BOA, why are you stalking me about my mortgage payment? I am current. As I told you on Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and now Wednesday -- the next one will be paid during the grace period, which is 10 days from now. Hey--unless you are paying me to take your calls, I am not going to have the money any sooner! OH! And by the way, you can't report me as being late when YOUR website is down for 3 days so no one can get a payment through! Not that it matters anymore...my credit is shot from all the late payments made while waiting in vain for you to send me the packet for the modification you promised...3 times. I'm still waiting...because I'm too upside down in my home to do anything else. Thanks guys.
after losing my position and having adecress in pay i have been applying for a modification for the past year in a half, i aws even told by one of your idiotic employees Chris Boyd that i was jerked around enough i was modified1 Then a month later was told i was,t how about that. I cant seem to understand how i got the mortgage in the first place because i made 13.00 dollars an hour as i salon manager plus tips,commision ect. OH ITHINK It could have been that 75.000.00 that i put down of my dead mothers hard earned money! now after working for the same employer for four years was swithched to a different location witch was alarge decress in my income and had to find another job making a little more and trying to get back on track. but when your working with a bank full of idiots that don,t know what there doing it is quite hard . this is the last modification effort, iwas just told last week by this new modification guy that the bank faxes for free after paying it to be sent and having morons telling me they just dont have it. when i recieve that forclosure notice i will be joing a class action lawsuit against the bank and i can't wait to play the recorded conversation i have of mr. christopher boyd of telling me i have been jerked around enough i'm modified!These lawyers just can't wait SO COME ON BAC MESS UP I CANT WAIT BUY THE WAY WHAT KIND OF EDUCATION DO THESE PEOPLE HAVE? I will tell ever Customer of Bank of America, I am a little lost by there unethical Criminal Stealing ways. These Crooks Need to understand how it works. I'll give you a lesson. When I was on a Jury September 21st 2007. Ware County Waycross Georgia. Alma Telephone company vs Suntrust bank. I think we the Jury spoke most clear when we said you cannot go into a account and Attach a fee without the consent of the customer. And In My particular Case cost me to go into a Negative Balance. Pretty sure When we made are Ruling It became case law. Just because Bank of America sends out a letter doesn't make it so. I never got any letter. and I still need to agree to it and have not. Please tell your friends and family lets drop Bank of America. Hire an attorney tell them of the time and date above and where. Bank of America is Breaking the Law!
I am totaly disillusioned by the recent action of bank of America. Your descion to eliminate 30,000 jobs mainly to increase your profits is unamerican in my opinion.If that is what you consider good marketing strategy, you are way off base. those people along with people that feel as I do could put you out of busines!!!!
Do not waste valuable time and energy trying to straigthen out problems with BOA yourself. They have corporate lawyers. Get youself one. Let the lawyers duke it out. If that doesn't work, file bankruptcy. They got bailed out by our tax dollars that we didn't approve. Where's your bailout? Oh they didn't give you yours? You must not be as good of a customer as they tell you you are.

For a complete 24 hrs online banking has been unavailable. I started yesterday morning about 8:30 am. Today at 9:30 am it is still unavailable. This inconvenience along with the $5 debit card fee is enough reason to leave BOA. I'll be looking into using my credit union as my primary bank

I have been with Bank of America off and on more on than off since 2006. I thought Bank of America did what they said they would do, Value customers and they do not do that. I cannot even count how many times I have bent over backwards to make sure I do not complain to BBB.It seems that nobody is concerned about the customers or well being they are only concerned about Bank of America. Why do we need Bank of America if they are always making customers unhappy? The customer service rep. have no empathy or understanding to the customers complaints and they do not have concern. I work in a call center environment and I bend over backwards EVERYDAY to keep and make sure my customers get off the phone happy. I do not want the company I am working for to be dragged into the ground even more than they already have. Why make an issue escalate higher when you can resolve it at the lowest level. WHY Because Bank of America do not care anymore they have gotten away from lets see what the root cause of the issue is before we pass judgement. Bank of America has forgotten that there are still many good customers out there that value Bank of America. I for one always brag about how awesome bank of America is for addressing my issues as they need to be. When people ask for suggestions I say Bank of America hands down. I am so tired of bragging about and company that does not care about me and my well being. If a company ONLY cares about the company then the company does not need to be in business! I am once again shocked and applaud at Bank of America as I the customer was only doing what was showing available in our accounts. If the online banking is showing incorrect information then it is something that should be addressed with whomever fixing these issues. I do not go into overdraft everyday and this one time of unfair treatment is not cool by any means at all. My fiance is in Afghanistan and he does not need to be upset because of overdraft issues. If we are wrong we admit we are wrong and we take it like the adults that we are. I only make complaints when I know the company is wrong and this time Bank of America is WRONG and I do not feel this is fair by any means necessary. Your Desired Resolution: The overdraft fees to be waived and the account to reflect good standing! I also request a letter of apology from Bank of America,
Shame on you Bank of America, in a time where people are struggling to make ends meet and to feed their families, your charging them more money, nice to know you care about your customers as well as America. I'm glad I am not a customer, if I was I sure wouldn't be anymore!!
