I ordered Cricket to try their wireless plan and didn't even open the box as I couldn't get an answer on a purchase rebate. Still I was charged for having an account with them. I tried to talk to the support department, billing department and in-person at the local Best Buy. Best Buy didn't have any information other than a 800 number. It's one thing to discuss an issue with your customer, it's completely another to try to evade them.

The Cricket , so-called corporate location in St.Louis County is on West Florissant @ Chambers. They have young black men and women working there and they do nothing but lie to you and look at music videos all day while they are on duty. There is a black lesbian police officer who is always on duty there because plenty people go there and get angry and violent with these fucking young black crooks! The black girls tell you thwe same thing when your phone messes up, "this phone has gotten wet or been opened up and been in water!" And if one of these black bitches takes your phone in the back room, you can bet they pulled some bullshit on you and your account. My bill went up gradually each month from $45 per month, to 65, and this whore had the nerve to say its always been that price. Like I dont remember what I been paying! You can get a black woman to lie for any amount of money or to pay their bills, which is why slavery lasted as long as it did, because the black female will do anything to survive including lying for the whte man, sleeping with him, etc...The employees at this location make you want to kill them, lousey nigger bitches and slick nigger young men!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to change my phone number and address and Cricket charged me $140.00 for that service in which They could not do this online or by telephone. I had to drive to a corporate store. The service employee was not knowledgeable and the other service employees were rude and disrespectful. The manager would not help me as well. So I'm going to tell you what I'm going to do now. I'm going to do whatever it takes to shut down your company. With my thousands of connections through Twitter, Facebook and my career in which thousands read my blogs and messages, I will do whatever it takes to inform people to cancel your service and switch to a different cell phone carrier. I cannot believe that your company, Cricket stole my money without my consent. I will be contacting an lawyer and the media to inform them of your practices. I HAVE 2 BLACKBERRY CURVE PHONES, AT THE PRESENT TIME, ONE OF THE PHONES WORK FAIRLY WELL THE OTHER PHONE WAS AUTOMATICALLY DOWN GRADED TO A LOWER PLAN WHICH I WAS NEVER NOTIFIED ! CURRENTLY I AM UNABLE TO RECEIVE INCOMING CALLS OR MAKE A CALL ! WHEN I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE I WAS TOLD I VIOLATED THE TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE PLAN BY CALLING OUTSIDE THE CALLING PLAN. ALL BB CURVE PHONES ONLY COME WITH ONE PLAN ! ITS $55 UNLIMITED ITS THERE SMARTPHONE. LONG STORY SHORT I AM STUCK WITH A PHONE FOR THE NEXT MONTH THAT ONLY ALLOWS ME TO TEXT ONLY ! ALL THEY ARE GOOD FOR IS TAKING MY MONEY. I gone into the Cricket store in Monroe,NC on 6/29/2012on Highway 74 at address 401 Roosevelt Blvd.at 2:00pm est time to see about adding another line on,there were 3 hispanic employees, 1 guy and 2 girls and the girls were very Rude and nasty stated that they will treat the customers the same way the customer come in and talk to them. I advised the hispanic girls that she's employee and that she represent Cricket the the customer is always right and you don't have to treat anyone the same the way they treated her..Advised that she's taken the abuse out on other customers because of what another customer had done to her and that isn't right.Stated that she don't care and I am going to contact the corporate office of Cricket she explain to me that they're private owned and what can Cricket do to them. I left and I will never go into the that store again, now I am writing to you. I am truely sorry Cricket has employees working for them just to receive a pay check.
I need to get into my account but for some reason on the website I cannot seem to get passed the warning of "Enter an Email Address for this account" to pay my bill or look at anything else on the site once I login. I've tried to enter my email address a million times and it never saves the information on the form. I've also tried on these browsers: IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera, Safari. I've also had to reset my password just to be able to get in a few times. So there is something wrong with the system itself. Plus there is NO information on the site about how to contact Cricket other then the regular *611 method (customer service), and those people NEVER understand what I am saying. So I don't even know if the people who NEED to know about this website bug will EVER find out about it. Which should be the web department (or whatever they call it over there). I refuse to call *611 and make a payment, last time I did that they conveniently lost my payment and put it on another account that was not even mine. I would like to pay my bill over the website because I have yet to have a problem with that service *knocks on wood*. Corporate if your listening I suggest three very important things: 1. Make sure when you hire customer service people for the call centers, they can comprehend and speak English well. 2. Have more ways of contacting customer service. No automated voices all the time. People will end up leaving the company all together if they cannot get hold of a real person who can solve their problems. Maybe email? Text? Snail Mail? 3. Stop with the fee's for paying your cricket bill in store, really? How lame is that!
