Horrible horrible service

I can't say anything good about Comcast!!! Can't even get anyone from corp. on the phone. Too many issues, don't even know where to start.

Simply the worst customer service i have ever experienced, in any arena. I requested a service upgrade without my permission they d/c my current phone and just gave me a new phone i didnt request it nor was that even mentioned. Trying to talk to their customer rep is a complete joke. I will go to another service will never used their service again.

As a new customer. I started service in October 2012. I was promised and $89.99 bundle package, DVR free for one year, three months on HBO, six months on the others TV shows. Plus a $100 visa card for being a new customer. It took me filing with 7 on your side, filing with the FDC, and putting signs in my front yard. To have Comcast keep their promise or disconnect my service. Finally, in January 2013. Just when I thought this nightmare was over. My bill started creeping back up. So here I am April 2013. And all I want is what was promised to me when I first took out the new service in October 2012.

Comcast Not Satisfactory

I share a complaint similar to everyone else's here that I have read.Personally, I HATE COMCAST. Care for customers is non-existant. In fact, if they could find a way to just get our money and provide nothing -- they would adopt it. I am having a problem with my bill. I tried and tried to call over many days, but was always put on hold so long I had to give up. We do have other things we must do, but Comcast seems to think COMCAST is our only and major concern. Corporate America is way out of line, in general and Comcast takes the lead, Would say more, but gotta go make another call to Comcast in the hopes of getting my billing situation straightened.out! Incidentally, has anyone else noticed that Comcast charges us, it's customers, for charges that should be seen as a Cost of Doing Business -- so dishonest. A Real Nightmare

Since December 30, 2012, someone at Comcast keeps adding either Showtime or HBO to our account. This is a serious breach of security, which no one has done anything about. I have wasted at least 10 hours on the phone. But you have a bunch of total morons working for Comcast, who want to blame the customer for their own inept people. I would immediately switch service with another company if I could. They are now allowing their own representatives mess with customer accounts. Idiots...

I liver in a neighborhood where comcast has a monopoly on cable. If any competetor came in I would drop comcast like a rotten egg.. The olnly contact I can seem to get is through on.ine chat wiith a technician in the Phillipines. Everyother number including 1800 xfinity and the corporate headquarters give you an automated service and then hangs up- on you. I went to the local office yesterday and tryed to talk to someone in management. They were (Iguess they only have one management poeron in a large offiice) was in amdeeting and would call me back. That was yesterday and surprise no call backl. This is i nexcusable.

Horrible Customer Service

My father has an account with Comcast and he has been trying since last night to get a hold of someone that can help him with his internet issues. It's a mission impossible to accomplish. He asked me for help and I have been on the phone for almost an hour, nobody answers. The automatic systems keeps asking for the same information over and over again. until finally; it tells me that the call could not be processed and asks me to call back. I'm telling my dad to just switch to Verizon.

I don't understand people. Why do you get so upset over a cable company? This is free enterprise. So many people complain about what big bad Comcast did to them and they are such victims. They didn't wear booties or my caller id is not showing right. Is the way to resolve anything by throwing a tantrum? I mean I am sure you are all quite reasonable people when meeting someone face to face but put a phone in your hand and Comcast becomes the focus of all that frustrates you in your lives. I work in customer service and have dealt with people who just overreact or have unrealistic expectations of what a cable company should do for you. I had a customer ask me how much a rug costs while I was assisting another customer. I told him it was $100. He examined it and blew up because he said it was $99 and that I was a liar. He made a formal complaint to my boss. Ridiculous. I realize Comcast is not perfect but what company is. Just take a deep breath and relax.

3 months waiting to get someone to fix my Internet and no one has fixed it . Worst customer service ever !!

I must say that Comcast has issues knowing just what they are doing. I had to close my business and I am being billed THREE different charges for my Comcast bill. Mind you one of the charges is for early termination fees that I was not told about at all when I took the account over from the prior owner. They want their money yesterday of course, but just how much do you pay? They can't tell you and you can't get to someone who may be able to help you because they won't let you. "I don't do that in this deparment.I'll have to transfer you to ......" Then you get hung up on! If you don't laugh you cry!

Class Action

Maybe alot of people should get a Law Firm to start a Class action suit against Comcast for promising a certain service but giving you something totally Different and charging you more or how about Judge Judy!!!!

I certainly would be profundly embarrased to be an employee of Comcast. Spent over 2 months and literally over an hour today getting the run around. Filing complaint with Illinois Attorney General Consumer Affairs Divisions. This boarders on fraud. Comcast has no problem billing, receiving our dollars all the while knowing that they have no intentions of delivering complete service. I have been w/out audio on several channels, request new HD box two months ago.

Worst possible service...Im looking at other options. They refuse to get you higher management and or corporate info. The training the receive doesn't match the customer guarantee they quote, you want something done. You gotta to the top of the food chain. Corporate CEO and VP.

screwed on billing

I signed up online for a tv internet combo for $40 a month for 6 months then 60 for 3 and full price after that. Our bills started coming in and were $100. I called to get the issue corrected. I was told I was promised a package that didnt exist but she saw a record of what I was promised and they would correct the billing and honor but it can take a bit for processing to take effect. 2 bills later it was not corrected and I called again this time they said the best they could do was credit me 250 which was 70 below what i should have received and they would sign me up for a different package at an intro rate that was more expensive and had less channels. I dropped directtv because they screwed consumers looks like the consumer just doesnt stand a chance.

CALLER I D PROBLEM

ref Customer Ref No CR 314729559... Name comes up on previous customer of Comcast. Was told this would be taken care of since March 5, 2013 Old name keeps showing up on my called ID. I am ready to turn this matter Vt. Public Service Board for Investigation. Please have your top people look into this and get this resolved very soon. I am a Comcast. customer, and believe me if you do not your going to lose one.
