I just left the cricket store on victory drive in savannah georgia. Customer service is so poor in there. They have false advertisement. They had the huawei ascend II priced at 109.99 but when they scanned it it said 129.99. This is false advertisement. Then the lady was very rude raising her voice at me. I have been a cricket customer for more than 4 years and after the service I have received I will be switching my service plan to another company that offers the same service. IfI knew service would be like this I would have never left my original company Verizon.

EVERYBODY CONTACT THE FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION, FEDERAL TRADE COMMUNICATION, ALONG WITH YOUR STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE AND COMPLAIN. THEY HAVE TO BE STOPPED AND FINED FOR THEIR UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. AND IT IS ABOUT TIME THE AMERICAN PEOPLE GET TREATED RIGHT AND NOT RIPPED OFF....
I need my phone number back pls. I have important data coming in as text messages, and I need you to give me back my number. I called them and they told me because I did not pay my bill for a month, I have been cut off entirely from that line. Just get me back to receive my messages that's all I want. I don't have the energy to express how horrible that sounds.
Your customer service is below poor, especially at your store 99th ave and Grand in Sun city Arizona. Went in there 2xs and absolutely no service can be given, it like I bothered them for help. I don't even know why this store is there. I guess its not a corporate store so they are there to tell you. I DON"T KNOW...its your phone, go to a corporate store. Do you have any specials on your phones today......Go look over there.....its all marked with the prices. Just about done with this company and its only been 2 months.
Customer service in the Colerain store is the worst, I was told by my local cricket store that they had an employee meeting last night and that if anyone was having trouble with a Huawei Mercury that was purchased over 2 month ago would be able to swap the old defective one out for a new one. Well that is a bunch of crap because I was told there is no such thing and that with a warranty and insurance of my daughter's phone that I would have to pay a 22 dollar fee if he did swap it out, because he did determine that it was not working properly but he would have to see the powering off sign come on well the damn thing won't turn on so duh! I was dumb enough to buy two of these phones and they both take a shit and I have to prove I didn't damage it. Well if anyone wants to read the article it is under glitch in Huawei Mercury phones.
Very poor service!!!!!!! And what I can't understand is why in the world would you have employees that know nothing about their job. It's a shame when you go to the cooperate Office and the don't know a damn thing if I could give you all below a zero I would!!!!!
U have the worst services ever your 3g sucks it takes hours to load up videos I will put a complaint with the business bureau and with my local newspaper because u as a business do not appreciate your clients. But u take their money every month and give them shirt services we who are not happy with your services say f*&% u and yours...........
I have been with cricket for the past 4 years and I must confess, cricket is the worst company in the world. I decide to purchase 2 phones for my kids but I change my mind to my surprise they sent the phones and charge my credit card. I complained and they ask me to send it back for refund, I sent it back without even opening the box but I never get my refund back. I called many times but they kept giving me a run around. I will report them to BBB, and the office of Attorney General for the state of Illinois.
We have been dealing with Cricket for a year and the year has been nothing but hell. In oct. of 2011 we could not pay the bill for oct. , however the followin (nov) we paid for oct and nov. $260 +, Month after month we pay our bill on the 1st of every month and with in 3 days to a week our service is turned off. Now in july of this year we paid the back bill AGAIN another $260+ , Now they tell me I owe them 3129.00 to have our service turned back on for the month of Aug. when we paid a double payment in july and paid for Aug. the next bill we pay will be for sept.now I am told we also owe then for activation when that was free. One time when I called I ended up talking to a woman in pakastain and she told me that americans are no good, and when i asked to talk to her boss she hung up on me. Cricket is such a good phone company I am going to another company . Bottom line is crickets sucks ass
i have been a cricket customer for just about a year now and i have never had any trouble with my phone or placing any calls nor have i ever had any missed, calls at all. and every time that i go in to pay my bill i am always treated with the utmost respect by every employee that works at the location where i go to, pay my bill and i am very much pleased by that because you do not see that much any more. thank you for such great phone service.
Drop calls don't stay charge up after charging over night. Please can I get some help my phone and service is the is the worst .no one will give me any assistance I. Looking for a new service been with cricket to long for terrible service
Dear Cricket Phone Company The phone we are having the issue with belongs to my daughter and she is a minor. Her phone has worked only 4 days in the last 2 months. All they do is keep saying we will take care of it. I think this has been long enough, this phone is for an emergency. This is one parent that has had enough. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Offices. The lowest rating they will let me put on here is poor, but they are the worst phone company. Don't buy Cricket

All I can say is your customer service is very rude. Especially the office on Elliot Road in Tempe, AZ. I tried to pay my daughter's cell phone bill, I live out of state. I tried with my major credit card. We were given the run around for 4 days. The Tempe, AZ office even called me racist because I didn't appreciate the Customer Service that I got from the Phillipines. Come and tell me I'm racist to my face. My daughter will soon be stopping her service with you and I will be sure and tell everyone that I come in contact with how poorly your service is, and yes I will put it out on Facebook.

I called the Winchester store in Memphis 901-433-3389 and spoke to the rudest person. I couldn't believe his attitude. I asked if they had the ZTE Score in stock and what was the price. He replied $89 and and I asked why was the price different than Target and Best Buy where its advertised for $49-$69 bucks. HIs response to me was well why don't I go there and buy the phone. I paused and then said excuse me. He then went on to say that he has nothing to do with setting the prices and it's all up to corporate. I work in sales and speak to clients all day long in person, over the phone and via email and I can honestly say that I would not be with my company if I addressed their paying customer with that response.
I am furious at this scam of a phone company. I will dedicate some time and effort to find a creative way to set them back as far as i can. I made a monster mistake by getting involved with these crooks, and now just out of my first month with them, i have to stop the bleeding and get a real phone with a real server (AS I SHOULD HAV DONE IN THE FIRST PLACE). The problem? simple. I have a phone that just stops working. Blanks out, quits. I go to them with the issue. They tell me I need to take it to a service center, aprox 15 miles away and then I will have to pay to have it fixed. denied warranty, and the protection plan for an extra fee, covers NOTHING!!!!!!!! It is a scam, a joke and needs to be eliminated as a company. I will work on spreading the word globally. Its take your $ and when there is a problem, They try and pull you in further and get just a little bit more. mark my words! YOU ARE GOING DOWN CRICKET! who by the way was bought out by AT&T. no matter. still calling a storm.
I have been trying to obtain Cricket Service and have gone to several stores in the Tempe area. I have received absolutely awful customer service. I wanted to find out if they could flash a phone. The 1st time I went into a store the girl was not very well trained and really did not seem to care if she got my business. Then I went to another store and they said that the flash program had been down for 2 months. So I decided to call instead before going to another store. The MANAGER of all people tells me that "well yeah I guess we can flash phones" then as I was asking him a question he just started talking to someone else. I made a comment wow he is just start talking to someone else he then says snidely well they were here 1st. My reply was you could have asked me to hold. Needless to say back to flashing my phone he then tells we it doesn't work all the time so I just tell customers no we do not flash phones. So My opinion of Cricket is that their service totally sucks. Well their pre service I have not been able to get to the point of actually doing service with them. So I say no cricket.
Something as simple as keeping my phone number when going from pay go back to the pre paid acct that I had before. Been a loyal customer for six years and even have other famly members now using cricket and I have to change my number to keep you. REALLY!!!! I could go with any competitor and keep my number. The supervisor that I asked to speak with was to busy for my call.