Cricket is the worst wireless service out there! Boost mobile has better customer service. I bought the new HUAWEI II and about a few weeks after having it everything with the phone and services started to go haywire. The phone started to drop call, shut itself off and flip from screen to screen while I was surfing the web. I called cricket and they said that more than likely I dropped the phone or spilled some type of liquid on it. I had not dropped the phone or spilled anything on it and I explained to the rep. Well, she stated I would have to pay $85 dollars for a replacement phone. I refused and cancelled my services. I'm back with boost mobile and I have had no problems. So much for the $250 I paid to cricket. DON'T USE CRICKET!!!!!
Nationwide coverage area? Not by a long shot! So you cancel the sevice. So what does Cricket do? They continue to bill you for the cancelled service. You call "Customer Service" to help resolve the problem. - Why is Customer Service in quotes you ask? - Because Cricket doesn't offer it. Customer Service is a foreign term to them. It's non-existent! You get transferred three times, nobody can help you. You request to speak to a supervisor. After waiting on hold for 18 minutes, you begin to wonder if he really did transfer you to a supervisor or did he put you in "limbo" hoping you'd hang up. Hooooray! After 46 min holding time they finally picked up. Were they able to help? Hell no!They gave me the same number I started with that couldn't help me. UNLESS YOU'RE A MASOCHIST OR LOVE BEING SCAMMED, DO NOT...I REPEAT...DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CRICKET!

I find one more unauthorized charge on my bill i WILL SUE. you are the worst company ever....But my husband wont change companies..if my kids didn't need phones there would be no way i would use you. customer service sucks shit. Are there any Americans that work here cant understand the people when you do call. Never in my life had I bought a 350$ phone and have hardware issues before i had it for 3 months!!! I then went to a cricket store and was told they could not replace my phone unless I drove to Houston!!!!!!! This is ridiculous... this is the poorest customer service I have ever received from anyone or any business...... I should not have to go out of my way to get this handled!!! I have had service with Cricket for over two years and never thought I would be put in a position to not have a phone for business unless I drive to HOUSTON when it is Crickets fault my phone is not working!!!!! I work in a customer service based corporation and this kind of customer service would shut us down!!! I will with every free moment of time call.... write,... or personally come to your "corporate store" to express my concerns as this is costing me time and money and after 60$ to 70$ dollars a month, a 350$ phone and two years service I deserve better!!!! GET IT TOGETHER before you lose your clients in the Southern Region of Texas! If the store is not a corporate based store you should not let them sell your merchandise if they cannot deal with customer service issues properly!! Total....... utter..... outrage!!!!!!
Me and my wife both bought the new Huawei Mercury, and not even two months into the purchase my phone goes completely dead. After calling 20 numbers and being redirected 20 times, finally got a replacement phone. HOWEVER! they gave me a freakin' refurbished phone that had a busted ear piece, so i have to use blue tooth, which also keeps shutting off my device, dead pixels all over, and worst of all, living in a city like Omaha, NE, we have no corporate office and the only insurance claims agent in this side of the state quit. All they can do is put me on the wait list. BTW, now my wifes phone is dead, and this time they can't help. F cricket. 10 years of garbage only because we don't want to deal with a contract, so all those 5 stars are either agents that work for cricket or a person who got an easy problem that obviously anyone could have had the same result. So don't call us whinny. 300 dollars on one phone is not being whinny. I should get what i pay for.
Love the unlimited US and Canada calls, and unlimited internet. Just wondering where my rebates for the two blackberry phones I bought are. It is almost three months. Maybe it is not a Cricket problem, but the mycricket website states it is approved. Why not just mail the two cards.
Cricket is crap they don`t even know what they`re doing.
They changed my rate plan on my other line after i had to get a new phone(stolen) for my first line. Without my consent. Then i had to pay more money to get my web access back. There should be a class action law suit against them for ripping everybody off!
