Wendy's/Arby's Group, Inc Corporate Office & Headquarters

After pulling a 12 hour at a local hospital. I stopped at Arby's in Buckhannon,WV on 12-2-11 to pick up lunch for my child and mother. Two chicken strip meals with a medium soda and chicken with bacon and swiss cheese with a medium soda meal. The total $22.41. Go to the bank this morning to take out extra cash from the ATM found less than what I was suppose to have. Went to the drive thru at my local bank and the teller printed out my bank statement. Not only was I charged $22.41, but $224.11 from Arby's. I was pissed. Had to wait until Arby's opened at 9:30. Then at 9:30 went and found the manager who is working. Was informed she was never told about it by the employee until the manager closed out her register that night. The employee never told me or her manager. The manager stated " She did credit it back to your account." Its not showing in my account as being credit nor was I ever told this mistake ever happened. The manager told me " This is one of my best employees and we are only human." Wrong person to tell this too. I then proceed to tell the manager " Okay, Number one. as a nurse if I make a mistake its someone's life. The judge will not accept it was only a human mistake. So, Don't give me that bullshit. I am missing $224.11 in my account over her mistake. If this is your best employee then I hate to see what your worst employee is like. Can I have the district number? Since apparently you are not getting my point and you are more upsetting me." Left the Arby's in Buckhannon,WV half hyperventilating. Because, now I have to put off doing Christmas shopping until the money is in my account. So, For the people with the whole it is a human mistake. If you make a mistake, then tell the person. Because not everyone gets to use that excuse.

Wendys has a promotion going in NYC at the moment - they distributed coupons for a free Artisan egg sandwich breakfast for the next month in the local AM newspaper. What Wendys's is advertising is NOT what they are giving you. FALSE advertising! I went out of my way and it was really disappointing and unfair. Instead of an artisan breakfast sandwich, they gave an egg on a roll - pedestrian offering. Even the photo in the coupon showed a bacon slice. What gives? I will certainly avoid Wendy's in the future.

After watching your Rueben commercial my wife and I went to local Arbys[Rocky River,Ohio only to be told that they were sold out. This is good for you that your advertising works bad for us. Someone with higher authority needs to check the manager at the Arbys in Manning SC. She has the restaurant so out of order until its a shame

I went to Arbys this morning, excited that I made it there by 10:25 to order breakfast. Get in the drive thru no one ahead of me, place my order to have the rude drive thr person tell me they were serving lunch. I checked my cell phone and clock in my car both said 10:27. She said their clock said 10:35. I went in to see the clocks were set ahead. Last time I go to Arbys if they want to be rude and set their clocks to avoid servicing a customer!

I hate Wendys new menu. First the new sea salt fries are so salty I can't bare to eat them. The burgers are so greasy my bun is soggy when I open my burger nothing but grease all over the wrapper.I ordered one of there ceasar side salads and they even change that big slices of cheese when they should kept the sprinkled cheese it was disgusting to me. Oh there berry tea taste like water no taste at all. I love Wendys back in the day they were my favorite but I barely go there now except if I want a frosty. I won't order burgers or fries from them ever unless they go back to the old menu.

My rating has nothing to do with their food, but with the total lack of consideration or cooperation. My granddaughters car broke down in the parking lot of the Greeneville, Tn Arby's, where she attends college. She did not have the means or capibility to have it moved. We asked for 2 days for her car to sit in the parking lot until we could arrive to help her. They said NO they would have it towed. WOW! how generous. One car space hurts their business that bad? I will no longer support a business that is this callous to a young lady in need. Their lack of kindness is shameful!

My rating is poor because I do not like the pickle change! It ruins the entire burger. I will not go to wendys anymore unlesss I happen to have my own jar of dill pickle slices with me and that would be very unlikely. I have always loved wendy burgers but no more. This really upsets me and many others that I know. I do not see this as being a good move for Wendys! Wendy needs to leave her father's created menu items alone and original. Its great to add new things to a menu but why would you change a menu that people have loved for many many years. PLEASE bring back the original pickle!!!!!

