I ordered a phone on 1/9/12 I was told because it was being deliveredd to a PO box it would take 5-7 days I agreed and the phone was never delivered came. I called on 1/17- 1/18- 1/19- 1/20 and 1/23 and on 1/23 I was informed that the phone was now returned to the warehouse in Plainfield Texas because I did not sign for the package or I refused the package! But It Went To A PO box so who was suppose to sign for it. I was told I couldn't get an immediate refund for the phone that I never recieved and I would have to wait 30 days for a refund because it was the policy. I asked to speak to a coparate manager and I was given the run around each call. I made too many calls with too many excuses given on why I didn't get the merchandise and now why I can't get my refund. I am so very angry and disappointed about the lack of consideration and concern for me or my money. Cricket you need better service scripts and you really need some people who can solve problems. I did not wait to give the money to you and I don't want to wait for you to give it back !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Poor no stars if I could. Was directed to the escalation Dept. hung up on due to high call volume. replace phone in Nov of 2011 and nope Jan 2012 the charging port if dysfunctional. They wont replace because the charging port is the only thing not covered. Tried to call corporate only to be shit on more. Now that I k.ow its not covered I'm going to try to fix it myself. In the meantime Verizon is my next choice. Cricket is bullshit. Horrible service horrible. Customer service. I'm gonna file a lawsuit against this and will use this page. Was told by a Cricket (customer service rep.) That I could transfer my current Cricket number to another phone (both Cricket) but I would have to PAY the $55 actification fee and in 30 days I could switch it over. Called to switch...........So Sorry...You can't do that,,,sorry,,,,,sorrry. Hung up.....Paid $80 for phone, $55 to activate and now I have a paper weight. Made a better Frizbee !! Thanks Cricket

I think cricket service is bull shit I spent over an hour talking to cricket staff cause a chargenof a dollar was takin off of my phone for a 3 min. 411 call and they say it was a valid charge who talks to 411 actively for 3 mins. and the billing department (which by the way was in India) can't refund it back and it keeps my phone service from activating because of a dollar I was livid. I asked for the cooperate number he says there is no number ther is a address, well what the hell is that on the top of this page I told him I will be a thorn in his side for a dollar. Cricket has poor I mean POOR customer service I don't see how they last and stay in business or how they are even gonna get bigger, poor customer service only last for so long. CRICKET GET YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TOGETHER YOU ARE O PETTY YOU CAN"T EVEN COURTESY A DOLLAR.I HAD TO PAY $1.75 for a service I did not even use I asked for a refund on my credit card for the $34 on my account before activation of another month of service and cutmy service they refused, WTH I would recommend this company to my dog.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE WorLD!!!. When you call the 800 # you talk to some yahoo that you can barely understand. They are rude and they can't fix a thing. They say there is nothing they can do and they won't let you talk to someone who can. Or who can at least give you some information. I'm so upset with cricket. My husband got the txt to add a line for $15 so he added me to his account. We were told that I had one month free service and wouldn't have to pay til Feburary..ok great! Well my husband went to make aa bridge payment on his phone and was told because he has another line he couldn't make a bridge payment and must pay his entire bill. Why didn't anyone tell us about this? Had we been told this in advance I would have gotten my own line. This is bad business! Now they have cut both of our line off until he pays his bill today. I called the number above to complain and find out if I will still get my free month and a foreigner aswered the phone, said something I couldn't understand and transfered me to an automated system. Now I've called back this recording keeps saying the same thing over and over and over every few seconds. I've been on hold for 15 mins now. This is crazy. We are going with another cell phone company asap!

For Pete's sake after I gave them a raving review about returning my payment, there it is against my bank account again this morning. I am done posting, I will get it back. Yeeeesh!

Here's my follow up to their escalation service on 1/10. Cricket refunded my payment on 1/11 before pending transaction took the payment. I told you the bad, so here is some good news.Grateful for this website.

My rating is for customer service, not the products. I have spoken to 11 reps in 2 days in an attempt to cancel my modem and cell phone. In the meantime, they insisted that I signed up for auto pay which I did not, i made the mistake of paying on their website and they retained my information. Guess what, they took an unauthorized payment today as well. My journey began 3 weeks ago when I went into a retail location and was informed I had to call 1 800 CRICKET. All the reps wanted to do is verify my information and understand why I was canceling and then attempt to resell me. I did enjoy the the products, but good luck if you ever try to cancel. They become very unfriendly and provide poor service After 10 reps,frustration that brought me to tears, I still have to call them and finish my business and I lost over an hour of pay on the call. Not looking forward to it and I plan to share this experience with anyone thinking about signing up with Cricket.

