not treating a disabled senior citizen that way. He tried to belittle me and make me feel stupid, along with providing no help what so ever. I later became so upset that by the next day I was taken to the hospital in an ambulance after having my blood-pressure sky-rocket so high that the Dr. told me I was on the verge of a heart-attack, and quickly called the ambulance to transport me to a cardiac care hospital. I think that persons who work with the public better start thinking of the ramifications that they cause with being so hateful!

I don't know how this company stay in business with this many complaints, being that consistant, just terrible. My son and I purchased the Huawei Ascend II, on separate occassions. He got his first, I was standing there listening to this great deal. The representative told him in this deal, he would get a free month great!. Okay I purchased the same phone different deal, but was told I, would get a free month, then I got a text about making a payment. "Wow" So I spoke to my son about it, he told me he had to pay also. Angry me called Crooked and the representative asked me for my invoice#, the same person, that gave me this deal. He told me he never told me this, I was wrong, it never happened. Cricket doesn't give deals like that. Cricket is represented with a lot of fast talking rude, slick, lying s-o-b, to make a sale, this is terrible business practices. I hear very well, and yes I am very angry---Crooked.

I have never been so dissatisfied and shocked by such poor service and deceitful tactics by any other company of any kind as Ive been with Cricket. A customer service agent even billed for one amount and issued a receipt for a lesser amount. I have repeatedly phoned the store and been given one excuse afte another as to where the cashier is and why she cant take the call. While ive experienced one issue afte another with this company, its obvious that these ratings are not taken into consideration as is evidenced by all the reviews and consistently poor service, so I wont bother going into any further detail. Suffice it to say I am cancelling my service and will encourage others to take their business elsewhere.

I paid my bill early as usual and my service was turned off. I have been a loyal customer since 2003 and my bills have always been paid early meaning well in advance of the due date. Cricket has always deposited my checks upon receipt and my checks have cleared with no problem weeks before the bills due date. It came as a completely surprise when I received a text message saying your payment is late and your service is discontinued NOW. When I went online to my bank account the check had cleared my bank on Feb 9 and the bill due date was Feb 25. To add insult to injury when I went to my local corporate office with copies of the back and front of my cleared check that did not want to accept that as evidence but instead demanded my bank statement which I did not have with me. When I requested to speak with a supervisor, the customer service person refused. Then when I said "Why shouldn't I just sue?" The customer service person threatened to have me ejected from the store as if I threatened her with bodliy harm. This is not the kind of treatment a loyal well paying customer should be subjected to. No Corporation should be able to treat their customers like that. I will be reporting this to my state regulation commission to see if they should be allowed to keep doing business in my state. While I also look for alternative inexpensive qaulity voice communication. Maybe it is time for a class action suit!!!!

Cricket customer service and policy (per the horrible representatives that I have spoken to are by far the worst that I have ever encountered. From the moment I placed my order over the phone, I was told one lie after another. Unfortunately, I did not notice until after my card was charged an amount that was not agreed upon during the call. I was also promised free overnight delivery and it it took the phone nearly two weeks to arrive (representative failed to mention that the phone was not available and on back orer) in addition to over charging me. Each person I spoke to was worse and harder to understand than the last one. I was lied to about the process for returning, the hours of operation and the fact that they charged my card immediately and when I had to pay to send the phone back that was never activated or used, that they would hold my money for an additional 30 days!!!! This is the worst phone company ever and I would rather pay more money to another provider than deal with the inefficient and incompetent staff. Then one by one, when you ask for a corporate number - they can finally agree on one thing - we don't have a number for a corporate office - how convenient!!! I will tell everyone that I know how horrible Cricket service is and that doing business with the agency would be the biggest mistake ever!!!! I wish that there was an option to rate a zero - because a one rating of poor service is giving the company too much credit!

Me and my husband went to a cricket corporate store to purchase new phones...upgrading our existing phones. We waited in the store for an hour and a half only to be told when it was our turn be waited on that they were out of the phone that we were interested in. When in all actuality they had the phones the whole time in the store. We called the store back to inquiry about having the phones and was told that they did have the phones in stock but after they found out that we were upgrading as opposed to starting a new account, we were told that the manager was not selling the phones as upgrades that you would have to get a new phone number, etc........WTF. Who makes that call to say you cant buy a phone to upgrade but you can buy it a get a different phone number. How dumb and inconsiderate is that. I am going to change my cell phone provider. I have never experienced such foolery from a company before.
