The customer service is the worst ever. I have developed high blood pressure dealing with this company. Comcast use to be the elite service to have. You received great customer service at one time. Since they out-sourced these oversea companies service rate poor-subzero. After a certain time of the day you cannot get anyone to trouble shoot or schedule appointments for problems you may have with service. The reps can barely form a sentence that you can understand. My service goes in and out . Sometimes for days. I'm still waiting for credit. Bottom -Line- hire people that are here in the USA to handle the customers who live here. Stop cutting corners and cost. Pay your existing employees what they are worth. This will allow your company to actually help families out there. NOT ONLY ARE YOU CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS-YOUR CHEATING YOUR EMPLOYEES! I SAY CUSTOMERS NEED TO GET TOGETHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION LAW SUIT! WHOSE WITH ME?

Missing Brighthouse

I thought I was the only one this type stuff was happening to. It has been 1yr of HELL dealing wiith comcast never delt with any service like this before, they lie,steel and cheat, and RUDE and are one big A headache to deal with. Unfortunately glad im not alone

Comcast is the worst company ever to known to man. I ask to have my service down graded due to a recent lay off. the rep told me I had no options to do this. So I told her I always have options and switched service. Then my daughter moved into a new apartment in ATL. They don't eve n come out. They send you your equipment by UPS. Then you are supposed to call to activate. Well the living room works. She called & spoke with a rep who told her they would come out on Sat. She called to verify the rep said they had nothing in the system where she spoke ti someone. And informed her she would need to schedule again she asked to speak to a supervisor. She was told there wasn't any there. They didn't speak English. So its been two weeks of trying to get her cable fixed. This is how they treat new customers. I wish that there was some type of law for companies like this. If the corporate looks at these reviews you would think they would clean house and try to become a better company.

Poor-Poor-Poor-Horrable

One headache after another. They don't even know there billing proccess. You are told different thing by different CSR's. I am being billed after paying in full. After my move the installer for where I moved even wined while he was installing. I will never uses there service again. I would rather be a dish head than but up with all there incompetence.

right now 28:51 minutes on hold.....absolutely ridiculous. by the time I get a CSR my phone will be dead. Hire more phone people for gods sakes....your customers have lives too...WORST customer service yet....even worse, good luck matching the words to submit on this site

never got the service i was charged for

I ordered comcast on friday july 5th 2013 was told that a tech would come out july 7th its now july 11th still no cable and no tech tomorrow i will call and cancel im an employer of a great company and we understand that our customers make our paychecks possible so sad in these economically strained times buisnesses dont repect your hard earned wages.....really sad!

Digital Adapter Fees Now Charged

Some 6 yrs ago when we were all forced to switch from analog to digital comcast offered a anaolg to digital adapter box free of charge for up to 2 TVs per household. Now 6yrs. later they are charging rent for these boxes of 1.99 per box. In my opinion this is a breech in contract. They force you to switch to digital, offer the boxes for free then 6yrs later charge you for renting the box. UNETHICAL/GREEDY! My response was to cancel HD service saving me 6.00 a month. Eventually we will be moving and comcast will be history!

They are so rude

I called an ordered service for my home, at the end of June I was sch. for the 1st no one showed. I called later the day the changed it to the 2nd. again no one called back it changed to the 3rd then the 5th ,6th and 7th still no one. i called everyday trying to find out what's the problem. file complaints with corporal about no one getting back with me. This is very unprofessional. I've never been giving the run around like this by no other company! So lets see where this goes after today.

Overseas Jobs

My elderly parents had the misfortune of dealing with one of your reps from either india or Bangladesh. they did not speak fluent English and the next thing they shut my parents phone. It took me almost a week of dealing with "Americans only" to get it turned back on. How dare you give jobs to people who don't speak English overseas and not keep the jobs here in the US. No one in Fl needs a job? If I had Comcast here in NY I would get rid of you in a hearbeat.

Comcast is the worst!!!

Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I cannot believe the lack of professionalism, lack of willingness to solve a problem. and lack of speaking English. I cannot wait to have Uverse in my service. A manager would not even talk to me. Do not get Comcast if you are looking around! I was actually to.d I could not be helped bc I had an iPad- I needed to buy a desktop!!

Payback

If there is a person in your life that you would really like to be rid of, tell them to sign up with Comcast. A massive stroke will shortly follow.