I just went to the Wendy's in Avon Indiana on Rockville Road. I ordered a Caesar side salad and a monterey chicken sandwich. The salad when I got it home was floating in water and it had to be drained. After draining it under neath all the lettuce was brown and slimy. The chicken sandwich bun was stale and hard on the edges. This used to be a wonderful place to eat. I can say that I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I had to ask for salad dressing and croutons and of course when I got home no silver ware or napkins. Must be nice to not care about your customers. I am complaining because when you spend hard earned money you should get at least edible food and that just went to the trash

After visiting our local Wendy's in Forest City, NC, I was very displeased once again with the service. We were the only ones in line and the girl behind the counter just sauntered around and after about 5-10 minutes, decided to take our order. We ordered 2 burgers, a small chili, a baked potato and 3 small drinks, only to be told they were out of potatoes. Okay, this is the 4th time that I have been there at supper time only to be told that they are out of potatoes. Why have this on your menu if you cant provide it, or just go up the street to the grocery store and get some more potatoes? I could understand it MAYBE if it was like midnight or later when I have tried to order these, but its always around 6 or 7 oclock, when people usually eat supper! THEN, we were going to pay with a credit card, which the girl tried to process twice and then said, ever so rudely, oh this machine isnt working. By this time, my daughter is starving and my husband is furious. He politely gave a few choice words and we left. Wish they would just close the store, there was only 1 other person in there eating anyway, and NO ONE in the drive thru lane...Bad business!

I went to Wendy's drive-thru on Apperson Rd.in Roanoke, VA today and ordered a Taco Salad. I got back to work and when I opened it up it was a disgusting Baza Salad. I called and spoke with the manager. I told him I was given the wrong salad when I ordered a Taco Salad. He said we did away with Taco Salads and replaced them with Baja Salads. I told him then they should have told me that at the drive-thru window. He then said.........YOU SHOULD HAVE KNOWN THAT BECAUSE WE DID AWAY WITH THEM A YEAR AGO...... now is that the way a manager should speak with a customer or should I say former customer??????????

I ordered a chicken pecan salad and as I took my 5th bite...a fly came out of the salad. A live fly!!!! It was so gross and I will never go back to the Wendy's on North Main St. in N. Canton, Ohio ever again!!! They gave me my money back but it was just a bad experience. Makes me wonder how clean it is there...not sure where the salads are packaged in the store or somewhere else.

I got double charged for my order at Arby's. I didnt know about it until i checked my bank account and there was no receipt on my bag like they promised there would be. I am so pissed off that no one at that location will do anythng about it. Considering taking legal action.

I was devastated that my money was stolen in the Cockeysville, Md Arbi's. When I realized that I had left my purse in the single bathroom, I came back to Arbi's within 15 minutes. When I walked in, this lady that was with her family said that she just turned my purse in to the manager. When I walked up to the counter and asked for my purse, one of the workers was smirking at me. It took them forever to bring my purse up to the counter. When I opened it, my wallet was upside down and my money was gone. They stole $120 from me. I have no doubt in my mind that they took it. There were no women working there...it was all young men. Actually I wouldn't give them any stars because they owe me!

I was hired to work at wendy's on the second. they told me to call back the next day to make sure my uniform came in, and when i did they said to call again the next day. this has been going on for two weeks and theyre starting to get very rude on the phone with me when i call. i got this job to help my family, i wish theyd stop giving me the runaround now.

First of all, I've been a fan of Wendy's for many years. As of my recent experience at the Wendy's on Crater Road in Petersburg, VA, I wll buy my burgers from 5 Guys. My recent experience at this restaurant was awful, there was water or some liquid in my burger (I ordered the #1) the fries were dead cold and the frostie had not been fully mixed and the drink tasted off. I didn't bother to say anything because this is representative of the food at this restaurant.

A group of over 20 of us "snow birds" would like to go to Wendy's in Watchula Florida, however, we went twice and the tables were all dirty so we went and got paper towels to clean them as staff was not interested. The garbage was overflowing both times. We received wrong orders and orders took a long time to receive. the fries were old. Is this how you feel customers should be treated? Is Wendy's a company that does not care anymore? We have a Wendy's in Glens Falls NY and they are clean, efficient, and food is good and fresh. We went to Arbys in Bentonville Akansas on business 71 - Walton Blvd. we placed out order an the ccashier said he could hear us due to garbage truck would we please pull to window. So we preceded to the drive thru window and he took our order and repeated it back to us just as we had ordered we paid for the food and when we got the order it was the wrong order so my son told them it was the wrong order and told them again the order we wanted. They took the wrong order back. They made us our correct order and then preceded to ring it back up on cash register and charge us a couple of dollars more. Its not the principal of the money but when a cashier makes a mistake in my 25 years of restaurant work we never make the customer come up with the extra since it was my employees fault they didnt get it right. The lady that came to the window on Wednesday the 21st not quite 11 in the morning and then they preceded to keep the receipt. She was rude and would not listen to anything i had to say shut the window in my face. I would like an appolize and i will be letting people know how i was treated.