The online banking site has been down all day. I began at about 8am and it is now 1:40pm and it is still down apparently for maintenance. Maintenance should be done from midnight on when people are not likely to need online banking. I called my local bank and was on hold for 25 minutes. Moreover, I REFUSE to pay $5.00 a month for my debit card. At the end of December, I'll be cancelling. Any more inconveniences and I'll change banks.
Once again I tried banking online. Since approx 8:30 AM until now 6:00 PM online banking is not available. Again, I suggest maintenance be done from midnight on when people are not trying to do banking. This is really poor service. It's poor enough to go looking for another bank, and there are plenty!
my brother in law passed away about 3 years ago. He had savings and checking with bank america, I notified the bank when he died, sent all the paper work. At the time he had money taken out of savings and put into checking to take care of his bills, when I notified the bank they stopped that right away. A year later they started it up again when I called they said due to privacy they can't tell me anything, which I understand but who gave them the right to start it up again, there were no other people on his account which is why the money is still in the bank for now. I get statements sent to my house in his name, even thought they know he is deceased, now i get a statement stating that for some reason tax or something that they are returning .01 cent to his account, I have gotten about six of these statements, really, is it worth the postage and paper it is sent on for .01 cent. You said you were going to turn the money over to the state do it... His brothers and sisters are all in the mid 60's to early 80/s and cannot afford to go to Maine and go through all the legal stuff to get the what $26,000. in the accounts... but you are wasting money like crazy with mailing this... for one cent... he's deceased..... you already got his money..... just stop...... please...........

FIRST OF ALL I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT BOA IS STILL IN BUSINESS BC NOT 1 OF THESE WRITE UPS ARE POSITIVE. HERS MY STORY, BACK IN 2010 MY HUSBAND WAS LAID OFF AND I COMTACTED MY MORTGAGE COMPANY WHO WAS WILSHIRE AND THEY HAD PUT ME ON A MODIFICATION TRAIL TO SEE IF I COULD HANDLE THE LOWERED PAYMENTS FOR 6 MONTHS. SO I DID PAY MY PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH ON TIME SO DURING THE COMPLETION OF THE MODIFICATION BOA BOUGHT MY LOAN. WE WERE LIKE DAMN WE IN TROUBLE NOW. SURE ENOUGH ONCE I STARTED TALKING TO BOA THEY HAD NO RECORDS (THEY SAY) OF THE MODIFIATION. SO THEREFOR I WENT ROUNDS WITH THEM HALF THE TIME HAVING A PERSON THAT DIDN'T SPEAK CLEAR ENGLISH ASKING WAY CAN'T THRY GRANT WHAT MY LAST COMPANY WAS OFFERING, AND THEY SAID NO WE HAVE TO DO OUR OWN WORK OUT MOFIFICATION. SO I SAID OK BUT WHEN THEY DID IT, OUR PAYMENTS WERE GOING TO BE SAME AS WHAT THEY WERE BEFORE WE ASKED FOR HELP. BUT THEY DIDNT CARE. SO THEN MY HUSBAND FINALLY GOT A JOB BUT THEN WE HAD TO MOVE. WE TRIED TO SALE THE HOUSE BUT IT WOULD NOT SALE. AS OF TODAY A YEAR LATER IT IS STILL VACANT SO I CALLED BOA UP AND TOLD THEM THAT WE COULD COME BACK BC MY HUSBAND JOB HAS AN OPENING THERE IN CALIFORNIA. THEY SAID WELL WE HAVE DEALS WERE WE CAN WORK WITH YOU AND I GOT EXCITED AND RITE AT THE END OF ANSWERING ALL THESE QUESTIONS THEY SAID, IN ORDER TO QUALIFY YOU MUST HAVE LIGHT AND WATER BILLS SHOWING THAT YOU LIVE THERE I WAS LIKE DAMN THATS MESSED UP BC THEY BASICALLY TOLD US A YEAR AGO THAT OUR HOUSE WAS FORCLOSING WHEN IT ACTUALLY WAS NOT IT JUST FORCLOSED ON 09/11/2011. THEY ARE GONNA GET ALOT LESS THAN WHAT WE ORIGINALLY FINANCED SO WHY THE HELL WANT THEY WORK WITH THE ORIGNAL OWNERS SO THAT THEY CAN GET SOMEONE IN THE HOME IT HAS ALREADY BEEN EMPTY FOR A YEAR. COME ON BOA DON'T YOU CARE ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR CUSTOMERS? WHY AREN'T YOU ALL TRYING TO HELP? YOU HAVE THE FUNDS. pLEASE HELP US, PLEASE .
