I used to love the BLT Cobb salad. However, for the last two salads I purchased did not have the crumbled blue cheese. This last time, the salad was not only without the cheese, there wasn't even any bacon! Can you believe a Bacon Lettuce & Tomato salad minus the bacon? Of course I didn't discover these deficiencies until I got home. Each time I had gone through the drive-thru. This Wendy's seems to be trying to cut costs skimping where they think they can get away with it. They've also dispensed with the usual cup that Wendy's has used for eons for the large Frosty's. This store is now using the smaller Frosty Float cup with the open top. This is very inconvenient as the contents are exposed until getting home. All of these cutting corners measures is downright dishonest. Wendy's store #00004141 on Rt 108 in Ellicott City/Columbia, MD. Unless you want to be cheated, stay away from this store!.
I recently visited Arby's resturant #5538 with my husband. After we order we sat down to enjoy our meal when all of a sudden we hear the store manager screaming at one of her employee's about voids. At this point my husband and I are looking around trying to figure out whats going on because surely nothing that poor boy could have done deserved the tongue lashing he was getting. It was at that point that a female employee observed us watching and made the statement to the manager basically that she was disturbing the customers. Much to my dismay the managers response was a very loud and I quote "so i will scream at them too. I'm absolutely livid, my husband and I spent good money to be told that we could be screamed at too. Arby's needs to do better!
Cattlenab & Bee Ridge store Sarasota Fl. Will NEVER go back. Husband & I have frequented your establishment 4 times and each time have been disappointed. Today Employee did not punch in cheese button and my husband ordered a small drink, which they did not punch in the register. When we got home His Chicken & pecan on wheat bread was horrible because bread was totally STALE. Please get it together for the remainder of your customers, we will not return because we are 0 for 4.
I had written a note to the Corperate offcie a few weeks ago and never got a response.The Wendys in Seguin Texas in disgusting..Dirty tables, overflowing trash, Flies all over the place...The worst...I will never patronize that store or any others wendys every again....Even the people that worked there didnt have any work ethics toward customer service....The food was terrible...Not going back ever.This will be all over Facebook too..since I never got a response to my complaint..
Always loved wendy's there food has always been more hhealth concious than the other major fastfood chains. Wish they would bring the apple dumpling back. Well it would be great if they offered a multi grain or wheat bun and also get rid of the cornsyrup from the ketchup and frosty's and just go with real surgar while creatinG more farming food proccessors in america, market it as health and more jobs for americans.
I went to the Chicago Heights, Illinois Wendy's and was totally grossed out. I was standing at the counter waiting for my food when I looked to my left and saw numerous cockroaches running up and down the wall. I immediately cancelled my order and informed the girl at the counter. She didn't seem to care. I can't imagine what else was lurking behing closed doors. Maybe some live rats, feces, other types of insects...I will never go to a Wendy's again! And I love their frosties but this is not my first incident at a Wendy's restaurant. The one in Aurora, Illinois is no better. Lake Street address.. It is absolutely filthy and they don't give a damn either and obviously neither does corporate headquarters cause it is still a dirty stye. Signed, grossed out for life by Wendys
I went into Arby's unit 1217 to get something to eat this being the last straw. I watched the guy who later introduced himself as the GM of the store pulling ceiling tiles down in front of customers and I could see the dust falling off over the open food. I will not be going back to this store and am Quite confused how someone like Brian could be a GM of a store with such little common sense? On a visit awhile back I walked into him cutting his employee off in mid sentence to tell the customer about the survey on the back, the lady walked out cause he was so rude. It seems to be a Truck issue or a personal issue, but when I walk in and see the Condiment stand and get told sorry our GM messed up the truck again... I would let it go again and again but when you walk in and find he gloats about being with wendy's 15 years prior and still can't order a truck correctly? there seems to be a problem. I've also noticed he stays on his employee's to work hard yet when people are working he pulls them away to do another task then gets mad for being behind...his voice carries through the store. I talked to a Young man sitting at a table and asked why he looked down and he informed me that he had been accepted for a job at arby's 3 months back and had been told that he couldn't start work cause "I've got a toothache and am out for the day" "my car isn't working" "I'm in Alabama" "I don't feel well today" "oh he left for the day" "sorry he's running errands" "sorry I forgot we were gonna do paperwork today" "sorry work is just busy gotta help the team" (he bagged orders with one car in the drive through and the young man sat there talking to me for 2 hours and Brian never bothered to say He should just head home today wasn't going to work) He walks around being a busybody but doesn't actually do anything besides give his workers more jobs to do than they can keep up with then yells that his Labor is to high. Overall, The store is beautiful thanks to the hard workers, but the GM has little to no idea what hes doing, hes rude,annoying,he treats his employee's like trash, he has high turn over which is always a bad sign, His managers are asking to be transferred to another store.

