I have been a member of Comcast for many years and always had little issues that have been somewhat resolved. On October 1, 2012 Is igned up for Comcast Triple Play and Home Security. The 1st appointment the technician was 3 hours late with no phone call from him or Comcast. He arrived at 5:15 and and had to leave because he was not prepared for installation. He returned at 7:30pm and stayed until 11:30pm, he was not able to set up the home security at that day. The next morning I woke up and none of services were working. I called Comcast and they were able to fix the issue over the phone. I waited two days then proceeded to call Home Security to make an appointment. I had a supervisor from Home Security contact me on Tuesday to schedule the technician to install the Home Security for Thursday Oct 4th, 2012 between 11-1pm. I had to call Comcast that Thursday because no technician ever showed up. I had the issue exculated and FINALLY had the home security installed on Thursday 10/11/2012. At the end of the installation the installer who was a outside contractor informed me there was a 3 eyar contract and a penalty which was never disclosed to me during first initial call. I called Home Security the next day and still waiting for a supervisor or Manager to call me about this main issue. I was promised by two supervisors they can possibly upgrade premium package and have the $299 installation charge waived. I am about to contact my lawyer and have him resolve this matter legally.

I am a guardian of an individual whom has many Developmental Challenges and Medical needs, I will not go into the details of health and human services but his provider left leaving no phone in the home so I contacted Comcast as I wanted to have a land line as soon as possible, made the call approx 9/24/12 and I felt ok, it is now 10/13/12 and still no service. 6 customer service calls later I am waiting for call back tomorrow from a supervisor. Each time for the first 3 calls I was told that the problem was resolved and it was not, tonights call numbeer 4 was ok but he had no authority to make decisions (I told him up front if you cant make decisions I dont want to talk with you), call 5, was a supervisor who was able to get order in and I was told that I would not be charged for services to date (in which time I blew up as the service has not even been turned on and have not received equipment to use the services!!), was offered $20.00 dollars credit in which I asked to speak with his supervisor who listened and then stated the best we can do is $38.50 which I can only assume is the credit from the time I requested services to today...not acceptable and asked to speak with her boss, stated that there is no further bosses at this time that someone would have to call me tomorrow..... Customer Service where!!!

Your sub contractor trespassed on my property, parked their equipment on my property, broke the water line to my tenants business, dug up my parking lot and the subs employee called me **** names when I told them to get off my property. They refused to pay for an easement after they trespassed and have not repaired the damages to my property as agreed and to my satisfaction. They seem to feel that they are above the law.

i have never had services with comcast, they billed me for services at a condominium i worked at and now it is on my credit report. will be contacting my attorney, beware of comcast.

comcast cut service SUCK. Im due a credit of $25 (since 8/12) I have yet to recieve it. to add insult to injury, they disconnect my service bc i have a past due balance of $25. WTH. Really? ummmmm Comcast, I have a balance due bc you didnt properly credit my account for $25. And to ADD I call two days before my service was interupted and was told not to worry since i was due a credit.... :o/ SMH

We have no television or Internet service since September 12 despite technician visits, phone calls, and our lawn being torn up. The technician never scheduled whatever he was supposed to. I am not certain that the subcontractors know what they are doing. They hit our line(we were not having any problems to begin with). And two weeks prior hit a gas line down the street. The representative on the phone would NOT give me the corporate number. I am extremely disappointed with your service, customer service reps, and subcontractors!

Have been experiencing problem with internet actually no internet since August 2, 2012. First technician (Aug 4) stated there was a problem with the line outside and would put in a repair call to be handled by the following Tuesday. Problem continued and several calls made to customer service whereby we unplugged/plugged modem and digital router. Second technician (Aug 24) stated cable line where modem was plugged in had gone bad and relocated equipment to a different room. Internet worked for about a week and same problem began happening again. Several calls to customer service with same plug/unplug modem directions still no internet. Technician scheduled for Sept 12 and ticket number issued, however on Sept 12 no show of technician and called customer service and found out ticket had been created but not processed to the extent to schedule technician. Rescheduled tech for Sept 18 6-8pm. Received confirmation call on Sept 17 to confirm appt for Sept 18 from 8-10a.m. I am extremely frustrated and just would like to have my internet service. I feel like we are being played or whatever the true problem is Comcast cannot fix it. I still think the 1st technician that stated there was a line issue was probably correct, however I can't ever get an answer as to what happened with the first ticket and if it had been closed. Have rescheduled again for Sept 21 10-12pm which I did through the automated scheduling so today (Sept 18) I'm going to call to reconfirm. Note to Corporate: Customer Service is extremely lacking. Their scripts they read from are not a fix all situation. Also I was told I need to call HP because there was probably something wrong with my computer and truly I hung up on the customer service person because that is totally not right.

comcast in brunswick,ga plays with your acct illegally they add a name subract a name to cover there mistakes they told me they made a mistake and still denying fixing i ask comcast complaints go to the fcc in washington ,d.c. they have no problem doing the right thing comcast has no problem violating RIGHTS OR LAWS.....

