I am writing to object to the advertisement ON MY ONLINE STATEMENT regarding REDBOOK. Please, you get my interest money, etc. why do I have to also see advertisements on my personal accounts? I would like you to refrain from public advertising on personal accounts.

I PURCHASED A HOME IN FLORIDA IN 2005 BUT THE BROKER DID A VARIABLE FIRST MGT. OF 136,000 FROM NOVASTAR AND A SECONED FROM NOVASTAR FOR 36,000 WHICH I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH BUT THE SELLER WOULD CANCEL IF I DID NOT CLOSE SO I DID. THEN 1 YEAR LATER I WENT TO BANK OF AMERICA FOR AN EQUITY LINE OF CREDIT OF $ 170,000.00 TO PAY DOWN THE SECONED MGT OF NOVASTAR AND THERE $ 136,000 FIRST. AFTER PAYING FOR 7 YEARS I FIND OUT B OF A PAID OFF THE SECONED AND NOT THE FIRST BUT THE FIRST WAS NOTED AS INACTIVE BUT ON TITLE AS THE FIRST, I STOPPED PAYING AND CALLED BANK OF AMERICA TWICE SPOKE TO SUPERVISERS WHO WOULD CALL ME BACK BUT NEVER DID, SO IVE BEEN PAYING A LOAN WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED, TOTAL FRAUD, NOVASTAR WENT BANKRUPT SO THEY PROBABLY GOT THE FIRST MORTGAGE TO SERVICE STAMPED IT AS INACTIVE AND RAN WITH THE MONEY, WHAT DIRE STRATES THIS COUNTRY IS IN.

Absolutely terrible service...Getting loan re-financed..called 8 different people..everyone is out, their greeting advises yo to contact theri supervisor, with a number..they never call back..

I have been in the process of refinancing my loan for 4 months now. I filled out the HUD refi paperwork with BOFA and supplied everything they need to complete the process. My loan has been transferred to 4 different loan officers. When I email them regarding the status, they NEVER respond. When I leave a message, they NEVER respond. When I go to that persons boss, they NEVER respond. This is supposed to be an easy STREAMLINE REFI.

Last week i won 10,000$ in the washington state lottery. They wrote me a check and told me to take it to the olympia Bank Of America because that was their primary bank. In all my excitement I rush down to the bank right before they closed to collect my winnings. I do not bank at BOA but the teller told me it was not an issue. My current drivers license had just expired but i had plenty of other indenifcation that was acceptable so said the teller. They didnt have enough cash to pay me so they insisted i take much much smaller amount and they would write me a cashiers check for the rest. This was okay with me. Who wants to walk around with 10,000$ in their pocket anyways. My only concern was that i wouldnt be able to cash it at another time because of my license being expired and it would take a month to be mailed a new one. The teller assured me it wouldnt be an issue and hurried me out of the bank. One week later

business banker in so cal branch absolutly the rudest banker i have ever come across. you would think that after the ill advised purchase of countrywide they would be trying to put on a positive look, especially the V.P.s at the branch level, its employees like this that is burying this institute.

The worst customer service I have ever had. I wish I could get away with being rude like they do. I would give it a zero. I guess your customers are not important to you. That is ok because word of mouth does spread. All we have to do is post how horribly we where treated to our 500 friends and they post it to their friend etc. etc.

What happened to BOA? Your personal banker i spoke with was just rude.

Bank of America on Kennedy road in Windsor locks ct for years you were able to walk in and get help or answers from the personal bankers. This Indian woman whose name escapes me. Very unprofessional. She shook hands with me as if my white would rub off on her, proceeded to tell me I need an appointment but since she was not busy she could help me. I didn’t know this was a new policy of bank of America. It took three minutes for her assistance. I guess she had more time on her hand because she talked about another product of boa and I replied I must talk it over with my husband and think about it. In a patronizing, unprofessional reply she said what‘s to think about it is your money. I expect more of a business like attitude from a personal banker than a teller. She was a nice nasty B.

Police force here are noted baby killers and so are the court I have been kidnapped here ands held. They are issuing my social security to others that breaking laws and I am alone with categories. The Hospitaled land and I were taken. All these credit cards are useless and cause more economy and relations that arent worth it. Police And Federal Bureaus were made behind expidictions that I am the only one I cant get any help here. The Trenderloin Housing along with groups want me dead and the area wish to mainline treatise of their own while taping passing free lined stories due to they were caught beating raping and drugging me and with learning so they attempted to file more in san mateo daily city in 1989 and tried to overcome the space revenue. I need my Hand pieces to move these invasive killers building How they wish with material that causes electrode and other harmful. they have been placing make up and looking like others. Bank of America is the CORRUPTION on wheels! I closed my account November 2011, the "employee" who told my account was closed, did not want to give me the information on paper of the closing of the account, but said, "Okay, I closed your account in my computer." I left $20 too because it was in the middle of the month, I was trying to be fair and leave it more than $12 monthly fee. In March of the following year, the "bank" sent me a weird bank statement with $12 as a balance. I called them and explained what I did, they told me again your account is closed. Almost after a year of closing the account, bank of america is sendim me a threatening "non-sufficient funds" notification, to pay the balance of $20 otherwise they will report and I will not be able to ever open an account anywhere. How coward and dirty, corrupted these creatures are. Bullying a senior for not keeping his business and make lazy bank of america workers, richer!

