04/30/12 Hi, A couple of transfers were rejected of $10,000.00 each. I need that money to live on. Who do I talk to? I need the money yesterday, so you understand. Please leave me a message on my Bank Account ending in #3297. Thank you for any consideration. If possible, just EFT me in this account. I have expense and have received no income. I am a giver who now needs to take. Some have proven to be takers and now need to give and it could be my own race.
i was going to complain about customer service at your puyallup branch (main street) but after reading all the other complaints you all have a problem. time too take my money and go some where else.. I AM NOT A PRODUCT!!!!!!!
I an't believe B of A has told McMillan Firearms Manufacturer that they can't bank with B of A any longer, after 12 years of doing business with B of A! I am going to town, today, to close my accounts! I hope more join me!
If Ray Fox (senior vice president) doesn't want to do business with McMillan group because they manufacture guns, then he probably doesn't believe in the 2nd amendment. He represents Bank of America so some customers may just not do business with Bank of America any longer due to Mr. Fox's political views. Thanks, Mr. Fox.
I just heard that you are charging $9 service charge monthly of Bank of America account. In this economy it tells me you could care less about the average person. I will probably move to a different bank, and urge my friends to do the same. Why do you not cut your salaries from the 6 o 7 figures they are and try to do something. This is the seedy side of capitalism, we have freedom but we are at the mercy of corporations such as yours. I have a feeling you are going to see a mass exit if customers, so I hope this hurts you in the long run.
ZERO Stars Customer service - who are they kidding - a new slogan - the customer is Number 1 - yeah right - if you want to prove this - get rid of your automated answering system and have a real person answer the phone - please inpuit your information - then when you get a real person - some time in the future they want all of the information you already provided again. I got passed around like a "hot potatoe" for over 40 minutes this morning - the system hung up on me twice, and they kept sending me to the wrong departments. Finally I get someone real on the other end and they couldn't do better than what I already have currently in place, and made zero effort to see if he could work with me. If I could take my money out of here to include a mortgage it would be gone so fast it would make their heads spin. Loyal paying customer, never late and current on accounts and I get treated with zero respect. Two of the numbers in California that I called had answering machines - one the bank was closed for an emeergency the second one was closed for a holiday?? April 24th - is there a new holiday I don't know about. Worst ever service!!
Over a week ago an apartment complex requested (via fax) my and my daughters account verifications for approval for an apartment in Florida, where we are moving on Friday. The complex has not received the info. back and after visiting two different branches in person asking for help, I don't know what else to do, as no one will help me. I will lose the apartment on hold if the paperwork isn't submitted today. I went into the branch on John B White Sr. Blvd in Spartanburg, SC this morning. Janet, who was no friendly in the least and didn't even respond as I greeted her, stated that there was a 2 day waitng period. I don't have two days to wait...Also, I "chatted" with an on line rep. who threw in that there was a $10 fee for the information. OMG! Needless to say, we will be looking for a new bank.
At the beginning of this year, we were told our credit card was compromised and had to get a new card and number, which we did, contacting everyone who was automatically paid with our card. In November, I called to let BofA know we'd be charging things out of the country. Upon return we found new credit cards and numbers. From a phone call we learned that when we informed them of our trip their computer "somehow" closed our account and we had to begin all over again with another new number. I wanted my old number back - no way. The rep said, "Well, we're not perfect!" How true. Two weeks later, we received another set of new cards with our old number! Delighted, I called to thank them. Well, those cards were sent out by mistake. We couldn't use them. What's going on? I sent a letter - no response; I sent another - no response. They must not need my business!