This is the first time in years I have been so unhappy with Comcast Customer Service. I have been cut off in mid sentence, bounced from dept to dept. As a Research Student, Ido not have time for this type of situation.

SO SAD I CALLED COMCAST 2 MONTHS AGO SO THAT THEY MAY PUT ME ON A PROMOTION I NEVER GOT IT, WHAT I DID GET WAS A HIGHER BILL, CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS SO RUDE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL,SO I ASKED FOR COPR OFFICE NUMBER AND THERE'S WHEN THE WHOLE CONVERSATION WENT DOWN HILL, HER NAME IS OR WAS (FAITH ID 4F9) SHE PUT ME ON HOLD FOR A TOTAL OF (7) TIMES AND THE LAST TIME SHE CAME BAD TO THE PHONE SHE(FAITH ID 4R9) TOLD ME SHE DON'T HAVE COMCAST CORP OFFICE NUMBER, SO SHE TOLD ME TO GO ON LINE AND LOOK UP COMCAST PRO, I WILL FIND ANOTHER CABLE COMPANY COMCAST IS NOT THE ONLY ONE, I AM GOING TO PUT COMCAST ON RIPOFF.COM SEE HOW THEY LIKE THAT.

Waste of time, this company is horrible! Even after you are no longer a customer they still stink! Tell you your bill is settled and turn around and you get a bill for over $300.00! they are too high. techs tell you fifty different reasons for your problem! coorporate is no better; you can call over and over and still no action! We dumped the Dish and got this! We live in times where companies do not care!

My phone has been out for 3 days,(Tues._Thurs.) and ya'll can't send anyone out til Monday. Its been almost 7 yrs. Comcast , I'm divorcing you. ITS OVER!!!.I've been on this merrygoround so long, my head is spinning.Stop and let me off.I spoke with 6 different people and they all had a different reason as to why my service isn't working. I dont beleive I have ever even heard of a company as poorly run as Comcast. I always thought McDonalds was king but there is no doubt that comcast rules as the worst in the country.It is terrible that the goverment even lets these idoits stay in bussiness.

I signed up for cable going on 2 weeks now at my college (Chestnut Hill)and was told it would be activated within 2 days. Its been 12 days now and everytime I call I either get the run around or disconected. In my latest call they tell me that I am not in the system and it will take another week to get me in the system and my service turned on. What a joke Comcast has become. There services SUCKS! They don't care about their customer at all. The whole College is having the same issues and you would think they would send someone there to rectify the problem but instead they blame you for not being patient. They have no problem taking your money but suppling a service, that's a whole different ballgame.

Been having issues for 8 months, over the last month I have been pushing to get it fixed hard, contacted them, got a customer rep. Had 8 techs come out 5 dvr boxes and all the time trapped in my home waiting for them to get it together. each tech was great, but all of them talked about how they used to be able to look at the Tap, now they can't. So on the last visit after I talked and talk to them I got a maintenance guy to come out 6 plus hours later it is fixed, and 2 guys that checked some wires and replaced them, which I have the wire management plan. Then they put the last box in cause the one I received last was clicking and the hard drive was going to go out. Now I am all set, promised and promised by Steve that he would make it right once this was all over. I have been trying to get ahold of him for a week now no response back from him. All he had to do at this point was respond back and keep his word. I want answers and compensation. Next step is BBB, or the commission, might be a lawyer like a post I have read.

I am about my services i have had cable fir two months then they shut me off for 54 bucks and they couldt wait for three days to pay mor and a week ago i paid a 100 5 days ago i think soneone should tell people what goung on and a dat before we finnaly got the notice abd then bam ni cable u guys say that u r the best but u keep raising r bills for stupid littl charges ans now my kids r mad because the love watching there shows i think that the boss of comcast should go on the show undercover boss see how bad People i trying to psy there billa but u guys dont want ro work with anyone over a small bill please help us i all ways say that comecast is good but i dont think it that much but any way i hope u can help the people and single parents that r strugleing to make ends meet everyone needs cable i would rarher stay with u guys but u need to fix somthing please and thank u

You guys really need to offer a senior citizen discount to people.