Thank you for this website. I called the Cricket Corporate # listed above and was placed into the Escalations Dept. I believe my request is now being processed. I have reference numbers.The rep was there to help me and not force me to stay with Cricket. However, I lost $40 in hourly pay from all of the run around trying to get a $77 refund. Very sad situation.

cricket is a scam, i PAID 60$ for 30 days worth of service, they are a PRE-PAID unlimited service, and they shut my phone off after 1 week saying i owe another months bill? this company sucks and all of there customer service reps are extremely rude and not helpful at all, seriously i have had more intelligent conversations with a 5 year old. i will be reporting them to the BBB and filling a claim for my money back.

I am very disapointed,I have been a cricket customer for the past ten years..Before now I was a satified customer..Let me let people know how cricket has violated it's customers by misleading advertisements!! My phone was off for most of December,When I activated my phone..I had too pay for my new phone and the activation fee,plus a month of service..Cricket is a pre-paid no contract company...right!! Well like I was saying earlier..My phone was off most of December..I cut it back on December 30 2011..I Paid around $60.00.They turned around and cut my phone off four day's later..Talking about I owe for the month of January..Four days!! Remember my phone "Was off" all of December..I paid the "Bill" on the 30th..Well "Please explain" What did i pay for..Am I giving Cricket money for four Day,s of "Service"..I paid for the Month of December,But My phone was off until the 30th..How can I be compensated??

I paid for a Muve Music phone and ever since (one month) my battery life is worth nothing. I have to charge it twice a day! My battery life doesn't last a full day. I tried all the tricks to saving the battery life and it still hasn't helped. I'm going to my cricket store to see what they can do. Wish me luck!

Cricket tells it's customers that service is restored within 30 minutes, I have been wating approximately 5 hours. At the end of the day, whatever you promise does not matter. Where is the customer service, is that asking too much? I have used this service for a number of years and have referred family and friends, but this situation has been a hardship for me. Cricket Sucks we have had a phone with cricket for 6 months. our due date is the 18th we are disabled and this is our only phone. i get paid the 28th on the 19th our phone is shut off and we go from the 18th to the 28th with out service. i went to the cricket store and asked for the date to be change but keep the number we had. I was told no problem a pro rated cost would be charged and the due date would be the 3rd I went across town to be told they cant change the date I had to pay for service and then disconect wait 10 days then re connect with a new number in order to get a new due date. they were rude and abusive. when I told them they were full of poop and that they could change it they said it was against their policy to do so. i said you work for us we dont work for you and all you have to do is change it in the system. that I was going to pay for the pro rate amount but they would not do it. poor customer service is their bag. I have been paying for a months service and receiving 3 weeks. this is not right. While I appreciate that I have unlimited calls and texts with my plan, this is only a benefit if the phones that Cricket sell you actually work reliably. The corporate store that is close to my home has an armed guard on shift at all times. After two hours spent during my last "experience" there, I found that my phone would not be replaced, even though it was within the one year warranty, because, as the clerk put it " You can't plug the charger all the way in the phone without 'raping' the internal electronics, so you can only plug it half way in, but you plugged it in all the way, so that is not included in the warranty" I spoke to the manager who repeated that I had "Raped" my own phone after conferencing with the clerk. I let then know that it was clear they needed that armed guard, as it is easier to steal people's money with a gun.

I too have fallen into the world of hell with cricket. I went to a store to purchase a new phone but the one I wanted had been used and looked worn the rep then proceeded to roll her eyes at me and then told me that if i am to buy the phone it would cost me 149.00 but the strange thing is that my sister had just bought the same phone for 75.00. So went to another company and purchased a much better phone at the same price. So i contacted customer service and asked to shut off my service but not before they issue me a credit sense i had just paid my bill today. The rep was so rude and incorreharent I had to ask for a supvisor. He came on and then stated that he will be happy to shut off my phone but refused to issue a credit. I then told him to leave the phone on so that I could use it for the month of service that I had paid for and he boldy stated I have turned your phone off and if you want it back on I would have to pay for it to be turned on WTF!!!!! I asked for the corporate office numb and he tells me that they dont give that information out and that he was located in Central America!!!! Unbelivable. Needless to say didnt get a refund and have no service however I have paid for it.. I feel that we need to all stop complaining and file a class action law suite.