BOA IS THE WORST BANK IN THE WORLD. I LOST MY HOUSE 3 YEARS AGO. I HAD FIRST AND 2ND MORTGAGE. FIRST MORTGAGE WAS WRITTEN-OFF WHEN THEY SOLD MY HOUSE. 2ND MORTGAGE WAS THROUGH BOA. WE WANTED TO CLEAR THIS AMOUNT UP, BY PAYING PERCENTAGE. FIRST PERSON TOLD US SURE WE WILL BE HAPPY TO DO THAT AND THAT SHE WAS GOING TO PULL THE INFORMATION AND WILL GET BACK TO US IN 3 DAYS. 3 DAYS PASSED NO CALL. WE CALLED BACK AGAIN. THE NEXT PERSON TOLD US, THEIR IS NO NOTE IN THE SYSTEM AND THAT THEY DON'T TAKE PAYMENT AND HE HUNG UP THE PHONE. KNOW EVERY TIME WE CALL, THEY JUST TRANSFER TO THE NEXT PERSON, BECAUSE THEY DONT HANDLE MORTGAGE. ALL THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE KING AND QUEEN OF TRANSFERING THE CALLS. THATS WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT DOING. THEY DONT LIKE TO HELP ANYONE. BOA SUCKS. SHAME ON THEM.
I received the 65 page book regarding the rules and regulations for having an account with B of A. 65 PAGES! I read most of it as a way to sleep! What I found out was I must keep $1,500 in my checking account they would waive $14.00 service charge. This is even though I have our retirement checks (3) automatically deposited which used to providr free checking. If I keep $2,500 in my Cash Maximizer (now labeled "Growth Money Market Savings") I will "earn" .1% annually and not be charged $12.00 monthly. BUT if I link the accounts togeter, all I need to keep in the two accounts is $5,000.00 to have my service charges waived???? Does that make sence? Keep the account separate I need a total or $4,000.00 to advoid service charges. Linked I need to keep $5,000.00!!! That is like going to the store and buying two items for $5.00 but if I buy 3 it would cost $10.00. I once worked for B of A for 22 years. The bank policy was CUSTOMER SERVICE, now it is CUSTOMER SERVICE CHARGES! Once you could be proud of the customer service, now I would be embarrased! I am sure all the other banks are quite the same.
Bad experience with this bank..Bank of America. All the Middle and High Level managers, and Higher should be fired. The Supervisors are rude and have no sensitivity to what people have been going through. SHAME SHAME on you Bank of America. I am looking for people who could sign up a Class Action Law Suit against this bank. They want to foreclose on my home.Call Good Morning America, and other Minority news to carry this story.
0 STARS, The coruption that I have dealt with and seen with my own eyes, that Bank of America has been the main source of shows their lack of real concern for the consumer. They outsoure! They hire staff that is incompatible with the consumer and has no real understanding of what they are doing. Millions of homes are on the chopping block because they will not stop their greddy ways and lower interest rates. SHAME ON YOU BANK OF AMERICA. You make americans, NOT PROUD, to be an american!
A STORY OF VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had this credit card since 1995 and what I learned today from your customer service department that it was closed without my knowledge or consent! I conclude this from my conservations I had with Travis, a supervisor in credit card department, and Chris, a customer service advocate in your corporate office. The reason I was told by both of these two people was my credit card was closed on June 16, 2011 when the credit card itself said it was valid until March 2012, because it was inactivate over a year! This per both was done per the company‘s credit card agreement without notification being sent to me as a customer! I like to say your company has very, very poor customer service, especially since I have been a customer since 1995, especially also when I had no knowledge of such a company agreement! I have requested for this particular credit card be re-activated with the same status I had before your credit card manager took and closed this particular credit card account! Of course, I had this credit card with another company called MBNA before Bank of America took over this particular company and I never had any problem until NOW! Robert Foster
I am at my wits end. Back in January I began getting my bank statements online. It was not my request the bank just decided that I have to have a computer and printer. It is easy to assume when those who want to avoid sending out statements by mail are making high level decisions. I talked to the corporate office who assured me that I would get a paper statement by March 2012. I did for my checking however while looking on my laptop which has no printer I received an e-mail stating that my statement was available on line. It was suggested to me to go to one of the offices and have the statement printed out. Well not only is that inconvenient when gas is almost $5.00 a gallon in chicago, but its really insulting because customer service has been cut down to long waits to be serviced. Please be assured that I'm really tired of being treated as if I'm not a valued customer. I recently retired and recovering from major surgery. I don't need anymore stress. I'm hope you provide the good customer service that people like me deserve.
