Incredible bad service, husling and lying as well. I have had a cricket phone for 1 1/2 years and went to get there best phone at Data Communications Cricket, Hall and schollsferry rd, In Beaverton , oregon. First he continually bugs me about buying a phone usual price 250.00 and wil give it to me for 185.00. I said no i better not i,m going to schoold. he says oh come on man i,ll give you a kicking deal and i,ll flash it using an old phone of mine. I never ativated the phone. Came home never recieving the reciept i asked for 3 times and called my billing service. My usual payment is 41.00 a month cause i,m on s.s.i.. and it tells me i owe 101.00 on the first. i call customer service and she ask me did youm activate it, no i said i want my money back. She said well i can just activate it for you now, no i said i want my money back. I go back to the store and told hime i wanted my money back, his name is Francisco and he said let me activate it. No i said i want my money back, he activated it anyway and said well since i activated it i have to charge 39.00. What i said whyi told you not to activate it . He said sorry i already did it. I said let me talk to your manager ,he said hes talking to someone. The person left and he still refused to let me talk to him. Wow i cant believe this outfit, talk about crooked, avoid at all costs, thsy will rip you off!!!!!!!!!

I have had exactly the same problem! I live in the Glendale area Phoenix and I have found my first experience with cricket a very bad one indeed! They also stole my money and I can not afford to pay more then I do every month! We have three phones connected to cricket, I pay over $100 a month yet we seem run out of service every two weeks and then I have to top up! I can not afford this and no matter how many times I try and negotiate or talk to my local cricket store I get no help. I was on a $25 dollar plan for the month and one of their employees switched me over to a $2 a day plan! I most certainly would not have approved this because it would not benefit me and I ran out within two weeks. It was their mistake and I am still waiting to be reimbursed! I get in my car daily to go and speak to them as I need my phone and they promise me every day they will reimburse but nothing happens! the same happened with my daughter's phone..I bought her an android and have to pay $55 a month to keep it going...this should include free calls and text for the month...within two weeks she could not use her phone either!...their excuse is that she is on the wrong plan (although I spoke to them about this problem two months ago!) Maybe I should call in Gary Harper who is with 3tv to sort this out because I am receiving no help whatsoever! People should be made aware that cricket is stealing money from people!

I have been on the phone and internet for over 2 hours trying to get help downloading pictures from my phone to my computer. This is HORRIBLE customer service. It is impossible to talk to a human being unless you go to the cricket store and wait another hour.

Dear Sir/Madam: I have been a loyal Cricket Customer since 2001, when I first moved to Charlotte, NC and brought a Cricket phone. It has come a long way since that year, and I must say during that decade everyone didn't think Cricket would lead the industry in cell phone sales like it has, nor has it provided so many different varieties like those that are accessible. During 2001, so many people thought that Cricket phones were even real cell phones due to limited features and the durability of the phone. I have had to purchase so many different versions throughout my time with the Cricket. I have had to watch friends and family purchase the Nextels, Verizons, and they would laugh because I only had a Cricket. No matter how much they ridiculed me for purchasing the Cricket, I continued to persevere. Now I have a eleven year old that I have introduced to Cricket, while his friends has the fancier phones. However, I am so proud that Cricket has come so far, and he know has the Cricket ZTE Android, again, he broke the first one. I am proud that he has one that looks good in the company of his friends that have Iphone 4, and Samsungs, etc. I also brought the ZTE for my son, who ended up with T-mobile. My concern is that during those day when Cricket made me glad to be a customer in 2001, when I'd get a card everytime my phone was cut-off. I get a card asking me to come back without any additional charges. I'd literally get a whole month free. I must admit due to poor customer service back in the day, I had my phone disconnected a couple of times. Anyhow, I do remember that my first introduction to the cell phone was back in February, 2001 and I'm still a loyal customer that would love to have an upgrade, like a Iphone, or something that will make me proud to be a part of the Cricket community. It has been over week. Actually the 12 of this month of July. I bought Huwaie m615 for California area zipcode 93277. The phone stopped working on the 12 only months after I bought it. I contacted Huwaei and the told me to call one of their customer service and send my phone in. However, my phone is my only source of business. With the phone not working, I have lost an estimate of $6000 in my business and a job offer at 60K a year. I tried be civil, calling and calling your customer service area with no assist. I even went out and bought a Huwaei ascend M860. After 2 hours on your stupid automated service. I was able to talk to Marget to tell me that this phone my old number can not be transfered because the phone is not available in my market. Now more time spend with out it. I'm loosing an average of $400 dollars a day. Because the phones are not working I lost a major promotion at work, because they could not reach me in time. So Im upset. and Looking for Legal assistance for a possible law suit, for not keeping and honoring your warranty, making me run around, and selling me a phone that doesnt work in my market. I've done research I am planning to sue both cricket and huawei for breach of contract and warranty.Stress induced issues and so forth. If you do not think I have a case you are wrong. I keep having problems with thr Huawei mercury, i actually haven't had any problems just with this one and the ZTE score. But they said the mercury is the best phone there.. I don't think so, unless the problem is fixed.

