Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

I just want to say I think the food is good & our local Arbys is great. My reason for writing is the advertising, I want to throw up every time the kid sticks out his tongue & licks sauce off his friends face. It's just gross, I realize you are trying to market to younger people, but don't think you want to turn off your older, tried & true, customers. Perhaps someone with some common sense could come up with a campaign to make both groups happy.

I was at the Wendys in Grayson, Ga and found the restroom to be awful. I noticed some lubrication everywhere, and looked to be the work of employees or teenagers or both. I visit there quite frequent and hope that this kind of behavior doesn't happen again or customers will not want to visit, and cause a bad reputation.

Bring back the Pepper Poppers! I haven't eaten at your stores since they were removed. You brought back potato bites WHERE ARE THE POPPERS??????

get rid of all the crackwhores that work at the post road location on post road indianapolis indiana the one right off the interstate 74!!!! it is full of crackwhores soliciting customers!!! we will go to CDC, OSHA, and, CNN!!! your store will suffer once everyone knows that crackhores are using your store to satisfy their drug habits.

I went to the Arbys on tylersville road in west chester ohio the manager name was meghan motts and she was yelling at her crew and gave me free food to keep my mouth shut shes gave me 2 free arbys with cheese so i wouldnt complain on her for yelling and making fun of one of her crew members she was calling a girl fat and ugly while i was standing right their they even threw fries at this poor girl i was very upset and i feel like i need to let someone know whats going on i think the manager meghan was around 19 she should be fired or at least written up i will never eat at that arbys again after seeing that the managers are uneducated and way to young to be in charge of others friday september 9th at 830pm was when i went to this store

I have a suggestion. I own a landscape company and I work in a area in florida called the villages. One of the riches per capita areas in the u.s. the road is called 466 and there is a road 466a there are a lot of fast food resterants just not a quality one like wendys. The zip for the area is 32162 look into it. It would be busy year round I gaurantee it. Also I live in the shores of a road named maricamp there is no wendys the area code being 34472. Now I sent pizza hut the same text they did build one and they are so busy they can't get there product out fast enough. Thank u for ur time if u need anything or more info my no. Is 3524849626. I went to the Arby's in Hendersonville, Tn 3 times in 3 weeks and ordered the same thing, farmhouse salad with grilled chicken. I complained twice because the small amount of chicken that I paid a high price for had very on the salad. By the time I got home and saw it I did not want to take it back but did complain and the second time it was even less. Never again will I go to Arby's. I use to love going there about 3 times a month. Since the salad is not cheap I thought the least they could do was put some meat on it. How many others quit and never wrote you? I have never written a complaint to anyone but I was so mad, I did. They acted like it was a joke. Well, this is one joker they will never see again.

I'm giving your commercial 1 star. If I could I'd give it a minus star. I am referring to the one about the zingy sauce where the guys tongue stretches out and takes the sauce off the face of another patron. THAT IS DISGUSTING!! I work in a preschool and we stress good manners. How in the world are we going to get that across to our children when they see this kind of unsavory behavior on tv. You have lost my business. We buy lunch for our kids at Arby's about every 2 weeks. Or should I say USED to buy lunch. I am so beyond ticked off at the Wendy's in Wichita KS (21st & Woodlawn). I go out for lunch once a month & chose Wendy's because last month I went & the salad I ordered was awesome. This time I am afraid to open it...& doubt I will. It is not what I ordered. The double stacker DOES NOT mention there is cheese, which I can't have, but got. Trying to avoid beef, but again ONCE A MONTH I TREAT MYSELF. YES, I could have chosen 25 of the other fast food places within a rocks throw and probably paid less. I feel I should be reimbursed for food that was incorrectly given to me. GUARAN-DARN-TEE next month won't be Spendy's. I checked the order while in @ the payment window & the 'server' wouldn't even take it back to make it right...Where in the world did the customer service go? Daylight theft they used to call it. U are sorry in the worst way.

I have seen your new add several times, and it is totally discusting. How many of you want your kids licking food from another persons face? You show this in your add and small children think it is a good thing to do. Let's get better adds for the younger public that go to your restaurants. I know you want to get attention, but this is not good advertising.

I went to the Wendy's in the Condado area of San Juan and received cold stale food. The fries were a mixture of all the leftover, overcooked, variety of fries they served. This is shame since this is a tourist area. Another Wendy's closeby in Loiza is even worst, I've receive old cold food and even a fly in my orange juice. I bought food in these restaurants when they first opened and they were excellent, but as time went by their quality diminished. The service has always been about the same; don't care attitude and never apologize, but that's just the way business is done here. The customer is never right.

I am devistated that you discontinued your jalepenos. We have been going to Arby's a couple times a week for years and my son just went to order them and they are not there anymore. Who made this decision and WHY???? We won't be going back to Arby's without these!!! Help us!!! PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went through drive thru order was $ 5.40 for sandwich only. Gave thge girl a crisp new $ 20.00 and she gave me change back for a $ 10.00. I told her that I gave her a twenty and she said she had to count the drawer, figure that. She comes back and tells me the drawer checked out OK, but I saw here with my $10 in here shirt pocket. This is the oldest thief trick in the world. Her name was reportedley Jordan when I called to ask for management. The store is located at 601 W. Alte Mere Dr. Ft Worth, Texas 76116. Ph. 817-731-6096. I asked for someone to call me back but doubt it ever happens. People like this need to be fired immediately on the spot. My hopes are that Arby's Restaurant Group 1155 Perimetr Ctr, Atlanta georgia, 30338 gets this complaint.

I went to the Arbys in Liberal Ks for lunch today (7-21-11). I have been eating here everyday for about 2 months straight during work days and most of the time I eat the same sandwich. Tuesday I went through the drive like always and received someone else's order,not knowing until I got back accross town. The food was okay but still not what I ordered so I ate it anyway as we all have little time. Today I got my order and checked to make sure it was right. One roast turkey and swiss with a med tea! I got across town and opened it to eat and when I pulled the two pieces apart there was black hairs holding it together. Just like that too! So I went back through the drive and showed it to the employee and asked if she would eat it and she said no and got the manager who promptly gave me my money back! But really, what is going on that things get that bad. It looked like someone had cleaned a hairbrush in my sandwich. Do they have other problems that are health concerns and will anything be done about this. Probably not these days as people don't really care. People should be wearing hair nets or not working at all. I'm sure they get away with not complying when they pull the race card crap. That needs to stop now!

Sadly Wendy's has went to hell!! All they hire are mexicans and blacks...Sad!