I would give this store a half star, but they do not offer that...I frequent the Wendy's in Maitland, Fl. ; in the Summit....and there have been several occasions where there are easy to fix things wrong. No tp in the ladies room on numerous days...the ladies room door open, cleaning items left in the room like they did not finish the job....but on this morning I went in with a cup for ice. It's very hot down here and I just needed some ice. Me and another customer were at the counter together and NO-ONE would acknowledged either of us and there were 5 employee's in there store. A maintance man came in and she did see me, and walked rite past me with out even saying..I will be rite with you. Nothing. And this is the manager of the store. Definitely not manager material. She then proceeded to come back to the counter, pass by me and I ask "can I get some ice please?" she said "wait a minute". I did not have another minute. I had already been there for at least 10 minutes. I had to roll. I have just enough time to run in and get what I need and run out...But that did not happen.. She did how ever help the gentle man that came up after I had already been there.I really feel I was treated very bad, ignored and that is not the way you treat customers. You great them , if they come to the counter someone should wait on them or tell them " be rite with you"; instead of leaving you standing there. Other customers feel the same from me asking them about this Wendy's...I just cannot believe there were 5 people in there and no-one came to help us...Very sad place... Hope you can fix this because I love Wendy's food...just no crazy about lazy workers...I think a surprise visit is in order..maybe a secret shopper.. Unhappy In Maitland, Fl. I really hope something is done about this place...
i went to arbys on 05/14/2011 at 1:15pm south main st. high point,nc 27263 . i ordered my food thru the drive thru. they were not busy at all only about 3 to 4 cars in parking lot. i paid for my food and took it home. when i opened my bags at home i found they left out one sandwich and gave me curly fries instead of potato cakes. i left the food that i had gotten with my son and his grandmother. i went back to the same location at 1:30pm and after waiting 2minutes on the cashier to finish her apparently hiliarious story with one of her coworkers. she decieded to come over and take my order. i proceeded to tell her that they had made a mistake on my order. i told her that they forgot my sandwich and gave me curly fries instead of potatoe cakes. shs walked back like she was going to get me what had been left off. i was speaking with a friend who was in the location eating. 5minutes past and a different lady called me up to the counter and handed me potatoe cakes. i asked her wheres my sandwich. and in an angry smartass voice she said you didnt pay for a sandwich. i said i dont know what i paid for, cause you messed up my order. while the other coworkers were staring and laughing at me.(apparently its funny to arbys employees to mess up peoples orders and have the customer waste his gas and time and have his child asking his father why he didnt get his potatoe cakes)so i asked her if she knew anything about customer service? she said all i know is if you want a sandwich you have to pay for the sandwich.(which must also be hiliarious to the other arbys employees there at the time. i told her she could keep the potatoe cakes and the sandwich. and asked for the manager. she said i am the manager honey. then threw her hand on her hip and strutted back to her giggling and laughing employees. I just want to say that i will never eat another ARBYS sandwich as long as they continue to hire silly,immature,angry,lazy and inconsiderate people for their employees and managers. with all the unemployed people out there you would think arbys employees would be thankful to have a job. and know the most important rule in the food business. customer service and the customer is always right even if their wrong. my father is retired now but was in the food service business for 45 years so i do know about customer service. but the arbys on south main st high point nc is a joke farwell arbys and now that i know your affiliated with wendys . so long to you to . I eat at the Arby's on Hwy 51 in Covington Tn. I have to tell you, ever since they changed managment the store has been alot cleaner, and the service is great! There's one Manager there named Michael who provides great customer service. He new my name when I walked in, and also remembered what I normally order. The company could use more people like him. Great Job!