I purchased 4 phones from the Cricket store in Payson Ut. THREE days later one of the phones doesn't work. They told me it had been dropped...it had not been dropped. Wow, I dropped my T-mobile phone over and over and it always worked. If I gave them my credit card they would replace it until they could send it in to see if it was defective. Which is it dropped or defective? I own a business that does a million dollars a year, can't imagine treating any of my customers that way. T-moblie was my cell phone service for 10 years and I will be going back. RUN FROM CRICKET!!!

I went into my local Cricket store to pay my phone bill which is normally $45 plus a 3.oo service charge. Today the new clerk wanted another 2.00 to use a debit card which I've done in the past. Normal charge is $48 but today she charged me $50 and stated that the 2.00 has always been their policy. Everytime they get someone new in customer service; the price goes up. This is crappy way to operate a business!

i have no problems with my phone and the store i pay my bill at they are very friendly.

The service is fine with me but Crickets refund policy (of which they have none) and their ethics are non existant. I think that we should ban together and get a class action law suit against them.

To who ever conserns: I'm very intrested in opening a market in Mexico(Monterry). Monterry is an indutrell city with no good cellphone copmany and hink its a very good oprtunaty for criket to open a market. I am an amreican citzen and mexican citzen so i have no problem to start a new franchize here,it is going to be very sucseeful with a lot of profit.

Cricket SUCKS!!!!!!!!!! Worst service ever . I went in with a complaint got a little loud and the police were called I was searched along with my bags total over board reaction by Cricket employees .Best part is I walked away Police found no fault with me I hate this company and the minute I hit submit to post this I am going to start on line research to find another cell phone provider . Cricket can kiss my ass . Run from these morons ,they have better cell service in Africa LOL I know this because the scam mers call me on their cell phones all the time with Cricket you are lucky to call across town . You get one star because that is as low as I can go on here otherwise you would have to be giving ME stars. You guys totally suck! My phone is shut off because you guys got your billing wrong and are charging me twice the amount!!! I have dealt with this problem every month now for the last three months and still no solution. I am stuck now with either paying what you are charging me or switching to another provider. I decided I am switching to someone else. This is just stupid how you guys screw long term customers over. Your rating system should allow negative numbers, like a minus 10. this is the worst company I have ever used, or should I say, allowed to use me. No service on my broadband for almost 3 weeks. They are awful. They should not be allowed to do business in the US. Can't imagine how many millions of people they have cheated with their lies and awful, really slow, and mostly non-existent service. They are a whole new category of crap. Instead of using FUBAR anymore, we should just say we have been Cricketed.

Criket was not a good experience for me. Had the service less than 24 hours and had to return and ask for our money back, y, because there employes have no real understanding of the business... And now.... We can't get a refund on a service we couldn't and didn't use. So quick to take our money and so quick to think you shouldn't give it back...!?! I think not!
