FOR over 1 year ,cricket ducks my problem. lg optimus new mail in rebate 99$ i paid 180.00 plus ,+customer service said store not corporate and mail inn was exspired. WITH-inn 2days i returned phone as defective / unwanted for refund and asian guy at soule plaza ,sec mall ,balt.md laughed n refused . i called cust serv ....i visited all area corperate store with guards w/guns .each time to get poor service and lies then the police are called when i ask for the area manager , regional , executive ,corporate offices . give me a # .info you have no control over is blamed on you ,like the cust serv lies ,made into notes . not my notes . review the recording of said call in . duu! anyway finally got the esculation dept .was told days for regional to call its been weeks .told said peron would call me bac at 1 ,my call was 1230 , its 2;33 no call . funny ...not ....phone for over a year they have lied about ect . a few months ago i found out phone is d.c. no reason ...the reason is its junk ,,,man defective . but lg the man said cricket sold me a new cell with a outdated o.s. cell wont charge , dies for no reason ,and more nmore n more. they steal my money ,dont honor warenties ,and secretly d.c.cell phones that needed to be recalled. tech support is low tech . they read from a book? because they dont understand application ..I DONT WORK .POORLY IF!

I went to cricket store on 5/26/12 with my grandson , so many unhappy customers ,seriously, I witnessed drama overboard this day, waited a while as well! I heard this particular employee explain to this customer the same explanation twice! You think she got it ? (excessive drama ) anyhow this same employee , helped me eventually, so courteous, and patient, more so than I would have been during and after the drama he endured, he diffused my anger as soon as he greeted us, I think he should work for AT&T , I think cricket has product issues, seriously

I went into cricket one day and the girls that work in there are Hispanic..they didn't know I knew Spanish an I heard one of them say in Spanish "don't tell her this plan don't have call waiting " I said excuse me and walked out they are so rude and have stolen money from me plenty of tines I'm reporting them to the BBB

i am having serious problems with cricket services i bought a huawei m615 and change my plan to a thrityfive dollar plan there was nothing to that plan not even call waiting so i added call waiting and still have problems with this service they want you to call there star 611 number to get workers that r not from usa and they give you the runaround you are speaking to reps at a call center all the way over in asisa and they dont do a good job at speaking nor tech support.whoever thought that we could have a cell phone company that dont do a dam thing but take your money for tackie services why havent no one made contact with the ffcc we all to need to get on the right track and ban together and put these donald trump spenders on blast so ever body will see what needs to be done and how we can give them hell.it is not fair when are we going to stop letting rich folk take our money and pay another contry to f..k with our pockets.it want change as long as we continue to fuzz about bs companies

I just have one ? for Cricket Corporate Headquarters. If as a loyal customer for several years something happens to my current phone and i am planning on purchasing another one from you to replace it, why should i be charged $15.00 to activate it especially when my bill is current and i have also paid for the following months bill as well????????????? The phone answering service doesn't even work. My computer stopped and I went into the nearest Cricket Office, this was for the 3rd time. They told me I hadn't pd. my bill. I always mail in my bill 3 wks. in advance. I was 'desparate' to get info. to the Seventh Day Hospitals Center & pd., even though I owed nothing. When a phone doesn't work and you pd. for a service, it could cause your DEATH-heart attack, car wreck, etc. THIS IS SERIOUS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! All towers have computer back-up batteries, that last for 4 hrs., till they can be repaired. You need to know, that Cricket has been taken over by-SPRINT! This was 1 and a half yrs. ago. They took over the boardroom, their own SPRINT techs, and workers. Many of the CRICKET workers left. I'd advise EVERYONE to: email your State Attorney General's Office and fill-out their form. This could involve millions of dollars and NO SERVICE! WHO GOT THE MONEY?????????????????

This is the Second Phone I've Purchased from you guys(cricket) in less than two years. I told you guys Iam on a FIXED INCOME, Yet you your store in Phila is still trying to charge me for problems that's your, I missed out on alot of business, bcuz I couldn't Charge my Phone, and I have insurance, Im moving to another company. Look all you whiny chumps, first of all I've been with cricket for almost 6 years. I have also had at&t verison and quest. They all suck soooooo badly and are incredibly overpriced, so whine about customer service or a phone that won't babysit for you, I'm happy paying 55 a month for unlimited everything. Face it nobody can come close. So if you want to pay 200 a month for limited service but a person on the other end of the line when you call to cry, fine be a sucker. Ill keep the 55 a month plan. All you snobbies can keep your contracts and padded bills and your "4g"