food was good but i fell in the parking lot i can't get any one to call me back i had to go to the hospital and i missed a couple of days work sure glad i didn't break any thing i fell in a hole in the concrete that was at the front door. so be carefull when you go or leave.
I went to the Wendys at 3453 S.Mendenhall for a baked potato,before I could fully make my request the rude drive thru cashier stated "we aint got no potatoes tonight". I then change my request to a number 1 and a small water. When the cashier handed me my food I asked for some ketchup,napkins,and my receipt again with her poor English and Ebonics stated "we out" and closed the window while I was still waiting for the receipt. I wanted to know how can you be out of receipts.Please stop hiring these ghetto women who are not happy to service the customer. thanks
I am very disappointed as a consumer with the service I have received from Wendys on Mendenhall. I chose Wendys over Sonic's,Burger King,Checkers, and McDonald's and to be treated as horribly was just awful. I ordered a combo was told it came to 6.00 gave the cashier a 20 she tried to give me 10 back. Then was shocked as if she ddnt know what happened. For those of you saying we should have went to McDonalds you are absolutely CORRECT WE SHOULD HAVE! there is a reason McDonald's has served over a Billion Customer's,they know how to treat their customer's unlike Wendy's so sad.
I Have been trying to apply at a local Arbys for some time now, i have the skills necessary to work there for some reason keep getting pushed to the side. I have seen at least 3 new faces in there all women. I am starting to think that this particular one is discriminating against men. I Have already Contacted a lawyer and she plans to contact the Franchise owners shortly after the evidence is collected
I stopped at the Wendy's on Gandy Boulevard in Tampa, Florida yesterday. There was one customer ahead of me who was having a hard time making up his mind -- not a problem, it happens. But, the woman behind the counter took his order, left the counter and did not even acknowledge that I was there. She wandered back to the back, pulled out several bags of fries to start them, ambled to the drive-through window, then went back to the back of the store for no apparent reason. There were two other employees behind the counter. One was on the drive-through. The other had no apparent function, but she did have a little girl of about ten years old who was sitting on the floor with her school books, leaning against the fryer station where the woman had just put the in frozen French fries. She was sneezing and coughing as if she had a cold. After ten minutes I left. There was a jumble of equipment visible at the back of the store, the back door was standing open, and the floors were not very clean. I have enjoyed Wendy's food in other places, but I will not go there again.
I used to get lunch everyday from Arbys....They changed the manager(BRENDA)....Now i only go there on saturdays, and i always get a medium glass of ice water, i don't drink soda, I bought food, they refused to give me a medium glass for ice water, they give me a baby cup......This manager is rude, I work with the public, you have to be nice and smile......This is my second complaint about her.....I'm sorry i will never go there again.....My salad lettuce was wilted on the top....I can go anywhere in Massillon and get food, and a large glass of ice water for free...Not at massillon......sorry youve lost my business......... My hubby and I drove about 30 miles to go to the Wendy's Restaurant on Carlton Road in Hillsdale, Michigan today. We ordered two salads and two floats (we prefere water, but don't like to have to pay for large waters)at the drive thru. The price was almost $18.00! Realizing that we could go to our favorite "sit down" restaurant and get two complete grilled lemon pepper fish dinners for much less, we just plain pulled out and left! All we wanted was a small meal so we did go to the Reading Inn and ordered two bowls (They were big bowls) of soup with lemon water. It was very good and cost $1.50 a bowl. Got three to go for at home. Fed five people for under $8.00 and could even afford a tip for the waitress!