I have been dealing with their mortgage dept for over 2 yrs now. They cannot help if you are not 2 months behind and if you are then they threaten to foreclose and start returning the 3rd pmt back. I have written to attorney general and it makes no difference to BOA. By the time they receive all documents then everything else gets outdated and u start all over again. Not sure how long this will go.

I have been getting the run around from the CEO's office at Bank of America since May. I filed a complaint with the OCC but they don't have the ability to pursuade BoA to work with customers regarding modification processes. The problem is there is no OVERSIGHT and this bank has free reign over it's customers which allows it to abuse it's power and simply forclose on homes. I have been trying to just get a modification packet and have requested one for months. It's very sad that in our democratic society, democracy applies only to certain people. I feel that the system is broken and desensitized so there is no empathy for help and support. This bank made millions and millions of dollars from mortgage interest rates and received a bail out because they were "too big to fail." When the banks were deregulated, so was the accountability of Bank of America. It's disgusting and really disturbing.

i went into the bank of america office i williamstown new jersey to deposit a heck and at ten am yesterday morning and was told it wouldnt cleaer for funds util midnight which i thought was strange to take so log. but i waited and it is ow 3am the next morning and my deposit is still not available to me and of courswe there are no real people to talk to overnight. just a chat woma who was copletely useless. i was excepting that transaction to be there i was told by the teller who made the transaction it would be there and it still isnt there. i find this to be horrible to do to someone. I am a mortgage holder with BOA and have read the sad stories from home owners re modification. I must also say that I am in the same situation with Bank of America. Although the HAMP program is in place it is not being enforced. I would suggest since this is an election year averyone, everyone affected by the rhetoric and schemes of BOA unwillingness to provide modifcation, refraim from voting regardless of Party affiliation. Everyone should inudate congress and your Attorney General with written complaints about this institution. A nationwide demonstration against BOA will certainly shake up the politicians.

Had a loan that was paid off 25 years ago and bank of America never did their job to take off the lean against the property and now I have been trying to go to settlement for over a week and they will not return calls, management will call you 10 minutes still 3 days later no calls. Put on hold for 30- 40 minutes at a time for no help. They made this error 25 years ago but not doing their job and now I am paying for it!!!!! Please never use this bank

My husband is a combat veteran with 20 years of military service. He was retired out due to mental and physical injuries and illness. When I found out he would be having a change of pay I contacted BOA to request for a loan modification or refi on our primary residence. It was our only home and I had a two year old. The house was filled with memories and was truly my dream. They gave me a run around for months. No one returned calls. They asked for finanicials a thousand times pushing us closer and closer to a foreclosure date. I had to be be with my husband 3000 miles away where he was getting medical treatment. I came back to find the house lock boxed. I received paperwork for the independant foreclosure review and I turned that in as well. I never got a response. The house apparently sold a few months back. I have NEVER received any information from BOA or anyone else. They ripped the house right out from under us while we were stationed elsewhere and staying with family. I never had an opportunity to get belongings out of the house. Bank of America are cheaters and liars. They are evil and crooked. NO veteran or service member should ever lose their home. They fight for this country; come back suffering with injuries and illness and this is how our country thanks them? FED UP!

I had a credit card with bankofamerica back in 2005 that was paid -off but it is showning that it was not paid off until 2009. I have try many times to get this fix with bankofamerica but no help getting the run around with this.This the worst bank, that , I have ever deal with rate are to high. Larry B.

First off I wish there was an option for negative stars. Like most of the folks here, I have been fighting with BoA for the last 6 months on a HUD loan modification after loosing my job due to becoming disabled. All I have received from BoA has been lies and deceit. I just filed a complaint with the Comptroller of the Currency Administrator of National Banks ( helpwithmybank dot gov ) concerning my problems with BoA. My next step will be to call the HUD HOPE line as suggested by another poster here. But I am thinking it would be better to file a fraudulent practices complaint with my State AG's office. One thing I would like to know from B.O. is, where the hell is my bailout???

It is time for all who read this to take notice at the total corrption in our whole banking system. B of A is the worst of the bunch! Go to set off debt dot com and learn what you can do to help yourself and others to fight back the corrupt banking system in the USA. We are out to take back our country!