We were told back in 2008 that we did not qualuify for a remodification because we were not in default.Correct BOA told us basically we wont help you because you are on time with your payments. So then we defaulted on our loan, we had 3 late payments called BOA back to redo the whole process, because now BOA we are late as you told us to be, nope still didnt qualify for a remodification. But we did qualify for them to put our lates in the rear of the loan, which did nothing for us. Our issue here is that we cant afford our $2200 mrtg payment, but we can afford $1500, but BOA said NO and pushed us into shorsale. Now we are trying to buy another home and because we followed BOA guidelines we now have lates on our previous mortgage and can not get approved. I have been trying for 3 months to get a letter from BOA forgiving these lates because this was there terms, till this day I have spoke to numerous people, various departmenst, face to face at our local branch and still NOTHING; however they did confirm that YES this was their policy back in 2008; but once again NO HELP - NO FOLLOW THROUGH...I closed all of my accounts with BOA I'm disgusted at how they treat their customers.
Bank of America, I fell be hide on 2 house notes i called bank of America they said okay and I get them a payment on 09/09/2011 of 653.69 my house note is 714.00 and I also gave them a payment on 09/16/2011 then on 09/19/2011 I received the first payment back from them in the mail (10 days later). I called them and they said they don’t take partial payments so they are going to mail back the payment of 650.00 from the 16th. Okay but I owe you 1428.00 and you returned 1303.56 then I received a check from my insurance company because BOA overpaid my insurance bill by 55.00. Now I receive paperwork that they are starting to foreclose on my house I have till Oct 06, 2011 to get everything straighten out before the foreclosure starts but they keep returning the money.
we tried to get our house refinanced. we have never been late with our payments. it started with i had to fax them some documents, then i ended up having to fax these same documents three times to three other people.then four different times they wanted a letter explaining 2 cash deposits to our checking account to which i faxed the letter along with our bank statement 3 times to the same person. and on the bank statement was the exact amount of the deposits paid to a dentist. then they wanted 1900.00 at closing but had never told us that upfront. then 1 week before they said we were going to close they said our property taxes had to be paid before closing. then when that was settled, 1 day before closing they said we had 2 to many points for them to continue the loan so it was cancelled. i always heard not to use bank of america as they are the worst out there. we had less stress buying this house as we did dealing with the likes of these people.
My Mom passed way on November 1,2010 and I am the Executioner of her estate,they will not let me close her account I have the Will showing I am the Executioner,they will not except the Will,My Mom's Social Security in there and her kids get her Money,they will not give me it,the local branch has her death certificate,I been to probate already on something else,they need papers from a JUDGE THAT I AM THE EXECUTIONER WHICH MEANS GOING THRU PROBATE AGAIN I DO NOT HAVE THAT KIND OF MONEY,COPORATE OFFICE DOES NOT CARE THERE IS A MAINTANCE FEE ON HER ACCOUNT EACH MONTH WHICH IS BEING TAKEN AWAY FROM HER SOCIAL SECURITY!! THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING AT ALL,THE FEES,WHAT THERE DOING IS NOT RIGHT,THE LADY I SPOLE TO FROM COPORATE SAID THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO,I SAID YOU ALL DO NOT HAVE ANY COMPASSION AT ALL,I WAS SO UPSET I WAS CRYING,THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT HUMANS AT ALL!!!
We are 1st. time home buyers and while looking for houses we had to get Pre-Qualifided and we did. Then after 7 months we found the perfect place. This is were the nightmare begains, it belonged to Bank of American and they said they have to pre-qualifiy us. So we sent in our pre-qualifiy letter. But B of A would not recognize it. I was given over to a lady that does this for B of A, I talked to her the first day, now its three weeks and no contact. The house we wanted is now gone, so is the 2nd and 3rd back-up homes... On the 4th week B of A contacted us and said they had a loan for us, we didn't like this and said so. This is being forced to talk out loans with BOFA, they stalled and lied and now badger us, I don't think this is a very good company to do business with. We even offered them exsacly what they wanted in price, made no difference. By the way we did find a home but not really the one we wanted and its not with B of A..
Worst possible mortage bank I have delt with I make all my payments and still get letters stating im 2 months behind my ass!Then to get ahold of someone to fix the problem is even more stress full you get a run around.Im going on 7 months with no coupon book or statements to make my house house payments.Isnt this against the law???