BOA does not even deserve 1 star!!!! BOA is the absolute WORST bank to deal with!! I have been going through a short sale on my home for over two years. In the very begining I had a cash offer for $28,000 less then what I owed on my home. BOA took SOOO long that the people backed out!!! Then I get another offer on my home, still have these people sitting there waiting... hoping & praying they will not bail...It has been just about 2 years... of waiting and getting jerked around!!! Each department in the BOA has NO CLUE what the other department is doing!!! Now with my home sitting vacant it has damage to it where now the offer on the home is $128,000 less than I owe!!! They should have taken the first cash offer!!! WARNING!!!! NEVER EVER deal with Bank of America if you can help it!!!! They are the ABSOLUTE WORST!!! Where is Arnold Diaz? SHAME.. SHAME.. SHAME.. SHAME ON YOU... BOA !!!!!

Bank of America, uses Equator as cover up when doing shortsales, to run the clock out so they can profit off their mortgage insurance they placed on some homes, try 3 times loan value, do the math, what would you rather have shortsale offer or mortgage insurance pay out, BOA would choose payout
Bank Of America is the worst Mortgage company to work with. They bought out our Mortgage Loan from another company a few years ago, and we have had nothing but trouble with BOA ever since. We tried to refincance a few years ago, when rates dropped, and the BOA Loan Officer came out to pick up our paper work and said it was not a problem to refinance, and not make our payment it would come out of the refinancing. A week later we received a letter stating we were denied refinancing. They than went on to ruined our credit, so we can not even get a new loan company to help us get away from Bank of America. I went to find out why and was told (by another worker at the Loan Company), that the loan officer had decided, on her own, that our house and property was not worth what we were asking for to refinance at a lower interest rate, which was not true, they hadn't even sent out an appraiser yet,(how did they know?). All our paper work and taxes showed it was worth far more than what we were asking. I found out that the Loan officer made the dicision, on her own. I asked for our paper work and found out that the paper work and the pictures that (someone had took), did not even look like our house. BOA just didn't want to give us a lower interest rate, and lowere our monthly payments, that's all it was, GREED on their part. We have had nothing, but trouble with them ever since. If and when we can pay off Bank of America the sooner the better. As they say what goes around comes around, Bank of America will get theirs eventually, and I am not the type to hold a grudge, but they have hurt to many innocent people, mostly the Low Income.
I did not even want to give them 1 star. There should have been a 0 star category for big fat greedy corporate pigs. BOA used to have a rule that if your account was overdrawn by less than $10 you had five days to deposit money to cover it before you were charged an overdraft fee. Well, since I try really hard not to overdraw my account, I was unaware that they had changed this rule over a year ago. Nonetheless, when my account was $1.38 overdrawn I was unconcerned, even though it would not have been that difficult for me to cover such a small amount immediately, had I known what was about to happen. Needless to say, the next morning I had a $35 fee charged to my account over a measily $1.38 overdraft. I have had the same account for 12 years. I talked to a BOA customer service rep and then her manager. Neither one apparently seemed to grasp how rediculous it was to charge a long-term customer such a large fee for such a small descrepency. They also failed to realize how cruel it was to take this amount from someone who is on a social security income. They said it was not personal. They were wrong about that too, stealing money from loyal customers is about as personal as it can get.
04/30/12 Hi, I wanted to request that the sum of $26 million that is connected with me by my Bank Account#0174741013 be invested in Lionsgate with the Entertainment Industry. Also, AcropolisAthens.gr invested for restoration, etc. What do you say? It would mean a lot to me in support. Please say I am the sender.
