LIARS!! I always remember to never take it out on the person that's only doing their job, too bad that every person I speak to in Fort Myers, FL is horrible! Bad Phone lines and customer service

I have been dealing with comcast for over a year with problems to my business phone. It seems to go out around the same time almost every other day. They tell me its an outage or someone may have hit a pole or bad weather (laughable). I am not under contract with them and plan to end my service. I would rather a higher cost and not have the aggravation. I run sales and customers cannot get thru to me. I WOULD NOT recommend comcast to ANYONE. I'm beginning to think that the powers that be do not care; otherwise, why no improvement in customer service and phone service. RATING: F+

Xifinity service terrible

I have had the security system for 7 months and there have been numerous issues and5 times service agents have had to come out including next week!!! My bill is costly but the service provided is not worth it.

This company is the rudest I have ever known

They quote one price but do not have the same price in the coming bill. They keep making errors and expect the customer to pay for it. I have gotten no where except now having head aches and stomach aches having to work with them. They are EVIL....

Unethical

I was contacted by Comcast on 3/25 via mail for an account review. I called in on 3/26 and everything they suggested would have increased my costs. I said I was more interested in reducing costs. They transferred me to another department which reduced my costs and also gave a 6 month discount on HDDVR. However my bills did not reflect the change. I contacted them and their response was that they know I was offered a lower rate on 3/26 and that my billing is correct. Pointing out the unethical behavior is my response.

I moved from Okeechobee Fl. to Atlanta Ga. 1/15/13 , I called the Comcast relocation department and was advised to unplug my equipment in the Florida house , take it to Atlanta and use it for my cable service in Atlanta. I followed Comcast directions only to find out that the Florida equipment will not work in Atlanta. I called Comcast and advised them of the problem, they sent out the first od at least six technicians. Finally after 4 months of different technicians coming out to my house the service works. Now for the good part, I am now receiving collection notices for $945.00 for the Florida equipment. After multiple calls to customer service (if you can call it that) and multiple calls to supervisors I receive a letter saying sorry for the mix up here is Showtime free for 90 days. Now today I receive a letter from a collection agency for the $945 or they are going to report this to the credit reporting agencies. I called again to speak with a supervisor only to be told if I couldn't find the 1st technician that came to my house and prove that what I say is true, I had 2 choices either pay the $945 or have my credit affected.

bad service

Comcast tech support and customer support is the absolute worst. My son's Wi-Fi stopped working. I did the trouble shooting and re-entered the network key several times. It still does not work. I must have talked to 10 different people -none of which would help me. This is Corporate America at its worst. Every one I know who has Comcast has nothing good to say about them. In order to get help I would have had to sign up and pay for the service even though it is their equipment.

We got the modem up grade had to wait two weeks after we ordered it to pick it up, drove 35 minutes each way, husband hooked it up & when it came time to activate it, we couldn't. The instructions said error can't continue without a battery..Well there was no battery, he tried calling with his cell phone, because without a modem you have no phone, but they hung up on him. He drove back to the Xfinity store where the clerk told him it was not his problem, but he could buy a $50. dollar battery. Long story short, after my husband connected the modem and tried to activate it several times, I called the next day with a cell phone & had them activate and told them not to hang up on me...Go to cancel phone & cable on Tuesday wish I could cancel internet but they are the fastest and my son needs it for his work...

Worst ever service

We've called numerous times and talked to numerous people and nothing gets fixed. We spent hours on the phone for nothing. Now they want to charge us to send a service rep to the house. And this happens about every 5 months. Worst company in the United States.

Oxymoron

Customer Service with Comcast is an Oxymoron. All they can do is apologize for the problem, but when it comes to actually fixing a situation, well that is another story. I think Comcast goes out of the way to find and hire employees that no one else wants. I will say one thing though, as bad as they are, try dealing with Verizon. Verizon makes Comcast look like a great company. So which is the lesser of the evils. I equate it to voting in an election. I vote not for the best candidate but for the one who I think is the lesser of the two. I think of Comcast and Verizon in the same way. All that matters is you pay your bill.

Customer Service Sucks

I have always heard bad things about comcast, but thought I might take a chance, that things could not be as bad as what people have said...WRONG, the customer service dept sucks, unhelpful, rude and misguiding. I will spend my time letting every one know that comcast sucks and really they are this bad DO NOT USE.

Horrible Customer Service

Comcast has the worst communication and customer service i have ever had to deal with. They over charge you when ever they have the chance. They cancel your contract and charge you market rate, then when you call, no one can help. I YOU HAVE AN OUTAGE, TALK TO A SERVICE REP OR YOU WILL NOT GET CREDIT. I will be switching to another internet service. I headache and 4hrs talking to cs is not worth a few extra channels.

Over Charging

I was over charged for my cable bill by 1,000 dollars. The employee accidently inputted the wrong amount. So I notify comcast about the situation and all they can say is I'm sorry and I understand what your going through. No you don't know what I'm going through. My account is in the negative because of a huge mistake by an employee. Knowing that my account is in the negative. I have to wait till tuesday for Comcast to return the amount that was over charged 1,000 dollars. That what I call fabulous customer service. Thank you Comcast.

Comcast sucks!!!!! The worst customer service ever

I have been trying to resolve my billing for 3 months. My checking account was charged $100.00 dollars for Comcast service. Comcast shows a reversal payment on my account of 100.00 dollars plus 25.00 return check fee. The payment was taken from my account. I have tried to explain to Comcast, I have gone in person to the Comcast office with my back statement. . I have gone to my back and tried to have the back manager call and say the money come out . The 125.00 extra charge is still on my account. I can not get to the bottom of this issue. What a bunch of crooks and I can't do nothing about it. Thank you to our Government allow such consumption and I cant switch to anyone else.

How does one go about getting ANY type of service from Comcast when no one has the authority to help a customer without being transferring from department to department. After almost 4 months of issues it’s easier to cancel your services then trying to get them fix. Being a business owner myself, you would think someone at Comcast might care.