CRICKET IS A SCAM RIP OFF COMPANY, a couple weeks ago i bought online the AC3781 green modem dongle and the $55 MEDIUM package of broadband use 5 GB a month. even though i am not a gamer of movie watcher, my 5GB got used up in about a week and then i was sold that it would just slow down some but infact it stops and slows to 100x slower than dial up used to be. over 5 minutes for a webpage to load if it even loads at all so slow i was actually unable to make complaints to cricket online and they make you have 2 passwords and their customer service is terrible rude and overseas with no common sense and they make you wait for hours wasting your expensive cell phone minutes and time and you go round and round. after 2 days trying to get refunded i find out they expect me to pay for shipping back and they say i'd only get a partial refund and none for the 1st and last service fees. Then i even called corporate headquarters in san diego and still no help. I demand a full refund or i will take them to small claims on principal alone. CRICKET SUCKS! i have sent corporate a snail mail letter stating this is your 10 day notice to refund or i will file at the clerks office. Biggest Unprofessional Nightmare Around. UGH!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST. :(

Cricket is the worst phone company available on this earth. You pay and get cut off. You want answers and corporate office never answers, always a recording. Call the locations and nobody knows anything about their service or services. All Cricket knows how to do is steal money from customers. I would like to see the faces of the owners of cricket as they are all scam artists and we are fools to keep them going by purchasing cricket phones. No matter how good their deals are , they are not good enough. Think twice before purchasing service from cricket. If everybody got together, we could put them out of business.

Worst customer service ever!!! They definitely won't be around long. I signed up for the $55.00 plan, but the next month when I called to pay my bill, It only offered me a $10.00,$25.00 or $50.00 plan. So I picked the $50.00 plan, because it never gave me the option to take the $55.00 plan. Within four days, cricket turned my phone off telling me I had to pay again. At the same time, I was having issues with my phone dropping calls and cutting off in the middle of a conversation. I was told to send the phone back, which I did. When I received my replacement phone I no longer had a battery or SD card and the phone was no use to me. I called several times and was transferred to this person and that person and given several numbers to call and no help. My dumb behind even sent them more money to get on the right plan, but now I had no use of the phone and no one to help. I wrote them a letter and I have yet to receive any reply. THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every month, I give cricket my bank information so they can automatically take out my charges, and EVERY MONTH, my phone gets disconnected because they have failed to correctly automate my charges. This is the fourth MONTH I have lost service and the last time I failed to get an emergency call because of it. I am in the armed services and now realize I CANNOT depend on this cell phone service. Cancelling if this EVER happens again.

I was on auto pay then for no reason without any notice I was taken off auto pay so now being charged 20.00 per line to reconnect my phones as I was cut off. I'm so upset I can not beleive that for no reason you would just cut my service off. I have a dad with cancer and mother that is on 24 hr. oxygen. YOU BETTER be glad something did not happen to them I would have owed your comepany

1 star as there is no lower critique. The broadband (non) service sucks. I can be disconnected 3 or 4 times in 5 minutes. Try emailing the non customer service and they decline the email. No telephone number to call either. ALL phone menu's do not ever give you an option to talk to a person. If anyone out there is even remotely thinking about Cricket Broadband.....DON'T, run like hell in the other direction. Cricket must have the biggest mental anorexic for a CEO ever. DO NOT use Cricket for any communication needs...phone or, broadband.

My Letter to the Better Business Bureau:I am writing for my father (owner of the phone) who is very frustrated and upset with this companies billing practices and customer service. We got the phone for him on 2/23/2012 and activated it with the first payment for $35 monthly plan. On March 23, I called customer service to pay another $35 and inquired about autopay. Was told I had to call another number so decided to wait till this month to set up the autopay. It says you can do it on the website but was later told that part of the site was not working. So on April 23 I called and paid the third month of $38.94. When I got home I called again to set up the autopay for May. Instead they took an additional $38.94 out and refuse to credit it. It is only $38.94 not $77.88. All the customer service agents have heavy accents and it is impossible to communicate with them. I have spent over two hours on the phone with them in the past three days. I was told the credit would be there in 24 to 48 hours. When it was not there today, I called again and was now told they do not give refunds. I should call corporate they said. I tried that and the recording is on a loop which will not allow you to even leave a message. If it was me I would just wait until the two months was used up, but my father is old and demands that they fix their error. He is on a fixed income and this error should be rectified. The reference # they gave me for the credit is #711318. Cricket is a big rip-off! They have stolen 120.00 from my acct. because i quit their service after almost 2yrs of paying them for wireless broadband to go. I am a student on very limited income (finacial aid). I tried to pay ahead because of my financial aid, only to find out that by stopping their bad service that they keep all monies in my acct. There is absoluatly no reason to keep my money. who really can read the fine print in there agreement giving them permission to STEAL.>I wrote to their corporate office, no responce. $120.00 is no small amount for me.