Customer service

I have moved to a new address and have made the mistake to use Comcast again I have been dealing with their horrible customer service for over 3 weeks now and all they can do is apologize....I don't want to hear I am sorry anymore I wat you to fix my over charge billing problem and stop transferring to different departments because I do not have hours in my day to listening to your ridiculous excuses.

Service outage

On Wednesday June 19, 2013 I had a service outage in my area (as so I was told). I was told by the rep. that my service would be restored by Thursday June 20, 2013 10 am. because Comcast was rewiring the cable n internet service in my building. not that there was a outage in the area (false information). Thursday June 20, 2013 by 5pm I find that I still have no service, which was the in NBA FINALS I still had no service. I had to go watch game in a bar which is the last thing I want to do because I'm a restaurant manager. At this time on Thursday I schedule an appointment for a service tech to come out and fix the problem. the rep I spoke with want to upgrade my service because there was a better deal (YEAH RIGHT) so we upgrade the service before ending the call. On Friday June 21, 2013 I leave work early in order to be available for the service which nerve showed. At this time I call for the three time still without cable or internet service to find the rep never scheduled the appointment then I asked to speak with manage . whom stated the rep never made the appointment. then she made appointment for Sunday when the service was final restored. As for the credit that this manager promise, I call back this morning June 29, 2013 and again had to speak to manage retell this story for the 5th time as if I have time. To find again there is no notes in the log and Comcast basically hopes the client will forget to call and ask for credit which I have done in passed. Unhappy customer and I will be taking my service needs else where in august because this is the last time I will do all the leg work for COMCAST. Outcome a $21.49 credit refused to give me a credit for missed appointment because rep did scheduled it like I asked. but had all the time to upgrade my service which I couldn't even use until Sunday.

Service is still the same

I am writing to voice my concerns over how horrible comcast customer service is and remains to be. You would think after loing millions of customers, your service would have gotten better. I was told that if I got a 29.99 package that after 6mths it would go up only 10 dollars by one young lady and double checking, i called back to verify the service only to find out no, it is 49.99 first red flag. Then I decided that maybe I could afford that only to have my hopes dashed and running a credit check to see if I qualified to have fees paid on my first bill that on no you must pay a deposit before they would even set an appt. I am totally lost after being pressure saled to death for 1 and 1/2 hours to confirm my package by lovely Fernando that you must pay a 50.00 deposit . That was it for me. I will not try comcast ever again, oh my mistake Xfinityyyyy.

I agree with all the negative comments about Comcast they services are horrible and trying to get a answers impossible.I been a customer for more them 20 years and still having a lots of problems with they internet go on go off they came so many time at my house still did not fix it and now on the top of that Thrusday night all my tvs with cable boxes stop working I was on the phone with them from 8:00 pm until 2:30 am Friday morning could'not get any help I have to wait 3 days for some one to come and see what the problem is. I am so piss off with them I wish I could fine a different company?also they do not forget to take the payment every month they getting richers on our frostration.

Horrible! I am not exaggerating when I say I have spent hundreds of hours on the phone to them in the year I have had the service. Every time you call you get a new representative who knows nothing and you have to explain your problem over and over. Not to mention most of them are in a foreign country, hardly speak English, and each and everyone of them gives you a different answer! I cannot tell you how many times I had payment extensions with extensive notes on my account to say this, only to be disconnected the next day! Or how many times I am reassured that my services will stay on, only to have them shut off! One time they went off twice in one day. Then I have to speak to someone and they apologize and put them on again. Let alone we had to buy an extra modem from best buy because theirs sucks. Or their free movie coupons that you never get in the mail. My list goes on and with this company!

One of the Regional Manager for Comcast was off her rocket! Telling me she was a yanky and shoots from the hip which is not relevant when attempting to rectify a problem if that is your goal. Kept asking did I believe what she was telling me. I never implied that I didn't. I was just listening to her. She sound like a complete intoxicated idiot. Comcast has personnel problems along with some of their services!

Comcast customer Service is the worst!! You can call the office 5-6 times in one day and you will get 5-6 different answers. They give nothing but excuses and they don't care that they have substandard customer service.

Horrible

Comcast customer service is the worst. All they do is apologize and never fixes the issue. I still have not received my credit for fraudulent international phone calls.
