Crappy Customer Service
I just want to state that Jim ID#4JW out of the Minnesota Comcast facility is HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! His manager's name is Shardanay!! I hope this gets traced back to that fools manager!!! People like him do not belong in your company! DISGUSTED!!!
Poor polcy
Was charged $49.95 by signature support dept on Sept 9, but never heard fm them. They told me today they called. I have a phone recorder and no such call was made. Today Sabrina said that since it's beyond the 30 day period no refund. When I countered with attempting cancellation through the local Comcast office on Sept 26, Sabrina again said I had to contact their office directly. I was never informed of that extra step and ur corp message only announces contacting Comcast. I did that on Sept 26, which is within 30 days. I want a refund.
wireless support
After 53 minutes dealing with the problem of download speeds of 8 all I got is a scheduled appointment for tomorrow to my home. The signature support was no help and actually disconnected me. Never called back after I had given my number just for this possibility. I spoke with a carlos terrible service. 53 minutes to just get a person scheduled for tomorrow is horrible.

Comcast needs to be taken out of buisness, I have never in my life had such poor service. They try to rip you off for services not yet received. Try to get a phone installed, HA! what a joke, takes then 45 to 60 days to hook you up on a line. Had to call Corporate Headquarters to get any results, SO SAD!!!!!!!!!!
Disgrace!! For 10 long years I have lodged complaints about the outside technicians. Most of these techs are contractors. You should see the path of destruction they leave behind... metal fittings thrown on the ground, boxes left open with wires exposed, wires laying on the ground, etc. Just complete disregard for customers. I have been calling and complaining for at least 10 years. I always get the big run-around when I try to call. Exasperated does not describe how I feel about Comcast!!! I agree, do we even have to give them a one star rating?? My suggestion is to not use Comcast. There are other choices out there. Good Luck!!
Digital Adapter Sodomy
Digital adapter roll-out, first 2 are free, we will only charge you for 3 or more. Starting Jan 2013, they charge for 100%. So now we are paying for something that was included previously. Oh by the way, they charge a $40 fee if you do not turn in the adapter if you cancel. So, in 10 months you pay for the adapter. According to their profile on yahoo finance, they have 22 million video customers, assume the average customer has 3 adapters, they collect over 131 million per month on adapters, and 1.6 billion per year. No wonder Brian Roberts cashed out over $33 million last year.
Bad Service
I am an Xfinity insider and supposed to be one of your better custormers. I have called 2 weeks ago about low hanging cable wires that I feel are a danger to my kids as they are that low. I have asked to have them tightened and was assured they would be. No one has even called for an update. Very disappointed.

i would not recommend comcast to anyone.ive had a 25 ft cord in my yard for 3 months that they are not able to bury cause they keep changing my appointment.LAZY This is the worst customer service they are RUDE, they promise you things they never follow thru with. This is where its terrible to have no other choices cause the minute I get a change this service will be gone. I would never ever ever get comcast if i had another choice. And sad thing is they will do nothing at all to HELP!!!!!!!!

Your charges are outrageous, I am paying to watch TV using your cable and then you switch to Digital, however in order to watch my TV now I have to RENT a converter from you for every TV I choose to watch. That is double dipping if ever I heard of it. I am paying twice for the same services. You should be ashamed of yourselves. One of the only reasons I use your service at all is because of the internet and that to has increased. I am considering switching to Dish or something else. I have been a loyal customer for many years, including when I lived in Yarmouth, Ma before moving to Florida. I am now a senior citizen living on SS. Martha Bryant
bad service
short story: for a year they have been charging me for a dvr box service that I don't have. after 10 times calling requesting the box and not getting the box I finally decided to I don't want the box. but they have been charging me for 10-11 months so I request a credit and they said they will send somebody to look if I don't have a box and if that's the case they will give me the credit.so they gave a ticket number but never make an appointment. I called them to find out whats going on and they were making fun of me and saying no credit will be given to me and if I want to see a technitian I wil have to pay 30 dollars. they overall customer service really suck the manager who talk to me number was 778. Comcast used to be better now is the worst..
Horrible Customer service! Speak English!
Very bad customer service, wasn't willing to help the problem. Disconnected me after me paying over 300.00 to my account. Had to pay a balance of 25.00 to get connected back on my service, won't let me get a extension for 25.00 until the next 3 days. Said a manager would call me back about my bill. NO call back. I hate them with a passion...they are the only service in our area...

Comcast ripped me off on internet service that I never received. They charged me for 8 months refusing to refund anything by 30 days. They stated it was not their problem that I did not notice the charge on day one, regardless if I received the service or not. They charged late fees when I refused to pay it and threatened to shut off my service. I cancelled my service on June 1st and Comcast stated they would not send me a final bill until all equipment was accounted for. I turned in my equipment around Jun 15th. I received the final bill at my new residence on July 15th. Today is July 22nd and I've been receiving calls from a collection agency for over a week. The bill was paid on the 18th immediate following receipt of the bill and I found out today finally who has been calling me for a week with rude behavior. Comcast is unethical and should have their license to practice business revoked. Why hasn't anything been done about their unethical behavior, esp. after seeing all the complaints people have regarding them. Where are our consumer rights?

I can't even tell you how horrible they I've spent more than 30 hours on hold -- no one does a thing Go to direct tv - At least they are nice~!

Horrible service
Waste 27.2 hrs to transfer 5 bus phone lines to comcast. After two weeks of service, all phone lines were disconnected INADVERTEDLY. It took us 3 hrs of phone calls and a lot of anger and insistance to get the service restored 6 hrs later. They were scheduling techs 5 days later. Insopke with supervisors that never called back, customer service assistants that keep on asking to repart the same over and over constanly apologizing....unbereable and extremly incompetent.
These people are CROOKS
Comcast is the far WORST company and I hate them. They charged my account with HBO I never got and without my permission. The customer service team are scams and I also called them to get a discount that I was due for and the rep told me to call back tommorow to speak to the retentions office to apply the discount because they closed at 9pm and I called back today and the supervisor didn't want to give me anything. OMG how rude. The only discount I get is my tripeplay package. not the loyiaty discount that I got for the 10 yrs I been with them. Im moving my service to a better company. I Don't trust this company at all. RIPOFFS!!

I was calling to get new service in my home because they seemed more up-to-date than my current provider. After reading these comments I think I will keep what I have or go somewhere else. Im glad I came here before I made the leap to a terrible service. Thanks for the help yall

Comcast is horrible! Many people who are not trained well enough to answer or troubleshoot the many problems that go hand in hand with Comcast. Also, it is extremely difficult to communicate with an individual who does not speak English very well.
you need more third world people to run your business into the ground . after all the years of doing business with all the changes and the constant run in with idiot agents . hello hello can I help you you charge me for services I never got . I try to talk to people who don't understand you or you them . By the time they get done your out of here and I owe you for something I never received .
