where's my post on march 6th
I posted a message on here march 6th about the NETWORK putting out the on demand movie "RED DAWN" in spanish only but it was never added to the reviews, so why not? As of March 8th it is still only available in Spanish and that is after I hae called customer support 4 times and still no one has been smart enough to put the movie out in English for us Americans who speak english.

Comcast is the worst ISP I have ever had. Their phone service is just as bad. Admitting they are responsible for the problem with my service does not make them move any faster, does not avoid them from keeping me on hold for 30*40 minutes at a time, does not keep them from disconnecting me for being on hold too long, and does not keep them from hanging up on me (when I am fortunate enough to actully get a human being on the line) because the person doesn't know what he/she is doing. I am totally disgusted with Comcast. I can't get another provider right now, but, Comcast can bet the ranch I will as soon as I can.
Comcast is a joke
I have had comcast for 24 hours and the issues coule not be addressed with out being transfered 6 times then it was never fixed. Called back to be SOLD more stuff I don't want and never had issue fixed. My sister who I put on my account tried to help by calling and they gave her the run around and tried to sell her stuff NOT fix the issue of internet. Two hours later a supervisor still has NOT called and I am so fed up. I have had comcast for less then 24 hours and I am ready to shut them off FOREVER.
mud on carpet
Employee came in to service tv was an hour late . I wanted booties covers over there feet because they have track mud before and nothing was done about that. Again yesterday no booties covers. After they left made a complaint about an hour later he came back with another comcast employee I ask please get cover twice they acted like I wasnt there. Again we have to pay for the rugs to be clean why do people just dont care about other people homes? They where nasty to me did stuff I didnt want done.
Bait & Switch
My experience today as a new comcast customer is the absolute worst experience that I can ever remember having while trying to give a company my business. The service that I signed up for when initiating my order was conveniently unavailable when the service tech arrived. I was told that to receive what I had previously agreed to will cost me 40% more. I spent a logged call of 2 hours and 40 minutes only to be told that my issue was unable to be resolved. My issue is supposed to be emailed to another supervisor for review. I am not sitting in front of my television and my comvast box is turning itself off and on every ten minutes. I am so disappointed with the service, sales, service technician and customer service department. Signed, Really let down
They don't care
I have it in writing that they gave me a Set top Box and 2 Digital Adapters "at NO additional monthly service charge". Now they are charging me almost $14.00 a month to rent them. When I complained they said that that was true then but now it is changed. OMG. Also, to make matters worse when I called yesterday they told me I had my SS wrong when I gave them the last 4 digits of my SS number. They said I had to go in in person. When I expressed concern about my SS # being tampered with the gal acted like no big deal.. she made the correction. She did NOT ask me for ID. She did not ask me to prove who I was. Another OMG. So, I am going to corporatate and also to the FL AG and to the States Attorney in PBCounty. They have defrauded me and they have done something with my SS info. I have been with them for 15 years. As recently as a week ago the last 4 digits of my SS number were OK.. Yesterday on the phone and today, in person, no... This rating is not about the PA office.. It is about their Offices in Palm Beach Gardens FL
I have been out of COMPLETE service (phone, internet and cable TV) since Saturday. The fastest they could get to me if four days later. I'm pretty sure that wouldn't be acceptable to any managment at Comcast if this happened to them. Then I call corporate and I get a message telling me all their operators are busy and they hang up. I bet At&T can change out my whole household before i even reach anyone at Comcast.
worst service in the world
Told last friday by Comcast customer service that my cable would be restored that night. Then told Saturday that my service would be restored that night. Nothing sunday. Monday got an appiontment for tuesday. No one showed up. This is how they made the money to buy NBC. This company is the pits and they don't care. America has the slowest most expensive cable in the world. This company is as sorry as sorry gets.
ads and policy
Because of their position on running no gun ads. I will not be watching tv any longer. The rest of my family agrees with me but is too dependant (all over 18) on tv. We will be moving in about 3 months and I will order Dish or another option for all services after many years with them.
Unbelievable
Perhaps if customers sent them a bill for their time, and then took them to small claims court when they don't pay up, forcing them to hire lawyers at 400/hr, they would do things right the first time around.
What A Joke Comcast Is
I was told topday that comcast does not have technicians in India answering service calls RIGHT and I also believe in the Easter Bunny. Comcast should be shut down most of the time i am charged for a service I can not use. Oh and for a rating comcast do you offer a -15 for a rating. I wonder how many of these complaints actually make it to the top office ?

I have been with out cable for 3 wks, and called customer service 3 days straight. I've talked to 5 people , each says they will get it rectified. Haven't gotten service yet. Dissatisfied .
COMCAST IS the WORST vendor for cable. I wish they go out of business. All employee are not knowlegeable,loosers and Idiots. I want them go out of business.

I Can't Believe It..
I bought some advertisement spots from Comcast in Tallahassee, Fl and my commercial didn't go on the air and I haven't receive my money back. How does business like this in 2013? Save your money you guys!!

Dealing with Comcast is like putting needles under your fingertips on purpose and asking for it. There are so many choices but somehow we continue to do business with Comcast. They have centers around the world and they consistently are horrid. Not knowledgeable and it takes multiple calls to get 1 simple thing resolved. I always wondered what happened to the monkey they sent to the moon, apparently they are working in Comcast's call center now.
bad customer treatment
In my life Comcast has been the unbeliveable arogant company I ever had dealings with, by far.. it has charge me more for service then I agreed too, after canceling they just keep billing me for more service they wont listen to you if you agree, to leave a survey about the call ? but the fight is not over, as for one I have tv, that I watch what I want too, cost a one time price of $90.00, and it's legal>>>> and so far I have 9 comcast customers canceling, to do the same .rating a minus 10
Worst experience with a company EVER
Gave one star b/c I couldn't give lower. I have been having issues with Comcast ever since my "promotional" period ended. My bill has been correct one time in the last 6 months and then they tell me "don't pay it, you will be rebilled for the correct amount", only to get a two month double bill!! I finally called corporate and was told my request from over a month ago was not done! This a after 2 hours on the phone with Cust. Serv. Reps saying it was completed. They also keep explaining the bill to me!! I can read! I know what it says--but it is WRONG! I wish I could go somewhere else but unfortunately they have monopoly here too!! This company needs a major overhaul! Was told today my issue & bill will be corrected by end of day.... we shall see.

comcast has no real intrest in existing customers it is rather like the bait and switch we will charge you x amount for 6 months then wham you you when it is over while still offering great deals to new customers or bundle For me I am happy with centurylink for my phone and internet and don't see a need to change and it wouldn't make a difference price wise except the tv would be lowered and I don't want to change everything over Its a shame as I like the tv and don't want to switch to another company no stars for customer service
Our service has been cutting off all DAMN week! We have techs come out multiple times before and nothing has changed. All you people want is money! Horrible I'm switching! Horrible! Horrible! Evil company! Verizon is better!!!!!!
